These were the most delicious potatoes
    I've ever had, I swear!

In Australia their called Crash Hot Potatoes,

I don't know why (any Australians have some insight?),

whatever the name, they were SO awesome!

And super simple, just boil some baby potatoes

(I used red) until fork tender.

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet,
    set potatoes on sheet
    and using a potato masher,
    gently smash each potato down,
rotating masher both ways (so it looks like a thick cookie).

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt/pepper
and sprinkle cut fresh herbs and garlic over each.

THEN top with some lovely grated Parmesan cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

OMG...crispy on the outside, soft in the middle,
salty, garlicky, herby and cheesy goodness.

    WooHoo I found it!

I've been looking for this recipe for several years!

    Indian Frybread I

    ngredients:

    4 cups of flour

1 tbs. baking powder WITHOUT alum.

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    2 tbs. powdered milk

    1 ½ cups warm water

    1 cup shortening

Extra flour to flour your hands

    Directions:

Put flour in bowl, add baking powder, salt and powdered milk.

    Mix.

Mix in warm water to form dough.

    Cover hands in flour.

Knead dough by hand until soft but not sticky.

Cover with a cloth and let stand for 15 minutes.

Shape dough into balls about 2 inches across then flatten by patting and stretching the dough.

Melt shortening about an inch deep in frying pan.

When hot put dough in pan.

Fry one side till golden brown, then turn and fry the other.

This is a wonderful bread that can be used as a dessert by topping with honey, powdered sugar, etc.

or can be used for main dishes such as topping with taco ingredients for an "Indian Taco".

Whatever you’re avoiding, for whatever reason, odds are you can eat these tortillas. Enjoy. Especially if you’ve been missing Mexican food, I bet you will!

These tortillas are flexible enough to make perfect tacos, and get a bit sturdier overnight in the fridge. You know, in case you want breakfast burritos the next day.
    Ingredients
    1 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp each: cumin and garlic
1/4 tsp each: salt and cayenne pepper
    Method

    1. In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients. Process for 10-20 seconds to break up any lumps in the coconut flour. Let is sit for 10 minutes so the coconut flour hydrates.

    2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and oil the bottom lightly if the nonstick coating isn’t great. When hot, pick up the pan and pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the pan, giving the pan a tilt-rotate-jiggle action to spread the batter into a thin pancake about 8 inches or so across.

    3. Put the pan back on the burner and let it cook until the top of the tortilla doesn’t look shiny anymore, and is not sticky to the touch. If it feels solid enough to flip, its time to flip. If it needs another minute, give it another minute. Timing isn’t crucial.

    4. Use a big, wide pancake turner to flip it onto the other side. Another minute of cooking, and your tortilla is done. I recommend removing it to a paper towel-lined plate to free up the skillet for the next tortilla. Stacking the cooked tortillas on a bare plate works too, but gets some condensation moisture on the bottom to they end up a bit wet.

Makes 6. The last tortilla might be smaller than the others if you have less than 2 oz of batter remaining at the end.

Nutrition Facts per tortilla: 46 calories, 0.75 grams fat, 3 grams carbohydrate, 1.7 g fiber, 4.4 g protein

    Master Tonic 101

    http://heal-thyself.ning.com/profiles/blogs/master-tonic-101

    "Master Tonic" recipe?

       Colds & Flus
       Fever
       Ear Infection
       Strep Throat
       Drug-resistant Bacteria and Antibiotics
       14 Steps for Healthy Guts

Master Tonic looks like it cures everything and is easy to make and have on hand.

    WEAR GLOVES!!

[I did not peel my garlic this time --- MUCH EASIER!!]

    Master Tonic Ingredients

1 part fresh chopped garlic cloves (antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitical)
1 part fresh chopped white onions, or the hottest onions available (similar properties to garlic)
1 part fresh grated ginger root (increases circulation to the extremities)
1 part fresh grated horseradish root (increases blood flow to the head)
1 part fresh chopped Cayenne peppers, Jalapenos, Serranos, Habeneros,
African bird peppers....any combination of the hottest peppers available

    Preparation
    · Fill a glass jar 3/4 of the way full with equal parts of the above fresh chopped
and grated herbs. Then fill to the top with raw unfiltered, unbleached,
    nondistilled apple cider vinegar.

    · Close and shake vigorously and then top off the vinegar if necessary.
Begin this formula on the NEW moon and strain and bottle on the FULL moon,
(approximately 14 days). Filter the mixture through a clean piece of cotton,
    bottle and label.

    · Make sure that when you are making this tonic that you shake it every time
you walk by it, a minimum of once per day.
Remember that all the herbs and vegetables should be fresh
    (and organic if possible),
and to use dried herbs only in an emergency.

    Usage:
Strain liquids from solids through muslin cloth or strainer into a 8oz. Glass.
    Note: the solid ingredients retain almost the same potency as the liquid ingredients;
therefore, these solids can be puréed to use with other ingredients like honey and lemon
to make a salad dressing or to marinate meats of all sorts.
For example mixing to taste with Peanut oil makes a great sauce to roast chicken.
This formula will not spoil unless mixed with new ingredients.

    Dosage:
1/2 to 1 ounce, two or more times daily, gargle and swallow.
I hear it is not only the cure for the common cold but every other disease of mankind. lol

    Note:
Store your tincture in a dark place as light will deteriorate it.
You can put the jar in a paper bag for the brewing and shaking process.
“Tinctures last indefinitely, while herbs can lose potency within a year.
Also, tinctures enter your system in seconds, as compared with dry herbs
in capsules which have to be digested first.” Advised Schultz.

"This tonic is extremely powerful, because all the ingredients are fresh.
Its power should not be underestimated. This formula is a modern day plague tonic.
It is said that when added to an incurable routine it could cure the most chronic conditions
and stubborn diseases. It stimulates maximum blood circulation,
while putting the best detoxifying herbs into the blood.
This formula is not just for the sniffles,
it has helped to turn around the deadliest diseases."

"...I designed this formula as a fresh herb alternative to Dr. Christopher’s plague formula,
to be more alive, a herbal juice tonic, and believe me, you don’t want to be
without formulas like this when you or your loved ones get ill; it will save your life.
Make up plenty, it can’t go bad because vinegar already is, and will last almost forever..,"
    writes Dr. Shultz.

Quoted from Sam Biser’s “The Last Chance Health Report” on Killer Viruses:
A formula for stopping them when drugs fail.
    http://www.its-my-health.com/documents/MasterTonic.pdf

I've seen it recommended to add all ingredients to the blender to puree,
other coarsely chop the veggies. I've also seen it recommended to consume it
on top of bread and butter. [smile] And "if you eat it with cheese, it isn't even very spicy"??
The suggestion was to partake of it regularly in this way, like a condiment. [Eat] :

Especially warming, if coming in from the cold, windy, wet weather.
And, just sniff to clear the sinuses. [Wink]

Supposed to be helpful for bladder and kidney issues?
(Maybe because it makes you drink a LOT of water. LOL)

Apparently, excess ginger can cause uterine contractions?? So, caution with pregnancy.

This article describes some of the myriad of benefits from a scientific (sorta) perspective. http://fairhillsfarm.com/2008/12/11/some-good-old-fashioned-horsera...
Also, delicious on fish, salmon, halibut, etc.

Here is a commercial version, without the horseradish:
Blair's Mega Death Sauce- Feel Alive!
    http://www.hotsauceworld.com/blairmegdeat.html [orange big grin]

Maybe we need a bit of wasabi added?

Here it is Cyclone Cider Herbal Tonic: http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=43121 It is an herbal extract of CAYENNE PEPPER, GARLIC, ONION, HORSERADISH ROOT, GINGER ROOT, PARSLEY in a base of raw apple cider vinegar. [thumbs up]

Between this and some raw milk kefir, we could cure the world. [orange big grin]

    Whew~ that is potent stuff!

I was brave. I took most of a tablespoon, without taste testing first
and put it in the back of my mouth, gargled (sorta) a bit and felt it go alllllllll
the way down to my navel. [lol]

About half way down, I decided I needed a chaser. [bigeyes]
My eyes were a bit teary. (I had an emergency banana sitting ready.
    But, left it uneaten.)

I made enough for the whole neighborhood, it appears! It cost about $20 for all the ingredients; and I have four mason jars full! I strained mine and I believe it will keep indefinitely. I saved the strained chopped bits in the freezer for adding to soups and stuff to spice it up.

I hunted for a recipe which included additional herbs and spices. Does anyone have one?

I know the following have natural antifungal, antiparsitic, antibacterial properties:
black walnut hulls, wormwood, clove, raw pumpkin seeds, fennel, thyme, sage,
    golden seal, oregano, water, salt, essential oils: cinnamon, lemongrass, thyme, peppermint, lavender, coriander; olive leaf extracts, vit C, onion, allspice, tarragon, cumin;
capsicums, including chilies and other hot peppers; black and white pepper, ginger,
anise seed, celery seed, and the juices of lemons and limes; cranberries, myrrh, turmeric,
echinacea, licorice root, Pau d'arco, rosemary, basil, mint, anise, dandelion, honey, garlic.

So, I was curious about including these, or making an alternate tonic with some of them as an alternate to rotate. But, I wasn't sure about including them in the Master Tonic.

I LOVE my Master Tonic. I've been adding a teaspoon of it to a cup of bone broth occasionaly. It is deliciously zesty and invigorating!

(the thread that started it all)

I put the whole peppers (with seeds and top little stem attached) in the food processor.
De-seeding them seemed too difficult. My Master Tonic is wicked hot.
It is easier in the food processor (than chopping/grating by hand)

    Use gloves!

Any jar will do. Mason jars are about $2 each at a (Ace) hardware store
or Walmart of regular grocery. Or reuse an old mayo or pickle jar.

If you coarsely chop the ingredients, it is more mild than if you finely chop or puree
the ingredients in a food processor. Coarse chopped makes it more palatable for children.
Also, if you use a finer filter, like a coffee filter, rather than a metal strainer,
more of the sediment is removed. Additionally, shaking it before each use
increases the potency of flavor a LOT, lol. And imo, it is easier to swallow cold or warm,
rather than room temp. And we chase it with honey.
Diluted in water is another way to make it more palatable, sorta. ;-)

I add a shy tablespoon of the Master Tonic to a cup of bone broth.
It is so zippy and warm and nourishing, especially when coming in from the winter cold,
or first thing in the morning to get your blood moving!

My understanding is that we shouldn't add ingredients after the ferment starts.

20 Practical Uses for Coca Cola…

Proof That Coke Does Not Belong

    In the Human Body

    Health & FitnessNovember 23, 2013
    1coketoilets

Coke is the most valuable brand in history, and “Coca-Cola” is the world’s second-most recognized word

    after “hello.”

However, the beverage itself is an absolute poison to the human metabolism.

Coke is very close to the acidity level of battery acid and consequently it can clean surfaces

equivalent to and often better than many toxic household cleaners.

It’s cheaper and easier to buy Coke in some third world countries than it is to access clean water.

Coke uses “public relations propaganda” to convince consumers and entire nations

that it is an “environmental company” when really it is linked to pollution, water shortages, and disease.

People who consume soft drinks such as Coke have a 48% increase in heart attack and stroke risk,

compared to people who did not drink the sodas at all or did not drink them every day.

A study published in the journal Respirology reveals that soft drink consumption

is also associated with lung and breathing disorders including asthma

and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

The carbonation in Coke causes calcium loss in the bones through a 3-stage process:

    The carbonation irritates the stomach.
The stomach “cures” the irritation the only way it knows how. It adds the only antacid at its disposal: calcium. It gets this from the blood.
The blood, now low on calcium, replenishes its supply from the bones. If it did not do this, muscular and brain function would be severely impaired.
But, the story doesn’t end there.

Another problem with most Coke is it also contain phosphoric acid

(not the same as the carbonation, which is carbon dioxide mixed with the water).

Phosphoric acid also causes a draw-down on the body’s store of calcium.

So Coke softens your bones (actually, makes them weak and brittle) in 3 ways:

Carbonation reduces the calcium in the bones.
Phosphoric acid reduces the calcium in the bones.
The beverage replaces a calcium-containing alternative, such as milk or water. Milk and water are not excellent calcium sources, but they are sources.
Esophageal cancer was very rare two generations ago — now, it’s common. The basic mechanism works as follows:

Mechanical damage to cells is a huge risk factor for cancer. It’s why asbestos particles, for example, cause lung cancer.
All soft drinks cause acid reflux (stomach acid rising up past the esophageal valve). This is more pronounced when the body is horizontal (as in sleeping), but the sheer volume of Coke and soft drinks consumed in the USA means the acid reflux is well past the danger point. Any time you ingest a gassy drink, you are going to get belching–and acid into the esophagus. How much is too much? The research doesn’t say where the limit is–it only shows that most of us are far, far, far past it.
tomach acid dissolves tissue — that’s its purpose. The stomach lining does not extend into the esophagus, so the lower esophagus gets damaged by acid far more frequently in soft drink users than in non soft drink users. This results in a radical increase in cell mutations, along with a far higher level of free radicals.
    20 Practical Uses For Coke

Coke acts as an acidic cleaner. The amount of acid in soda is enough to wear away at the enamel of your teeth, making them more susceptible to decay. In tests done on the acidity levels of soda, certain ones were found to have PH levels as low as 2.5. To put that into perspective, consider that battery acid has a pH of 1 and pure water has a pH of 7.

To prove Coke does not belong in the human body, here are 20 practical ways you can use Coke as a domestic cleaner:

Removes grease stains from clothing and fabric
Removes rust; methods include using fabric dipped in Coke, a sponge or even aluminum foil. Also loosens rusty bolts
Removes blood stains from clothing and fabric.
Cleans oil stains from a garage floor; let the stain soak, hose off.
Kills slugs and snails; the acids kills them.
Cleans burnt pans; let the pan soak in the Coke, then rinse.
Descales a kettle (same method as with burnt pans)
Cleans car battery terminals by pouring a small amount of Coke over each one.
Cleans your engine; Coke distributors have been using this technique for decades.
Makes pennies shine; soaking old pennies in Coke will remove the tarnish.
Cleans tile grout; pour onto kitchen floor, leave for a few minutes, wipe up.
Dissolves a tooth; Use a sealed container…takes a while but it does work.
Removes gum from hair; dip into a small bowl of Coke, leave a few minutes. Gum will wipe off.
    Removes stains from vitreous china.
Got a dirty pool? Adding two 2-liter bottles of Coke clears up rust.
You can remove (or fade) dye from hair by pouring diet Coke over it.
Remove marker stains from carpet. Applying Coke, scrubbing and then clean with soapy water will remove marker stains.
Cleans a toilet; pour around bowl, leave for a while, flush clean.
Coke and aluminum foil will bring Chrome to a high shine.
Strips paint off metal furniture. Soak a towel in Coke and lay it on the paint surface.
Now can you imagine what is does to your stomach lining?

Who needs the ‘household and cleaning’ section at the hardware store when we have Coke.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN COCONUT BUTTER !!! (this is NOT coconut oil)

Lately I have been OBSESSED (that needed all caps for sure) with coconut butter.

I eat it by the spoonful, put it in smoothies, bake with it, drizzle it on fruit, use it as a sandwich spread, saute veggies with it and more.

Coconut butter is made up of the kind of fat that is good for you and your heart (just like avocado).

Coconut butter is not coconut oil and surprisingly tastes much different.

The taste reminds me of a candied coconut and let me just say it is freaking amazing.

Not only is this unbelievably good it is also the easiest thing to make and you only need one ingredient…

    What you will need:

5 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut (do not use coconut flakes or “reduced fat” shredded coconut, it will not work.)

    * I purchase already shredded unsweetened coconut in bulk from my local natural grocery store.

    Directions:

    1. Place the shredded coconut into a food processor and turn it on.

    2. Let it work its magic for about 10 minutes or until you have a nice creamy butter like consistency.

    3. That’s it!

Place the coconut butter into a container with a lid and store at room temperature.

It will solidify at room temperature.

When you are ready to use it just place it in a glass jar and heat in a bowl of hot water.

You can also use straight out of jar as is (that is what I do). Put it on anything and everything!

A Killer In Your Fridge ~ Sweet Poison…A MUST READ

tags: aspartame, diabetes, dizziness, fibromyalgia, headaches, lupus, migraines, ms, muscle spasms, nutra-sweet, splenda

In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick

She had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around.

    Walking was a major chore.

It took everything she had just to get out of bed; she was in so much pain.

By March 2002, she had undergone several tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications.

The doctors could not determine what was wrong with her.

She was in so much pain, and so sick she just knew she was dying.

She put her house, bank accounts, life insurance, etc., in her oldest daughter’s name,

and made sure that her younger children were to

    be taken care of.

She also wanted her last hooray, so she planned a trip to Florida (basically in a wheelchair) for March 22nd.

On March 19, I called her to ask how her most recent tests went, and she said they didn’t find anything on the test, but they believe she had MS.

I recalled an article a friend of mine e-mailed to me and I asked my sister if she drank diet soda?

She told me that she did.

As a matter of fact, she was getting ready to crack one open that moment.

I told her not to open it, and to stop drinking the diet soda!

I e-mailed her an article my friend, a lawyer, had sent.

My sister called me within 32 hours after our phone conversation

and told me she had stopped drinking the diet soda AND she could walk!

The muscle spasms went away. She said she didn’t feel 100% but, she sure felt a lot better.

She told me she was going to her doctor with this article and would call me when she got home.

Well, she called me, and said her doctor was amazed! He is going to call all of his MS patients

to find out if they consumed artificial sweeteners of any kind.

In a nutshell, she was being poisoned by the Aspartame in the diet soda..

and literally dying a slow and miserable death

When she got to Florida March 22, all she had to take was one pill, and that was a pill for the Aspartame poisoning!

She is well on her way to a complete recovery.

And she is walking! No wheelchair!

    This article

    saved her life.

If it says ‘SUGAR FREE’ on the label; DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on ‘ASPARTAME,’

marketed as ‘Nutra Sweet,’ ‘Equal,’ and ‘Spoonful. ‘In the keynote address by the EPA,

it was announced that in the United States in 2001 there is an epidemic of multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus.

It was difficult to determine exactly what toxin was causing this to be rampant.

I stood up and said that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject.

I will explain why Aspartame is so dangerous:

When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F,

the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid,

which in turn causes metabolic acidosis.

Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants.

The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus.

Many people were being diagnosed in error.

Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, Methanol toxicity is!

Systemic lupus has become almost as rampant as multiple sclerosis,

especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.

The victim usually does not know that the Aspartame is the culprit.

He or she continues it’s use; irritating the lupus to such a degree

that it may become a life-threatening condition.

We have seen patients with systemic lupus become asymptotic, once taken off diet sodas.

In cases of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, most of the symptoms disappear.

We’ve seen many cases where vision loss returned and hearing loss improved markedly.

This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia. During a lecture, I said,

‘If you are using ASPARTAME (Nutra Sweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) and you suffer

from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs,
    Cramps,
    Vertigo,
    Dizziness,
    Headaches,
    Tinnitus,
    Joint pain,
Unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision,

or memory loss you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!’

People were jumping up during the lecture saying, ‘I have some of these symptoms.

    Is it reversible?’

    Yes!
    Yes!
    Yes!

STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels! Many products are fortified with it!

This is a serious problem. Dr. Espart (one of my speakers) remarked that so many people seem to be symptomatic

    for MS and during his recent visit to a hospice;

a nurse stated that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Coke addicts,

had all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence!

Diet soda is NOT a diet product!

It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME

containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydrates.

It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight!

These products also contain formaldehyde, which stores in the fat cells,

particularly in the hips and thighs.

Formaldehyde is an absolute toxin and is used primarily to preserve ’tissue specimens.’

Many products we use every day contain this chemical but we SHOULD NOT store it IN our body!

Dr. H. J. Roberts stated in his lectures that once free of the ‘diet products’

    and with no significant increase in exercise;

his patients lost an average of 19 pounds over a trial period.

Aspartame is especially dangerous for diabetics.

We found that some physicians, who believed that they had a patient with retinopathy, in fact, had symptoms caused by Aspartame.

The Aspartame drives the blood sugar out of control.

Thus diabetics may suffer acute memory loss due to the fact that aspartic acid

and phenylalanine are NEUROTOXIC when taken without the other amino acids

    necessary for a good balance.

Treating diabetes is all about BALANCE.. Especially with diabetics, the Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier

and it then deteriorates the neurons of the brain; causing various levels of brain damage,

Seizures, Depression, Manic depression, Panic attacks, Uncontrollable anger and rage.

Consumption of Aspartame causes these same symptoms in non-diabetics as well.

Documentation and observation also reveal that thousands of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD have had complete turnarounds

in their behavior when these chemicals have been removed from their diet.

So called ‘behavior modification prescription drugs’ (Ritalin and others) are no longer needed.

Truth be told, they were never NEEDED in the first place!

Most of these children were being ‘poisoned’

on a daily basis with the very foods that were ‘better for them than sugar.

‘It is also suspected that the Aspartame in thousands of pallets of diet Coke and diet Pepsi consumed by men and women fighting in the Gulf War, may be partially to blame for the well-known Gulf War Syndrome.

Dr. Roberts warns that it can cause birth defects, i.e. mental retardation,

if taken at the time of conception and during early pregnancy.

Children are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should NEVER be given artificial sweeteners.

There are many different case histories to relate of children suffering grand mal seizures

and other neurological disturbances talking about a plague of neurological diseases directly caused by the use of this deadly poison.’

Herein lies the problem: There were Congressional Hearings when Aspartame was included in 100 different products

and strong objection was made concerning its use. Since this initial hearing,

there have been two subsequent hearings, and still nothing has been done. The drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets.

Sadly, MONSANTO’S patent on Aspartame has EXPIRED! There are now over 5,000 products

on the market that contain this deadly chemical and there will be thousands more introduced.

Everybody wants a ‘piece of the Aspartame pie. ‘I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame, knows how deadly it is.

And isn’t it ironic that MONSANTO funds, among others, the American Diabetes Association,

the American Dietetic Association and the Conference of the American College of Physicians?

This has been recently exposed in the New York Times. These [organizations] cannot criticize any additives

or convey their link to MONSANTO because they take money from the food industry and are required to endorse their products.

Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote and presented a bill that would require label warnings on products containing Aspartame,

especially regarding pregnant women, children and infants.

The bill would also institute independent studies on the known dangers and the problems existing in the general population

regarding seizures, changes in brain chemistry, neurological changes and behavioural symptoms.

The bill was killed. It is known that the powerful drug and chemical lobbies are responsible for this,

letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting and uninformed public. Well, you’re informed now!

Note: I have been studying health and nutrition for 35 years. What I’ve learned in the past 3 years has been by far…the most valuable.

My husband was diagnosed with liver disease 3 years ago and that sent me on a very aggressive search for help. I came across an article

about Dr. Otto Warburg that said…he won the Nobel Prize in 1931

for proving that no disease including cancer, can survive in an alkaline body.

    From there…

a friend told me about a Japanese medical device that makes alkaline water.

She went on to tell me that since our body is 70% water, drinking alkaline ionized water is the easiest way to raise your pH. It makes perfect sense…

the health “puzzle” is made up of many pieces including water, diet, exercise, sleep, etc.

But since 3/4 of that puzzle is made up of one big piece…WATER, drinking enough of the “right” kind of water will have a HUGE impact on your health.

This is such a good idea! I buy a lot of pot pies. The whole family loves them. Wish I would've thought of this before.

QUICK DINNER -- Create Your Own Signature Mini Pie (and an easy way to get rid of leftovers!)

Mix 1/2 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 Cup of Milk, and 2 eggs together for a base. (put about 1 tablespoon in each muffin cup)

Top with about 1/4 cup of any "fillings" you want. - Cheeseburger, Pizza, BLT, Chicken and Veggies, etc....

You can mix it up in the pan (any meat should already be cooked)

Then top with one more tablespoon of the "Bisquick Mixture" - and bake at 375 for 25-30. It's a great way to get rid of your leftovers!
