I would go even further . If the majority of the people mentioned on their regular phone conversations certain trigger keyword such as " Osama , Kill the Pope , Kill the queen , plot to assassinate Obama , plot to bomb american bases . etc ,etc . It does not have to be a threat just something casual like " I heard there could be a plot to assassinate " .This little trick would add more millions to the list of suspects . Facing with such an increase in " BullS@@@ intelligence the system put there buy the spooks for gathering information will collapse . It would be very hard to separate the crackpots from the truth .
