If you can get past the american voice over and musiq then this is an informative video. Worth watching in association with his fellow Austrian's work.. Viktor Schauberger.
As ever, a shorter version would be better appreciated. I might run it at fast speed and take some notes. If I get round to it then i will post them below.. in the meantime most folk seem to have sufficient bandwidth, in which case its worth a watch. I downloaded it and played at 1.7 speed, was about right

so another whinge from me I am so tired of you tube videos, such a huge resource and long irrelevant watch for so little information.
Anyway, the gist of the above video is that Moon wood, harvested when sap levels are at their lowest (ie winter on a waning moon - Only! ) is more resistant to woodworm bugs and fungi.
It dries faster and is more resistant to fire. It is harder and stronger not likely to swell. Water molecules at this time are in a 4th state, a gel, that has combined with cellulose; Moon effects the water, not the tree. The moon wood doesn't need to be treated for wood rot.
These properties have been known for centuries and in ancient Rome it was specified for, eg, ship building.
The Thoma wood system uses moon wood. The timbers are overlapped in 5 layers of horizontal vertical and diagonal boards. This process offers ultra stability. No glue is used. This unglued wood has twice the thermal insulation of other timber walls. It is free of condensation and mold and mildew.
It offers outstanding Fire protection. Walls can withstand a 1000 degree flame for more than 30 minutes, the max test. In fact after 3 hours of a 1000 degree flame the other side of the wall only increased its temperature by 1.8 degrees! The wall is now sold as an industrial fire wall.
His structures are also Earthquake proof.
How long did it take to read that? Or you can watch a 50 minute video
