If it had not been for the internet and the people who posted the things I've paid attention to, I would not have waked up.  I didn't figure out 9/11, the Federal Reserve, suppressed technologies, germ theory and vaccines, on my own.

It's up to we the people to figure things out together.

I am sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I never suggested we give up. we just don't fight their war. You can only 'teach' by example, if such a thing is even possible. There are many brave folk fighting to keep the truth out there and the net is their platform to disseminate information.

We need fora like these to keep the truth out, the internet has been amazing in this regard. It comes at a cost of real books and I fear, also part of the plan, to suck us in and then close the doors.

I know it sounds doom and gloom, but it's not. When they close the net there will be other means /ways. The winners write the books, the losers write the songs.

Since Western medicine is based on Pasteur's germ theory, this means we need a new paradigm for health care.

    What should it be?

Let's explore that in a new thread, "A New Paradigm for Health Care."

    Indeed.

I am not sure if this would work against covid.. but pumpkin seeds do as well as Ivermectin according to one study, against a nematode infection!

    https://academicjournals.org/journal/JPP/article-full-text-pdf/831473255099

Evaluation of the anthelmintic activity of pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita maxima) in mice naturally infected with Aspiculuris tetraptera

The results of the study showed that the efficacies for water (G1) or ethanol (G2) extracts of pumpkin seed and ivermectin were 81, 85 and 91% compared with the negative control, respectively. These results revealed that pumpkin seed has high anthelmintic activity against nematodes as well as its continued use in traditional medicine for the treatment of helminthiasis.

My father won't let my sister in his house until she has the vaxx. She does the shopping for him and has to leave it in the garden.

After many, many years he has finally managed to pigeon hole me as 'eccentric', and then he can part deal with my ideas. He will believe everything the MSM tell him.

I realised in my career, years ago, whilst trying to 'improve the environment' that the only possible way I could change the world was by changing myself. Everyone has to find their way.

much of it is 'fear'.. i know herd immunity is supposed to relate to immune defence, but the masses seem to find security and reduced fear if they all think the same way. Challenging their world view creates fear as it undermines their nice stable platform.

Where to from here for Germ Theory?

It’s more than 150 years since Louis Pasteur shot to stardom. His promotion of the Germ Theory of disease in the mid 1800’s led that theory to gaining prominence, and then dominance, in western medicine as the preferred way of managing human health.

During that time, the pendulum swung so far that all bacteria were seen to be bad and needed to be destroyed. That pendulum is now on its way back and people are starting to take account of other observations that may counter this 150-year-old view.

At the time of Pasteur’s promotion of the Germ Theory, he had an intense rivalry with a French research scientist, Antoine Bechamp, who was the proponent of an alternative theory called the Host Theory.

Germ Theory proposes that disease is caused by particular micro-organisms (or germs) that are found outside the body and make their way into the body to cause the disease. Host Theory believes that disease arises from micro-organisms inside the body and that the internal condition of the body is the primary causal agent. Germ Theory also proposes that every disease is associated with a particular micro-organism, while Host Theory believes that micro-organisms become pathogenic as the health of the host organism (human) deteriorates. In this theory, micro-organisms are not the cause of the disease but a symptom of the imbalance.

    Relationship to Gut Health

Today, gut health is taking centre stage as a key ingredient to a healthy body. The strength of the individual’s immune system is also recognised as being closely associated with the level of gut health. The effect of the existence of millions of micro-organisms, mainly bacteria, living in a balanced or imbalanced environment in the human gastro-intestinal tract, has become the central focus of microbiologists, immunologists and health practitioners worldwide.

As understanding of micro-organisms in the gut advances, the strength of the Germ Theory is slowly unravelling. In its place, versions of Bechamp’s Host Theory are gaining momentum. With a strong immune system, supported by a balanced microbial population, it seems that the body can remain strong and not become subject to disease and ill health.

There is a new gut health language appearing all around us. A couple are important in this context. The term human ‘microbiota’ refers to a wide variety of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other single-celled animals that live in the body. Each of these single cells inside our body contain their own genetic material. This genetic material is called the ‘microbiome’.

These cells only take up a tiny amount of space in our body, but they are 90% of all the cells and all the genetic material inside the human body. The rest of the physical body consists of only 10% of our cells and genetic material. It is now recognised that these single celled organisms function in a symbiotic manner with their host, the human body. Humans are now considered to be ‘holobionts’ as a way of describing this symbiotic relationship. The gut bacteria influence fundamental ‘host’ processes including metabolism, weight, maturation, the immune system, brain function and decision making. In return, the ‘host’ creates the conditions that support, allow or inhibit the development of specific groups of bacteria and responds to signals emitted by the microbiota.

    Designed to kill

With the discovery of the existence of micro-organisms and their association with disease, in the late 1800’s researchers and scientists set about finding ways to kill the micro-organisms in order to kill the disease. The first ‘success’ was achieved by Paul Erhlich in 1905 when he identified his first pharmaceutical formulation that would kill specific micro-organisms, but not the patient. Ehrlich called these chemicals ‘magic bullets’. He later coined a second term still used today, ‘chemotherapy’, to denote the use of chemicals in the treatment or control of diseases.

Our love affair with the Germ Theory has been almost absolute in the western world. With the broad scale introduction of the first antibiotic, penicillin, at the end of WWII, the notion of killing the bacteria in order to kill the disease appeared to be the pathway to nirvana for the pharmaceutical industries, supported by governments and medical associations.

One of the tenets of the Germ Theory is that cells do not change shape or form, that they are monomorphic. This assumption was made prior to a modern understanding of human microbiota. More recent evidence is pointing to some human microbiota as being pleomorphic, changing their shape and form depending on the environment in which they are living.

As the ‘fight’ against disease has progressed in the past 150 years, especially with the use of chemicals such as antibiotics and vaccinations, more and more resistant and adapted strains of diseases are emerging. Rather than ‘killing’ the disease, this approach of attempting to wipe out the offending organism has resulted in the presence of a far wider range of variants that appear now to be unassailable with modern medicine’s Germ Theory approach. We now have superbugs in the human body that cannot be controlled with antibiotics (and correspondingly super weeds in the environment that cannot be killed either). These adaptations and resistances are examples of pleomorphism where the organism changes form, or adapts, depending on the environment that it encounters. There are two main options used by western medicine to control the adapted organisms that have not been eradicated from the particular target chemical. These options are stronger antibiotics and more frequent booster shots of vaccinations.

In her book ‘The Gut’, Guilia Enders states “Our relationship with antibiotics is an arms race: we use them to arm ourselves to the hilt when faced with dangerous bacteria, and they respond by arming themselves with even more dangerous resistances.” She goes on to describe the pathway of an antibiotic once it has been swallowed, travelling through the digestive tract to the stomach and onto the gut before entering the blood stream. On its way, it “peppers our microbe collection with holes, poisons our gut bacteria, and makes them sterile.” Now understanding the role of these microbes, this does not seem like a happy prospect for the health of the human body!

In my book, ‘Eat … Think … Heal’, I wrote extensively about the introduction of artificial fertilisers into agriculture and the effect of these chemicals on the soil’s complex ecosystem, impacting on the health of the soil, and then the plants and animals, eventually impacting human health through loss of vitamins and minerals in the food that we consume from the earth. This introduction of artificial fertilisers eventually led to the widespread uptake of ‘industrial agriculture’ across the western world. The intention of industrial agriculture is to control the environment as much as possible by removing unwanted plants and insects and artificially promoting growth in order to increase yield and reduce operating costs as much as possible.

When we look around us today we are seeing a similar effect on human health from the introduction of ‘silver bullets’ in all forms in our industrial health systems. The intention was to destroy unwanted microbes. In the process we are destroying the ecosystem of the human body. Just as a linear approach to the soil’s ecosystem cannot overcome nature’s adaptability and will eventually unravel, so too are we observing and experiencing the unravelling of a linear approach to human health with more than 150 years of unwitting, unquestioned adherence to the principles of the Germ Theory.

As we see chinks in the armour of Germ Theory, we are also seeing the stakes being raised in the battle to control human health. Bacteria are raising the stakes themselves by resisting extinction. As other options are placed on the table to be considered by our western medical model, those whose knowledge base revolves around the Germ Theory and whose livelihoods are dependent on this model will no doubt raise the stakes themselves, in defense of what they ‘know’ and believe to be true.

    It’s your choice

Goethe was a famous German writer and philosopher around the same era as Pasteur and Bechamp. Perhaps he would smile at this quote, credited to him, and seemingly relevant today.

“In the sciences, people quickly come to regard as their own personal property that which they have learned and had passed on to them at the universities and academies. If someone else comes along with new ideas that contradict the Credo and in fact even threaten to overturn it, then all passions are raised against this threat and no method is left untried to suppress it. People resist it in every way possible: pretending not to have heard about it; speaking disparagingly of it, as if it were not even worth the effort of looking into the matter. And so a new truth can have a long wait before finally being accepted.”

The only way I can see to overcome the natural self-interest displayed (wittingly or unwittingly) by organisations and individuals in authority, is to be informed – read widely,  listen to a range of opinions, listen to your own intuition, and filter what seems right for you. This allows  you to take personal responsibility for your own health. I know a very healthy, vibrant 77 year old man who tells the doctor, whenever he does visit, that he will be interested in his opinion, but he will be making his own decisions.

My aim with this blog and my website is to contribute material in a reader-friendly manner to allow you to form your own opinions too!

To read more about gut health, go to my blogs Gut Health Made Simple, and Simple Steps to Healthy Eatingas well as Bone Broth – the Healing Powerhouse.

Until next time, remember … let nature be the doctor!

In the same field... you might like to look at the 'Phage Therapy' that the Russians were developing a while back. I think the research started in the 1930's . From what I can remember it would have been a better alternative to antibiotics..

The research was halted when Russia's economy tanked. At that time only the western medicine offered by big Pharma was available.

There was a lot of good science coming out of soviet russia, mostly ignored these days.

A different approach to fighting bacteria

Phage therapy (PT) is also called bacteriophage therapy. It uses viruses to treat bacterial infections. Bacterial viruses are called phages or bacteriophages. They only attack bacteria; phages are harmless to people, animals, and plants.

    https://www.healthline.com/health/phage-therapy

I keep thinking about the fact that according to terrain theory and pleomorphism, indestructible entities in our bodies that Bechamp called microzymas respond to toxins in our inner terrain by morphing into the various microbes and then back to microzymas after the clean up job is done.

It seems that we shouldn't be attacking the microbes, because they're helping us not hurting us.  Instead we should assist in the job they're doing with methods of detox.  I'm wondering whether we should treat serious infections with bedrest, fresh air, sunshine, and detox methodologies, maybe including juice fasting, which frees the body's energy used to digest food for the work of detox.   The toxins are the true cause of disease.

Exactly so. If it is about the environment then we cannot catch a disease, we can only allow it to manifest.

I believe the biggest component is mental. Most illness is psychosomatic. Fear causes stress, stress creates a weak environment.

We are nearly all depleted of essential minerals, vitamins. The obesity rate in the USA is a direct result of eating 'food-like substances' that are not food, and worse, contaminated by toxins. Even before lethal sugar cocktails are added.

The solution is to ignore it, (no mental stress / activity) be well and eat well. Eat organic food, GMO free, freshly prepared. No processed foods, no microwave. Realise that margarine / 'the war on fat' / cholesterol etc etc are all bankster myths designed to keep us eating the toxic XXXX. Add pesticides and put flouride / chloride in the drinking water.. and it is a recipe for a poor environment.

If sick, then a good vitamin session will help. Cashnew nuts for anti-depression, etc etc.. Fasting is great. Water therapy is great. Enemas work.

Microbes /bacteria exist! in their trillions, so be careful what you introduce into your body. Bugs hate copper.. see any copper water carriers these days? Copper hospitals? copper cookware? Copper kills bugs. simple. Stainless steel looks pretty but is a breeding ground for bugs.. and the toxic sh1t they use for disinfectants are also compromising your environment.

Simply drinking from a copper vessel can improve health. Colloidal silver works. Apple cider vinegar and iodine a good tonic.

'MMS' works, chlorine dioxide, as it gives oxygen.. and oxygen is the biggest bug killer... it's what kills us too! we rust away (oxidise).. You mentioned Viktor Schauberger in a post, he worked on water vortices that did the same thing - concentrated the oxygen so it became an anti bacterial (to digress.. the guy who wrote about VS on the other thread had never read or understood Schauberger  .. so beware his other 'summaries Wink )

Avoid processed oils, actually..only coconut oil is suitable for frying, great in India but expensive elsewhere. Olive oil for cold dressings. No vegetable oils. Homemade organic butters /lards are fine (who makes those anymore?)..I fry with olive oil, but i think i will survive Wink

so yes, I agree entirely -  it is all about environment. We need a good relationship with the earth and our internal bugs. I can easily believe the germ theory is false.. in which case covid doesnt exist either.. only the vaccine.. and the 'seasonal' flu is our response to the toxins..

At the moment I am eating veggies from my garden and drinking spring water, filtered through ceramic. I have to source my proteins / carbs from the shops, but I am working to reduce all shop bought stuff.. (will there  be a choice for the unvaxed soon?)

Injecting anything into your body is going to compromise your environment.

We 'feed' that which we give attention to. You can actually manifest things. If you think sick,it will manifest. You dont even have to think 'healthy', simply ignoring the subject whilst getting on with good eating and drinking and getting on with 'life', is sufficient.... at least in my bubble.

Drinking only vegetable juice (from a masticating juicer - like a wheatgrass juicer) - is a great way to go.I would be careful of a fruit juice fast, as the sugars are not doing you any favours.

Fasting is actually easy once your gut is empty of food. When you have nothing in your gut the hunger disappears. So the first 2-3 days are hard. A colonic irrigation will speed up the process, and is worth the effort.

The problems with fasting are lack of heat and lack of energy. If you are in a warm place and not doing anything then that's fine. If you want to fast and be 'active' - be as normal, then I use pure (not fake!) maple syrup and lemon juice and cayenne pepper.. mix in a large jug / bottle and drink as required, The syrup gives energy and the pepper heat.. it works well.. without putting food back in your gut.

Part fasting is hard, the hunger is there when the food is there.. best east nothing. I guess the veggie juice might work, not fill the gut, but I have no experience of that.

Leaving 16 hours between meals is a good way to go...

    R.T. Trall M.D. (1812-1877)

"I have myself, through Natural Hygiene, over 16 years, treated all forms and hundreds of cases of typhus and typhoid fevers, pneumonia's, measles and dysentery's, and have not lost a single patient. The same is true of scarlet and other fevers. No medicine whatever was given."----Dr Trall, 1862.

"These diseases (typhoid and pneumonia) are nothing more nor less than a cleansing process - a struggle of the vital powers to relieve the system of its accumulated impurities. The causes of the diseases are constipating foods, contaminated water, atmospheric miasmas, and whatever clogs up the system or befouls the blood. And the day is not far distant when a physician who shall undertake to aid and assist (suppress) Nature in her efforts to expel impurities, by the administration of poisons (drugs, medicines, shots, radiation, etc.) will be regarded as an insane idiot. But now this practice is called medical science."----Trall

This fantastic production total encapsulates the history of why nearly everyone believes in the never-once-proven "theory" of germs (bacteria, viruses, infectious disease) and how this misinterpretation of flawed scientific experiments was developed over the last 170 years from the deliberate fraudulent experiments of Louis Pasteur and others. This dangerous paradigm has been debunked ever since by numerous researchers whose proofs are no where to be found in the medical libraries of universities today. This article is about the non-existence of pathogenic viruses.

New Study Set to Disprove Virology (Video)

    May 19, 2021 | News

To see the video, click here.

Dr. Stefan Lanka, Ph.D. is a German biologist and former virologist (he doesn’t like to be called that anymore). He has long been speaking out about the pseudoscientific methods used to prove the existence of so-called viruses and he’s now conducting a new study to disprove virology once and for all.

Most virological research follows this format:

    1. Secretions from a sick person are introduced into a cell culture, along with other toxic chemicals. When cells are found to be damaged (called “cytopathic effects”), virologists conclude that there must be a virus present.
    2. Genetic material is separated out from patient secretions and analyzed using a computer program. Sequences are trimmed, fitted together, and manipulated until they find one that matches a ‘known’ virus. They then proclaim this to be the virus’s genome.
    3. Electron microscopy is performed on cell culture fluid. When scientists observe small particles under the microscope they proclaim this to be the ‘virus’.

Dr. Lanka’s study aims to reproduce this process, except they will be using proper control experiments to show that each one of these steps can be done without the presence of a virus.

    • In other words, cytopathic effects are observed due to cell starvation and the introduction of antibiotics and other toxic chemicals;
    • Computer programs can manufacture “viral” sequences without the need for an actual virus to be present and, finally;
    • The particles seen under the electron microscope are normal constituents of dead and dying cells.

This is the first study of its kind and it is truly revolutionary. Once complete, a hundred years of virological research will be shattered into tiny fragments.

Dr. Kaufman recently presented the preliminary results from the first phase of the study, which shows that, lo and behold, cytopathic effects are not due to a virus, but due to the nutrient-starved environment in which the cells are placed.

Here is a video of Dr. Lanka presenting the results. The video has been “dubbed” into English.

GERM THEORY VS. TERRAIN THEORY (VIRUS VS EXOSOME)

First published at 02:34 UTC on June 19th, 2021.

    CONSCIOUSLY WOKE

In 1913, John D. Rockefeller Sr. took full control of Western Medicine and promoted what's known as "germ theory" in hopes to control the world and peddle patented vaccines & pharmaceuticals on unsuspecting, fearful citizens...

This short, informative video will explain the 2 theories and how they relate to health, the PCR tests, and the Covid "vaccine".

Germ Theory: The current accepted (false) theory of disease, that has been instilled, taught and permeated throughout the much of the world, states that microorganisms known as pathogens or "germs" can lead to disease.

Terrain Theory: States that diseases are results of our internal environment (terrain) and it's ability to maintain homeostasis against outside threats.

Explore with us the probably biggest medical fraud of the last century and learn why viral infection is a myth, viral pandemics like COVID-19 are a hoax, all public health measures for the containment of a so-called virus simply cannot work, the PCR test results are meaningless, vaccines don't work and what really makes you sick.

    Hello Humanoids !

I have some information that may be related to this thread. For the last 2 months i have been experimenting on my self and graphing the differences making one change at a time to my diet.

The first change was to stop using brown sugar in my coffee and replacing it with natural farm honey. When a say natural farm honey i actually go to a farm and purchase it from the bee keeper.

You will notice real honey is not fluid , it is solid , like a soft wax. I have replaced the 1.5 tsp of brown sugar with half a tsp of natural honey.

I have also tried to cut out all refined sugars possible... noting that refined sugar is used in about 80% of all processed foods. It is by far the most dangerous compound to consume when it comes to your health.

So my results so far are , loss of weight , less hunger cravings , i have had a small patch of psoriasis on my lower back about the size of a 20 cent piece ( approx 20 mm ) and it has halved in that time. This is a huge difference as i note that sugar and fermented foods do aid fungal growths in the body.

Other effects i have noticed are much more energy , short term memory is improved , i wake usually around 5 am feeling bright and do not feel sleepy till 10 pm. In fact the less i eat the more energy i have. Mind you i have a healthy store of fat around my tummy which im eager to reduce :0)

Second change is to stop consuming any commercially available alcohol and replaced it with locally make wine and grappa. The difference is amazing ! I do not get any negative effects from consuming the alcohol. I like to have a glass of something with dinner a few times a week and using locally made alcohol negates hang over , loss of energy and cutting out the inevitable fermented added sugars which commercial alcohol has in it.

These two minor changes have improved my health considerably ! so simple yet effective,

I have some videos i would like to share from a gentleman called Dr Eric Berg
