^ I'm thinking They should be looking for Corexit and not just Petroleum...

Thats whats Killing the Turtles - Porpoises - Whales & Dolphins. The Fish is another matter and while both are inter-related - The mechanism of delivery is different for the Mammals than the Fish...

I'll draw up a Graphic tonight that explains how the Fish are dying in reference to this Oil Spill and how treating It with Corexit has and is causing the Fish-kills...

The ignorant responses to these deaths are obviously a result of the millions, possibly billions of dollars BP spent bribing authorities, scientists, university research dept's, veterinarian's and doctors to keep their mouths shut and lie, lie, lie and lie some more when dead marine life started washing up, or when people began to get sick and die. Silence can be bought and lies paid for in a corporate world...predatory capitalism at it's finest.

They know what's killing everything...they're not allowed to tell us. For every animal that dies, BP would have to pay a price once this goes to court.

Hundreds of Dead Penguins Wash Up on Uruguay Shore
    By Alex Johnston

    Jun 9, 2011

Uruguay authorities said that around 600 dead penguins have washed up on the shore since this weekend and the cause of death has not been found yet.

According to a statement from the Uruguay navy, officers on a routine ocean patrol came “across a large number of dead penguins” and alerted environmental authorities.

Tens of millions of Florida bees mysteriously drop dead in one day, beekeepers blame pesticides
    BY ADONAI – OCTOBER 6, 2011

Authorities have already ruled out disease, including the infamous “Colony Collapse Disorder” (CCD), as the cause of a recent honeybee holocaust that took place in Brevard County, Florida. The UK’s Daily Mailreports that up to 12 million bees from roughly 800 apiaries in the area all dropped dead at roughly the same time around September 26 — and local beekeepers say pesticides are likely to blame.

US: Mysterious Disease Killed Scores of Seals in Alaska
    Fri, 14 Oct 2011

A mysterious disease, possibly a virus, has killed scores of ring seals along Alaska's coast, according to local and federal agencies.

The diseased seals have been beaching themselves on the Arctic coastline since July, with numbers picking up in subsequent months, biologists with the North Slope Borough Department of Wildlife Management and other agencies said on Thursday.

About 100 of the diseased animals have been found near Barrow, the nation's northernmost community, and half of those have died, the borough biologists reported.

Elsewhere in the sprawling borough, villagers have reported 146 ringed seals hauling themselves onto beaches, and many of those were diseased, the biologists said.

Ringed seals rarely come ashore, spending most of the year in the water or on floating ice, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Fisheries Service.

Illinois officials report major fish kill on Little Wabash River
    October 24, 2011

CARMI, Ill. — Officials with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and the Illinois EPA are investigating the source of a major fish kill along the Little Wabash River in White County.

Local sportsman Jack Emery of rural Carmi said he first started hearing about dead fish appearing in the Little Wabash a few weeks ago. However, in the past few days, the number of dead fish has exploded into the thousands.

Witnesses are reporting dead fish floating in the Little Wabash from the Interstate 64 bridge downstream to the Possom Bridge south of Carmi. The stretch of river where the kill has been noticed is around 30 miles. Dead fish were also noted above and below the dam at Carmi.

Researcher Links Fungus To Dropping Bat Population
    Mon, 31 Oct 2011

A University of Tennessee researcher helped confirm the link between the fungus Geomyces destructans and the dropping bat population.

Over a million bats were killed in North American in 2006, and little has been done to try and save them due to lack of evidence for the alleged killer.

However, a new study has discovered that the fungus Geomyces destructans is the agent of White-noise Syndrome (WNS), which is the fungal disease decimating the bat population.

The fungus has been thought to be the likely culprit because the skin lesions found on the bats are associated with colonization of the fungus.

"Many assumed that fungal infections in mammals only occur if some other pathogen has already weakened the immune system," Justin Boyles, a post-doctoral research associate in ecology and evolutionary biology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, said in a statement. "Additionally, the recent discovery that G. destructans commonly colonizes the skin of bats in Europe with no major die-offs generated speculation that other unidentified factors are the primary cause of WNS."

ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Thousands of migratory birds were killed or injured after apparently mistaking a Wal-Mart parking lot, football fields and other snow-covered areas of southern Utah for bodies of water and plummeting to the ground in what one state wildlife expert called the worst mass bird crash she'd ever seen.
Crews went to work cleaning up the dead birds and rescuing the injured survivors after the creatures crash-landed in the St. George area Monday night.
By midday Wednesday, volunteers had helped rescue more than 3,000 birds, releasing them into a nearby pond. There's no count on how many died, although officials estimate it's upwards of 1,500. "They're just everywhere," said Teresa Griffin, wildlife program manager for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resource's southern region. "It's been nonstop. All our employees are driving around picking them up, and we've got so many people coming to our office and dropping them off."

Anthrax outbreak claims lives of more than 165 wild animals in Zimbabwe
88 hippos, 45 buffaloes, 30 elephants and two kudos found dead in Mana Pools national park
    10th January 2012

More than 165 wild animals including 88 hippopotamuses have died amid an outbreak of anthrax in Zimbabwe.
The hippos were found dead alongside 45 buffaloes, 30 elephants and two kudos in the country's northern Mana Pools national park.
Zimbabwean Parks and Wildlife Management Authority spokeswoman Caroline Washaya-Moyo told the state-owned Herald newspaper that tests had proved the hippos were killed by anthrax.

Nearly 7 Million Bats Died Across Northeast From Mysterious Disease
    January 30, 2012

MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — A national organization of recreational cavers is questioning a new estimate of the number of bats killed by a mysterious ailment that is spreading across the country.

The estimate by state and federal scientists said 5.7 million to 6.7 million bats had died across the Northeast from what’s known as white nose syndrome. But that estimate, released this month, is flawed and could lead to unnecessary restrictions on access to caves across the country, said Peter Youngbear, a Vermont-based official with the National Speleological Society.

“This is extremely important as this number is likely to drive significant wildlife and land management decisions,” Youngbear wrote in a letter to the director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Mystery Grows As More Livestock Dies In Maury County
    Posted: Feb 24, 2012

MAURY COUNTY, Tenn. -- Horses are dying and now cattle as well and detectives in Maury County have been at a loss to explain how or why it is happening.

First, seven seemingly healthy horses turned up dead last week at a Hampshire farm in Maury County. The state performed a necropsy and released the results.

"They ruled that it's undetermined. The cause of death cannot be determined at this time. It is a mystery. We don't know what happened," said Detective Terry Chandler with the Maury County Sheriff's Department.

Now Detective Chandler is investigating more deaths: Two dead cows at a farm across from the one where the seven horses were found. And he's consulting with police looking into more mysterious horse deaths in Dickson and Giles county.

Chandler said there is no evidence anyone is intentionally harming the animals.

He said they have not ruled out the possibility the livestock died from eating contaminated hay or a poison plant. It's possible the toxins were not detected by the state testing.

I would think it would have to be toxins or monsanto with some scary DNA alterations with consumption. Given the various locations makes me think some grain. We buy our horses alfalfa pellets. Something like that would be my first area of research. Are they eating or drinking something that is from the same source.

They've ruled out the hay - something else?

Britain's lambs being wiped out by killer virus from Europe amid fears disease could spread to humans

A virus which causes lambs to be born dead or with serious deformities is sweeping farms.
The Schmallenberg virus, which also affects cattle, has already struck 74 farms in southern and eastern England, killing thousands of animals.
Some farmers have reported losing 20 per cent of their lambs since it arrived in the country last month from Europe, where 1,000 farms are affected.

Lambs with the virus are either stillborn or have horrific deformities such as fused limbs, misshapen heads and twisted necks which mean they cannot survive.
Scientists are urgently trying to find out how the disease spreads to prevent it blighting Britain’s livestock like the 2001 foot and mouth outbreak which resulted in millions of animals being slaughtered.
The Food Standards Agency insists the risk to humans is low, and those who have been exposed to the virus have not experienced any adverse effects.
But the National Farmers’ Union has called the outbreak a ‘potential catastrophe’ for the industry which is already suffering from the economic downturn.
Named after the small German town where it was first spotted last summer, the disease is thought to have been brought to Britain by midges.

Ewes show no sign of illness until they give birth, by which time it is too late to save their young. As the lambing season has only just begun, the full impact of the tragedy is likely to be felt in the coming weeks.
Farmers have described the heartbreak of having to shoot lambs born deformed and unable to suckle to save them from a slow death. One farmer said he had put down more lambs than at any point in the past 20 years. Others described it as ‘soul-destroying’.

Alistair Mackintosh of the NFU said: ‘For any business to lose 20 per cent of your stock would be a huge blow. For a farmer it is catastrophic. If it was 50 per cent you would be put out of action.
‘I know one farmer who says 10 per cent of his 6,000 ewes have become barren, so that is 600 animals producing nothing.’
In Germany and Holland the virus was detected in adult cattle, causing symptoms including reduced milk yield. In Britain the calving season has not yet begun, so the impact on foetuses is not yet clear.

The counties worst affected so far are Norfolk, Suffolk, East Sussex and Kent but the virus has already spread along the south coast to Cornwall and parts of south Wales.
The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has not ruled out direct transmission between animals but said a ban on imports would be pointless as the disease is already here.

In 2007 millions of sheep and goats on British farms were killed as a result of bluetongue virus, which was also brought in by midges.
It has now been eradicated but farmers are concerned that a vaccine for Schmallenberg does not exist and could take 18 months to two years to develop.

Dolphins have been found either dead or dying in record-breaking numbers in the Atlantic Ocean, off the United States.

So far 179 dolphins have died on Cape Cod in Massachusetts in a little over a month. Scientists fear it could be due to a change in sea temperature -- as the region experiences its mildest winter in a hundred years. At the same time, a rare and endangered whale species has also changed its behaviour patterns. Morland Sanders from Channel 4 News has more.

    Disease Killing Bats

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_rPjyO5fJQ

It all started in 2006 when a caver discovered a mass of dead bats right outside a cave near Albany, New York. The fungus appears on the bat’s muzzle and limbs, causes a skin irritation, and awakens the bats from hibernation to groom and clean themselves. In a hibernaculum, infected bats lack the adequate amount of body fat to survive until spring time. Early awakened bats display erratic behavior by flying during the day and during cold winter weather when their food supply of insects is not available. So, are they dying from starvation or from the WNS? Biologists are not certain and understand this is a race against time. There is evidence human contact is contributing to the bat’s demise. The fungus can live independently in caves and be transported in dirt by caver’s boots. Hmmm, very interesting…WNS exists in caves where people have been and does not exist in caves where people have not been. Some biologists have speculated that pesticides used on crops might play a role in WNS. Since 2006, there has been a sweeping path of WNS transmission from the New York epicenter to as far north as Canada, up and down the Appalachian Mountain spine, and as far west as Missouri and Tennessee. In Vermont, New York and Massachusetts, almost 80% of small-footed bats and 93% of long-eared bats have died from this disease in just two years! The mid-western and southern states are at high risk and this year in West Virginia, bats were seen flying out of a popular bat cave in the middle of winter. If the open mid-western plains do not stop the westward spread of WNS, Quebec, Canada, where the fungus has also been found, may provide a northern route to the west putting all western bats at risk.

    WHY SHOULD WE CARE?

Bats eat insects, that’s why! Heavily included in a bat’s daily diet are moths, beetles and mosquitoes. Many insects eaten by bats are agricultural pests. Without bats, crops and forests would see more devastation from these insect pests resulting in the use of even more pesticides contributing additional harm to the environment. If you live in a area where there are mosquitoes, please take note. Bats can eat up to 1,000 mosquitoes an hour! Without our little nocturnal friends, mosquitoes will increase by the millions and millions. Between West Nile Virus in the northeast already spreading and Dengue fever cases emerging in south Florida recently, what’s next, Malaria becoming common place? When we think of animals on the Endangered Species List, we often think of fluffy white polar bears, sea turtles-we eagerly follow their egg laying paths, dolphins – smart communicators with humans, whales that sing to each other, panda and koala bears we wish we had for pets and so on. Although these marvelous animals need our constant protection, the “not so sexy” and now endangered bat has not gotten the media attention it deserves and is in danger of becoming extinct.

Catastrophic Collapse of Saiga Antelope Leaves 120,000 Dead in a Month

Kazakhstan – An aerial survey conducted as part of a national monitoring program earlier this year estimated that the saiga antelope population numbered approximately 250,000 animals prior to this mass die-off, which has therefore halved the total population in about one month.

Preliminary analysis indicates that a combination of environmental and biological factors is contributing to this catastrophic event, which has seen four large birthing herds of the critically endangered Saiga antelope wiped out since mid-May this year. Primarily mothers and calves are among the carcasses; not a single animal has survived in the affected herds.

West coast ecosystem stress dissorder ESD: Drought now killing White-tailed deer by the hundreds

White-tailed deer in the Spokane region are dying, perhaps by the hundreds, in an outbreak of a drought-related viral disease called bluetongue, Washington wildlife officials say.

As of Monday, Department of Fish and Wildlife biologists in Spokane had compiled 50 reports of more than 100 deer that were dead or sick, said Kevin Robinette, regional wildlife manager. Additional reports are coming in from Lincoln County and southern areas of Stevens and Pend Oreille Counties, he said.

White-tailed deer are most vulnerable to the disease, which is transmitted by gnats, especially in dry conditions when the deer are concentrated near waterholes and mud.

Bluetongue, as well as the similar epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD) rarely affect other species found in this region.
Hemorrhagic disease outbreaks have killed small to large numbers of deer in portions of Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana in past years marked by dry summers.

Clearwater region whitetails in the Kamiah area required years to rebuild populations after a 2003 EHD outbreak.
"We appear to be in the middle of a bluetongue outbreak in the Spokane region just at the time we felt our whitetails had rebounded enough to expand either-sex deer hunting (for youth and senior hunters)," Robinette said.

Thousands of dead bees are washing up on a Florida beach in an area where last month 81 false killer whales died: Connection?

Thousands of bees have washed ashore in an area where last month 81 false killer whales died, both species use magnetoreception to navigate which may suggest the Earth's magnetospher is failing.
New research has shown in the most detail yet how rapidly Earth's magnetic field - which acts like a shield to protect us from harsh solar winds and cosmic radiation - is changing, getting weaker over some parts of the world, and strengthening over others.
The bees where washing up at Lowdermilk Park Beach Naples in Florida.
Some visitors said they're staying away after being stung while walking the shoreline.
Many people said the bee problem has popped up during the past few days.
Bee experts are describing the event as unusual and get this “uncommon behavior for bees to wash up on the beach!” Really?
They said it could be from nearby pesticide spraying, forcing them to the water, or it could be a swarm that flew over the beach that became exhausted and flew into the water.
Or probably more to the point they just don’t know why!
