I haven't found anything so convincing regarding nano technology used in the Gulf .
As everything is below water and at such deep levels the Gulf is open to the wildest speculations
and there is little ways to verify them .

Stress of oil spill still lingering in Orange Beach
    September 27, 2010

Stress from the oil spill appears to be lingering in the Orange Beach community.
ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Councilman Jeff Silvers receives phone calls in the middle of the night. The citizens on the line tell him that BP is spraying oil dispersant over Perdido Pass “from an airplane with no lights,” he said, or that workers on boats are covertly dumping it into the water.
“I’m thinking one time I’m going to make a run back to the beach and I’m going to see it,” Silvers said. “But I just haven’t.”
Psychologists have said that a disaster like the Gulf oil spill can heighten anxiety and even divide neighbors and family. In Orange Beach, city leaders like Silvers find themselves spending time listening to citizens vent their fears and frustrations.
“What’s been happening in our community is what happened in Valdez,” Silvers said at a recent, impromptu meeting. “Friends started turning against friends. Family members started turning against family members. I’ve had family members question me.”
A frequent concern is reports and rumors of toxic dispersant in the air.
Councilwoman Pattisue Carranza, a pharmacist, said that she had seen more and more people seeking prescriptions and medications this summer for “thick throats.”
There’s something, she said, that’s “making people behave differently” and “making people cough and giving people headaches and nausea.”
An emergency survey conducted door-to-door in coastal Alabama confirmed elevated levels of depression and stress following the oil spill and also detected possible effects, such as respiratory ailments, according to a preliminary report.
Carranza said, “I don’t think it’s time to raise flags. But there’s a message out there that needs to be one of be cautiously aware of your own body. What kind of warning do we put out that’s a positive warning and not a panic warning? You want to be honest with people and tell them this is what’s going on, but you don’t want to alarm them.”
Mayor Tony Kennon said he doesn’t sense an increased level of sickness, and he and many other elected leaders insist that the air and water are safe.
But at the impromptu meeting, which Kennon opened to the public to discuss concerns about the spill, the mayor said, “I don’t know why we’re divided.”
Community division isn’t necessarily unusual in such situations.
Steve Picou, a University of South Alabama sociologist who studied effects of the Exxon Valdez oil spill, has cautioned that the Gulf disaster could lead to what he called a “corrosive social cycle.” In Alaska, the spill caused stress and built conflict in relationships where there previously was none.
At last week’s meeting, Margaret Long, who has lived on Cotton Bayou for 61 years, spoke of possible dispersant in the water.
She said she pulls up traps from the water and her hands sting, as if from a chemical burn.
“How long are we going to have this stuff here?” she said. “When is it going to be safe for us to get back in the water? I’ve been here all my life. I’ve cried. I’ve gotten mad because I don’t know what’s going on.

3 Mexican states sue over gulf spill
    By Guillermo Contreras - Express-News
    09/29/2010

Three Mexican states have filed lawsuits in San Antonio against BP Plc., Transocean, Halliburton and associated companies over the disastrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, alleging the oil plume has made it into international waters and will have an adverse impact on the economy and environment.
The lawsuits filed by the states of Tamaulipas (which borders Texas), Veracruz and Quintana Roo, which is home to the tourist-beach centers of Cancún, Cozumel and Playa del Carmen, are the first brought by foreign governments in a U.S. federal court over the spill, according to Enrique Serna, a lawyer in San Antonio for the Mexican states.

BP faces more than 1,000 lawsuits in state and federal courts in connection with the largest offshore oil spill in U.S. history. The claims include economic loss, environmental damage and personal injuries and deaths.

Most of the federal suits, including the ones filed by Serna, are being consolidated in New Orleans for pretrial procedural and evidentiary issues, though the suits may later head back to the originating courts for trial.

On Monday, a suit filed against the companies in state district court by a San Antonio distributor, Groomer Seafood Inc., was moved to San Antonio's federal court and also will be headed to New Orleans for pretrial matters.

The Mexican states claim the financial damages from the spill, set off by the explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig in April, are expected to grow. They allege negligence on the part of BP, Transocean and Halliburton is responsible for the explosion and subsequent spill.

Serna's co-counsel, Daniel Serna, said the states had no choice but to sue because the $20 billion compensation fund set up by BP doesn't include foreign entities.

Spokesmen for BP and Transocean said the companies don't comment on pending litigation.

“However, the multidistrict litigation court currently is working with involved parties to develop common procedures for the efficient and fair hearing of all cases,” Transocean said by e-mail. “We support the MDL court in its effort and are confident that Transocean's position on all issues will be clearly heard as we move through this process.”

“The allegations in these lawsuits appear to be without merit and we will vigorously contest each in court,” said Teresa Wong, a spokeswoman for Halliburton.

" Weird Chapter " : nano technology , alien USOs down the Gulf of Mexico...
    Here we go Tacodog

There are quite a few videos about this that I came across over the last few weeks. All posted by a guy that calls himself BeePeeOilDisaster on youtube.
I could'nt make up my mind about his postings as his videos are of so poor quality and most of the time I really could'nt see what he was trying to convey. Therefore I never felt inclined to post any of this stuff.

Today however I came across these videos from another poster that are much more clearer and interesting enough to submit them here for your discernement and analysis.

Omega Alert : Alien USO attack at BP gulf of Mexico

    Part 1:

description says: It's really hard to comprehend just what is going on here at the site of the BP Oil spill, Deepwater Horizon, Gulf of Mexico.

Giant orange spheres and bullets attack the BP equipment. It would appear to be Alien USO's protecting their space and retaliating against the onslaught of constant chemical attack.

description says :This bright orange nano-organism is incredibly strong. See the way he lifts the pipes at the oil well, at Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico. Not a naturally occuring organism you would normally find within the ocean I would think.

A statement was released on 24/08/2010 that they have now found a 'new microbe' within the ocean that is devouring the oil at an unpresidented rate...

The ROVS (Remotely operated vehicles) have been blitzing this new breed of super-bugs with green chemical goo to try to cull them. But they seem indestructible against the chemicals. They are growing bigger too. They have intelligence and act like an army of worker ants out on a mission. I just hope they never reach land!!

Nano-technology oil eaters were put into the Gulf of Mexico to deal with the huge plumes of Oil. But they have now evolved and continue to do so, and are eating the oil well as well as everything else in sight! - God help us...

    Nanotech: The Unknown Risks

    http://e360.yale.edu/feature/nanotech_the_unknown_risks/2029/

Nanotechnology, now used in everything from computers to toothpaste, is booming. But concern is growing that its development is outpacing our understanding of how to use it safely.
    by carole bass

    “It’s green, it’s clean, it’s never seen — that’s nanotechnology!”

That exuberant motto, used by an executive at a trade group for nanotech entrepreneurs, reflects the buoyant enthusiasm for nanotechnology in some business and scientific circles.

Part of the slogan is indisputably true: nanotechnology — which involves creating and manipulating common substances at the scale of the nanometer, or one billionth of a meter — is invisible to the human eye.

Censored Gulf news: Voice from inside Ochsner Hospital
    September 30th, 2010

More of the Gulf Coast humanitarian leaders have been hospitalized, the latest casualties resulting in canceling Coastal Heritage Society of Louisiana (CHSL) radio program. Joannie Hughes, Kindra Arnesen and Vicky Perrin of CHSL are ill with symptoms of poisoning. Hughes explained on air from her hospital bed

News via the brief radio show message in the Youtube audio below about these leaders who have been dedicating their lives to try to save others in the Gulf Coast region comes within days of similar tragic news of several of the others on the short list of human rights defenders working in the same capacity along the coast.

Reporter Gregg Hall has tested positive for 6 of 8 poisons in the VOC blood test. This week, the entire Project Gulf Impact film crew were hospitalized with life-threatening poisoning symptoms.

Florida Oil Spill provides a partial transcript from Tuesday's CHSL radio show broadcast that was done inside Ochsner Medical Center, known to locals as Ochsner Hospital, in the Greater New Orleans city of Kenner:

Children crying, covered in blood. Spray-poisoning backyards (video)
    September 26th, 2010

Late Saturday, a North Pensacola parent anonymously reported that her preschooler tested positive for 2 VOCs: Ethyl-benzene and mpzylene. Other sick people, many bleeding, flood Gulf Coast Barefoot Doctor's headquarters with phone calls and emails asking for urgent health care, Survival Detox Kits, as the PMIC continues its crime against humanity, now further inland, saturating land and water with poison - into people's backyards.
The Obama administration's petrochemical-military-industrial-complex (PMIC) continues its poisoning Americans campaign, now spraying toxic chemicals and solvents directly into inland waters, putting dispersants into people’s backyards according to many Gulf Coasters reporting to the Examiner and evidence collected by Dr. Riki Ott. (See report on Youtube below.)

OSU Researchers find heightened levels of known carcinogens in Gulf
    October 1, 2010

    Oregon State University

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Although the flow of oil from the Deepwater Horizon spill was halted in mid-July, researchers continue to find elevated concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, or PAHs, in some areas of the Gulf of Mexico.
Some of these chemicals are known carcinogens that pose a range of risks to human health.
Oregon State University researchers began testing for the contaminant May 9, and preliminary results, which have not yet been fully analyzed, suggest that the level of PAHs in the water off the coast of Louisiana experienced a 40-fold increase from May to June. The July data was lost when the device the OSU team uses for water sampling disappeared.
However, an initial analysis of the August data continues to show abnormally high levels of PAHs, similar to the 40-fold increase discovered earlier in the summer, said Kim Anderson, a professor of environmental and molecular toxicology in OSU’s College of Agricultural Sciences.
“We were able to deploy sampling devices prior to the contamination of the areas we are observing,” said Anderson, “In doing so we were able to establish a baseline, and to then monitor concentrations of the PAHs from there.”

BP educates Terrebonne students on oil spill
    By JENNA FARMER

    Sep 29, 2010

    http://www.tri-parishtimes.com/articles/2010/09/29/business_news/093_50_bpeducatesterrebonnestudents.txt

Over the last five months, BP has had a prominent presence along the Gulf Coast at various local government meetings and outreach centers - but this time, BP has made its way into the Terrebonne Parish school system.

Eighth grade students of Oaklawn Junior High School were able to sit in on one of four scheduled science demonstrations last Wednesday prepared by BP and Gary Ott of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The demonstrations were designed to better educate the students about the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and give them the most current information available.

Dangers Lurk Beneath the Surface of Gulf of Mexico
    September 29, 2010

    http://blog.alexanderhiggins.com/2010/09/29/video-dangers-lurk-beneath-surface-gulf-mexico-6102/

In spite of what you might have read in the news, the oil in the Gulf of Mexico has not just disappeared. It’s lurking on the bottom, destroying marine life and entire ecosystems. On top of that, we are now starting to see adverse health effects from BP’s use of the toxic oil dispersant known as Corexit, which is being dumped into the Gulf as we speak. Mike Papantonio talks about some of the effects that we’re now seeing as a result of BP’s dispersant chemicals with Dr. Riki Ott, one of the leading experts on the impact of oil spills on human health.

BP Gulf Oil Spill Residents And Workers Purposefully Sprayed With Corexit By BP To Teach Them Dispersant Is Safe Are Now Sick

    http://blog.alexanderhiggins.com/2010/10/02/bp-sprays-residents-and-workers-with-corexit-teaches-students-that-dispersant-is-fine-6171/

    The Intel Hub

New revelations have surfaced that back up the early claims that dispersant was sprayed on the population. Multiple BP cleanup workers and residents have confirmed that they were indeed sprayed with Corexit. In early June we reported on the multiple calls we had received from concerned residents who were being hosed by dispersant yet most people just didn’t believe it. After four months of proof it has become an undeniable truth.

In a recent interview, Karen Hopkins described some very startling information that she had received from a family of BP clean up workers. A husband and wife, tired after working all day for the Vessel of Opportunity Program, went to sleep on their boat with the windows open and to their surprise awoke dripping wet. Not only were they soaked with Corexit, they had numerous health problems, including irritation and itching that turned to sores and what they call the BP cough. Karen reported that rather than cease, these problems continued to get worse.

This is absolutely horrifying. These are American citizens sleeping in their boat being sprayed by a toxic chemical. This may not have been on purpose but the fact of the matter is, it happened. People throughout the gulf are crying out for help yet most Americans, more focused on shows like American Idol, simply do not know or care.

Another former BP worker described what sounded like a military operation. BP been seen spraying dispersant at night in planes without their lights on. This women went on to explain that they first thought their boat was on fire until they realized that the smell was actually Corexit. How could the pilots of these planes not see vessels in the area they were spraying?

“I want to live to see my grandchild, people we NEED your help” …. “BP is like its own country!”

    “This is premeditated murder“

Faced with the possibility of big oil in their territories via Enbridge's Gateway Project, Coastal First Nations from BC travel to the Gulf to visit with locals, first nations and fishermen there to understand the impacts the spill is having on their cultures, fishing, health and lives.

I watched from the 3 minute mark. I don't think the steel ROV post has turned into a reptile head. Ha ha, I think whomever made these remarks was smoking crack. I didn't see the entire length, but I'm really skeptical. Someone maybe has a good imagination? Shocked No offense to you Lawlessline. We are glad you and PinealPilot are posting. Mudra has done an outstanding job keeping us up to date.

    What Lies Beneath
Research team finds large amounts of “degraded” oil in Gulf
    10-04-2010 // Craig Guillot

    http://www.nwf.org/News-and-Magazines/Media-Center/News-by-Topic/Wildlife/2010/10-04-10-Subsurface-Oil.aspx

A research team from Columbia University recently discovered large traces of degraded oil deep in the water column of the Gulf of Mexico. While this oil is in a less toxic form, experts say it still has the potential to cause “sub-lethal” effects that could impact the microbial ecosystem. And the worst part is that its real impacts may not be known for years to come.

The research team was lead by Ajit Subramaniam, an Associate Research Professor from the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University. The team traveled by vessel from August 21 through September 16 to a series of stations starting at the wellhead itself then going 100 miles southeast and backtracking 40 miles to the west. Using optical tools and fluorescents, the team set out to determine if there were oil plumes in the water and how deep oil was in the Gulf. Subramaniam said they found areas where “degraded” oil appeared to be present from as shallow as 100 meters from the surface all the way down to 1,200 meters below the surface.
