They say that we have to die in front of the old models of spirituality to open ourselves to the renewal of ourselves, to become a midwife and midwife in a new way of thinking and acting.

Sometime in a person's life they will feel something exquisite touch them, momentarily they will be struck with amazement.
They will question themselves. What happened? How can I feel so good for no reason whatsoever?
When the world stops like this, a person's life will possibly never be the same again. The mind loses its imposed control and for a moment they are free.
Such an experience though can be devastating. Suddenly all those appealing things and their motivations that people on planet Earth do, lose their allure.
When feeling this liberation, life is self-fulfilling and complete to itself.
Feeling aligned with such an exquisiteness, we know that without a doubt, we are simply here, fundamentally, to experience this. This is what gives meaning and purpose to life.
Then a longing is born in humans. A longing for the experience of simply being to be constantly available. The beloved has embraced them and now there is no alternative to consummating that love, every moment, every day.
In a world structured to doing, the lover, who yearns for simple being, is an anomaly, a madman dedicated to the ineffable. Yet this sublime taste is enough to empower and fulfil that longing.
Conscious alignment with our own nature, will always touch us in its unique way, like water to the parched, it satisfies.
Being is not opposed to doing. Those that have had such an experience don't need be idle, it just means that their well-being is no longer dependent on the actions and motivations that our species normally dances to.
Now all actions are an expression of innate wonder. Still in this world, the practitioner knows it, for the dream it is.

If you’re waiting for someone to save you,
Whether you think it’s JB, or the UN,
or DT, Q, Aliens, Nesara, whatever...
You’re totally missing the whole point.
There is no “they”.
Everything you perceive is all part of the same consciousness, and you are really perceiving mirrored aspects of yourself.
The “they” that you are either worried about or hoping for, is a waste of time and energy.
I’ve done this as much as anyone, so I’m not pointing fingers.
But it’s a colossal leak of energy to focus on anything other than building the life for yourself that YOU are most inspired to build.
Imagination guided by inspiration is the real creative power on this planet.
Your attention is harvested by shadow versions of you that you label as “wrong”, “evil” and “dark”.
And every time you invest your attention there it grows.
My advice is to turn your attention towards only the things that make you feel more like YOU.
Having fun is the ultimate creative advantage (and adventure).
You have all the tools and resources you need to take the best next steps towards a life that is truly free.
Let the old systems fall away as they do not qualify for your attention any longer.
I am doing this by building a life of near total reliance on what I can control,and I am withdrawing my energy from systems and structures that don’t align with my mission.
There are no victims, and there are no villains.
Not at the deepest level of knowing.
Just you, playing the game of Life with other aspects of You.

The basic structure of the etheric body contains three dantiens as well as 7 major chakras.
The Chakra system and Dantien system are inter-connected and develop naturally in an ascending fashion from the bottom of the spine to the top of the head.
The three dantiens are actual containers made of tissue that contain, accumulate, as well as refine the three “elixirs.”
The three elixirs in Taoist alchemy are Jing, Chi, and Shen.
The lower dantien houses the most unrefined form of energy which is termed jing or “ching” by Taoist alchemists.
Jing is responsible for the vitality of the physical body and is reflected by the health of a person’s teeth.
Jing is both thick and hot in feeling, because it is the most unrefined form of vital energy in the etheric body.
In Taoist cultivation terms, it is jing which is contained in the lower dantien and is the main concern of the Mo Pai training.
Overtime the jing in the lower dantien is refined into chi, a subtle energy with a temperature that is more difficult to discern, and resides in the middle dantien.
Chi is responsible for a person’s dynamism and is reflected by a glowing of the skin.
The last elixir is known as shen.
Shen is responsible for inner awareness, or spirit, and is reflected by the glowing of the eyes.
A person at this degree of cultivation also has a halo that is visible on a subtle level, similar to the light around the top of the pyramid.
Each of the dantiens serve as a locality for the continual refinement and storage of each vital energy.
Continually transforming jing to chi, and finally chi to shen.
When the three containers, or dantiens, are full, one begins to cultivate ling, which is considered ultimate.
At birth, every child begins with substance in each of the three elixirs, but as time goes on many lose sight of their inner vision and begin to develop backwards.
They begin losing shen (upper dantien) to supply chi (middle dantien), and finally losing chi to supply jing (lower dantien).
This is aging, but humans do not have to age this way if they can restore the three elixirs.
The seven major Chakras also play a significant role in energy cultivation, constantly working in correlation with the three dantiens.
The chakras are similar to whirlpools created by an exchange between the flows of the two opposite energies of yin chi and the yang chi.
The rotation of the major chakras move and refine the elixir in each of the three dantiens, creating an energy field effect surrounding the student.
The capacity of the “three elixirs” and activity of the seven major chakras is a determining factor of the overall health and youthfulness of the physical body.
When the etheric body is at a high potential, the human body will not only last longer, but will have the capability for rejuvenating.
The lower dantien plays an important role in purifying and activating the etheric body.
The efficiency of the lower dantien’s capability to purify the etheric body corresponds to its current capacity.
Many traditions including the Shaolin monks understand this, and begin with lower dantien breathing also.
The purpose of this is to accelerate the practitioner’s conscious progression.
The lower dantien is like the engine inside of a car.
In esoteric terms the capacity of the lower dantien is literally the strength of a person’s immaterial force.
Many traditions call this “building the foundation.”

They’re only meant to trouble you while you’re having a wrong idea of yourself. When you find the truth of yourself, these things will go.
Look around in nature, look at the birds – they are not stressed. Look at the dogs – they’re not stressed. Look at even the worms – they’re not stressed. Look at the sky – it’s not stressed. Look at the trees – they’re not stressed. Look at the ocean – it is not stressed. Feel the wind – it is not stressed.
Why are humans stressed? Because of some news they hear. Everywhere you go, people are talking about the virus. You will find balance when you pay attention to the fact that everything that appears in the mind comes and goes.
Thoughts, feelings, sensations, ideas – they come and go. But that which notices them does not come and go. It is constant. Recognize, the constance is there, it is your reality.
All these things are moving, but they are watched by an unmoving awareness. There will come a time when you fully discover the truth, that it doesn't matter what happens "outside", the stillness does not change.
It's like a vast emptiness and it is full of joy and peace. My heart just wants to encourage you and remind you that your spirit is pure and eternal.”

Here's some real stress. One of my closest friends just sent me this from Brisbane. They better not try to do this in my neighborhood. We are armed to the teeth. We could easily form a militia at a moment's notice.
YouTube has also blocked the "Save" mode on this video because it is not fit for children.
I also wonder how FB would respond if I posted it there? As far as the stress factor goes, I can't help being stressed out over the fact that my neighbors next door to me have had covid. I love these people and they're great folks.
Here's another thing... OSHA. They require all chemicals to have a Material Safety Data Sheet. In short, it is called, "MSDS. Every chemical is labeled with an MSDS label, stating the classification of the Hazard, and what chemicals are in it. Why aren't folks requesting this before they take the snakebite? Just asking?
When I had my shop, I had 3 notebooks full of these datasheets and it was required by law.
I disagree with mother nature not being stressed out. Just look at what humanity has done to this world because of corporate greed. When the animal kingdom sees a human, they run like hell to getaway. Unless you are truly connected to the Planet. Here is an example of those who are connected.

Where there are humans there is stress I agree Lionhawk
I believe stress is built up from harmful actions creating pain on mind
and body hence leaving an imprint, a memory behind.
Humans, some more than others, are capable of repeatedly hurting beings around them,
be it animal, plant or human. Through their deeds and attitude they spread fear in their vicinity.
Wild animals don't do this. If they attack it is to eat not to hurt and they will only do so when
strictly necessary. One accepts to die for this is nature's law. Its direct, brisk, to the point: energy (life) is not waisted . It's regenerated.
In humans stress is the result of waisted erratic energy. It is piled up fear that paralyses you. It is a stimulus response mechanism rooted in painful incidents.
Its not regenerative, it is killing you, its robbing you from your true power, from your presence
as a conscious and aware being.
Where presence is stress is no more.
Regarding the Brisbane video and Fb.
There is quite a bit of activism surviving there.
Seems like nothing and no one will stop this.

All matter is highly condensed light...but what is light? Light is neither a wave nor particle, it is an effect. This is an electric realm of creation. All of creation is made of aether fields. When magnetism spins in the dielectric field it creates electricity.
Light is a transverse electromagnetic wave (the two serpents shown herein, electricity and magnetism)...with a longitudinal dielectric pulse (the winged rod). As the dielectric pulse (the ball at the end of the rod) travels (wings) the electromagnetic field, it's pulsing causes the field to wave (the serpent coils). When the field is waving the effect causes illumination which we call light. When the field is not waving, we are in darkness. When the wave oscillates at a high enough rate, the compression/rarefaction point of the wave moves from the point where the coils touch to the center of the serpents coils giving the illusionary appearance of an object we call an atom. Its just a visual illusion. There are no atomic particles. There are only waves upon waves of aether fields.
