2nd wave - February 27, 2011 - Iceland – After four days of continues earthquake activity it appears that Krísuvík volcano has stepped up it’s activity by a order of magnitude. Since midnight there have been over 400 earthquakes in Krísuvík volcano. The activity is continuing when this is written and does not show any signs of slowing down at this moment. Geologist in Iceland are expecting more earthquakes in this area over the next hours and even earthquakes that are larger then ML3.0 in size. The largest earthquakes where ML3.3 and ML3.7 in size. This is automatic size by the SIL system. The depth of the earthquakes was 4.7 km and 1.1 km according to the automatic SIL system. Due to high number of earthquakes the SIL system is putting earthquakes down all around the Reykjanes Peninsula. While there might be some earthquakes there, the number is not nearly as high as can be seen on the map. The earthquakes can be located by there low quality number. Given the location and how this earthquake swarm is behaving it is my opinion that this is due to a magma is pushing up the crust in this area. But it remains a question of this is going to start a eruption or not. But the chances are growing for as long as this earthquake pattern holds up in Krísuvík volcano. If a eruption starts in Krísuvík volcano it is going to one of Hawaii type eruption, unless it is under water then it is going to be explosive for as long there is water getting into the crater. Last time there was a eruption in this area a 25 km long eruption fissure did form. For now however all that can be done is to wait and see what happens. Solar activity increases- magnetosphere displays more chaotic patterns[/center]

February 09, 2011 – NAPLES – Starting at 7:26 the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology recorded an earthquake swarm in the area of the super-volcano Campi Flegrei, near Naples. So far, the main event was that of the 4.8-magnitude 1.2, which was slightly felt by the people of Pozzuoli. Checks carried out by the situation room of the Department of Civil Protection Italy, found that there were no damages to people or property.

Intro/Purpose for this thread...

Being a member of this forum, each you are more than likely aware of the rumored events related to 2012 before and beyond, and the earth changes involved with such rumors. I myself, have personally reached a point to where I've seen enough physical evidence, data, and considered enough "outside of myself" sources to know something indeed, seems to be coming out of the woods.

Keeping this in mind, I wanted to use this thread as a one stop point of access to help all of us stay up to date and aware of Earth anomalies that occur or are reported around the world. I view this as another "realtime" scenario playing out that could get side tracked or overshadowed by non related posts, that are also not of a realtime urgency.

This thread should consist of abnormal climate change/inclimate weather patterns, earthquakes, volcano activity, animal behavior, sea level changes, human and earth encounters/incidents, etc. However, please keep all the information posted here fact based only.

The goal is to simply have one source for everyone to use for monitoring such events and identify potential escalation.

Earthquakes in California and around the world

Many people may not be aware, but there are some major earthquake
activities going on in the world as of very recently, it appears many
of them are not covered in mass media.

California alone has had over 1,900 earthquakes as of this week, a
couple in the 7+ magnitude ranges and many over 4.0 (the earthquake
that devastated Haiti was 7.0 magnitude).

A 7.7 magnitude hit in Northern Sumatra, Indonesia a couple days ago
and a magnitude 8.0 earthquake has been reported near the Dominican
Republic. There are many more large magnitude earthquakes hitting all
over the world. A magnitude 8.8 earthquake hit off the shore of Maule,
Chile a couple weeks ago.

The 'Richter magnitude scale' is a base-10 logarithmic scale, meaning
for example that a 5.0 magnitude earthquake is 10 times larger than a
4.0 magnitude.

More Delays: New Ash Cloud Heads Towards UK

Hello All,

I was looking more information on the asteroid activity, and found this data showing a significant increase in Near Earth Asteroids known and being discovered dating back to 1980. We've gone from less that 500 objects per year to 6500. As of today, we have already encountered 1,117 thus far for 2010.

Had problems pasting and loading images, so please see the link below. My feeling based on current information, the ancient writings of the stars will fall I believe may be the Earth being hit by space objects, especially once we enter the Interstellar Cloud (Photon Belt)and of course, if there is indeed a Brown Dwarf Sun and objects that it is bringing along with it.

On a side note, I might start tracking how many satellites, shuttles, planes, or new telescopes we build.
