y’all need to create a flat earth model
as accurate as the globe model.
Figure out all of these using only your model
1. The location of lunar and solar eclipse, when, where for the next 5 years
2. Explain why the summer equinox and winter solstice are the longest
and shortest days of the year and why and how it fits in with your model
3. Explain the force that keeps us on earth. You can use density of an object
but then you need to explain why weight changes in higher altitudes and lower altitudes
but mass stays the same
4. Explain how and why tides happen on earth and why they are stronger
or weaker depending on the location of the sun and moon
5. Why do constellations change throughout the seasons?
6. Why was the North Star, Thuban, a different star for the Ancient Egyptians and why is it currently Polaris?

What if we live in a HUGE Hollow-Planet the size of the solar system?? What if the solar system really exists as shown in the usual drawings, but is much smaller, to fit inside of this hypothetical Hollow-Planet?? What if Earth is a Flat-Globe, with the world as we know it, occupying less than half the surface of this globe, as a somewhat-flat Earth?? Alternatively, what if the Asteroid Belt, the Oort Cloud, and the Kuiper Belt are more extensive than commonly-known?? It was a great flat earth interview and I very much enjoyed talking with Dave. The motives behind flat earth are interesting. Well worth a look, to see what games are being played out, by whom, for what reasons...
There is a lot of interesting side work, NASA lies etc that are also worth looking at.
However.. the word irrefutable is unambiguous. There is no flexibility for doubt regarding this word and what it implies. Irrefutable: adjective: Impossible to refute or deny.
There are 5 irrefutable facts that the earth is round, or similar.. i.e not flat.
It matters not what people believe. Irrefutable facts are just that. Belief is irrelevant.
When I first went to New Zealand I said.. "Hey the moon is upside down!" and they all laughed at me.. "No it's not," they said, "it's always like that!".
The moon can not ever be upside down unless we live on a sphere. No flat earth model can explain that...
flat earthers are using a lot of incorrect maths and false hypotheses.. and folk simply cannot grasp the magnitude of a planet that is so vast in size that Mount Everest is but a pimple..

I still can't wrap my mind around the flat earth thing. Some say yea, including a relative that was a super soldier. Gene Decode says no. I don't know what the others who experienced flat earth actually saw or experienced to make them think earth is flat.
Our relative said that they (don't know who) were lowering the firmament. Don't know why or what this means. Just generated a host of questions.
It's also interesting that Burgundia started this thread so many years ago. Flat earth is being promoted by SGAnon as well as people we personally know. I just can't get there.
The others claim there are other realms (7 or so) and that some connect in Antartica through portals. The realms are large, earth is much larger than we're told...
It might be worth posting some of the various flat earth videos in this thread to explore as a mental exercise.

Depending how far North the observer is, the Sun can be seen for several days/weeks, rising and falling as usual but never fully setting beyond the horizon. This is because the Sun having reached the Tropic of Cancer is making its tightest, narrowest circle over the Earth, so much so that observers positioned centrally within the Arctic circle are never at any time significantly far enough away from the Sun for it to set beyond their horizon. Not until after Summer Solstice when the Sun makes its way back towards the equator will the Sun set completely and Arctic days begin getting shorter. Meanwhile in the Antarctic during Summer Solstice, the Sun disappears completely for over 2 months leaving everyone below the Antarctic circle in bitter cold darkness from mid-May to mid-July. Again, this is because the Sun narrowing and tightening its path towards the Tropic of Cancer means it has moved significantly far enough away from the Antarctic perimeter so as not to be seen by observers positioned so far South. Not until mid-July when the Sun expands and widens its path back significantly far enough will Antarctic observers again be able to see the Sun above the horizon and the Antarctic days begin getting longer.

Ancient Flat Earth Beliefs
From the beginning of recorded history, and for thousands upon thousands of years, cultures across the entire world all believed the Earth was flat. Their various cosmologies and cosmogonies differed in slight ways but their overall geographies and astronomies were incredibly consistent and in fact virtually identical. In the Flat-Earth model, the Sun and Moon spotlights are perpetually hovering over and parallel to the surface of the Earth. From our vantage point, due to the law of perspective, the two luminaries appear to rise up the eastern horizon, reach their peaks high overhead, and then sink below the western horizon. They do not escape to the underside of the flat Earth as scoffing detractors often imagine, but rather rotate concentric clockwise circles around the circumference from tropic to tropic.
