Evergreen Air and a Secret Chemtrail Facility

On Feb 18, 2010 NotForSale from the Intel Hub interviewed a whistleblower employed as a private contractor at an Evergreen Air facility. The information he provided was mind blowing. Never before had a whistleblower came forward about this top secret facility located in the Arizona desert north of Tucson. In the interview the whistleblower described how the facility is heavily secured by well armed personnel. During his time at the facility he was involved in retro fitting 727 and 747-c aircraft with liquid discharge tanks and aerosol sprayer devices. He has also confirmed reports of triangular black jets at the facility as well during his time there in the early 1990’s. It is also important to note that the facility owns fully functional warbirds that have been fully restored from WWII, where all of the weapon systems and bomb bay doors are operable on the craft. This type of craft is not authorized by civilian, public or private use within the U.S. This would indicate that Evergreen Air is indeed a CIA operation. Merry Chemtrail Christmas

Sure enough. As signaled yesterday, after a night and morning of heavy spraying, the coastal fog lifted to reveal a special Christmas treat - another suffocating morning of chemtrails to suck in while families go outside to 'enjoy the day'.

In the picture above, the coastal fog is the almost blurry somewhat darker smears at the top. The blue is starting to appear and you can see a chemtrail tanker working diligently to "fill in the gap" as they always do. The center of the page are all chemtrails. That may not seem like it to some, but for those of us who've been studying these for a long time, we can tell.

The main trail across the middle has the tell-tale vertical ribbing, as does the one below it. As you go further down the picture you'll see older chemtrails that were layed out at sea that come in eventually as almost full cloud cover on some days. Their other strategy is using short and long dashes that grow wispy as they spread and blow inland and then they "thicken to desired consistency".

I Know Them Because I React To Them
I hacked my way through most of the night and woke up barely able to breathe, so I knew they'd been spraying heavily. I can tell. Unfortunately I am particularly sensitive to these things and have now developed what the doctor called a "sort of pre-asthma". I know, sounds like a new designer disease. Well, it is - designed by the damned black-ops covert rulers who've promoted this deadly program for over a decade.

I get many of the symptoms you'll read about - sore throat, cough and tightness in the chest, heart palpitations, and runny nose and eyes often. I try to stay inside on bad chemtrail days and we keep the windows shut and have two good air filters running fulltime, but I don't know if they can catch the tiny metallic salt particles or especially these demonic nano-particles. I hope so.

I take a lot of supplements, including super greens, especially added chlorella tablets, as well as an ionized clay to try to keep detoxed. I also use colloidal silver periodically. If anyone has found other helpful foods and additives I'd appreciate your posting them.

They spray above the natural clouds, they spray above the fog, they spray above the rain clouds. They spray way out at sea so it looks like a weather front coming in, and as it arrives they fill in the gaps. The chemtrails are sometimes mixed in with real clouds, so sceptics try to dismiss them for that reason. They also seem to attract the formation of vapor clouds so they sometimes 'fluff out' after the initial drop and aren't as distinct.

But it's always on and around population centers.

I travel quite a bit by car and I track these as I go. When crossing large open areas we can always tell where the next city is - the chemtrails were being sprayed there. Try looking for yourself. You'll see what I'm talking about. It's wicked.

Learn to Identify Them
It's obvious to those who've watched this program in action. You can identify chem 'splatter clouds', the ones that sometimes stay rounded but you'll see the wiry composition, while others have spiky edges much like a dendrite. Then there's the fake cirrus clouds that have swooping thin lines and are bent weirdly by the wind. And the frequent just plain aerosol trails of thin and thick lines that spread out like ammonia on the surface of a bucket of water - always with the lower bubbly line and the upper more straight edge and some strange cocktail in the middle from where they all mix.

And as I said, the chemtrails are sometimes mixed in with or attract the formation of real clouds, so don't be too dogmatic when trying to point them out to others. It's not always clear cut, but most days it is. Like many of you, I've watched beautiful natural blue skies (although all skies now have a whiter hue due to years of spraying) turned completely white after a few hours of spraying. They start off slow usually and then after a few fake "cloud banks" are established, they keep building on those and then start closing in the gaps of blue.

Heaven forbid all that nasty sunshine get through and cause more global warming.... what BS. That's not the reason. And you can be sure they have PLENTY of uses they're implementing with this horrific program.

I've Had Enough
It's disgusting. And I'm pissed, like many of you. We need to find a way to network our voices on this issue and give that chemistry a chance to formulate some effective actions.

I wrote the EPA and the drivel I got back, months later, I'll share in another post. You'll laugh at how they treat us like idiots with their disinfo, but it's telling and also has the literal stamp of the main agencies promoting this program - at least a few we can know are complicit. The weather channel and other weather outlets didn't even answer my requests - probably ashamed of their compromised complicity. Not really, just gagged. Apparently all weather forecasts have to be cleared through a central 'agency' run by Raytheon. No wonder.

I like what Rosalind Peterson of CaliforniaSkyWatch.com says about calling them "persistent contrails" in certain venues, since "chemtrail" has been so successfully stigmatized by the mainstain media. Amongst the truth community though, chemtrails are what they are and need no toning down. But I believe if we want to help others wake up to this perfidy there are times to wisely use that terminology so their programmed 'screens' don't go up where they can't hear a word we're saying.

With just about everyone equipped with a phone that takes and sends photos now this could be powerful. Another Chemtrails Illusion - Connecting More Dots

Since last Summer, deeper "blue skies" have been seen in parts of the Midwest (Ohio and Indiana) and the Eastern seaboard (from New York and New Jersey up to the New England states). Regularly, I would look up at the sky and see a grayish blanket, knowing (from having my own snow independently tested) that they are full of poisons. This is the Chemtrails synthetic-blanket covering under which we now live daily; and it has no relationship whatsoever with any real clouds.

Tragically, our magnificent assortment of real clouds are gone: destroyed by the military with all their deadly and illegal weather experimentation and modification. With tremendous hubris, but without the requisite knowledge, they have been tampering with the very eons-long workings of our planet. It isn't based on any precautionary science. It's just Frankenstein-like interference with lethal consequences.

Recently, holes (perhaps a few miles wide) would open up in this blanket, and one would see a supposedly "deeper blue" sky. When I first saw these in Ohio in August 2010, I was quite surprised. Was our old azure-blue sky really back? I immediately spoke to the brilliant polymer chemist Dr. Mike Castle about it. For years, he has been dedicated to researching the Chemtrails' patents and independent lab tests to find out what is in these aerosolized poisoned sky blankets. He is the author of the Universal Atmospheric Protection Act (tied up in Congress for several years).

Given the constant 24/7/365 barrage of these highly hazardous and illegal Chemtrails throughout all NATO countries, seeing any kind of "blue sky" has been problematic. Instead, what we continue to see over our heads, over the last 12-15 years, is a washed-out grey-often-to-whitish sky. There is no resemblance to any color of Mother Nature's real and deeper azure-blue. Clouds used to have wondrous shapes! Do you remember them? Now, the overhead covering is often uniform. Chemtrails spread out with great rapidity, especially when the planes lay the latest poisonous assault for their on-coming manipulated weather front. Both sunshine and blue skies are rare. This is especially true during the Wintertime. Any semblance of the real, dark azure-blue sky of the 1990s is gone, due to these deadly brews.

Our intermittent so-called "blue sky" that millions of us have seen these past six months is, in fact, NOT a return to our real, blue, pre-Chemtrails sky that we had before this deliberately created nightmare began. This is another illusion.

According to Dr. Castle, this "new color blue is due to the chemical compounds Manganese di-Bromo di-Fluoro-Benzidine (salts). They are added to Chemtrails so that light is not reflected; but, rather, these compounds refract both light and dark. Therefore, it works the atmosphere into what is called 'a coherent phase fiber optics refraction' in a crystalline (the salts) blue material. So, the sky 'looks' blue; but actually it only has the refracted color of whatever color (bright or dark) is above it."

Dr. Castle told me yesterday, "the color is based on ultramarine blue/violet that has been micronized into aerosolized particulates and deployed into the open atmosphere." He notes: "This aerosol has 500 times more manganese and a huge level of a toxic dibromo-flouro-benzene compounds. This helps the aerosols stay aloft for longer periods of time, unlike the heavier barium and aluminum. This also has been tested; and has higher levels of arsenic and gallium, both of which have been independently tested by Arizona Skywatch and others."

"This violet hue is a perfect cloaking device for an extremely toxic group of chemicals (both organic and inorganic) that cause fluorosis of the brain and plaquing," says Dr. Castle. This means, quite literally, that our brain function continues to be compromised with each breath we inhale of these poisons. We cannot discount that the staggering increase in chemical brain injury and, thus, cognitive function [erroneously called "Alzheimer's," that only can be diagnosed in a post-mortem analysis] may, in fact, be linked to these poisons that specifically target the workings of our brain. Aluminum is also one of the toxic Chemtrails ingredients that affect the brain.

There is no testing of what all these chemicals are doing synergistically to further damage our brain's normal capacity to think clearly and critically. Further, no one wants to think that she or he has any kind of brain damage. It's not what most people can process. In addition, this is not only off most everyone's radar, it is also invisible. None of this is reported in any news. However, look at the increase in abnormal behavior that IS news! We must stop using denial or ignorance as excuses, and realize this is a most valid and urgent concern that may affect millions of people. It is conceivable that chemical brain injury may be potentially thousands of times more accelerated and far more widespread.

Remember: this unseen physical damage continues daily, year in and year out. It is not our fault this is happening. It is the result of these hidden-agenda global military operations that are poisoning us. We must hold these criminals accountable.

For those of you who read my Chemtrails and environmental articles, I want to remind my readers: I do not have any hidden agendas. As an educator for many decades, and also as a parent and grandparent, my only agendas continue to be my real concern for our safety and well being. These are lifetime priorities for me. An educated and well-informed citizenry can make informed decisions. These are now critical to our very survival!

In addition, Dr. Castle notes that another part of what is propagated in this deadly brew is "an E-coli bacterium, and it was mutated with another fungal form (possibly Fusarium sp.). This is put in it with a dehydrated material - a desiccant. Then this dehydrates the water out of the air, and, in turn, causes the bacterium to hydrate. That forms a nucleating agent at a slightly higher temperature." Dr. Castle says that this has already been patented.

It is this brew that creates more poisoned rain or synthetic "pearlite"-snow that has been falling this Winter. With the storm that has hit the East these past two days, there are reports that 49 of our states have had snow. Regarding this chemical desiccant: look at your hands and fingers. If they are extremely dry, chapped, and have cracks, it is very likely that the cause is the Chemtrails' desiccant.

This is what we are all breathing; and it explains why so many people are so very sick, especially when it rains, snows, or when there is heavy fog. But physicians are not looking for aerosolized chemical toxins when their patients are ill. So, many patients get the wrong diagnosis. I'm reminded of the words of an old song that Woody Guthrie sang: "it comes with the dust, and is gone with the wind." Only now, it isn't gone with the wind, but is in every Chemtrails-laden breath we inhale to wreck havoc with our already compromised immune systems. So, basically, we have another illusion: a sky color that isn't real with "clouds" that are fake. One deadly illusion on top of another, as we look up. In the bigger picture, these illusions are not just above us, but surround our every move with the Orwellian doublespeak of the corporate-controlled mass media.

I have often thought, when seeing jets spraying lines perpendicular to these artificial sky blankets that these had another poisonous chemical brew that was to be mixed in, to make it even more lethal as it falls invisibly on us. And with all these poisons comes more illness and air that becomes less and less breathable. Clifford Carnicom has stated in his public lectures that we are now breathing "plasma." That is, our air has been electrified.

Many of the chemicals in these synthetic sky blankets have been created to be electromagnetically primed. The nano-particles of fiber-coated aluminum help facilitate this. Electrically conducive plasma is being used for the military's black operations "that enhance conductivity of military radar and radio waves." (1)

This, as Dr. Rosalie Bertell has written, has made our planet and, thus every one of us "the latest weapon[s] of war." (2) This has dramatically compromised even further our already besieged immune systems. Our bodies were never meant to be sponges for such a lethal number of poisons. And it is why we have such an increased range of deadly illnesses.

In militarized and corporatized countries, such as ours, citizens are expendable for corporate profit greed. We can be deliberately distracted by the latest "cool" technology, or be busy texting, but none of this is safe for any of us to use. No matter. Safety and any kind of REAL PRECAUTION are not part of the secret plans for us by the elite insiders. Amy Worthington has written that:

"In their quest to remain top dog in the kill chain, the purveyors of perpetual war have deliberately dimmed earth's life-giving sunlight, and reduced atmospheric visibility with lung-clogging particulates and polymers. This ecological terrorism has severely compromised public health, according to thousands of testimonials. Years of mass appeals to legislators, media and military officials for information, and for cessation of catastrophic atmospheric degradation, have fallen on deaf bureaucratic ears." (3)

These comments remind us that they are part of the on-going crises, not part of any real solutions. In a very astute observation, Rebecca Campbell calls Worthington's "ecological terrorism" by a newer name: "terracide" (in personal conversation).

The polymer "tendrils" and wisps seen in the digital photos, accompanying this article, already have been linked to Morgellons Syndrome. This is a painful illness, where synthetic fibers (red, white, and blue ­do you get it?) often come through the skin. Over the past decade, they have been photographed many times. These same fibers taken from the bodies of humans and our companion pets (seen in samples examined under a high-powered microscope) are the same ones that we see in our distorted, fake clouds. The link is there. (4)

There is no cure, and any insignificant attempt at any kind of governmental research has been shelved. These tendrils and wisps are not some form of new "cloud." Rather, they are military-made harbingers of illness and death. Morgellons is not a naturally occurring illness. The probability that Morgellons and the fibers found in samples gathered from around the country both originated at some bioweapons lab seems likely. While millions suffer health injuries, those supposedly in charge (and the cause of the damage they created) are mute. So many of us are ill. Can we connect the dots, and realize that this IS PERSONAL; and it detrimentally affects every one of us?

The air most often smells of chemicals and is filled with far more pollution (now hardly regulated, as corporations can dump assorted hazards, with almost complete abandon, into our air, water, soil ­basically, our entire food supply). When one goes outside in this kind of toxic air, it often smells like a sewer.

Question: When was the last time you remember taking a deep breath of real "fresh air"?

NONE OF THIS IS SUSTAINABLE FOR HUMAN LIFE.

We were never meant to be experimental laboratory animals on an indefinite basis. Don't forget: in most all of completed lab experiments, the animals are killed. On paper, this is supposedly illegal by our own and international laws. This goes for all living beings and the entire web of life. This also means the entire food chain! We are at the top of this chain. All these laws are disregarded, as if they did not exist. The latest nightmare is the almost nine-month-long Gulf of Mexico oil catastrophe continues to decimate the entire South. Everything! All living beings are still being sprayed at night with the Corexit 9500 dispersant AND Chemtrails. Serious illness is rampant. The sham of any vestiges of "democracy" have been deliberately and secretly destroyed, now done at an accelerated pace, especially over the past decade.

REMEMBER: The poisoning of our skies means the poisoning of all our lives.

Think about this! The planet is now so poisoned ­with billions of tons of barium, nano-particles of fiber-coated aluminum, ethylene dibromide (a pesticide that dries out every mucosal part of our bodies and destroys the soil), and the rest of this Chemtrails spew, PLUS chronic low-level radiation, and 100,000 other mostly untested chemicals - so that thousands of edible plants are already having tremendous difficulty growing normally. Have you noticed how the taste has changed in vegetables? For example, carrots used to be sweet. Organic carrots used to taste sweet and crunchy. Now they are bitter, even when grown in supposedly "organic" soil. How can they have a sweet taste, when all our soil is filled with a poisonous brew of Chemtrails and pesticides? The term "organic" no longer exists.

Cornell University has been teaming up with the government to create genetically modified plants that will be able to "grow" in poisoned Chemtrails/EMF/GM soils. (5) Think about this! We cannot eat this kind of hazardous food without grave consequences, and these are already in evidence.

Question: Can we link how sick so many millions of us are, because the food chain has been so dramatically poisoned with Chemtrails along with the entire rest of the pollution spew?

Given this unprecedented and off-the-scale hazardous scenario of these military Black Operations that have suppressed our immune systems and are methodically destroying all life, our planet may possibly survive this horrific onslaught (but in an entirely different form without any life), but certainly it will not be fit for human habitation or life as we know it now. Can we really process this concept? IS THERE STILL EVEN ANOTHER HIDDEN AGENDA?

If we really want to do something to stop this nightmare, then I urge that we all join together and stay home beginning this Saturday January 15. It's a commemorative day to celebrate Rev. Martin Luther King's birthday. It is also the first day of a call for a first NATIONWIDE GENERAL STRIKE. We're underpaid, or not paid, and overworked, while our money continues to be stolen and our skies continued to be poisoned with every breath we take. I used to live in Victoria the capital of British Columbia...the years 2004 through to 2008 were especially vivid for me even though chemtrail spraying had been ongoing there since 1999. There wasn't a day in 2004 you didn't see chemtrails X's and O's, etc. over your head. I wrote email letters galore to all of the MP's in those days and never heard a hoot back. Premier Gordon Campbell didn't give a ?!!? He's finally bowing out of his position this year after being the "billboard boy" for the Olympics.

What specific technologies/techniques can be used to alter the weather and create storms?
Several. High-energy lasers can be directed into the atmosphere which creates free oxygen (O2), this combined with hydrogen to create H2O – water. Space based lasers are even more effective, and can also create O3 (Ozone) in the process of creating water in the atmosphere. Water is the most essential element in weather. The amount of it at a given point in time at a given location can create wind shifts, rain, (obviously), snow, but a clever use of it can create a tornado, or, over water, a hurricane. Over warm ocean water, it creates a very powerful hurricane, and if created in the right position at the right time, prevailing winds will carry it where you want it to go.

But far more effective than that technology is the HAARP project in Alaska. This uses VLF (Very low frequency) energy pulses bounced off the ionosphere to create extreme weather conditions anywhere in the world they wish to direct it. The Earth has a fundamental resonant frequency of 7.83 hz. Anything that operates at that frequency risks disturbing all aspects of the earth. After [heating] and disturbing the ionosphere, the radiations will bounce back onto the earth in for form of long waves which penetrate our bodies, the ground and the oceans." Let us allow Dr. Begich explain this concept. "... this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ...." [Page 28]

"... the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities. HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund's invention into practice." [Page 29] Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired.

In NEWS1198, "U.N. Treaty Proves Weather Control Is Real", we report news articles that Malaysia actually contracted with a Russian Weather Modification company to create a hurricane that would be directed close enough to clear the smoke and smog from Malaysia's cities without actually coming on to land to create devastation. This Russian company delivered, and Malaysia had clear skies.

Our information also tells us that, not only can hurricanes be created, they can be dismantled should scientists so desire. And, they certainly can be driven on the ocean much like we drive our cars on roadways. Therefore, one has to ask why American scientists have allowed unprecedented hurricanes, like Andrew, to ever come on shore. Why are American scientists allowing extensive damage and lives lost to recent unprecedented storms, since they have the capability to keep these storms away from us?

HAARP can create nuclear-sized explosions without radiation! [Page 38, 62]. This process is protected by patent 4,873,928. The greatest concern of New Age scientist Nick Begich, in his book, "Angels Don't Play This HAARP", is that scientists and the military are so very arrogant in their ignorant, reckless use of focused energy into the ionosphere. Military scientists talk about "kicking this thing in high gear to see what would happen"! This attitude is complete arrogance. What if they set off an unintended reaction in the atmosphere that cannot be controlled or stopped?”

Well, if a country can deliver nuclear-like explosions anywhere in the world they wish, without using ICBM missiles and other nuclear delivery systems, then I suppose that makes traditional nuclear weapons arsenals obsolete for warfare purposes, and mostly only good for political posturing and negotiations. That would explain why both Russia and the US were willing to agree to disarmaments, and reductions in their nuclear proliferation. I think maybe that was the first time in human history that countries voluntarily chose to disarm themselves and reduce their ability to conduct war. Given the nature of mankind and his history, it would make much more sense if they had a better card up their sleeves.

Judging by the apparent irresponsible arrogance of the people in charge of it as suggested by Begich, I wonder who should be in charge of decision-making for this technology. Once a technology is invented, it cannot be ‘un-invented’. It is now there, and some people will try to use it. Most will try to use it to their personal advantage and to support their agendas. Always, it seems that those that want to act in the interest of all mankind lack the same level of energy and determination of those acting in self interest, and so the people that push their way to the top into positions of power and authority rarely act responsibly or altruistically, but rather they act to gain power and wealth to themselves.

Having said that, if we follow the line of reasoning logically, if we accept that current technology allows us to create a hurricane, then we have to ask ourselves who might have started a hurricane like Katrina that specifically destroyed the area where most of our oil refineries are? In whose interest does this serve? Who benefits from this?

Another interesting question: Since we apparently not only have the ability to create a hurricane, and steer it, and even stop it – why did we choose not to stop Katrina from doing the damage it did? Is the information incorrect? Can we start them, but not stop them? Or is there some other reason that Katrina served the purposes of some people? I honestly don’t know. I’m wondering myself.

Here is a chronology of the technological advances that contributed to weather control. The comments are not mine but come from that website that I found. I have to admit – as much as I would like to go back to thinking that the weather is not controllable, It’s hard to ignore this much information on the subject.

TIMELINE

1900: "Tesla applies for patent on a device to 'Transmit Electrical Energy Through the Natural Mediums." In 1905, the U.S. Patent Office issue Patent #787,412 for this purpose. I bet it is news to everyone that the technology to transmit electrical power without wires exists, and exists so that the generation and transmission of electricity can be both bountiful and FREE! Of course, a lot of dollars of sales and profit would immediately vanish, so Tesla's discovery was never made public.

1924: "Confirmation that radio waves bounce off 'ionosphere 1' (an electrically charged layer starting at an altitude of 50 kilometers)."

1938: "Scientist proposes to light up night sky by electron gyrotron heating from a powerful transmitter." The fact that untold numbers of powerful electron heaters are pouring tens of millions of watts of electricity at Extremely Low Frequencies to effect this Weather Warfare is the major reason we are experiencing Global Warming! This warming has nothing to do with any Industrial pollutants or emssions, and certainly not from cow flatulance, as New Age extremists have claimed. New World Order planners are able to make dire predictions and then technologically deliver them!

1940: "Tesla announces 'death ray' invention." Our military evidently has the capability to create a defense shield over our continent by aiming these electron heaters correctly.

1945: "Atomic bomb tests begin -- 40,000 electromagnetic pulses to follow."

1952: "W.O. Schumman identifies 7.83 Hertz the resonant frequency of the Earth".

1958: "Van Allen radiation belts discovered (zones of charged particles trapped in earth's magnetic field) 2,000+ miles up. Violently disrupted in the same year."

1958: "Project Argus, U.S. Navy explodes three nuclear bombs inside Van Allen belt."

1958: "White House advisor on weather modification says Defense Department studying ways to manipulate charges of 'earth and sky, and so affect the weather'." Wow! Did you know that such a department as "Weather Modification" existed in the White House way back in 1952? The mere existence of such an office strongly implies the technology to modify and control the weather existed.

1960: "Series of weather disasters begin."

1961: "Scientists propose artificial ion cloud experiments. In 1960's the dumping of chemicals (barium powder, etc.) from satellites and rockets began."

1961-62: "U.S.S.R. and U.S.A. create many electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) in the atmosphere. 300 megatons of nuclear devices deplete ozone layer by about 4%." Hmm, ozone layer depletion was intentionally created by both Russian and American governments by nuclear detonations? They not only knew about it, they measured the extent of the depletion and the time it lasted. Therefore, do you think it just might be possible that, once again, we have the situation where a dire prediction is made, with the knowledge that their scientists can actually make it happen?!

1962: "Launch of Canadian satellites and start of stimulating plasma resonances by antennas within the space plasma."

1966: "Gordon J.F. MacDonald publishes military ideas on environmental engineering."

1960's: In Wisconsin, U.S. Navy Project Sanguine lays extremely low frequency (ELF) antennae." We are told that the Navy needed this ELF capability to communicate with their submarines in a way that would be secure from enemy attack, a claim with which we do not argue. However, is it also possible that this ELF antennae may serve a dual purpose, of also helping to control the weather?

1968: "Moscow scientists tell the West that they have pinpointed which pulsed magnetic field frequencies help mental and physiological functions and which frequencies do harm." The very idea that a wicked totalitarian government serving Antichrist could know how to manipulate thought processes by the use of electromagmetic pusles is one of the most frightening thoughts imaginable! This little incident also shows the unusual cooperation between Russia and America at the height of the Cold War! Such cooperation constitutes proof of our claim that Russia has cooperated with the Western Powers since the beginning, in 1917, to stage the mock battle of Thesis battling Antithesis to produce the Synthesis system of Antichrist called the New World Order.

1972: "First reports on 'ionospheric heater' experiments with high frequency radio waves at Arecibo [Alaska]. A 100 megawatt heater in Norway built later in the decade can change the conductivity of the auroral ionosphere." Now, you are getting close to being able to control the weather. When you can manipulate the conductivity of the auroal ionosphere, where weather systems operate and originate, you are close to controlling the weather. Note the date here, at which time this technology was realized: 1972.

1973: "Documentation that the launch of Skylab 'halved the total electron content of the ionosphere for three hours' (by rocket exhaust gases)."

1974: "United Nations General Assembly bans environmental warfare." We reported on this terrible treaty in NEWS1196, "U.N. Treaty Proves Weather Control Is Real". You do not need a treaty banning Weather Warfare unless such technology already exists and has been proven effective. This means that this Weather Warfare technology has been fine tuned for 24 years.

1974: "High frequency experiments at Plattsville, Colorado Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and in Armidale, New South Wales. These experiments heated the 'bottom side of the ionosphere."

1974: "Experiments -- airglow brightened by hitting oxygen atoms in ionosphere with accelerated electrons."

1975: "Stanford professor Robert Helliwell reports that very low frequency (VLF) from power lines is altering the ionosphere." I remember this report well, as I scoffed at the idea that power lines could have that kind of effect on this huge earth. I never thought of the fact that the reason they could have this kind of effect is that they are just the right kind of frequency to affect the earth.

1975: "U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson forces the Navy to release research showing that extremely low frequency (ELF) transmissions can altar human blood chemistry." Once again, this technology begins to hit very close to home, does it not? When an enemy can altar my blood chemistry by aiming ELF transmissions at me, I can be destroyed with no knowledge of what is happening to me, or who is doing such lethal damage. Can you also sense the possibilty of control of an entire population, without the people ever being aware they are being manipulated?!

1975: "U.S. Senator Pell, Senate Subcommitted, urges that weather and climate modification work should be overseen by a civilian agency answerable to the U.S. Congress. Didn't happen." In NEWS1196, we report that Senator Pell urged the United States to sign this United Nations treaty banning Weather Warfare. It sounds like Pell was very concerned about the use and misuse of this technology, even though he is fully aware of the New World Order Plan and has acted to support it for many years.

1975: "Soviets begin pulsing 'Woodpecker' extremely low frequency (ELF) waves at key brainwave rhythms. Eugene, Oregon, was one of the locations where Woodpecker was aimed, and where people were particularly affected." Once, again, I am extremely agitated to discover that an enemy can destroy me either biologically or mentally from a distance, without me being aware of it.

1976: "Drs. Susan Bawin and W. Ross Adey show that nerve cells are affected by ELF fields."

1979: "Launch of NASA's third High-Energy Astrophysical Observatory causes large scale, artificially induced depletion in the ionosphere. The plasma hole was caused by 'rapid chemical processes' between rocket exhaust and the ozone layer. The ionosphere was significantly depleted over a horizontal distance of 300 km for some hours."

1985: "Bernard J. Eastlund applies for patent 'Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere'. (First of three Eastlund patents assigned to ARCO Power Technologies, Inc.)"

1986: "U.S. Navy Project Henhouse duplicates the Delgado (Madrid) experiment -- very low level, very low frequency pulsed magnetic fields harm chick embryos."

1980's: "In the latter part of the decade, the U.S. begins the network of Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) towers, each to generate Very Low Frequency (VLF) waves ..." IN NEWS1196, we reported that the GWEN towers created a high level electromagnetic dam in the atmosphere in the American Midwest that created the rain for 40 days and nights in 1993. GWEN towers were located right where the rain came down in such a Biblical type deluge. Furthermore, we showed a map of the United States where you could see the GWEN towers and where they were located. We found it extremely interesting that these towers were also located along the San Andreas fault in Califormai and Nevada, where all these earthquakes of the past decade have been occurring!

1987-1992: "Other ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI) scientists build on Eastlund patents for development of new weapon capabilities."

1994: "Military contractor E-systems buys APTI, holder of Eastlund patents and contract to build the biggest ionospheric heater in the world, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP). Even though construction of HAARP towers in Alaska began before this date, this was the time the decision was made to make it as large as it is now today, over 40 acres of ELF towers.

1994: "Congress freezes the funding on HAARP until planners increase the emphasis on earth penetrating tomography uses, for nuclear counterproliferation efforts." Once again, we have to wonder if this technology might be used to create earthquakes, as well as monitor compliance with nuclear test ban treaties.

1995: "Congress budgets $10 million for 1996, under "nuclear counterproliferation' efforts for HAARP project." At least now we know that the U.S. Government is in firm control of HAARP, the same government driving us full speed into the global government of Antichrist, known as the New World Order.

1994-6: "Testing of first stage of HAARP equipment continues ..."

1996: HAARP planners to test the earth penetrating tomography applications by modulating the electroject at ELF frequencies." Let's see, were there any severe or unusual earthquakes, or series of earthquakes, in 1996? We shall study this and get back to you.

1998: "Projected date for fully operating HAARP system." We have had the most unusual severe weather in 1997 and 1998. It is no coincidence that the onset of this unprecedented weather coincided with the completion of the HAARP system. Now, scientists can create and control all types of weather, especially disasters.

According to an article in infonews.co.nz, the formation of chemtrails allegedly originate from aerosols which do not disappear like the usual vapour contrails which dissapate after a short time. Chemtrails form into clouds that remain in the sky for hours and are often in patterns like ‘X’ and ‘V’ formations as well as checkerboard grid patterns.

The evidence which has been collected for the last ten years may suggest that chemtrails have many purposes some of which include geoengineering, weather modification, and perhaps military uses. To the skeptics, chemtrails are nothing more than a conspiracy theory straight out of a science fiction novel. To believers, they are as real as the air we breathe...

EVERY few months the Green Party makes a bit of a fuss about chemtrails – those white lines you see in the sky that look like they came from an aircraft. They did, but that’s only where the arguing begins.

As conspiracies go, chemtrails are right up there with crop circles and cattle mutilations. There is no question that they exist because we can see them. The question is how did they get there, who are the culprits and why are they doing it?

Trying to find answers? Good luck with that.

The reasons given as to why chemtrails exist, are as many and varied as the who and the how. A quick Google search gets you 1.5 million hits in total. Chemtrails plus weather gets 370,000, chemtrails plus mind control 352,000 and chemtrails plus depopulation 149,000. The most reported chemical that is being rained down on us via chemtrails is barium and possibly aluminum, according to the view from the grassy knoll.

Governments and scientists say there is no such thing as a chemtrail. They would of course, and that’s what makes for a good conspiracy.

The simple explanation from the official side is that the trails are only condensation left by ordinary commercial aircraft. These are called contrails.

‘Chemtrailers’ insist that the dubious sky tracks criss-cross, whereas contrails form in a straight line and disappear much more quickly from view.

Last Sunday an event was held in Paphos to highlight the issue. Not only is the Green Party on board with the issue, and calling for an investigation, but there is also a special committee against chemtrails in Cyprus.

Spokesman PetrosTheodosiou said: “We have noticed planes leaving chemtrails above Cyprus for some time now and the problem is getting worse. It would be naive to believe that the Cyprus government is not involved in some way.” Theodosiou said someone in the government must know what was going on – especially in Paphos where it seemed to be heavier. People should stand up and demand to be informed. He said he believed the chemtrails had something to do with the food chain and suggested many people were suffering increasingly from illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, and many respiratory diseases in Cyprus.

“Certain authorities at the top level must know what’s going on. This goes beyond governments; we are convinced that if we all get up and say no then we can stop this,” Theodosiou said.

“We challenge the authorities to prove us wrong. The president of the chemists in Greece recently suggested to the Cyprus parliament that the easiest and most effective way to test for chemtrails would be to send a plane up in the skies above Cyprus, with air filters, which could collect samples of air. These could then be analysed.” He said it would only cost around ten thousand euros. “This would solve the mystery,” he added.

Commissioner for the Environment, Charalambous Theopemptou was mostly on the fence on this one but is interested in the topic. He said that images recorded on personal telephones by airline pilots during flight, and available to watch online, seemed to show planes spraying “something”.

“There are two or three theories going around as to the purpose of this spraying, I believe it may be to increase the range of spy equipment. Whatever is being sprayed is creating a reflective block so that lost electromagnetic signals may be bounced back to earth at a far cheaper cost than using satellites,” Theopemptou said.

In the more skeptical camp were two professors. Konstantinos Makris, an assistant professor of water and health at the Cyprus International Institute for Environmental and Public Health in association with Harvard School of Public Health at the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK) said it was very hard to prove that chemtrails were just that – chemical trails.

“It might be happening. It could be possible but to determine facts we should test and study,” said Makris. “But who would actually carry out the study and supply the funding, I don’t know.”

Makris pointed out that there are legally approved operations in many countries to control pests and birds, where spraying occurs. “For example in Greece, the public have asked on occasion for spraying to take place to control mosquitoes,” he said. “If society here is looking for answers, then testing should be done. We have to put this into perspective, there are other health risks which face the population every day, which are apparent in water, air and food.”

Since 2007, Professor Manfred Lange has been the founding director of energy, environment and water research centre of the Cyprus Institute.

He said he was not a great fan of the notion of chemtrails. “I’m not disregarding it but it’s questionable. Generally I am skeptical,” he said.

Lange said that he found it quite unlikely that it would be going on in Cyprus but if it was proved that it was, he would be “angered and shocked”, especially if it was threatening the public health.

Lange admitted he had heard of spraying in connection with weather manipulation, such as cloud seeding, which does use chemicals to try and make it rain. “I think this is very costly though, and our knowledge of the side effects is very limited,” he said.

“Of course I have heard people talk and discuss the matter of chemtrails and spraying, and I understand the public’s concern. But let’s try to distinguish alarmism from the facts, and not panic,” he added.

Theopemptou said most chemtrails were reported over the Paphos region and between Paphos and Limassol. “If you consider where the bases and listening posts are in Cyprus, this is suspicious. I have talked to meteorologists who have said that any material falling to the ground from planes spraying anything over Cyprus would be in miniscule amounts. The wind would take it over the sea of towards Lebanon,” he said.

The Comissioner said that he was not saying for certain that chemical spraying was taking place in the skies over Cyprus, but added that based on the hundreds of complaints he had received about it, it did warrant further study and investigation to draw “irrefutable conclusions on the matter, one way or the other”.

Morgellans and chemtrails
A BRITISH biologist who lives in Paphos has been studying chemtrails for years and has even taken samples and given them to the Agriculture Ministry. A more pressing worry however for Caroline Carter are her recurring bouts with Morgellons disease, which she, and thousands like her, believe is linked to chemtrails.

Carter, who now practises alternative therapies, moved to Paphos from the UK in 2008 to escape what she believed to be harmful chemtrails over Surrey.

The biologist says that chemtrails were not really apparent when she moved to the island three years ago but that occurrences had greatly increased by 2010. “I’m a scientist and I like to work on what I know. I have samples, so know chemtrails are happening. As to the reasons why, I don’t know.”

Carter believes she contracted Morgellons in the UK after one morning finding her garden and surrounding area “covered in a very strange web-like substance”. She said it was thicker than an insect web, fluorescent, and resembled chicken wire, and the green foliage on which the material had settled quickly died. While collecting the web she felt a bite or a sting on her left upper arm, which continued to itch for months. She also breathed in fibres from the substance.

“I got in touch with researchers in the States who had been investigating chemtrails for quite a long time. I received info and air samples, which had been collected after heavy chemtrailing. They seemed to be highly pathogenic and contained all sorts of strange things,” said Carter.

Carter sent samples of the fibres that came out of her skin to other biologists but no one could identify them.

“The fibres are alive; yet you can’t dissect them and they are unbreakable. They are inorganic but they are alive,” said Carter. She has also tried burning them but they did not carbonise. However if fibres are protruding through a patient’s skin they pull back at a lit match, Carter said.

In the most recent outbreak in November 2010, Carter says the fibres, some of which appeared to have insect-type legs came out of her face and neck.

“We need geneticists to look at this. As a biologist, I know what things should look like, and I and other biologists have never seen anything like this before. My face was horrific and very painful.”

Carter says after she handed over a file on chemtrails to the authorities, she subsequently received a visit from a man who said he was from the Cyprus government “and they know about it and wanted it kept quiet,” she said.

What is Morgellons?
Morgellons is a controversial condition referred to by the American Centers for Disease Control as unexplained dermopathy. Most sufferers - in the US there are around 60,000 - believe their condition is caused by chemtrails. They complain of sensations of itching, stinging or biting, finding blue, red, black and clear fibres on or under the skin; and persistent skin lesions with black specks falling off their bodies.

Reports have been made of different bugs and worms coming out of the body through the lesions. Most doctors, including dermatologists and psychiatrists, regard Morgellons as a manifestation of known medical conditions, including delusional parasitosis, where patients hold an imaginary belief that they are infested with parasites. However this does not explain the actually existence of the fibres, for which there is substantial evidence.

A researcher at the Oklahoma State University Hospital found that dermatologists who either didn't look at all, or didn't use a dermatoscope, might not see the fibres under the skin.

In an article published in The Los Angeles Times last year singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell said she suffered from Morgellons

"I have this weird, incurable disease that seems like it's from outer space. Fibres in a variety of colours protrude out of my skin like mushrooms after a rainstorm: they cannot be forensically identified as animal, vegetable or mineral. Morgellons is a slow, unpredictable killer - a terrorist disease,” she said. “In America, Morgellons is always diagnosed as ‘delusion of parasites’, and they send you to a psychiatrist. I'm actually trying to get out of the music business to battle for Morgellons sufferers to receive the credibility that's owed to them.”

I hope you don't mind I'm on a chemtrail rant!! For the first time in nearly four weeks we finally had a clear blue sky and wonderful sun instead of rain and clouds...by mid afternoon that wonderful sun was hidden behind a chemtrail mixture of iron gray black clouds quickly moving in from the west and there I saw the culprit airplane flying across what was left of what "they call blue sky nowadays" ruining my DNA upgrade!! God knows why they want to spray where I live although I can guess the reason poisoning the local produce and agriculture land in the valley.
