    "It's about the changes in electrical discharge/differential from the magnetosphere/upper ionosphere to the Earth. With the decrease in solar wind pressure, the amount of protons striking the Upper Ionosphere is lessened, so the equilibrium Earth crust (Negative (-) to upper limits of our atmosphere (Positive(+) is faltering. Hence the sinkholes, I got what they mean on the subsidence of our cities as well. With the decreased solar wind pressure, the electrical charge locking the plates and crust in place will not be as strong, so some land will sink by meters and some land will rise. An article from The Billings Gazette tells the recent story of a Cody photographer who has lived in the area all of his life. He reports changes he has never seen before.

    Maybe it could be called Colter’s Heck.
    A small hydrothermal feature spouted to life March 25 in the Shoshone River where it meanders through Cody, Wyo. — just east of Yellowstone National Park’s more famous geyser features — spewing a brew of heated gases into the water for about four days.
    “I was surprised to see it,” said Dewey Vanderhoff, a Cody photographer who captured shots of the venting. “I’ve lived here all of my life and I’ve never seen it.”


    Hot past




    The Cody region was once called Colter’s Hell in memory of early explorer and trapper John Colter. He visited the region in the early 1800s after finishing a cross-country trek with two guys named Lewis and Clark. Colter noted the Cody-area geysers, hot springs and sulfurous smelling river and he told others. Back then the Shoshone River was known as the Stinkingwater or Stinking river for its sulfurous smell.

    A small ski area atop Wyoming’s Bighorn Mountains is poised to be turned over to a nonprofit…

    Over the ages, most of those hydrothermal features have subsided, although geyser cones, hot springs, sinkholes, a sulfur-permeated spring and an abandoned sulfur mine and mill still stand testament to the area’s more active past.

    “We’re kind of in a lull compared to when John Colter was in this area,” said Jason Burkhardt, a Cody-based fisheries biologist for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. “There was substantially more geothermal activity that was occurring back then.”

    Vanderhoff said he found out about the plume when a friend telephoned on Monday morning and joked that he had “proof positive” that the Yellowstone super volcano was about to blow. His friend said a fissure had opened up in the river and “we’re all about to die,” Vanderhoff recounted.

    So Vanderhoff grabbed his camera and went to snap some photos. The vent was just behind the Best of the West store, down inside the narrow canyon that the Shoshone River has carved through the Chugwater geologic formation’s red stone. He said there was an old rock feature about the size of a bathtub with water gurgling out from four or five holes — “like jets in a Jacuzzi.” He said the plume appeared to have a “substance” like Jell-O since it didn’t break up.
    “It was pretty impressive,” he said. “The river right there is a really dark green. With a polarizing filter it really popped out.”

    Vanderhoff posted images of the vent and the yellowish plume it sent downstream on his Facebook page. The posting received 2,000 views, which Vanderhoff called “unprecedented” for his page.

    By Wednesday, though, the venting had stopped, prompting Vanderhoff to call it a “transient geologic phenomenon.” Then on Friday the venting started again, so Vanderhoff grabbed his video camera this time.

    Burkhardt said such vents are nothing new along the Shoshone River below Buffalo Bill Dam, which is located about 4 miles west of Cody.

    “There are a number of springs that add hydrogen sulfide water to the river,” he said. “At certain times of the year it is lethal to fish.”

    Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless gas that smells like rotten eggs.

    In one stretch of the river through town, Burkhardt said surveys by his crew pick up no fish — a river dead zone — because of the high hydrogen sulfide content in the water. That concentration eventually dissipates about 1.5 miles downstream from DeMaris hot spring, he said.

    So for most of the year, except during high water flows in the spring, fish just below the dam and fish downstream of the hot springs are largely separate populations because of what Burkhardt called a chemical barrier.

    From scientific data FEMA is expecting an escalation of natural disasters, they are

    - very concerned about losing infrastructure (water, ..)
    - very concerned about "water weight" (?) + weight on all coast lines
    - concerned unusual, unpredictable weather patterns
    - they talked a major strain on the fault lines
    - they're preparing on a large scale for major separation of land mass
    - large EQ swarms are going to be the new normal, that could trigger a megaquake
    - global concern : 38 active volcanoes

    he shows on a map where FEMA is positioning resources & strategic for relief efforts through 

    Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama

    Montana - Idaho - Wyoming - Colorado - Arizona - New Mexico

    Nebraska - Kansas and there they stop

    Make sure to have preparations for at least months (!) of being off-grid


    Other things mentioned--data from earth tremors, esp Yellowstone to be censored and/or delayed, concerns about coastal areas' 'water weight'. They expect increases in earthquake swarms to trigger MEGA-quakes, unpredictable weather patterns causing major stress on fault lines. 

    Bottom line: escalation of natural disasters like nothing ever seen in recorded history.

    (NaturalNews) Former newspaper journalist and bestselling conspiracy author Jim Marrs told radio talk show host Dave Hodges in December that some 400-500 top bank executives had left their positions and had gone into seclusion.

    Marrs said at the time that the elite had fallback positions from a chaotic society: seed vaults to which only they had access.

    "Marrs was clearly alluding to the fact that some very bad events are coming and the global elite are aware of it and are moving to meet the threat," Hodges wrote on his radio show website.

    Hodges went on to say his sources tell him that the same thing is occurring with people who have recently retired from a number of federal agencies including the CIA, DHS, NSA and FEMA.

    "This fact is indisputable," Hodges wrote. "I have firsthand knowledge of four ex-Fed officials and their families who have relocated to safety enclaves when doing so was very disruptive to their respective [families'] lives." He said that "increasingly," it appears as though major events are coming -- life- and history-changing events that have these folks seeking "to remove themselves from harm's way."

    Top DHS positions vacant; morale low

    Hodges further stated:

    When government officials, from the various alphabet soup agencies, retire en masse, it is not necessarily a noteworthy event. However, when the same officials retire en masse and then relocate to form their own survivalist enclaves, then this is something that we should all sit up and take notice of, especially when we are seeing the same behavior on the part of Wall Street executives.

    Only, it is a newsworthy event; no less than The Washington Post reported recently that several top positions at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are currently vacant, and morale is extremely poor.

    "The Department's Web site shows 40 percent of positions on the DHS's leadership list are filled by 'acting' officials or are vacant -- including the top four slots," the Post reported.

    In a separate story, the Post also reported in August 2013 that a wave of retirements from the federal workforce were taking place -- a phenomenon that the paper blamed largely on age (many of those retiring were 60 or older). But the report also said that a number of very skilled workers were leaving federal service -- and the more skilled tend to be better paid (and, hence, better able to feather a distant nest).

    Home to NORAD, NORTHCOM

    As for Hodges, he says he has recently been having conversations with a pair of insiders, as well as the relative of another insider, "who tell similar stories of a coming series of apocalyptic events."

    He also wrote that it is "a matter of official agency policy" that some of the current DHS and CIA officials and their families will be given safe haven in various locations in Colorado, in turbulent times (Colorado is home to several vital military bases -- one Army and five Air Force bases, all near the vicinity of Colorado Springs; the area is also home to Cheyenne Mountain, home of the North American Aerospace Command, or NORAD, the nation's early-warning center, and NORTHCOM, or Northern Command, the Army command in charge of homeland security and response).

    "Most people in the know are aware of the underground facilities which lie below the Denver International Airport which has an underground connected railway to the Cheyenne Mountain NORAD/Fort Carson/Peterson Air Force Base underground facilities," Hodges wrote. "The structures are part of the Continuity of Government program developed by the United States government in the early days of the Cold War. However these facilities are increasingly becoming the planned refuge for many of the global elite residing within the United States when all hell breaks loose."

This aforementioned event is not newsworthy because it has been reported in the mainstream. However, where this even becomes noteworthy to the public is because it is not coincidental that the CIA has relocated its major data collection facilities to underground structures in the Denver International Airport. The implications for residents living in or near the Washington DC Metropolitan area should be clear. The planned obsolescence for the nation’s capital is becoming increasingly apparent.     Ex-CIA and DHS Relocations-- Parallel to the Colorado being prepared to become the new capital, it is highly relevant to note that retired officials from the DHS and the CIA, who are not part of the privileged elite but who know what is coming, have developed their own enclaves in the Rocky Mountains outside of Denver and Colorado Springs. As it has been described to me that these facilities are a poor man’s imitation of the Denver International Airport facilities.     NSA Relacations-- Recently, retired officials from the NSA have relocated to an area in the Ozarks where they have access to underground safety zone which have/are being transformed into mini-villages of self-sustainable protection. Their properties consist typically of 5 to 10 acres for each family, contains a portable water supply, residents are armed to the teeth, have alternative communications that are not reliant on the grid and have years of stored food.     Ex-FEMA Relocations-- Recently retired officials from FEMA/DHS are relocating to the rolling hill areas, in North Carolina. Their enclave contains the same resources involving air, water, food and guns. These enclaves also include underground structures which are sensibly self-contained and can serve to isolate the inhabitants from the outside. I have two sources on this information which includes a family member and a retired FEMA official who has chosen not to participate in this relocation. The nonparticipant ex-official from FEMA did not seek sanctuary with these groups because he feels that several of these enclaves will be targeted for destruction by the powers that be because of the knowledge contained by the inhabitants in this case of “dead men tell no tales.” This makes sense because it would allow the elite, following the coming cataclysms, to rewrite history in their own version without any contradiction from knowledgeable individuals that know what really has gone on. This insider knowledge is a threat which would serve as an obstacle to the new truth. Personally, I think this view has a great deal of merit.

    All informants were clear on one point, when Americans begin to see the massive shifting of military assets accompanied by an increase in the sightings of foreign military, the fun is about to begin. And this is what we unquestionably saw during Jade Helm and what we are seeing in UWEX 16. 

    WHAT ARE THEY RUNNING FROM?
    The ones that I have had contact with say they are running for the following reasons in order:

    * World War III
    * A deadly purge within the military and the intelligence agencies
