I am expert for Darkosis and also studied the Protocols of Flaminius of Ar (Paracelsus) who saw a possible treatment in applying a certain variance of the Serum. Some of my texts are "inworld products", and some do not even exist on the common internet...
I assume that Darkosis (maybe similar to Grey Scale) is a fungus, also maybe a lichen (originally a dermatophyte) that is able to inactivate nerves resp. to paralyze them. Parallely it injects some kind of penicillin into the body to avoid inflammations, even pains and bleedings long term. Finally often falsely diagnosed as cancer.
I doubt the idea of an eczema in strictu senso and assume that these species live on rocks etc...
Maybe on the way to the alexi pharmacum, the panacea universalis?
