This is getting ridiculous.
Why does Obama-Crony judge keep postponing the Imran Awan trial? To allow him to flee to Pakistan, where co-defendant and wife Hina Alvi has already fled, with the blessing of the FBI?
It is beyond rare for a federal criminal ‘bank fraud’ case to be granted this many delays and continuances.
The Monday trial date has now been bounced to March. We stopped counting how many continuances this is. Four? Five? Six?
The Swamp is running scared and U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan is helping to provide the cover.
Chutkan, who is presiding over the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi fraud case, was appointed to the federal bench by Obama after she kicked thousands in campaign donations to his presidential campaign when he was a U.S. Senator in Illinois, records confirm.
Obama also appointed Chutkan’s husband, Peter Krauthamer, a judge to the bench in the District of Columbia Superior Court in 2011.
Krauthamer’s mother, and Chutkan’s mother-in-law, also contributed campaign cash to Obama, records confirm.
And Chutkan’s former law firm, where she worked until her appointment to the federal bench in 2014, currently represents Huma Abedin, the wife of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner. The firm also is stacked with Democratic lawyers who worked for Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and Barack Obama’s White House, just to name a few D.C. insiders.
If Obama or his administration is implicated in the expanding Awan Congressional probe they likely have little to worry about.
These revelations damper rank-and-file FBI agents who are pressing to expand the case to encompass Awan’s two brothers and press an indictment for selling intelligence gleaned and possibly stolen from Congressional IT network the Awams were charged with safeguarding.
“It’s rigged from almost every angle,” a frustrated FBI insider said.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch revealed today that there are at least 18 classified emails in the 798 documents recently produced by the State Department from the FBI’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s elicit email system. The emails were found on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who is the estranged husband of former Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
Abedin was Clinton’s deputy chief of staff. Weiner is a disgraced former congressman and New York mayoral candidate who pleaded guilty to transferring obscene material to a minor. Abedin kept a non-State.gov email account on Hillary Clinton’s notorious email server that she used repeatedly for government business.
There are five new classified emails among 147 new Abedin work-related documents released by the State Department on Friday, December 29, 2017.
Thirteen emails containing classified information were also found on the Weiner laptop computer that had already been released to the public. This classified material includes discussions about Saudi Arabia, The Hague, Egypt, South Africa, Zimbabwe, the identity of a CIA official, Malawi, the war in Syria, Lebanon, Hamas, and the PLO.

U.S. District Judge Richard J Leon ruled today that Fusion-GPS must turn over their banking records as required under the existing congressional subpoena.
Fusion GPS had sought an injunction from the federal court blocking the U.S. House Intelligence Committee from forcing them to provide banking records related to their 2016 opposition research work on Russia related matters.
In a 26-page-ruling (full pdf at link) Judge Leon rebuked each of the Fusion GPS reasons for the injunction and ruled the subpoena from the congressional committee was appropriate, proper and lawful.
This is critical and presents a joint approach toward the entire scheme. At the same time the Judicial Committees are focusing on the DOJ and FBI and how they used the FISA court, the House Intel Committee is focusing on the underlying documents, research and evidence behind the manipulated FISA warrant. Splendid.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In the past few days, a series of unexpected developments have cleared the path for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to leave the Ecuadorian Embassy in London without fear of arrest.
On Tuesday, WikiLeaks posted a tweet announcing the U.S. government had ended its eight-year-long grand jury proceedings against WikiLeaks that was expanded in 2017 to cover the WikiLeaks various “Vault” releases on CIA spy technology.
The WikiLeaks tweet referenced a State Department press conference held that day, Jan. 2, 2018, in which State Department Spokesperson Heather Nauert made a strong statement regarding freedom of speech that was couched in a reference to Iran.
The WikiLeaks tweet confirmed the State Department’s reference to freedom of speech in Iran was a coded communication intended to extend the umbrella of free speech and press rights to WikiLeaks in a clear reversal of the policy in which both CIA Director Mike Pompeo and Attorney General Sessions have argued that arresting Julian Assange is a priority. It is not clear that Assange has violated national security laws, even if it can be shown he published U.S. national security classified documents.
Specifically, Nauert said the following:
“We support a freedom of the press here in the United States. We support the right of voices to be heard. And when a nation clamps down on social media or websites or Google or news sites, we ask the question, “What are you afraid of?” What are you afraid of? We support the Iranian people and we support their voices being heard.”
Trump’s attorneys argue Assange’s First Amendment right to publish
In a motion filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Dec. 29, 2017, in the case Roy Cockrum vs. Donald J. Trump for President, Trump’s attorneys argued that Julian Assange had a right under the First Amendment to publish the DNC and John Podesta emails, even if the emails were stolen.
The case was orchestrated by Project Democracy, a group run by former attorneys from the Obama administration, arguing that then former Trump campaign adviser Roger Stone had conspired with the Russians to publish the DNC and Podesta emails.
In a 32-page motion defending the Trump Campaign, Michael A. Carvin of the Jones Day law firm and attorney of record representing President Trump, argued that the Trump campaign, and by inference Julian Assange at WikiLeaks, could not be held liable under the First Amendment for a disclosure of stolen information if the information published involves “a matter of public interest” and the speaker was not “involved” in the theft.
In making the argument, Trump’s attorneys relied upon Bartnicki v. Vopper. 532 U.S. 514 (2001), a labor union case in which the Supreme Court ruled a radio station had the right to broadcast a stolen tape of a phone call between the chief union negotiator for a Pennsylvania high school and the chief union negotiator together with the union president.
Technically, Assange has not yet been indicted of any criminal offense in the United States, nor is it clear if he committed any crime. Under the Supreme Court Decisions New York Times v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), and in the Pentagon Papers case, New York Times v. U.S. 403 U.S. 713 (1971), a journalist is allowed to accept and publish classified documents provided by other sources.
While Roger Stone’s case is still pending in the District of Columbia District Court, the opinion submitted by President Trump’s attorneys can be seen to have established the basis for pardoning Assange as a pre-condition of allowing Assange to leave the Ecuadorian Embassy in London without U.S. federal authorities seeking to arrest him.
Sweden drops charges against Assange
In May 2017, the government in Sweden dropped the rape case against Assange, ending the four-year long attempt by the Swedish government to arrest Assange via a European Arrest Warrant.
A recent decision by a United Kingdom tribunal also appears to have vitiated the arrest warrant issued by a British court in 2012, after Assange violated his bail conditions to take refuge in the Ecuadorean Embassy.
On Dec. 29, 2017, Assange posted a tweet that referenced an article published by the Guardian on Dec. 14, 2017, citing a United Kingdom tribunal that declared WikiLeaks to be a media organization and a free speech advocate – designations that could carry a legal importance in placing Assange under “free speech” protections both in the UK and in the United States.
Will President Trump pardon Assange?
A QAnon post on the Internet bulletin board 8chan on Christmas Day and a series of messages posted on Twitter by Julian Assange on New Year’s Day appear to deliver a coordinated message that an extradition for Assange from his sanctuary in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London is imminent.
While interpreting posts intended to be cryptic is not a science, those following QAnon understand QAnon has forecast several important developments in code, in an effort to mobilize Internet-aware Trump loyalists.
Ultimately, the question QAnon is raising is this: Will President Trump pardon Julian Assange?
The QAnon Christmas Day post reads as follows:
On Jan. 1, 2018, Infowars.com posted on Scribd.com a decoding of this cryptic QAnon Christmas Day post.
Using gematria, the numbers 10, [10-9] are translated into the letters JA, the initials of Julian Assange with “J” being the 10th letter of the alphabet and “A” being the first. The operational window for Assange’s extraction from the Ecuadorian Embassy in London is signaled to be later this week, Jan. 5-6, 2018.
That Assange will be extracted with the blessings of the Trump administration is suggested by the designation FDeltaC, referencing a Federal Detention Center of undetermined location. That the location is outside the United States is suggested by the “Delta” designation.
Dec. 25-26 references Emanuel Leutze’s famous painting depicting George Washington’s historic crossing the Delaware River on Christmas night in 1776, with painting posted in synch on the Internet bulletin board 8chan by both QAnon and by the U.S. Department of Defense on Dec. 25, 2017.
With the possibility Assange might return to the United States, the “storm” QAnon has been predicting appears ready to begin.
QAnon’s reference to “Secured” suggests the path for Assange to return to the United States has been secured at the highest level of the U.S. government, with the knowledge and approval of President Trump.
QAnon’s reference to “Floor is yours” suggests this is Assange’s opportunity to drop key files on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the hoax of “Russia collusion” developed by CIA Director John Brennan and propagated to the mainstream media with the assistance of Google’s Eric Schmidt.
The comment “Twitter FW” suggests Twitter will be used by Assange to communicate with the public as the extraction mission goes forward. The additional comment “Twitter [kill_rogue] suggests Assange will post key information on the Twitter account @kill_rogue.
Finally, the notation “CONF_WHITE_WHITE” suggests Assange’s initial destination of Switzerland has been confirmed. Switzerland’s national flag is a white cross (WHITE_WHITE) against a red background.
On New Year’s Eve, Julian Assange posted on Twitter a cryptic string of numbers that appear to be a “Dead Man’s Switch,” linking possibly to a new cache of WikiLeaks documents Assange’s associates would post should Assange be arrested.
Assange’s New Year’s Eve post also embedded a video of the song “Paper Planes” by singer M.I.A. that linked to YouTube.
Again, in what appears to have been a synchronized post, @kill_rogue retweeted Assange’s New Year’s Day post and asked, “What words do you hear in the song?”
The second line of the lyrics in the song reads, “If you catch me at the border I got visas in my name …”

I have seen a lot of chatter on the Q-Anon and MegaAnon postings at 4chan and 8chan, and have been asked why don’t we follow the goings on, the “clues,” offered, and write about it. While it is true we haven’t detailed their daily and weekly chatter, and won’t, that does not mean we are ignoring it either. Since mid-2017, we have carefully watched, tallied the predictions, balanced the ones that came true out with those that haven’t, along with those that could possibly still happen.
See, anyone can anonymously claim they are a secret Intelligence sources offering tidbits and puzzle pieces for everyone else to put together, that doesn’t mean they are, but it doesn’t mean they aren’t either, so unless something can be confirmed, verified or debunked, we simply continue to observe, research and wait.

Tony Podesta: Which brings us to the headlined question of where certain individuals are right now, as we have noted many are asking where Tony Podesta has been since he stepped down from the company he founded, The Podesta Group, on the same day that special Counsel Robert Mueller charged former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.

One of the people asking about Podesta just happens to be the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in an interview published by the NYT on December 28, 2017, via the Daily Caller:
President Donald Trump believes special counsel Robert Mueller will treat him fairly in his ongoing investigation, but he is curious why charges have not yet been filed against democratic lobbyist Tony Podesta.
“Whatever happened to Podesta?,” the president asked during a wide-ranging New York Times interview published Thursday. “[T]hey closed their firm, they left in disgrace, the whole thing, and now you never heard of anything.”
Trump referenced the apparent scrutiny the Podesta Group is under by Mueller’s team for lobbying work it did in the U.S. on behalf of former Ukranian leader Viktor Yanukovych. The lobbying reportedly resembles the same activity former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort was indicted for by the special counsel.
The Podesta Group, once headed by brother of former Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, is likely to close by the end of this year. His brother, Tony Podesta, stepped down from his position at the firm in late October.
Excellent question, what has happened to Tony Podesta? A man known for his creepy “child art,” and to which his company was named in the Manafort indictment as “company B,” as one of the firms solicited to lobby on behalf of the Ukranian government.
So, Podesta steps down from his position at Podesta group, the groups then announces their closure, to reopen as another entity, then he goes off the radar.
A search using a variety of search engines brings up a number of “claims” about Tony Podesta being in Gitmo, arrested, turning states witness and being in protective custody, none of which confirmed and nothing more than rumor, but absolutely nothing offering direct witness sightings, when looking in “news” or just on the “web” option itself.
George Soros: Another person that seems to have been strangely quiet lately is George Soros. Liberal billionaire, and the money man behind many of the instances of anti-Trump protests and rioting within the U.S. over the past year, has oddly gone quiet on his social media Twitter account.
The last tweet from Soros or whoever runs his Twitter account was on November 26, 2017. Prior to that his account tweeted out messages regularly every month. Some months a dozen, some more, some a few less, but active every month recently except in December and early January.
Like with Podesta, there are hyperbolic “claims” around the internet that Soros had a heart attack on Christmas Eve, but nothing in any news agency, or even Hungary news, nor any announcements from any of Soros’ businesses, which is where a press release would generally be generated should something have happened to him health-wise.

I have seen a lot of chatter on the Q-Anon and MegaAnon postings at 4chan and 8chan, and have been asked why don’t we follow the goings on, the “clues,” offered, and write about it. While it is true we haven’t detailed their daily and weekly chatter, and won’t, that does not mean we are ignoring it either. Since mid-2017, we have carefully watched, tallied the predictions, balanced the ones that came true out with those that haven’t, along with those that could possibly still happen.
See, anyone can anonymously claim they are a secret Intelligence sources offering tidbits and puzzle pieces for everyone else to put together, that doesn’t mean they are, but it doesn’t mean they aren’t either, so unless something can be confirmed, verified or debunked, we simply continue to observe, research and wait.
Some things have caught my interest, and that of author, and political commentator Jerome Corsi. Specific postings that fit in with the major news events we are witnessing, from President Trump’s Executive order that could literally bring down high profile figures like the Clintons, as certain individuals names in the annex of the EO are connected in one way or another with the Clintons or the Clinton Foundation, or how that EO could apply to people like billionaire troublemaker George Soros, and other individuals. There is a great deal going on as the 4th is today they mentioned a huge event occurring. and the Storm which is massive some of the weather maps are bizarre like some of this is being enhanced for the benefit of the cold and snow commencing at this time that will strike major city’s on the east coast.
Rerouted to bunker access cities? Ankle monitors or electronic keys? Gtmo or bunker city? The doctors, the scientists, the bankers & govt offs that strangely died. The Rothschilds. The diverted flights. The unexpected illnesses, Soros, Clintons, McCain. Is something about to occur? Are they really going to the bunker? Is it time to breach the bunker that the missing trillions in tax dollars purchased?
The posting about the 400 guests at the WH represents something unusual that occurred: on 11/29 an Anon claimed to post specifically from inside the WH and offered to answer questions on 4chan….Later another Anon posted from the garden of the WH…They legitimised themselves by uploading photographs from inside the WH and the garden…. 4chan Anons questioned WH-Anon to make POTUS include the word “axe” in one of his tweets in the next days….While POTUS’s tweets didn’t include “axe”, an F*I tweet a few days later, incorporated “axe”….I think that’s what Q was talking about, when he mentioned 400 guest at the WH…Those two “WH-Anons” who trolled 4chan users.
