It was a sunny afternoon when i decided to go back to an old haunt , a place id been outcast from some 3 years ago now .. and i decided to have a look at what people are talking about and came across a post asking what happend to me , Me as in Nanoo Nanoo ( my previous incarnation in that place.. )
this person as others were curious why i was back and gone so quickly. So i thought id tell the tale and use every bit of frankness in my being to say what transpired and to be honest its not really that important , this is not a protest , i dont hold any grudges but i do have some opinions and i believe some deserve to know but before i embark on this voyage id like to say those that are at Avalon , my friends and my former family , i still love you all as much as i did the first time i fell in love with you all and especially Bill i have to say , he is a gentleman and his ship is rocus to say the least , as captain he has good mettle to deal with whats on there .. its not easy to run a forum .. So to you Bill i say hello and to my friends i say hello and hugs from me.

I do partly wish there was 100% transparency but for a selfish reason that isn't a valid reason for transparency. I'm just too darn curious for my own good. lol. Avalon actually has a lot more transparency than other forums for the mod team. My 2nd favorite forum(icke forum) you can't even discuss moderating or you get banned. Half the members there have been banned over the years. lol. Real sad to see such quality members go when they are too anti-authority to bite their own tongue and just accept the rules
I think the mods here do a fine job, and you can tell Bill and co has good judgment with who he chooses to be a moderator(or just Bill). Whatever nanoo did, I tend to think it was good enough reason to ban a longstanding member. I just wish I knew why(you could call it a futile desire I suppose). . "
I agree partially to most of this persons post and indeed i enjoyed his posts and we did chat and were distant friends i guess. To state howvever that all the mods are of good charachter is impossible to ratify , not that they werent nice , but some had strange egoeccentric methods of letting you know they didnt like you .. so they are human after all ..
People get banned for all sorts of reasons and im actually glad i did .. i wanted off Avalon and after 3 attempots of leaving i managed to get booted off .. i suppose i saw an opportunity .. and in retrospect it was necessary but i do wish id done it differently..
The story of being banned has to do more with a group of people who have an ingrained sence of entitlement , and abuse this to bully their agenda , yes they do exist on Avalon , they are everywhere and these are the feminists .. short and sweet , lets call a spade a spade , i dont identify with feminism mainly because it un fairly blankets all men as criminals. Being a man i take offence to that but i usually keep my mouth shut , as most men do , i mean who wants to listen to the complaints ? not me ! , so what caused me getting banned ? long story short a fight with a feminist.
Why dont i identify with feminism ? the usual silly implication is " you are a woman hater " this is about as useful a statement as the movement its self, while feminists have pushed their agendas for being treated more fairly they havent noticed its gone the other way but cannot fathom ever admitting it to them selves. So yes i take offence to being brefriended behind the scenes and publicly huminiated by a feminist, which was the case .
Yes that happened and yes it got the reaction i assume it wanted ... yes i over reacted a little but i felt really betrayed by this person of double standards.. whats more curious is the reaction was the problem not the instigation. So really i was banned from Avalon for telling a really nasty bit of work where to put her opinions
And why not ? i have every right to react to an instigaton , everyone has a right to defend them selves .. it seems feminists dont belive its true..
Please not , if you cause a problem you shoudl expect a reaction , i mean that scientist guy said it , who was it ? the EMc 2 guy ?

what is high on the agendas of feminists ? the ones who got the power they craved ? they have the money and the weight behind them now to really make a difference for women all around the world so how to they exersise this power ?

So what am i doing ? i dont know to be honest , im using a great forum to get things off my chest , a forum that does not discriminate in fact has more good info on it as a result of its liberal standpoint and that is to be a true protagonist for freedom of speech. Thank you Mists of Avalon :0)
So what does it all mean ? it means we are allowed to answer the questions oppresionists try to ban.. ban the word of man , of a man .. it will never happen.
realise that we all need each other and criminal activity has no gender.. women can be just as evil as men. to deny this it to deny reality.
So i took a few years off after that ban .. then i joined another forum and was banned , but that one you could have farted and got banned , i have to say Avalon was pretty tolerant by comparrison.
now im here now and again , still making friends in the altenative community and what lovely people they are too !
