Eclipses have long been feared as bad omens, but the equinox is celebrated as a time of renewal

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/solar-eclipse-supermoon-spring-equinox-friday-will-see-three-rare-celestial-events-10111592.html
As the eclipse plunges the UK and other places into darkness this Friday, two other rare if less spectacular celestial events will be taking place, too: a Supermoon and the Spring equinox.

A Supermoon, or perigee moon, happens when the full or new moon does its closest fly-by of the Earth, making it look bigger than it normally does. And the spring equinox refers to the time of the year when the day and night are of equal duration, mid-way between the longest and shortest days.

The solar eclipse refers to a phenomenon where the sun and moon line up, so that the latter obscures the former. And while it won’t be affected by the two other events, it is rare that the three events happen even individually.

    Supermoon

Most of the time, there are between three and six Supermoons a year. There is set to be six in 2015, two of which have already happened. The next will take place on March 20, the day of the eclipse, and the others will come in August, September and October.

New Moon In Pisces: Karma Comes Between Us
    February 18, 2015
    by Astrologer Salvador Russo

Solar eclipse, Supermoon, Spring equinox: Friday will see three rare celestial events Fede2010

"This lunar cycle, which precedes our upcoming total solar eclipse in Pisces, will blend our realities more with the spirit world.
The veil will be thinned gradually and wisely to help us harmoniously explore the mystical qualities and mysteries of life, the
most profound of which are accessed internally through our inner and sacred connection with God and the divine kingdom.
This energy will now nourish a divine and mystical growth cycle that will help us to harmonize with Creation and with divine
will for our lives and planet.

We should be vigilant to develop our skills of discernment as our reality will become increasingly saturated
with the most mystical, water element energies of the entire zodiac. The eclipse on March 20th, which will be at 29 Pisces,
will open a cosmic floodgate for divine spiritual energy to immerse our earthly lives and timelines into the future.

I believe these energies, in their higher forms, will help bring out the angels in us. Please keep this in mind as spiritual
ascension and empowerment can be consciously accessed by living and serving as an angel would. If we strive to this
standard we will be blessed for the efforts, and magically so. This is what the angels whisper..."

New Moon Eclipse Posted by: Dane Arr on Mar 15, 2015

"When the Earth, Moon and Sun all align during the New Moon Eclipse a far more important shift in perception occurs.
For this to happen, the orbit of the moon around the Earth, its orbital plane, must coincide with the orbital plane of the
Earth around the Sun, removing for a few moments the individuality of the Earth/Moon and unifying it with the Sun’s
solar field, whose dominance is for those few minutes total.  The astrological implications are well known, and astrologers
from the beginning of its practice have all agreed on the idea of a changing of the patterns of consciousness, regarding
this moment as the shifting of energies that explains the difference between ages.

As the moon travels around the Earth it varies in its distance from the planet. The apogee and perigee are the locations
in the path of the Moon where it is at its most northern and southern points.  In March of 2015 the New Moon Eclipse comes
just after the perigee of the moon at it closest approach to the Earth. The gravitational field and the tidal forces greater than
usual, tugging forcefully as the Moon moves into alignment between the Earth and Sun. This is the Supermoon eclipse, a
powerful moment in time and consciousness, a time when the concentrated focus of a major portion of the population can
tip the scales  in favor of spirit and truth".

A large partial eclipse for Europeans

An artifact of the total eclipse will be a large partial eclipse of the sun that will be visible across all of Europe, northern Africa
and much of northern Asia. Depending on where you are in Europe, you will see anywhere from roughly 50 to nearly 99 percent
of the sun’s diameter eclipsed by the moon.

In those areas where 80 percent or greater coverage is to occur, a weird "counterfeit twilight" will happen for a few minutes
around the time of maximum eclipse. Those areas with an eclipse magnitude greater than 90 percent include Ireland, much
of Great Britain (London gets 87 percent), Scotland, Norway, central and northern Sweden, northern Finland and Iceland
    (97 percent coverage for Reykjavik).

Photographer Unknowingly Captures a Bird Flying into a Solar Eclipse
    March 20, 2015

Solar eclipse, Supermoon, Spring equinox: Friday will see three rare celestial events Eclipse

While standing in her backyard garden this morning around 9:20am in Leicestershire, UK, photographer Amy Shore snapped away at a perfectly clear view of a total solar eclipse with her Nikon D600. What she didn’t know until after the fact was that a lone bird was crossing the viewfinder at just the right moment. Via email Shore mentions that as a full-time photographer she normally shoots weddings, and the split-second decision to take this shot was a happy accident. It’s not immediately clear if there happened to be a weasel riding on the bird.

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE New Moon in Pisces + EQUINOX March 20th 2015~

Solar eclipse, Supermoon, Spring equinox: Friday will see three rare celestial events ART_MYSTICMAMMA-TOTALECLIPSE
    ART: MYSTIC MAMMA
The EQUINOX is here on March 20th 2015 and a powerful portal is opening up with a TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE and New Moon in Pisces on the same day!
Like our ancestors before us, we are being called to pause with reverence and tune in to the greater cosmic cycles that we are a part of.
Return, return, return…and enter the stillness through meditation, prayer or ceremony offering gratitude for the gift of Life and All that Is.
Pisces energy encourages us to dream and vision what we can contribute to create the world we wish to inhabit.
From simple acts of kindness, beginning with the Self, the revolution will birth forth from within each of us. For as we heal, we help others heal. As we shift our vibrations, we contribute in unseen ways to uplifting the energetic web that connects us all.
Here are the MYSTIC MAMMA Astral Insights from our beloved featured astrologers sharing their illuminating wisdom. First from astrologer PAM YOUNGHANS from her North Point Astrology:
“This is the week we’ve been talking about and building toward since the beginning of the year — arguably the most powerful week of 2015, in astrological terms…”
“We might call this a pivot point, a time of choosing new options and releasing the old. It is a time for breakthroughs and insights, when we can ride the energies of change into a new future.”
“…THE SOLAR ECLIPSE on Friday occurs in the very last degree of Pisces, which is also the very last degree of the zodiac. The 29th degree of any sign is called the ‘anaretic degree,’ and it indicates that we are at a choice point…”
“The last degree of a sign can also be a destabilizing influence, since the energy is in the process of shifting from one mode to another — in this case, we are moving from a water/mutable sign (Pisces) to a fire/cardinal sign (Aries).”

    From the insightful DIVINE HARMONY:
“The Eclipse portal is opening…This portal lasts all month long (the entire lunar cycle) and is followed by another Total Eclipse- this time a Total Lunar Eclipse in Libra on April 4th.
“With two Total Lunar Eclipses back to back- we have a very powerful Eclipse cycle opening up which brings in with it some powerful and inevitable changes…”
“First of all this Eclipse is total- which means there will be a complete blocking out of the Sun. Total Eclipses are not everyday experiences.
“We have many Eclipses- 4 to 5 a year- several of which are partial or penumbral (meaning not total). When they are total they are more potent and powerful and they have much more influence.
“If you happen to live in Europe you will get to see some of the Eclipse, but the total portion of it will only be visible to those at the North Pole…”
“Another reason this Eclipse is so powerful is it is at the very last degree of Pisces (29’27 Pisces), also known as the Omega degree.
“The 1st degree of Aries is the Alpha point and 29 Pisces is the Omega point. They represent the start of the zodiac (1 Aries) and the end of the zodiac (29 Pisces)- and they are points of initiation and completion, beginnings and endings.”
