ACTUALLY Trump submitted a full financial disclosure (92 pages) to the FEC in 2015 and then updated the information in 2016. CNN money, Bloomberg as well as others have reviewed. It's all online to read. Submitting a tax return started with Nixon. It is not required by the FEC. The FEC has not issued any statement so that should give you a clue. The FEC has said that the financial disclosure form is more comprehensive than a tax return. We do know that he has created people who worked for him. Speaking of cheating.
