Man, it was hard to stop putting in the Highlights in this one. There's at least half a tonne, maybe even more. Poofness tells us that this banking war has been ongoing for centuries. But that is ending.

Here's another thing, I've had a conversation or two with some folks "out there in the blog-o-sphere", and it seems several are "getting" that something "big" feels like it's in the works. How big, what form it will take (or forms), who knows. But this Poof message, especially where it says, "From what I'm told a lot of politicians won't be making their way back to dc from their vacations," kind of goes along with that.

Personally, from what I've seen of some of the BS (stands for "Baloney Sandwiches") that has been going on in the "DC" corporation area, I would not be at all unhappy with some of those folks NOT showing up over there. Ever again (and I say that with all the "kick-xXX" tough Love for them that I can!).

You know I don't write these missives because I can't let go of some 'urban myth'. The methods of the 'art of war' have been applied and when you have your enemy surrounded, you let them know and then prove it to them, they have no way out, except surrender or utter loss. The western mind believes you should kill 'em all and let God sort it out'. The trick is, you win the battle but you don't end the war...might take a generation but the war returns just with new faces. This very time is about ending it for all the foreseeable future. So the war is at heated pitch and those who are holding on to the past are suffering masses [massive] losses to their forces. These last number of messages I've given seem repetitive, in a way they have been. The 'time' is here and all the good guys can do, is clean up after their attacks and keep pushing for final victory, one that's felt by the people intended...YOU. The potential of your life exists within the knowing of your heart and soul. Yet you use your mind to determine what is possible and its limitations prevent the highest potential from being available to you. It takes courage to live from your heart, where the true nature of your dreams exist, as well as the outcomes and miracles that can allow them to happen, because this requires an expanded vision of your life and potential that the mind cannot comprehend or envision for itself and for you.

The limitations of the third dimension are reflected in your life challenges, which are also the separation between divinity and humanity. In a divine world, the heart/mind partnership leads with love; in a human world, the mind leads by itself, with the emotional heart (also ruled by the mind) choosing the present based on the past. Living from the heart means choosing the highest heart aspects, the unconditional love and peace that are your divine birthright. Humanity’s birthright is karma and the potential for love, which is found in the heart through embracing and partnering with your divinity. The ascension path leads to incorporation of the divine when you can live from the heart and choose to express its energies, which exist beyond emotion.

The world does not create peace, love and joy, they are created by your intention for these higher energies in and for the world. The world is a mirror of humanity and cannot reflect more love, peace or joy than each of you allows to exist in and flow from your own heart. Raising the world’s vibrations is the work you have each committed to. There is no single enlightened teacher or master who is responsible for this. You are each other’s teachers and masters, and you shift the world’s energies with every shift in your own vibration.

Choosing to live from the heart requires that you choose a higher aspect of every experience and make a conscious choice for love, surrender, peace, and joy. These energies are all available to you and they exist within each experience but it is a choice you must make willingly and intentionally. When you live from your heart you allow your heart’s unlimited potential to expand your reality beyond the limitations of the mind and venture into what has been unknown to you until that moment. Every moment of darkness has a potential for light; every aspect of fear contains a potential for love, and every bit of sadness, pain, despair and powerlessness has the potential for higher aspects when you choose them. Go within your heart and find the courage to expand its knowing and embrace your highest potential so you can become this in your life and for the world. Heaven on earth is created from following the path of living from your heart and allowing your divinity to expand into your humanity.

For you the greatest discovery is that your consciousness levels have risen quite considerably in the last few years. Knowledge is useful but not in itself your passport to Ascension. Through living the highest concept you have of yourself, you are setting your goals to become that which is your destiny. You are also helping raise the levels of the Mass Consciousness, and that attracts even more souls so that in the end a large number of you ascend. You will also find that you can rise above the pull or attraction of the lower energies. They are no longer part of you when you seek a higher expression of yourself. What did satisfy you in this lifetime is no longer necessarily fulfilling, as you have become more sensitive to that which is creating discord or discontent.







You will continue to disassociate yourself from the lower vibrations, and that can also affect the nature of your friendship with other people. You will seek those with whom you find harmony and can share your outlook on life. You will understand that it is a natural separation, as you find it easier to share your joy and happiness with like kinds. The third dimension has long exalted the "joys" of drugs, alcohol and sex, all of which when excessively used become highly addictive and lower your vibrations. The dark Ones are aware of this and encourage such indulgence, as it takes you away from the real issues in your life that you should be concentrating upon. Certainly you came into life to experience, but many of you have become locked into the lower aspects and do not move on.







As you know by now, like attracts like and you draw to you those souls that are very likely at a similar level to yourself. The choice often is whether you pull each other further down, or are able to uplift each other. Naturally there are karmic issues often involved , but for every soul that has "fallen" there are always opportunities to make your way back. Never look upon yourself as unworthy or beyond help, as it is always there if you take the first step to lift yourself up again. In these end times many souls have taken on several challenges to enable them to be ready to ascend. It is the final clearing of karma collected over many lives, and sometimes you have to be strong to clear it. With Ascension in mind every effort you put in is well worthwhile.







You will sense when you have overcome your challenges, as a sudden calmness enters your lives and much relief is experienced as though a great weight has been removed from your shoulders. Often it involves other souls with whom you have had to make peace, and have been unable to move forward until an act of forgiveness is achieved. Set judgment aside and forgive and forget, as the lessons from it will remain with you so that you continue to learn from that experience. Look upon life as play acting and realize the once the curtain comes down you all become friends once again. In the future such problems do not exist as the dimension you will be in, is one of complete harmony and balance.







With your Ascension approaching very quickly bear in mind that it is not dependant on the physical changes taking place on Earth, but there are essential steps to be taken if Mother Earth is to be ready for her own Ascension. Ascension is ongoing and cannot be prevented from taking place, it is a process of Galactic proportions in which you nevertheless have an important role. Once you move forward everything else can also do the same, and you can look at it this way as the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle to make it complete. It is why Space Beings from all over the Universe assemble to witness your Ascension.







Various actions are making progress, and we closely monitor how they are proceeding. Be assured whatever needs to be completed before Ascension, will be done so, even if we have to play a bigger part than initially thought necessary. We are under divine instructions to help you be ready at the appropriate time, and are in co-operation with many other Higher Beings. No source has deemed it necessary for you to do it all yourself, and it was always going to be a joint effort. After all, we have been with you on and off for thousands of years, drifting in and out mainly to assist Mother Earth. With the demise of Lemuria and Atlantis you might guess that they were times when our expertise was required.







Your civilization was not necessarily certain to end its cycle without a calamity, and a number of times came close to annihilating itself. You did in fact what earlier ones did, and became enamored with power and weapons of mass destruction. It results from a lack of appreciation of how dangerous nuclear devices are, and a scientific fraternity that will experiment before first understanding what the results are likely to be. When the first atomic bomb was exploded, your scientists knew there was a chance it could blow up the world, but still went ahead. Normally you have to experience the stupidity of your waywardness, otherwise you would not learn from anything you do. However, when your actions have threatened other civilizations we have had to intervene.







The advent of your Nuclear Age was a clear signal to the Universe, that you possessed the ability not to just blow yourselves up, but also Mother Earth. This time round it was not going to be allowed, as all souls were to be given an opportunity to ascend. We know that when you look around you, you are convinced that some souls are unaware of what is about to happen. We will however assure you that before incarnating into this period of time, every soul was made aware of its importance. Even although some souls elected not to ascend, they still wanted to experience the energies. It is the reason why you need not concern yourself about others, as they will end up exactly where they are meant to be by their own choice.

Cobra 8-20-12 Portal 2012 “Operation Dreamland”… And a “Thumbs Up”

I just received this message from Cobra and felt drawn to post it now, while still at Pu'uhonua o Honaunau.

As I came back from the ocean, I found this piece of coral, which just "appeared". My eyes were caught by it, which means, to me, that it was meant for me to see. It says, "Thumbs Up"! Which in English means, "All is moving in a positive direction."

Then I started my car, and instantly saw the time of 1:11. Now to me that means a Global Brand New Beginning is in store.

Then I saw Cobra had posted this, and felt that all this aligned with this message.

Operation Dreamland

Operation Dreamland is an operation of the Light forces to start a new Renaissance on the surface of this planet. The first Renaissance 500 years ago has been initialized by a certain positive occult group behind the White Nobility in 15th century Florence.

The second Renaissance will be started by the same occult group worldwide and will herald the final victory of the free human spirit over the forces of limitation.

Contact has been made with White Nobility lineages that were involved with the birth of the first Renaissance and might as well help with the creation of the second.

Contact made with Grail White Nobility lineages means restoration of the Magdalene mysteries as preparation for the true revelation of the Goddess.

The Resistance Movement will be the main operating force for Operation Dreamland from the time of the Event onwards. The purpose of Operation Dreamland is twofold.

First, to restore abundance to the Lightworkers. Many Ligthworkers have a belief system that spirituality means living in poverty. This belief system is mind programming from the Cabal. In truth, physical abundance is a natural expression of the beauty of the incarnated Soul and every Lightworker deserves it. The Cabal wants to keep Lightworkers away from money to hinder the progress of the Light forces. The methods of the Cabal range from relatively harmless such as paid disinfo agents posting ad hominem attacks for “Cobra taking $1000 donations”, to moderate such as non-physical negative entities blocking business activities of the Lightworkers and then to more serious such as blocking access to funds that belong to the Lightworkers or outright stealing them.

Saint Germain Trust has been established in the late 18th century by Comte de Saint Germain with a purpose of assisting the Lightworkers at the time of the shift of the ages. Saint Germain Trust will be unblocked as soon as the Cabal is removed at the Event. Lightworkers will be finally able to live in abundance.

The second purpose of the Operation Dreamland is to start disseminating true occult teachings of the mystery schools of the Ascended Masters. In the last 26,000 years as this planet was quarantined and almost completely cut off from direct contact with the Ascended Masters, spiritual teachings have degenerated and now blind are leading the blind. One such example are many channeled messages that supposedly come from the Ascended Masters or Galactic Confederation. What happens in most those cases is a genuine energetic contact, but on the mental plane the Archons come in with their technology and insert messages that look full of love and light on a first impression, but in reality are just recycled phrases.

At the Event, the Light forces will begin to reveal true teachings of Light. In many cases those teachings will be a little bit different from what most people expect, as this planet has been cut off from true Light for 26,000 years and many things have been long forgotten.

Expectations and Creators within us

I found myself expecting quite a lot from my friends, and mostly from me today. I wonder what part of me feels it is entitled to expect, or to demand from another anything? This life seems to have little meaning when caught up in the rat race, without any quality of life.

Sometimes, I can find time to just take the moment as it comes,
to accept what is given, to just be and letting go of my attachements. When I experience this state of being in the now, I can honestly not see an end to the endless, unconditional beauty and love of our creator. Embracing us all, and I so enjoy being part of this creating energy.

Some other times, I am been caught up in my planning, worrying, and doing, without retaining much of the possibilities offered by my divine nature. When I feel this way, everything else is being cut off from me. All that remains is the struggle of experiencing matter under my denser aspect. I am pushing, shovling, and forcing things to be done.

What seems relevant for me right now, is to find a sense of balance. A sense of equilibrium, a middle ground, from where I can do and be at the same time, if only for a few heart beats during my day. With body tensions, comes all sorts of negative emotions and tensions, which can ultimately go into anger if not reined in.

Can I remain with what is, can I take in all the world has to offer and keep it for my heart? Can I remember my sense of weight, my breath gently carressing my lungs? Can I observe my thoughts and feelings? Can I just be and fly?

~ Greetings Dear Ones, I am Indriel. Though I may at present seem unfamiliar to you and quite far away, I am not. Of this I most emphatically assure you. You are loved unconditionally. You are protected, guided, and ever being shown the way. We, your Guiding Force, are never judgemental, and are tireless in our support of any and all of your endeavors. Be they riddled with pitfalls or rooted in high consciousness, we are here to support you, regardless. Always. We are instructing you now, with increasing frequency, to break free of the rigid conditioning which taught you reliance only on your 5 bodily senses. Just as your chakric system has activated and expanded well past the original 7, so it is true of your sensory body. The time is upon you to discard the old teachings once and for all. You are amongst the first to have discovered the realization of who you truly are, as is only fitting, for you are the Wayshowers and have come here to lead. Redefine what you think of as “real.” Strike form your vocabulary words such as “crazy”, eccentric”, or “unrealistic.” For if it is unrealistic to seek and enjoy communion with the higher realms-at least in accordance with the old ways of thinking-then let it be so. Although you know in your heart that only those things you find within your heart are what’s “real”; only guidance from on-high may be unconditionally trusted and relied upon.

~ Watch as the harsh illusions of the 3rd dimensional world drop away. You have selected your timeline wisely, should you be experiencing a lightness and a detachment from anxiety, hatred and beliefs of worthlessness and limitation. Feelings of peacefulness, joy and synchronistic events-these are the clues which tell you that you are on the right track. A wide variety of choices have been made available to everyone incarnate at this time, as not all desire or have contracted to have the same experiences. These varying scenarios manifest as invisible timelines, roads leading out of your current paradigm. Compare them to the branches of a tree. They grow off in all directions, and can be straight or twisting, smooth or gnarled. Occasionally, they may briefly intersect. Some are longer than others and some appear quite dead; they are parched and barren. Whilst others are lush and green, and ripe with flower and fruit. It is your choice. It always has been yours, and only yours, to decide.

~ Travelers on the Paradise Roads are being strongly advised to cultivate the virtue of patience. You are exhausted from your journey, which for so many of you has spanned lifetimes numbering in the thousands. We understand this, and feel great compassion. You who are reading these missives have more likely than not been an original part of the Great Earth Experiment, in some capacity or another, from it’s very beginning. You may well have been one of the designers of it! You’ve fought valiantly and hard, and now you are at the conclusion of your journey. Just a little ways more, Brave Ones, we promise you. Trust what your heart is telling you, which is that the end is openly in sight. What awaits you at the end of your chosen road is reality, exactly as you designed it, and it is nothing short of amazing.

~ I caution you not to disregard the pretty pictures which present themselves to you whilst immersed in meditation. Or in what you think of as the dream state. It is not. Not any longer. Not for you. What you are seeing are brief glimpses of your creations come to life. So, if what you see does not suit you, then refine it some. You are also working with us, healing, learning, familiarizing yourself with that which you forgot. Is what you see too beautiful, is what you feel too magical to be real? Then yes, by all means-should “real” be defined by your 3rd dimensional paradigm, than indeed it is not real in that way at all! All that is fanciful and unreal by definition in the existing world of duality is most assuredly awaiting you once you leave it. You have a quaint and humorous expression in your language, which refers to something deemed impossible…you say, “When pigs fly.” Well, I ask you then, why should they not? Should not fish dance and dogs sing like songbirds, if they so choose? Alas, time is short and you have much more to do, Lightworkers, for the masses still think the answer to those question would be a resounding no. They are in for something of a shock, the Dear Souls.

~ So in closing, I assign you a daily silent meditation. One in which you nobody guides you save yourself. No music. No talk. In a darkened room you must do this, so you are able to practice expanding your inner sight to extend to your outer world. Increasingly, you shall be able to perceive sparkles of light, and eventually small orbs. Though it is not necessary, as I stated earlier, to use your physical sight-many of you still need that extra validation, that small vote of confidence from us that tells you, “Yes. We are here.” Go deep within your Self and have faith in what you find there. Embrace your magnificent new reality and slowly begin to live it. Such is the way of manifestation. And with that I shall conclude.

My dears, I can again speak to you through this channel. Since the last time, a lot has happened. The Olympic Games in London were carried out without the planned acts of terrorism by the cabal. The positive energies that were released, and were also sent by droves of Lightworkers and Starseeds to London, have played their part. Also from our side all steps have been taken to make the Games peacefully.

The energies that have reached the earth during the Lions Gate could dissolve enormous amounts of negative energies that were partly settled for centuries in the soil, so that they could leave the earth. You can already notice that you feel more comfortable and quiet. This feeling, however, depends on how much personal cleaning work you’ve already done. But even in these processes, the energies of the Lions Gate on 8.8. had for you a soothing effect. They are still a little at work in you and can solve hard incrusted structures. Therefore use the last of this existing energies. This does not mean that you are now without this assistance. The contrary, the energies are getting more from day to day. But now you can handle them better, because the conversion process of your bodies are in full swing. Your bodies are now able to accommodate ever greater energies.

Even if the end of the year to you faster is in sight, don’t worry for that. Everything goes according to plan and when we can work directly with you, you will see that plenty of time remains to achieve the set goals. You find yourselves irreversibly on the path to Ascension. This does not mean that everyone will achieve the higher Dimensions, at least not at this time. Every person has his own personal life plan with lessons to learn and very individual goals that are to be achieved. This objective is not for all Ascension. Many, especially the younger souls need additional lessons and incarnations to eventually accomplish the goal of reunification with Prime Creator, with All-that-is. Each soul is conscious of this before they incarnated.

Duality is a hard school, but her students learn a lot in a short time. However, even your first graders will not be admitted to the final examinations. So it is with Ascension. Blossom: Hello to you. There are so many topics that people would like me to ask you about … and I always write back saying … ‘if it is appropriate and comes up in conversation’ … I know you are aware of such questions and yet it FEELS that these are things you do not feel necessary to talk about … i.e. crop circles … planetary objects moving towards Earth … Do you not think we would benefit from such info?

We are happy to converse with you this day. Would you find it necessary to know such things in Truth if in fact all that we were to say would be yet another ‘spanner in the works’?

Why do you term it so?

Because we are aware that almost everything that is being brought through from various sources … including ourselves has become as you would say … a bone of contention … for no longer do people FEEL that they can rely on such knowledge … is this not so?

It is very much so … sadly. Yet you cannot blame us for this … for we have been offered so much information , so many promises … so much expectation … so many conflicting points of view that most of us … how would I put it … your average awakened Being … as I would consider myself to be … is finding it very difficult to KNOW what to think about it all . So yes … in all honesty … I see why you wouldn’t . Yet … if that is the case … why are we bothering to communicate at all? You know … you can feel that I LOVE you … and I am not being off in any way … just simply following through the conversation.

We have this opportunity to offer to you words regarding the remembrance of who you are in order to see this Divine plan through. The simple fact is … there is no requirement for you to know certain things. As many things are fallacy anyway. You forget you live in an illusionary world.

Ah … now there’s a topic I would like to discuss. May we? Even though I am aware of what you stated at the beginning.

Dearest Blossom … the information in which we pass onto you … is OUR TRUTH. We see little point in communicating at all if we were to not bring through the TRUTH. This would be pointless … and yet we would add … there are quite a few that choose to bring through untruths to confuse and some who choose to bring through Truth … yet untruth is channelled through … due to the level of the vibration being brought through and tampered with . Yet we have spoken of this before.

You have choice … at all times. You can choose to accept our words as Truth …if they FEEL they are of it … TO YOU. That is all we can suggest. If they do not resonate then they simply are not YOUR TRUTH … AT THIS TIME.

So you would like us to give our take on this illusionary game that you are playing? Where would we begin in order to assist you in understanding?

Well, as Julie Andrews once advised …’Let’s start at the very beginning‘.

In essence you are an ENERGY OF LOVE … This is how you became. You will always be an ENERGY OF LOVE even though you may choose to experience different pictures of how to portray this ENERGY OF LOVE that you are.

For instance … if you were to decide to express yourself as a tree for two hundred years … you are at liberty to do so. You can be anything you choose to be.

Yes … I can get that … but what I don’t understand is … here I am living on this planet Earth, because I volunteered and was chosen to be here at this time. I can get that. I can accept that. I understand too that everything, absolutely everything is made up of this ONE ENERGY … it is just vibrating on certain frequencies in order to present itself as it does. I.e. a table … clothing … water … fire …

And this is so. Yet they FEEL real to you do they not? If you were to dive into the ocean, you FEEL wet. If you put your hands into flame … they burn.

Exactly … so it appears and FEELS real as you say. So how is it not?

Because it is a creation of that which you choose to experience. If it did not appear or FEEL real … how you would know what it FEELS like? You would not be able to. It would be like looking through glass at something you could not get too, yet could see was there.

And yet it is not there … is this what you are saying?

Not if you choose it not to be. Yet you have been conditioned in ‘YOUR REALITY’ to believe that YOU are not in control of your choices. Of course you are. That is how you came to be living as you are right now in this moment.

And yet … I have heard so much about the dark ones who are manipulating our thoughts and feelings and keeping us suppressed by programmes that are ‘sent out’ to keep us under THEIR control.

And you think that you cannot control this! Yet the more you know … the more you can change your choice of thinking. If you KNOW such programmes exist … you can choose to rise above them and choose not to allow them to affect you. You can fight back against such things.

Only if we know about them in the first place … many do not.

We would say that is their choice not to know … they may choose differently later.

At this moment you are choosing to ask us about this illusion that you live in. We are choosing to assist you in the understanding of it. In order to do this we require of you to lift your BEING out of the box. To think outside of the square.

When a child is playing with a dolls house they move things around … little dolls and furniture and they ‘play’. They create a situation … a scenario … and act it out using the dolls and the surroundings to enact their thoughts. We would suggest that you look at it this way. Your Higher self is the child … the aspect of your soul self that is partaking in this journey of transforming the planet Earth to a Higher vibrational level is … shall we say for expression’s sake … the doll.

The world in which you reside is the doll’s house and all around that house etc. that the child has created through thought. If a child suddenly decides not to have a swing in the garden by the doll’s house … she/he simply brushes it aside. It is no longer in the equation of play … for NOW. Simple as that. The child is making the story up as she/he goes along … depending on what she/he FEELS like creating that day and what mood she/he is in.

She/he decides what other dolls to play with that day … and what to dress them in. Will they walk to the shops? Will they have a picnic? She/he is in control of these little figures and moves them about accordingly. She/he is the master puppeteer of that little world that she/he continues to create.

All very well and I see what you are trying to get across … yet … if I decide suddenly that I do not want to … for instance … be a pale skinned doll … I cannot just remove that doll and replace it with a darker skinned one.

Why not?

Because … it doesn’t work that way.

You could be a pale skinned Being in one Life and in other be a darker one … And we do not mean in the next reincarnation of yourself. If you decided to experience being a darker skinned soul straight away … another aspect of the Higher souls self , would arrange to be born as a darker skinned soul at the same time that the paler skinned soul was still existing upon the Earth plane.

With all respect … You have put such limits on to what you believe to be possible. EVERYTHING and ANYTHING … and those words are literal … is possible. How can it be any other way? For if you KNOW that YOU are capable of creating anything from your thoughts … from your imagination into ‘reality’ … how could it not be so? You only need to create firstly the imagination to bring forth that imagery into thought and then into actuality.

Yes… but I still don’t grasp the ‘it isn’t real’ bit. It is said that all that is around is a hologram?

Which YOU … each one of YOU devised. You have a movie in your world known to you as The Matrix. It was merely a matter of being plugged into a programme in order to KNOW how to BE a Being knowing all about whatever programme they were tuned into .

You have become trapped in your illusion.

How do we get out?

You choose to.

OK so … say if right now in this moment … I choose to get out of this trap so that I can be free to pop over to England and see my mum … right now … I put some warmer clothes on my little doll and move her to the other side of the room and I pretend she is with her mum in England. That’s what I choose to do right now. Nope … it seems I am still sitting here in Australia talking to you on the computer. So many of us would choose certain things for ourselves … be they materialistic or food for the soul … yet actually achieving this isn’t showing up in our reality .

Because you have been trained to ‘think’ these things are impossible.

But did I choose to be trained or was it out of my control?

You chose.

Now why on Eath would I do that

To experience the difference. Remember … YOU ARE ALL ONE. For your world to be exactly as it is now … it had to be created by you all. Therefore yes … you chose for it to FEEL like you are under the control of the dark ones. When the consciousness changes enough for it to be otherwise … when enough of you have chosen for things to be different … then the balance of illusion shall shift and things indeed will be different.

So … Me … as Blossom Goodchild … me as an individual … cannot make that shift?

Of course you can. YOU AS BLOSSOM GOODCHILD can be the only one in YOUR WOLRD that can choose to change it … because only YOU are living in your dolls house … under the control of yourself … your Higher self .

Yet you just said … when the consciousness changes then things will change.

Correct. YOU ARE THE CONCIOUSNESS … acting out as an individual. To experience individualism. There is life on many many planets where the Higher self has chosen to be individual in the physicality yet AS ONE in the consciousness … so that all thoughts that ‘ONE’ has … is the same thought as ‘THE ONE’.

This is all a bit complicated … either that or I am a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

It may appear complicated in the illusion you chose to be in. Yet when you are removed from that illusion … everything is crystal clear.

So … when one is living on other planets … is that an illusion also

Of course. Everything other than what you are … LOVE … is an illusion. You manifest IT ALL in order to experience different things. The LOVE that you are cannot die … for death is an illusion.

You create yourself in/as/ through LOVE in order to express different levels of it.

According to The 2012 Scenario reader Debbie the same triangular shape many of us are seeing in the skies lately could well have been hovering over us as far back as June, which is when Archangel Michael said that we had reached a tipping point and the “boulder was rolling down the hill’.

On June 29, 2012, a major storm hit the South Bend area, east of Chicago in Illinois, USA.

Debbie managed to gain access to and copy these radar images from that day. What she saw astounded her.

“It’s funny that the exact same shape appeared on our local radar during some storms. I was so flabbergasted by the *missing rain* shape, I took screen captures of them,” she says.

” This is a series of screen captures of the radar for that day. You can see the triangular *missing* rain right above the words *South Bend*. Even though I didn’t take progressive screen captures, the triangular shape moved southwards towards Indianapolis before the storm left the area.

“I have also seen these in storms in other areas since then. Up until June, I’d never seen this sort of anomaly on any radar before

“Now that I know what to look for, I’m going to pay a LOT more attention to the skies!

“For the last few months, there have been enough strange, very low lying *cloud formations* to make me do double takes of the sky. They all seem to be in an area east of my work.

“There are even strange *rain* echoes in that area with absolutely no rain falling.

“On Friday on my way home, there was a huge cube shaped cloud in that direction! CUBE SHAPED! I’ve never seen a perfectly cube shaped cloud in my life! And it was perfectly square, not rectangular!

Plus I’ve seen pyramid clouds, both with the points up and the points down. One that had the point up actually had light emanating from it, because you could see the glow on the bottom of the cloud. None of these shapes are small either…”

The Lingering Inequity of Health-Care Costs

A lightworker whom many of us know and love has had to go into the hospital today in Florida. We may have more to say about that later.

Because she lives in the southern United States and not in Canada, where I live, she’s had to incur a medical bill that has thrown her for a loop. Now a substantial portion of that has been attended to by another lightworker. That’s not why I write at the moment.

Why I write is to say this. Had she lived in Vancouver, where I do, she’d have gone into hospital and never have seen a bill. My brother who lives perhaps fifty miles away in Victoria went into hospital recently for a hip replacement and never needed to give a second thought to hospital costs, which were invisible to him.

In Canada we have universal medicare, one of the great blessings of life here.

In the United States particularly, but equally in other countries, the nation’s elite have decided that they don’t wish the country to share the cost of medical expenses for the population. They wish the burden to fall on the user alone and so many people are bankrupted by medical expenses or cannot use a hospital. Their choice is between bankruptcy over life’s predictable expenses or no care at all.

The elite would rather the money were used for endless wars or other “causes” that benefit themselves.

Of course this situation will soon end so I don’t need to beat the drum loudly. But I do regard it as a symptom of the soundness of our sleep that we allow ourselves to be persuaded that something as beneficial as “Obamacare” should be constantly opposed, eroded or postponed by forces that have no caring for the masses.

Tomorrow I could require a heart transplant, or extensive hospital care for the onset of some pernicious disease – it matters not what the condition or the cost. I need not worry that even my checking account, never mind my house if I owned one or my personal savings – would be affected.

For me nowhere more than health care does the inequity that we’ve tolerated for so long show up. It doesn’t require that we rise up and overthrow such a system. It’s on its way out and doesn’t require even a push from us any longer.

But I’ll be glad to see this time when people can be devastated by a hospital expense or unable to afford medical care at all pass away from us. And I do know that there are many areas of the world where routinely people have no access at all to medical care. You have now created some powerful tools for anchoring and disseminating the light around your world. These are amplifiers, healers, and facilitators, a platform for your thoughts to become reality.

Now you will notice that what you create with your thoughts will become real. In your world and in other worlds as well.

You have broken through the veil and are now able to consciously function as a fully-realized multidimensional being. This is no small task. It is in fact where others have [blue flash] walked before, but each one of you must break the veil in your own unique way. You are not still without some fear of the unknown, but this is slipping away from you as you realize your own power and heritage. You are filling in the placeholders with your being. You are consciously occupying more and more space within what was once an empty void. Of course void is relative as all is intelligent energy reflecting the Great Spirit. For without light does something in complete darkness even truly exist? It is only your focus that allows it to exist.

The strife that still exists in your life is only because your focus is on that strife, although as you have surmised there is still an illusion that needs to be maintained for the purposes of the simulation. It is a direct cause and effect, although it is sometimes difficult to see how one’s intentions can be reflected by physical reality in seemingly unrelated ways. Do not give up hope, although I understand you feel this is a four-letter word better left unsaid. Hope is not for those who create their own reality. Hope is for those who succumb to it. You remember much even though you don’t remember what it is you remember. And yet remembering more every day!

So the connections of light that you make may be similarly unrecognizable, but you do not need to fear or shy away from closeness and love. This is something that will only blossom. Judgmental ways are those of the past, and know that giving love is also receiving love. Love conquers all.

As for the physical aspects of this reality, it is all very real, and you will be able to trace the thread of that reality to the cause and effect, and eliminate the cause right at the source. Follow the thread. Be it a friend’s pain or disability, the threads are there for those who wish to see them. What you were trained for [in Reiki] was to detect/feel elements of that pain, but it doesn’t stop there. I encourage you to follow the thread further to the source, and you will be able to remove that which caused the problems in the first place. This is similar to the process of seeing threads during telepathy training. So follow the thread further to the source.

Many believe that conscious awareness originates in the brain alone. Recent scientific research suggests that consciousness actually emerges from the brain and body acting together. A growing body of evidence suggests that the heart plays a particularly significant role in this process.

Far more than a simple pump, as was once believed, the heart is now recognized by scientists as a highly complex system with its own functional “brain.”

Research in the new discipline of neurocardiology shows that the heart is a sensory organ and a sophisticated center for receiving and processing information. The nervous system within the heart (or “heart brain”) enables it to learn, remember, and make functional decisions independent of the brain’s cerebral cortex. Moreover, numerous experiments have demonstrated that the signals the heart continuously sends to the brain influence the function of higher brain centers involved in perception, cognition, and emotional processing.

In addition to the extensive neural communication network linking the heart with the brain and body, the heart also communicates information to the brain and throughout the body via electromagnetic field interactions. The heart generates the body’s most powerful and most extensive rhythmic electromagnetic field. Compared to the electromagnetic field produced by the brain, the electrical component of the heart’s field is about 60 times greater in amplitude, and permeates every cell in the body. The magnetic component is approximately 5000 times stronger than the brain’s magnetic field and can be detected several feet away from the body with sensitive magnetometers.

The heart generates a continuous series of electromagnetic pulses in which the time interval between each beat varies in a dynamic and complex manner. The heart’s ever-present rhythmic field has a powerful influence on processes throughout the body. We have demonstrated, for example, that brain rhythms naturally synchronize to the heart’s rhythmic activity, and also that during sustained feelings of love or appreciation, the blood pressure and respiratory rhythms, among other oscillatory systems, entrain to the heart’s rhythm.



The Heart Has Its Own “Brain” and Consciousness | in5d.comWe propose that the heart’s field acts as a carrier wave for information that provides a global synchronizing signal for the entire body. Specifically, we suggest that as pulsing waves of energy radiate out from the heart, they interact with organs and other structures. The waves encode or record the features and dynamic activity of these structures in patterns of energy waveforms that are distributed throughout the body. In this way, the encoded information acts to in-form (literally, give shape to) the activity of all bodily functions—to coordinate and synchronize processes in the body as a whole. This perspective requires an energetic concept of information, in which patterns of organization are enfolded into waves of energy of system activity distributed throughout the system as a whole.

Basic research at the Institute of HeartMath shows that information pertaining to a person’s emotional state is also communicated throughout the body via the heart’s electromagnetic field. The rhythmic beating patterns of the heart change significantly as we experience different emotions. Negative emotions, such as anger or frustration, are associated with an erratic, disordered, incoherent pattern in the heart’s rhythms. In contrast, positive emotions, such as love or appreciation, are associated with a smooth, ordered, coherent pattern in the heart’s rhythmic activity. In turn, these changes in the heart’s beating patterns create corresponding changes in the structure of the electromagnetic field radiated by the heart, measurable by a technique called spectral analysis.

More specifically, we have demonstrated that sustained positive emotions appear to give rise to a distinct mode of functioning, which we call psychophysiological coherence. During this mode, heart rhythms exhibit a sine wave-like pattern and the heart’s electromagnetic field becomes correspondingly more organized.

At the physiological level, this mode is characterized by increased efficiency and harmony in the activity and interactions of the body’s systems. [1]

Psychologically, this mode is linked with a notable reduction in internal mental dialogue, reduced perceptions of stress, increased emotional balance, and enhanced mental clarity, intuitive discernment, and cognitive performance.
In sum, our research suggests that psychophysiological coherence is important in enhancing consciousness—both for the body’s sensory awareness of the information required to execute and coordinate physiological function, and also to optimize emotional stability, mental function, and intentional action. Furthermore, as we see next, there is experimental evidence that psychophysiological coherence may increase our awareness of and sensitivity to others around us. The Institute of HeartMath has created practical technologies and tools that all people can use to increase coherence.
Heart Field Interactions Between Individuals

Most people think of social communication solely in terms of overt signals expressed through language, voice qualities, gestures, facial expressions, and body movements. However, there is now evidence that a subtle yet influential electromagnetic or “energetic” communication system operates just below our conscious awareness. Energetic interactions likely contribute to the “magnetic” attractions or repulsions that occur between individuals, and also affect social exchanges and relationships. Moreover, it appears that the heart’s field plays an important role in communicating physiological, psychological, and social information between individuals.

Experiments conducted at the Institute of HeartMath have found remarkable evidence that the heart’s electromagnetic field can transmit information between people. We have been able to measure an exchange of heart energy between individuals up to 5 feet apart. We have also found that one person’s brain waves can actually synchronize to another person’s heart. Furthermore, when an individual is generating a coherent heart rhythm, synchronization between that person’s brain waves and another person’s heartbeat is more likely to occur. These findings have intriguing implications, suggesting that individuals in a psychophysiologically coherent state become more aware of the information encoded in the heart fields of those around them.

The results of these experiments have led us to infer that the nervous system acts as an “antenna,” which is tuned to and responds to the electromagnetic fields produced by the hearts of other individuals. We believe this capacity for exchange of energetic information is an innate ability that heightens awareness and mediates important aspects of true empathy and sensitivity to others Furthermore, we have observed that this energetic communication ability can be intentionally enhanced, producing a much deeper level of nonverbal communication, understanding, and connection between people. There is also intriguing evidence that heart field interactions can occur between people and animals.

In short, energetic communication via the heart field facilitates development of an expanded consciousness in relation to our social world.
The Heart’s Field and Intuition

There are also new data suggesting that the heart’s field is directly involved in intuitive perception, through its coupling to an energetic information field outside the bounds of space and time. Using a rigorous experimental design, we found compelling evidence that both the heart and brain receive and respond to information about a future event before the event actually happens. Even more surprising was our finding that the heart appears to receive this “intuitive” information before the brain. This suggests that the heart’s field may be linked to a more subtle energetic field that contains information on objects and events remote in space or ahead in time. Called by Karl Pribram and others the “spectral domain,” this is a fundamental order of potential energy that enfolds space and time, and is thought to be the basis for our consciousness of “the whole.” (See heartmath.org for further detail.)
Social Fields

In the same way that the heart generates energy in the body, we propose that the social collective is the activator and regulator of the energy in social systems.

A body of groundbreaking work shows how the field of socioemotional interaction between a mother and her infant is essential to brain development, the emergence of consciousness, and the formation of a healthy self-concept. These interactions are organized along two relational dimensions—stimulation of the baby’s emotions, and regulation of shared emotional energy. Together they form a socioemotional field through which enormous quantities of psychobiological and psychosocial information are exchanged. Coherent organization of the mother-child relations that make up this field is critical. This occurs when interactions are charged, most importantly, with positive emotions (love, joy, happiness, excitement, appreciation, etc.), and are patterned as highly synchronized, reciprocal exchanges between these two individuals. These patterns are imprinted in the child’s brain and thus influence psychosocial function throughout life. (See Allan Schore, Affect Regulation and the Origin of the Self.)

Moreover in a longitudinal study of 46 social groups, one of us (RTB) documented how information about the global organization of a group—the group’s collective consciousness—appears to be transmitted to all members by an energetic field of socio-emotional connection. Data on the relationships between each pair of members was found to provide an accurate image of the social structure of the group as a whole. Coherent organization of the group’s social structure is associated with a network of positively charged emotions (love, excitement, and optimism) connecting all members. This network of positive emotions appears to constitute a field of energetic connection into which information about the group’s social structure is encoded and distributed throughout the group. Remarkably, an accurate picture of the group’s overall social structure was obtained from information only about relationships between pairs of individuals. We believe the only way this is possible is if information about the organization of the whole group is distributed to all members of the group via an energetic field. Such correspondence in information between parts and the whole is consistent with the principle of holographic organization. [2]
Synthesis and Implications

Some organizing features of the heart field, identified in numerous studies at HeartMath, may also be shared by those of our hypothesized social field. Each is a field of energy in which the waveforms of energy encode the features of objects and events as energy moves throughout the system. This creates a nonlocal order of energetic information in which each location in the field contains an enfolded image of the organization of the whole system at that moment. The organization and processing of information in these energy fields can best be understood in terms of quantum holographic principles. [3]

Another commonality is the role of positive emotions, such as love and appreciation, in generating coherence both in the heart field and in social fields. When the movement of energy is intentionally regulated to form a coherent, harmonious order, information integrity and flow are optimized. This, in turn, produces stable, effective system function, which enhances health, psychosocial well-being, and intentional action in the individual or social group.

Heart coherence and social coherence may also act to mutually reinforce each other. As individuals within a group increase psychophysiological coherence, psychosocial attunement may be increased, thereby increasing the coherence of social relations. Similarly, the creation of a coherent social field by a group may help support the generation and maintenance of psychophysiological coherence in its individual members. An expanded, deepened awareness and consciousness results—of the body’s internal physiological, emotional, and mental processes, and also of the deeper, latent orders enfolded into the energy fields that surround us. This is the basis of self-awareness, social sensitivity, creativity, intuition, spiritual insight, and understanding of ourselves and all that we are connected to. With light expression I bless you with the Christ Consciousness of the Creator, with truth, peace and an eternal love; I emanate the vibration of the Christ into your entire being so you may recognise the same within yourself, expansively and eternally. I am Master Lanto, my energies are gentle but radiant and I have worked closely with many aspects of the Christ including Master Jesus. It is my purpose to activate the devotional energies to the Creator around and within your being, as well as enhancing your luminosity. Devotion to truth, radiance, loving determination and the Christ vibration are of great importance at this stage of ascension, it is essential to allow these qualities to activate in harmonious balance from within your being. You may also find that within your recognition of these sacred qualities that there is in areas an imbalance, this can be adjusted easily. Allow yourself to practice the below affirmations,

I am devotion in divine balance,

I am radiance in divine balance,

I am determination in divine balance,

I am the Christ vibration in divine balance.

Allow yourself to inhale as you state the first affirmation in your mind, as you exhale allow the divine balance to be formed, created and to flow from your being. Inhaling once more, repeat the second affirmation, exhale allowing the divine balance to form and flow. Continue in this manner stating all four affirmations and then beginning one more. Call me forward to assist in the creation and manifestation of divine balance within and around your being.

Balance is an energy each soul seeks; it is almost a security for the soul allowing for greater alignment with the Creator. Balance cannot be grasped or even adopted but must manifest from within your being, the essence of truth or your creator presence that you hold. Balance can be determined as steadiness or stability. When I think of balance I do not imagine it as an energy I will become or a quality I can acquire in my reality but an understanding of alignment with the Creator. When you connect with the Creator or universal energies, whether within or around you, then balance is a reality that unfolds, not due to your focus upon balance but due to your surrendering to become the vibration of the Creator. When balance is evident within your reality you can be sure that the vibration of the Creator is present and divinely integrated. If unbalance is present then you can identify that a greater connection or acceptance of the Creator within and around you is needed. In areas of unbalance a connection with the Creator can be formed by allowing the light of the Creator to emanate from your being during certain circumstance. Asking for the Creator to bless and align certain energies or situations to the divine essence of the Creator will also be of assistance, or by simply expressing the abundant love from your being while knowing you are at one with the energy and divine wisdom of the Creator. In this state you open yourself up to the divine magic of the Creator allowing for truth and blissful energies to unfold.

The presence of balance can also be seen as a deep and devoted trust in the vibration of the Creator. I, Master Lanto, believe trust in the Creator is of great importance at this time of ascension. There is also a need for you to place trust in yourself as a powerful, wise being that can make a difference to your own vibration, reality and awareness.

With the upcoming magnification of the Creator and energetic shifts in December 2012, the Creator is providing each person with an opportunity to love themselves unconditionally, to place greater trust and faith in their own power and radiant light as well as reaffirming their trust in the Creator. In many ways this is to create a greater balance or attunement to the Creator. I am aware of the numerous ideas held within the general consciousness of humanity concerning what will occur in December 2012, it is my wish to share some simple information that will assist you in achieving the most blissful experience.

I ask first that you dissolve all expectations concerning this time that we speak of, making a peace within your being that you are happy and content in not knowing what will occur during this time. By relaxing your expectations and feeling content even when uncertainty is before you then you will awaken and open your energies allowing for greater grace and divine intervention to be experienced. I would encourage you to talk to yourself during meditation or quiet time, explaining that you are perfectly at ease with everything that is occurring and you are happy to place your trust in the Creator watching the glorious enfoldments. It is important to dissolve all judgments you may make about the magnification process, allowing for love, trust, balance and determination to radiate from your being and mind.

I ask secondly that you are observant of the dramas you create in your reality and to eradicate these as much as possible. To create a drama in your reality is to enhance an energy, emotion, thought or situation. As a soul constantly searching for a deeper connection with the Creator you may feel as if you are constantly enhancing or increasing your own energy but in truth you are allowing your energy to unfold. When you enhance energy you make it larger than it actually is, when you allow energy to unfold it becomes larger but also becomes more whole, you are linking into the flow of the Creator’s light. Drama is often seen in negative situations, especially emotional experiences and is often created to attract greater attention or even love onto the individual. Drama can also be experienced in spiritual practices, for example, if you are meditating sensing the love in your heart, you may become focused upon the love wanting it to grow, saying to yourself how blissful the love is and how you wish to experience it more fully. In many ways even this is creating a drama as you are trying to enhance the love rather than allowing it to unfold from within your being. When you simply observe the love within your being and open yourself to experience a greater flow your entire being rejoices and there is no need to enhance the love experienced, it simply grows without boundaries.

It is my wish that you begin to observe the drama that you create in your reality or the energies, emotions, thoughts, experiences that you try to enhance in your reality. The important realisation is that there is no need to enhance the energies but to allow yourself to have a more open and free experience of the energies. If you can begin to observe this within your being and reality you will free yourself of expectations and many ideas which may not have formed from truth, you will also gain a greater balance or attunement to the Creator. When you then perceive or experience the magnification of December 2012 you will understand there is no need to create any drama within or around you but to allow the energies to flow from your being and the Creator. In truth to simply be open to experience the eternal flow that is the Creator.

We may see many people creating drama in love or fear at this time as they try to find security, balance and a greater understanding, but if you are able to gain a greater mastery in your own reality you will be able to recognise the same in others. Allow your energy and intentions to assist them in experiencing the truth and love of the Creator. Let us dissolve from the consciousness of humanity the need to create drama and enhance energies, let us simply experience the magnitude of the Creator’s light within and around each other.

Dear Ones,



I am most pleased to speak to you today while the most intense changes are happening on your world. I like to step forward in this very positive momentum which is currently at hand. As an Ascended Master I really do value your evolutionary process, for you have moved many mountains as it were, in a short period of time. It is now of utmost importance to continue cooperating in these matters as this is really necessary to bring the two great common projects to complete fruition namely Ascension and Disclosure.



Disclosure in itself can be seen as the unravellings of certain issues that have heretofore remained secrets for all of you. Afore-mentioned unravellings are now pushing very hard to get released on your world, my dear ones. The invisible barriers are now fully lifted allowing the secrets to be unveiled to find their way through the chaos. For there will be chaos, but only for a little while. A few ‘outbursts’ have to happen firstly before the new paradigm can surface to take its rightful place. Collectively as well as personally you are all finding yourselves at present In this phase of opening-up. Assist this opening-up phase consciously as it is necessary.



We have arrived in a time of great Glory that is awaiting us all and I really do mean all!! Including the Ascended Masters, the guides, the Archangels, the Galactic Brethren, the Inner Earth civilization as well as the countless “ethereal” worlds and the little creatures who dwell on Earth amongst you. It is a time of gathering, of reunions, of cooperation and of mutual Love. Great Awakenings will unfold amongst humanity and on your beloved Mother Earth thanks to the arrival of endless Love – and Light energies. She will be able to firstly show Her true nature to you, and then you will follow in Her footsteps.



Everything will change and will look astonishingly beautiful as seen from your inner Self. You are about to reach the state of pure Love in which you will feel and be Loving for one another. From this state of pure Love your perceptions will change as never before ; all that used to be important will no longer be so, all that once was solid, that gave a sense of security will cease to be that way. Mother Earth will transform in a beautiful Light Sphere and She will softly shake off her skin, which for centuries has held Her captive in a low vibration. Be happy and be very grateful for this transformation is the most beautiful gift that humanity can witness and experience. You are the wonderful souls that were chosen to make this all really come to pass! To lift everything to a higher level and to enlighten not only yourself but also the whole of humanity and the Earth. You have chosen to accomplish this feat even from the most difficult, heavy of circumstances.



At first nobody knew with certainty if this had any chance of success; that is, it had never been done before to accomplish this feat starting from these very low vibrations in which lots of negatitivy were rampant and in which you were belittled and on top of that, you had to endure this all while inhabiting a limiting physical body. This really hadn’t been done before in an Ascension process. And since this is a planet of free will, it is not always evident to know where we can interfere and where we can’t. We have permission to interfere where needed and many times we do so in the worst cases; but on the other hand sometimes things happen which are chosen on a collective scale and where intervention is prohibited … This has to be respected.



Now I, Saint Germain, say wholeheartedly :”Well done!” You have succeeded in almost finishing up this whole Ascension process and you are well on your way to reap the fruits of your labor in the form of your deliverance and your Self-knowledge which will finally be yours again. You are the most fantastic souls who were able to succeed against all odds and who have forged ahead to such a degree that there’s no way back anymore! The Light has won on all fronts now and no amount of darkness will be able to pierce through without itself being affected by the Light. Many attempts have been nullified and still the dark ones try to undermine the efforts of the Light but to no avail ; they can no longer hold any influence over your world and the Light. Their attempts are futile and are weakening gradually to disappear altogether.



Let the last of these dark souls depart ; you will be able to feel them due to the collective link through which they leave. You will very soon now be able to get a glimpse of your inner world which you have created around you. You are the creator of this new world and you will see which personal changes are evident and which veils of your own new world will be lifted. Be aware that I am referring to collective as well as personal changes. The changes that are obvious in your world will differ from the changes that will happen to somebody else’s world on so many points. And so it is quite possible that a particular soul will not see specific changes that are obvious to another soul : it all depends on what you have created and on your level of consciousness. Determine for yourself what you want to create and what changes will become apparent for they are personal! All that you have created from your inner being will be reflected in your outer world.

A cheerful good morning to all those who continue to seek out our message. There is much doubt and fear being injected into the proceedings by those who warn of interference by technological means. We tell you once again not to follow that which does not feel right in your heart’s response to it. If that is our own messages, then so be it. Nothing is more important than your peace and the raising of your spiritual energy.

You will also notice an unmistakable convergence of a great many of the messages available to you now. We remind you that we spoke of this to you several times in the past. As we get closer and closer to the end of this period, and you become more accomplished and clearer in your purpose, the scope of these messages will narrow even further. And it is true, after all, that the source of spiritual truth is, in the end, One.

We are not attempting to teach one truth versus another truth. We are simply guiding you in finding the one truth for yourselves. We think that, by this time, you are able to discern what feels good in your heart and what does not. We advise that you follow that and only that.

If you are of the belief that you are new to this and you need help sorting things out, then by all means ask. Ask in your silence. Ask your own heart. And then have enough patience to hear the answer in your feelings. We are there with you. You will receive your answers. Has it not always been promised?

Reach out also now to those you find around you who are of like mind. Support one another. Much strength may be gained there. This is our message for today. It is shorter than it is most days, but it is as important as always. It is also the same as always, find your truth, center yourself, stay grounded, and stand firm. It is not important whether you are in agreement with the world or not. It is important that you are at peace in your heart’s knowing.

A moment approaches which will validate your inner knowing once and for all. We will not leave your side while you need our presence. You were born with guardians and guides around you and they have not slept once in all your days. When we end these messages, do not think that we are apart until the next one. We are, in fact, only as far away as your thought of us. Good day now. Our love go with you.

Living during this time in Earth’s planetary history comes with a unique set of challenges. Learning how to increase your life force by returning to inner balance, while being exposed to the many external influences we interact with on a daily basis has the potential to rattle the best of us. It is crucial, however, during the amplified energetic cycles of 2012 not only to maintain, but to increase your “inner awareness” attention.

When you aren’t grounded and balanced within the Self, your life force energy is weakened. This can lead to feeling cranky, hot-headed, frustrated, constricted, lazy, and lacking endurance and tolerance for others. Pay attention this week to what you are resonating with and to – your life force stream reacts and adjusts to every stimulus or energy that it is being exposed to within the body, mind, emotions or spirit. If an external stimulus is stronger than the inner awareness life force present, your being will be forced to adjust in a way where a consequence of that influence is perceived or experienced.

If the impact of external stimuli is dissonant the consequence of that force can range from mildly unpleasant to excruciatingly painful. The level of development of your inner spiritual core will determine the corresponding reaction or response your body/mind/emotion/spirit will have to that force. If the mind is weak, unfocused and undisciplined those influences will pack a punch to your emotional body, weakening your life force. Nothing is more powerful than the commitment to your internal Self and its spiritual life force stream.

Cut through obstacles on your path this week (and beyond) by being extra disciplined in communing with the Inner You. This loving act will save you from wanting to crawl under the blankets and dream of better days. By steeping yourself in the authenticity of your spiritual heritage you will create days that are birthed from goodness, gratitude and love rather than fear, rage and frustration.

It’s important to realize that ascension aspects are impacting humanity at large.

This includes you and everyone you meet. You may be having a wonderful day feeling inspired and confident about whatever is drifting your way. Other people, however, may be having a much different kind of day. An encounter with a stressed co-worker or spouse could leave you out of sorts, unless you remain mindful of the bigger picture. Remember, not everyone is consciously awake like you. Also, even aware and awake people can have a bad day as we lead ourselves away from the old paradigm of beliefs and into unity once again.

To successfully navigate the currents of radical cycles energetically affecting humanity, it’s helpful to understand how you are personally affected. Having an awareness of ascension influences will help you know what areas of life will likely be challenged, why, what remedies and what states of mind you can apply to make the journey smoother and more harmonious. When you can apply antidotes during the times you are challenged then life becomes more manageable. After all, you are a divine conduit of Eternal Source Energy [a.k.a. the Soul] learning to move into your authentic power to create.

You are not a victim of circumstances – galactic, planetary or otherwise.

To give you some wisdom assistance getting over the hump of 2012 I’ve compiled a “part 2″ of ascension symptoms that may be impacting some of you. Some these symptoms may have already passed for some of you, or perhaps never occurred at all.

No sense of place: It is very common to have this feeling during or right after a substantial upgrade or shift in energies. We receive an internal shake-up when we are catapulted to a new level of vibration, and the outside reality no longer fits us. We can thus feel that we no longer belong anywhere, cannot relate to anyone or anything, feel quite alone, and nothing much feels good to us anymore. I have listed some comforts for this symptom further along in this energy read.

A need to eat often with what feels like low blood sugar attacks, or simply wanting to gorge on food: When we are re-aligning within and morphing, our bodies can really take a hit and require more energy than normal. Protein is the key here. During these times I have to eat every two hours and this includes a healthy dose of protein. The gorging or wanting to fill up is a different thing. With so much loss occurring along with losing much of who we thought we were, we can at times have a desire to fill up somehow. This can manifest as wanting to eat large amounts of food and wanting to really feel full.

Craving anything “new”: After we move ahead to a higher vibrating “level” or dimension, it can feel uncomfortable to be in anything “old.” For those who are highly sensitive, this can manifest as severe discomfort and an almost gagging or repulsion for anything which existed before. It is in our wiring . . . we are being encouraged to move ahead into the new, or rather can no longer tolerate the lower vibrations or things of the past. We have been rewired and are now vibrating within a new space and reality.

Becoming easily overloaded and overwhelmed: With newer energies in place, much has been dislodged and relocated to a new residency. Much pushing then is occurring. This can cause feelings of hyperventilation, squeezing, headaches, and an overall feeling of stress. With so much going on within and without, we can easily become overloaded. Rest is vitally important now, as well as saying “no” to much and being willing to stay simple. Resting and making things simple can often be the salvation that saves you from panic and anxiety when feeling like “things are too much”.

Forgetting where you are and losing your place: Many times when I am walking the vast expanses of the Atlantic shoreline, I can forget where I am, who I am, or what reality I am in. This can occur at other times as well when we begin to vibrate higher. It is as if we are not connected to anything at times, and are thus hanging out there in a space which gives us the opportunity to create whatever we choose. As we vibrate higher, we hold onto much less. Energy is in and out, very quickly and moves very fast without clinging or holding on. Anything not being held in our consciousness will simply cease to exist. Getting used to this can be scary or at best confusing, but it can also allow us to create fresh and new at any given moment.

Tools for Comfort: When we go through a substantial shift into a higher dimension, it can really wreak havoc on much of everything within and without. In this regard, it can greatly help if you can find ways to stay connected to the higher vibrating energies, as so much else is falling away. During such times we need to feel good again, and connecting to higher ways of being and living can greatly soothe us. Below are some remedies which I have found to be very helpful.

Stay in your creativity as much as possible. In the higher realms, creativity is what it is all about. Thus, creativity always carries a high vibration no matter what dimension we are residing in. For me, painting, writing, gardening, cooking, and creating any DIY project (do it yourself) immediately takes me into a beautiful space and I feel wonderful and connected again. It also serves to get negative thoughts out of the way, as well as our ego selves!

Be in the company of as many little ones as possible. Our little ones naturally carry a higher vibration and we can easily feel oh so connected once again. We see them and they see us. They match us so much more closely than much of anything else. My 5 year old next door neighbor has saved me countless times during an ascension shift. These little ones love us as much as we love them!

Get distracted and stay away from the news, the outside world if need be, and just keep as busy as possible in your own world. This past week while I was with my mom I had no TV, no internet, and spent almost all of our time playing cards, laughing, and eating. It was pure bliss. The only reality I was aware of was the reality of a loving environment with my family.

Spend time in nature as much as possible. This can be tough right now, as even when we are in nature, we can still pick up all the changing and disruptive energies. But the earth is ascending as our vehicle, and being around her energies can connect us as well. Her incredible sunsets, magnificent cloud formations, the smell of sweet earth , and wildflowers abounding can make one feel as if they have arrived in heaven.

Take a break and rest. If you are able to, take a day designated just for you. Read a trashy magazine, lay in bed all day, go for a walk, read a pleasurable book (not a self-help book!), tinker around the house, or just sit in the sun. Things will indeed begin to rev up for you again, if they have not yet begun to do so, so a time out now can really be what is needed.

Bond with your animal companions. They are a part of our individual community and our family and it can feel wonderful to spend as much time with them as possible as a part of our whole.

Just stay away from what is crashing and re-aligning. . . or stay in your sacred space. Our sacred space, or what we have created, is very much in alignment with who we are. Thus, we can feel secure, grounded, and just plain good when we are there. Staying home can feel best at times.

The ascension process is set to divinely prepare us for the higher realms completely on its own. It is a beautiful process that knows exactly what it is doing quite naturally. If we try to assist or interfere, to expedite it or make it happen by ourselves, we will only serve to open way too fast, create discomfort, jump ahead of where we are and thus not be aligned, and perhaps make our loving non-physical care takers wonder what in the world we are doing as they are so lovingly monitoring the whole process!

Things will be settling down as our re-connections become more and more intact, and this is already happening now. And yes, everyone will begin to experience miracles and new beginnings as we get re-structured, re-aligned, and settled into very new spaces. Hope this helps those of you who have been asking . . . it can be difficult to explain but I would imagine you get the drift.

Dratzo! We come to give you another report on what is transpiring around your world. In Asia and Europe a general rebellion continues against the dollar and its debt-based fiat system. In fact, the new gold-backed currencies are beginning to show their hand. Further, the pressing need for debt forgiveness is demonstrated by what is going on in Iceland, where the peoples’ revolution is illustrating just how easy it is to counteract the chaos that is the dark’s agenda. The gigantic global debt and its resultant social problems need to be resolved quickly; indeed, the mess now spreading in Greece and most of southern Europe exemplifies this core issue. It is for this reason that the new system is predicated on two central factors: universal debt forgiveness and the return to a precious-metals-backed monetary system. Preventing its swift introduction is the waning, albeit still powerful, presence of dark control. To avert a global economic meltdown, Earth’s sacred secret societies are preparing a way to sequester the last dark cabal. We form part of this complex operation and intend to use our technology to assist in its removal.

This process of change is tied to the ongoing shift in consciousness. As you know, our mission is an integral part of a divine pledge to return you to full consciousness, and hence the dark’s agenda can no longer hold. These mental ‘prison bars’ will be shown up for what they are by our next series of actions. It is disconcerting to us that so many have bought into this very ill woven tapestry of lies! You are sacred souls who have been reduced to a degree of mindlessness that can accept some truly unworthy notions of Heaven and your origins on this world. These falsities are compounded and daily reinforced by a power structure that was manned by individuals who were carefully chosen by your former masters, the Anunnaki. This group of off-worlders set up the system that still gives their chosen Earth minions control over every aspect of your lives. This system is now to be totally dismantled by us.

These members of the dark cabal believe that you will be unable to effect these changes globally; we are ready to prove them wrong. We have spent the past decade letting various groups of ‘allies’ use their abilities and resources to oust this vast, dark conspiracy from power. All have basically failed in this attempt, in spite of our liaisons pointing them in the right direction. The reason for these failures was the underlying false assumptions that form your collective worldview. To get the job done, we are to employ different means and technologies. We are also helping to form groups of government employees wholly dedicated, like us, to the principles of the dawning new era. These groups exist throughout your world, and we are to assist them in bringing the prevailing chaos into a new heavenly order. This orderly, supportive new reality can become the bridge that leads you to the very brink of full consciousness. Its new governance can welcome us and assist us in moving you to the crystal cities in Inner Earth where you can complete your sacred transformation.

This transformation is why we are here. The divine plan firmly decrees that you are to return to full consciousness shortly. Your current political, financial, and social systems will be dismissed as soon as it is possible to reorder the fundamental nature of your global society. Here, you will come into global prosperity, universal sovereignty, and a full knowledge of who you and Gaia truly are. This decree has been sent to our sacred associates, and we are jointly coordinating the legalities that will substantially alter your global banking system. This sets the stage for the distribution of your prosperity funds, which will be accompanied by new governance in many countries around the globe. Sheldon Nidle and the Photon Belt...

Sheldan Nidle is still hawking his wares. When I met him in the mid-90s he was telling us of the photon belt and how it would catapult us into the 5th dimension.

Never happened.

Nevertheless, according to him, the photon belt has already come and we are currently enveloped in one of it's "donut-shaped" portions. However, the last time I looked, we were still firmly anchored in the 3rd dimension.

In one of the Q&A sections of his website, he promises that, "At the appropriate time, we will briefly enter the main photon belt and then join the Sirius star system."

And if you believe that, I've got a bridge I can sell you for a couple of bucks...

Back in 1995 I was very skeptical of him and still am. After the photon belt failed to appear when promised, he disappeared for a while, then popped up with a new website and an armful of new books and, presto, he was back in business. He has all the moves. He is to the New Age what Sylvia Browne is to psychic predictions. Both have their loyal followers and every now and then they actually hit the mark.

It's unlikely, but Nidle may be an indication of what might happen after 2012 comes and goes without anything significant happening. There will be a regathering and then a string of unbelievably lame excuses.

The major difference between what was happening in the 1990s and what is happening today is that there are far more people in sync with what is being said. And then, more importantly, there are the ancients who have pointed to this timeline thousands of years before scamster Nidle caught wind of these concepts and cleverly widdled them into his own personal cottage industry, duping people along the way and laughing all the way to the bank.

It's interesting to note that Nidle has altered the spelling of his first name. In the 90s it was Sheldon, now it's Sheldan with an "a." Maybe this is an attempt to cloud his past in some kind of numerology mumbo-jumbo. It may work for people who don't know him. But for me, regardless of how he spells his name, he is and will forever be, Nidle the Scamster.

Below is a video showing Nidle in action. Makes you wonder why his space contacts haven't fixed his dental problems, doesn't it? After all, these guys build starships! You'd think if they can put implants into his brain that they'd have a dentist or two on board to cap his teeth.

What is it about the guy that gives me the willies? It happened when I first saw him in person over fifteen years ago, and it happens every time I see him or hear his voice.

By the way, don't stop with that one video. After you watch it, check out other videos with Nidle shoveling the b.s. in heaps; roll around in it, and if your gut feeling tells you the guy's a fraud, don't fight it, go with the flow because you couldn't be more right.

I would like to share with you the feeling and informations I have received this morning during my preparation for the day meditation.

First never believe that you are alone, lost or that nobody cares about what will happen to humans, planet Earth and to you in particular.

You all have personal angels, and guardian protectors assigned to your own person, these people watch over us day and night, they tend to keep us from harm’s way, by being able to transmit certain feelings and impressions to us. For instance, when it is best to avoid a person, you would find it impossible to speak to them for a multitude of reasons. There is no coincidence there.

The other part of the message received was that we are constantly receiving upgrades at this time, and some of us find it difficult to adjust, difficult to deal with the strength of energies beaming down on us from the galactic centre.

Some of you may feel dizziness, or need to take your time thinking things through, or perform actions in a slower manner than usual.

It is of course highly recommended to focus during your day on remaining grounded, so perhaps sit for a few minutes on the hour, just enjoying the sun, the light, and incoming energies sustaining and feeding your soul, as it were.

This pace will increase more and more, until after 2014, and the energies will still remain quite strong until 2016. We will still be riding the wave as it were in 2016.

Although by then, these higher energies will be fully integrated into your DNA and into your higher bodies or chakras.

Humans will return to a much higher level of existence, with some of us evolving very rapidly to our divine state. Human evolution will take on a hyperbolic curve and very little of our human bodies now will remain recognisable by then. We will return to our natural state of energy, light and love.

Many of you will have your consciousness transferred onto other bodies, perhaps even onto your original bodies. Many of the civilisations out around your planet, orbiting and observing your transformation have starseeds implanted on planet Earth at this time. These starseeds will be allowed returning home to their families in their human bodies, in their light bodies, in their original bodies, or in their cloned bodies.

Many civilisations are using what you call cloning here, in order to extend their lives, until such time when they feel their contribution is no longer necessary on their home planet and to their families. In that case, the being simply lets go of his or her body and returns to Mother Source, which is like an ocean of swirling full of life and energy. All life comes from Source, and shall return to it. Then, when that entity chooses to incarnate again, they take up a new host body which is created for that being and is tailored to receive the new soul. This body will allow the light seed or starseed to develop and grow again, in order to learn new things, which will be brought back and shared with Source.

Incarnation is a normal process, which usually takes place consciously, it takes place in a denser density, which humans from planet Earth perceive as solid matter. Various planets and beings host diverse frequencies, diverse densities, which in turn have their own vibrational rate and manifestation power.

Thank you for reading the messages given to me during my morning preparation. It is a bran new dawn, bran new beginnings, enjoy manifesting your dreams into reality, and never forget that nothing is too difficult for you to manifest. Don’t forget the power of your heart, don’t forget your divine origine, which is eluding us daily, while we are experiencing the ups and downs of the denser density, which we call the material world.

More and more of us, from now on will walk this Earth consciously, with our eyes open, we will be able to perceive beyond the veil of dimensions. We will see spirits from all realms gradually. The speed of such a development, integrating Source here on Earth reality will depend on our own abilities of comprehension, but with our own level of being and love. This will be a performed in a balanced way, so it is important that we learn to become balanced in our daily life. Again, time and love is necessary.

You can be sure that there is nothing to worry about where the dark Ones are concerned, because we have aborted many of their attempts to cause trouble. We have contained their activities for some time now and intend to keep doing so. They are staring into the abyss of oblivion and there is no escape for them. Their empire is slowly crumbling and there is no way back for them. We do however closely monitor some individuals who of their own accord still exercise authority over their minions. On all fronts our allies are making good progress, and many issues could well be finalized by the end of this month. Meanwhile you are awakening at much quicker pace, and your awareness is another reason that the Light is ever increasing in its power.

With your comprehension of what is taking place behind the scenes, we are pleased to note that there is less concern about the delays in making our activities public knowledge. You now know that the path to your Ascension is progressing as intended, and anything else is by comparison less important. You will in good time learn the truth about the agenda of the dark Ones, and more to your liking details of the wonderful life that lies ahead of you. Many of you are already quite knowledgeable, but nevertheless there is much that can be added that will give the complete picture. We will not however dwell upon the negative as such matters will be destined for the history books of your civilization, and available for your deeper consideration in the Akashic Records. Everything that has ever happened is recorded in its original detail, and any part of it can be re-lived if that is your desire.

We know that waiting for significant events that you expect any day now can be tedious, but you will have your day of satisfaction and excitement. You can after all see evidence around you of the changes, and even more is going on that is not apparent. The arrests of corrupt officials is spreading, and some are already fleeing and trying to avoid the consequences. It does not matter what steps they take to avoid justice, in reality there is nowhere to hide. So please do not waste your energy by becoming angry at the individuals concerned. Your future is far more important than theirs, and that is where your focus should be. It is not that you will be unable to fit in immediately, but the whole experience will be much more exciting and understandable.

As you enter the final weeks we will give you more details of how to prepare yourself for the changes that Ascension will bring. However there is nothing that will cause you any distress or inconvenience. It will be like stepping out of the Dark Ages into a dreamland where everything is set up for your enjoyment and happiness. It will not be complete and some changes will still be required, but you will have had all aspects of lives present drudgery removed so that it becomes most enjoyable. There is so little time left and that is still speeding up, so try to keep your attention on the great future that awaits you. It will be well beyond anything you can imagine, and perhaps you will consider that your personal changes will be the most acceptable.

To move from your present physical body to one that is of the higher vibrations will be a wonderful feeling. To be free of all of the aches and pains often associated with your present one, will be so uplifting. The level that you will move into has such high vibrations, that your body will be unable to carry forward anything less than the perfection of your original blueprint. Your awareness will be heightened and your perception of things sharpened. The body will no longer tire or suffer fatigue such as you do now, and consequently you will no longer need lengthy sleep periods. You can take recuperative measures if you need them, but will also re-energize from the very environment you are in.

Your present low vibrations and those around you are in fact very heavy, and you need sleep to restore your body. However, as your body cells continue to change to crystalline, your body will become more in line with its new pattern. As a result it will start to need shorter sleep periods to recover, and some of you are noticing it already. In fact sleep patterns will move out of a regular pattern, and you will find yourself able to exist on much less. A similar change is also occurring where your eating habits are concerned. You are needing less and your choice of food will turn to those that are fresh, and unadulterated with chemicals and additives.

Your body is a temple that when treated correctly will serve you well, and rarely if ever experience illnesses. If you feed it with junk food you end up with junk health even if it takes time to reveal itself. You may be young and healthy, but continual abuse of your body will eventually take its toll. In older age you are liable to get the collapse of your major organs, and it is will be hard for them to recover. The good news is that as you lift up your vibrations, you are less inclined to be drawn to the heavy foods such as red meat. Follow your bodies reactions to what you feed it, and you will soon learn how to treat it sensibly and to your advantage.

Think about what you want out of life, and know that you will find more happiness and satisfaction when you are looking after yourself correctly. It also goes as far as what you occupy your mind with, as some of you follow unhealthy paths that simply pull your vibrations down. That in turn attracts similar vibrations and you are likely to drop even further, thus damaging any chance you may have had of lifting up in time for Ascension. We know that some souls just do not seem to care what happens to them, and clearly they need a lot of help. As we have often reminded you, no matter what circumstances you are in there is always help nearby. So please ask for it and it will come to you in some form or another, but do not necessarily expect it immediately.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know that all of you have had so many lives on Earth, you should by now be able to benefit from your experiences. Go within and listen to your Higher Self and you will get good advice, but it needs to be heeded if you are to lift yourself up. On the one hand time is short, but you still have sufficient time to make a resolution to change and become what you really are, a beautiful soul of unlimited love. We wish you well.

Truly wonderful things are happening all across the planet as the moment for awakening approaches. Many of you can sense the energies of change that are infiltrating the mass consciousness and leading you forward into the loving embrace of the divine energy field now enveloping Earth and all the life forms that she supports. You have only to relax and allow that energy to infuse you as you immerse yourselves in its soothing balm. Doing so dramatically alters your individual energy fields, bringing them more and more into harmony with the divine one. Harmony is spreading across the planet in a wave of peace and compassion, softening hearts that had become ever harder and more impenetrable during eons of conflict, betrayal, and intense suffering.

This softening brings with it light, openness, and a willingness to listen, hear, understand, and cooperate with others who profess philosophies, cultures, ethnicities, and values that differ from your own. It gives you the interest and the motivation to look for meeting-points within them, where you can communicate meaningfully and share your experiences for the benefit of all. This ability to communicate with people of different races, nations, cultures, and religious beliefs is of course very recent, but it is being grasped most enthusiastically all over the world. And the resulting communications are showing you that people everywhere have the same basic needs and desires – they do not want war! – and that mostly your politicians have a totally different perspective on what is important.

This growing flow of information is guiding people to dismiss as irrelevant much of what politicians are talking about, and energizing them to put pressure on their politicians to attend to the issues affecting those who elected them to office and that they wish to have resolved. And it is apparent that the majority of politicians have no real interest in engaging meaningfully with their constituents on these matters, and when interviewed or questioned, they do their best to dissemble and evade.

The world of politics is in the process of enormous change, as voters, disenchanted with their representatives’ refusal to represent them, start to communicate with one another to resolve issues, leaving those elected officials confused and frightened as they realize that the times of smiling and collecting donations is rapidly coming to an end. Governments have for a long time been perceived as regulatory institutions, with the power and resources to build, organize, and control the civil and military establishments assumed to be essential for the smooth running of countries, and to ensure that people can live together in peace and safety. That perception has now changed – drastically!

In the newly arrived age of instant communication and information transfer, it is no longer possible for those in positions of power and authority to operate with impunity as they take decisions that affect everyone but benefit only a very few. Big governments, and the resultant wastage and corruption that they cause, are in a massive state of disintegration and collapse. Accountability is being demanded, and because of the explosion in the disclosures of secret government and corporate documentation, which previously had prevented you from knowing what was truly occurring, this will no longer be avoided.

Many of you are well aware that there is no need or excuse for poverty, starvation, or lack of education and health-care anywhere in the modern world. The only reason that these problems are still present is because of the greed and corruption of the few who have taken it on themselves to control and exploit the planet and the majority of its people for their own personal aggrandizement and glorification.

As you are frequently informed by channeled sources, Love is flooding the planet on a scale never before seen. This is partly because so many of you have called on your Father for assistance in these extraordinary times, in which you wrestle with the dichotomy presented by advanced technologies powerful and efficient enough to provide easily for all your needs, or conversely, to destroy the environment in which you live, apparently, so precariously. But mainly you are being swamped by waves of Love because the time divinely ordained for humanity to awaken is at hand.

This divine Love field is bursting open the hearts of humanity and sweeping away the fears and anxieties that have seemingly ruled your behavior for eons. You are coming rapidly to the realization that the only way to peace, harmony, and abundance for all is by way of forgiveness of all crimes, delinquency, and wrongdoing; and by replacing judgment, blame, and punishment with unconditional love. All unloving attitudes and behaviors grow from fear, suffering, and a sense of being alone against all-comers — fighting, in fact, for your very survival.

The flow of divine Love is gently washing away fear and encouraging you all to love indiscriminately and unconditionally all of humanity. Those who resist strongly and try to continue causing strife and mayhem will be gently contained in the divine embrace so that their unlovingness can no longer hurt anyone. Remember that, every time you feel the need to protect yourselves, and offer only love, regardless of the situations in which you find yourselves.

Archangel Michael on the Third Phase of the Transition Process: Recalibration

I know that there are many lightworkers who’ve been going through the same process as I have, which began with the so-called transition some months ago, and then went to a process of absorption more recently.

Those who are wondering how they’re doing may be interested in some observations that Archangel Michael made in a personal reading I had with him through Linda Dillon on Aug. 17, 2012.

While these words are directed to me, I suggest they apply equally to others who are going through the same process.

In a sense what this may be is a kind of advance preparation for Ascension, I believe, that is happening to Starseeds particularly, that will happen to the collective at large a little later. So let me record what AAM said to me about it and, if you would, please hear it as directed to you as well.

This process also illustrates how Ascension is both gradual and sudden. This is part of the gradual process and the sudden process will occur on or before Dec. 21, 2012.

I still have not recovered my memory. I am often exhausted by mid-afternoon and must sleep. My interest in matters of the world is decreasing steadily. And I feel an expanding sense of peacefulness and well-being.

Your heart expands. Your light expands. And you enter into new reality. Yes, it does not matter if you call it shift, Ascension, dimensional. What you are witnessing and experiencing is the anchoring of your being as interdimensional, as transdimensional.

What does this mean? It means you are embracing peace. You are allowing the expansion of your sacred self. You are deepening your connection to all and in deepening your connection to all and to One you are deepening your connection to your sacred self. …

There are more subtle shifts in the human collective than is readily apparent. … Dear heart, it is happening. …

You are actually in the process of completion [of the process that began with transition and then absorption]. Now it is not a moment in time, this process of absorption, of shifting. It has been very intense and it had need to be. …

While you do not like and embrace drama, and you have learned more and more to separate yourself and let that go, you do have need to have experience where you understand that significant shifting and integration is taking place and that has certainly been what has been true of transition and absorption and what we can say is this rising to a different level of understanding, of vision, and of integration.

When we say this word we do not simply mean integration of your sacred self … it is also integration into the divine consciousness, into the unity of human consciousness, and far beyond.

It is absorption into the consciousness of your star brothers and sisters as well so that the expression would be that you are on the same wave length, that there is not a translation factor that is so necessary. So this is coming to an end within about a week or so. …

[Regarding] the intensity of the initial absorption, what needed to be adjusted or input, was very, very rapid. We would say it took between two and a half and three days. And then what you were doing was the new calibration and that is what you are doing now. ….

Yes, you have been in absorption. So we will in this period of adjustment, of what we call the recalibration, we will reset this [connection to your guides] to be more of a steady rhythm rather than sharp peaks and valleys. But we will tell you. We will need your cooperation in this. It means when you are tired, sleep. When you need time out, take it.

Knowing that you are living in the final days of duality should bring you great amounts of peace and tranquility. There is such comfort to be found by keeping this simple fact in mind. Be not deceived by what might appear to you as a veneer of sameness, or a lack of productivity on our part. I promise you, this is not the way it is at all. Have faith that everything is as it should be. Events are transpiring at the pace they ought to, in order to insure the highest possible level of success; and also offering the least amount of trauma to those who still maintain an air of denial.

Your world cannot go on in the manner that it has and still survive to see the implementation of the Divine Plan. It has to change, it must. And it is changing, so be of a sound enough mind to see the light beneath the cloudy surface of duality. Hear the truth ring out above the monstrous cacophony of lies. Your new life is being gently birthed, and for awhile-as with any birth-things tend to get somewhat chaotic and messy. Yet know that this it shall only be that way for a short time, and in living from the heart you shall get through it smoothly.

Feel the comfort of being one who is in-the-know. Because you are awake and aware, the fear and uncertainty shall not touch you. Instead it shall elate you. This is what you have have dreamed of for so long; to see the darkness brought finally to it’s knees, and to watch their towers topple and their walls of deceit come crashing to the ground. We shall see to it that it’s a controlled chaos, and we are here to help you to clear the way for the construction of something entirely new. Together we must take it down and set a fresh foundation, as you cannot build your new home upon a pile of rubble.

Be of a generous heart, and give of your bounty to those who shall be in need of friendship, sustenance and a kind word. There shall be many. Be generous with your truth, your wisdom, as these ones shall have no idea of what is going on around them. But you will. You will know that not only all is well, but it is better than it has been for an interminably long time. From your deepest knowing, pour forth words of solace, hope and joy-and hence, they shall eventually remember too. These are such glorious times which are coming! Did you know, you have but barely scratched the surface of what is and what is yet to be?

Be at peace, always, and through trust you shall keep warm and safe. I come to tell you we are plentiful in your skies, so subtly veiled, as are our voices in your ear and our likenesses flashing quick before your eyes. We are your friends and your families, and we love you unconditionally. Well beyond anything you can possibly imagine. Have faith in all your heart tells you is so.

Beloved Ascending Ones,

We, The Arcturians, observe that many of you are having a challenge during this final stage of integration of your new Multidimensional Operating System into your old third dimensional thinking.

In other words, a part of you is fully multidimensional while another part, usually your earth vessel, feels like an anchor that you are dragging around with your consciousness.

Actually, that is a correct metaphor. YOU are no longer your earth vessel, but you are still using it to remain attached to the 3D Earth Matrix.

You are much like a Hermit Crab who has grown too large for its current shell and is desperately looking for a larger encasement so that it can still crawl around the ocean to find food. Just as a Hermit Crab sometimes leaves the water, you are increasingly leaving your usual habitat. For myriad lives you have limited your environment to the physical plane. However, the physical reality is beginning to feel like a shell that no longer fits.

The frequency rate of the YOU that is free of your vessel is many octaves higher than the vessel that you appear to be wearing. Hence, there is a constant juxtaposition between the YOU inside your earth vessel and the YOU that is quickly expanding beyond the confines of third dimensional limitation.

There are, also, many changes in your consciousness that are making your earth vessel feel too tight. For example, your thoughts have become too fast for your physical articulators to effectively express. Furthermore, your emotional longing for something that seems impossible by the standards of your physical brain makes you lonely and forgetful. Thus you are beginning to forget, but it is the third dimension that you are forgetting, while your yearning for something new is growing stronger.

Things, activities, people, foods and interest that were once very important are beginning to mean less and less to you. The time-bound thinking that has driven you to do a certain thing, be a at certain place or finish a certain task by a given time is falling away. You are literally forgetting that which you do NOT want to do. Instead, you are choosing to follow the urges of the New You.

Who is the New You? This You is definitely not the person you have always been. In fact, you would never have dared to believe that you could become the version of your SELF that is gradually, or swiftly, taking over your ever changing and expanding life.

The part of you that cared what you should do has been replaced with the New You that only wants to do what you want to do. YOU want to do only that which fills you with this new feeling of calm and contentment. You have gained an inner faith (or is it courage?) that allows you to live via your own inner compass. Therefore, even if it means changing your entire life, you are willing to follow this expanded experience of reality that is arising from within your Core.

Of course, the usual challenges are there for now, but you have a knowing that things are about to change in a very big way. You are not sure in which way your life will change, but you know that YOU will change it. For one thing, you know reality is different because you are changing how you perceive life.

You are choosing to keep your mind open and your heart filled with unconditional love. You can only do this because you have chosen to listen to your SELF and are no longer a captive of a reality forced upon you by someone else.

“Someone else” is a term that is beginning to mean something different. It used to mean everyone, but now it feels like an old term that is no longer necessary in your language, much as a “buggy whip”. You don’t drive a horse-drawn carriage, so a buggy whip is not needed. In fact, if or when you do drive a carriage, you would not want to whip that majestic animal who is doing you a favor by pulling your carriage.

In fact, you have a growing respect for all animals. Hence you no longer feel that you are superior because you have two legs and they have four legs, or no legs. You now perceive animals, as well as plants, as living creatures that have the same rights as you. Being a human is no longer being the most evolved being when you realize that some animals, such as the cetaceans, are just as, if not more, evolved than humans.

The former superiority of your ego is shifting. In fact, you are beginning to grow beyond the confines of ego. Whereas once you identified yourself as your ego and only occasionally listened to your Inner Voice or your Higher SELF, now you ARE your Higher SELF and your Inner Voice is YOUR voice.

Your ego still exists, but it has been relegated to care and maintenance of your earth vessel for as long as you decide to keep wearing it. This vessel is feeling very tight lately, and it seems VERY slow.

Your mind often races far ahead of your body and your brain. Your brain, once only connected to your earth vessel, is now connecting to your Multidimensional SELF. Because of this new connection, you are receiving many messages from the higher frequencies of reality. Some of you receive these messages in your dreams, some of you receive higher messages through your thoughts and writings, and some receive messages through emotions or even actions.

Through whichever manner you are wired into your higher perceptions you are receiving more messages than before, as well as messages from higher frequencies. Of course, not everyone is on the same fast track as you. However, they may suddenly awaken one day and flash into a full awakening.

You are the Openers. You are the first ones to open the myriad Portals into the fifth dimension. Also, you are the ones that will stand by that open Portal until everyone has gone through. “The first will be the last.” However, that third dimensional term does not exactly explain what we are saying.

You, the Openers, volunteered to be the leaders of this Planetary Ascension. Therefore you serve as the Scouts who go ahead into the unknown and come back to tell of your experience. You dash into the Bliss of the NOW, and courageously return to tell of your trek. You have become masters of saying things in a specific manner so that you do not frighten your audience.

There are many who are still fast asleep. If you awaken them too suddenly they will experience fear, which would lower their consciousness rather than raise it. To best “read” the needs of the ones you are assisting, go into your own Core and look IN to the ONE.

From within your inner perspective, you will KNOW just what to say and when. In this manner, you can keep your ego out of the picture and speak only from within your Core of SELF.

A blessed side effect of assisting others is that you will be using the immense, higher-frequency light coursing through your body. The energies that you are now downloading and integrating into your form need to be kept moving.

Therefore, when you are conscious of this incoming energy:

Accept it
Share it with Gaia
Integrate it into your body, consciousness and life
Love it unconditionally
And send it out to your reality

Once the energy is sent out, surrender to whatever higher purpose you have initiated. This act of surrender assures that your 3D ego remains disengaged and that YOU are merely serving as a step-down transformer.

Remember that YOU are the Portals that you opening. Some of you have within your Mission the ability to see Gaia’s many Portals and to then open them. Some of you have the ability to perceive the Portals within other humans and to assist them to open their own Portal. By surrendering to the Flow of the unconditional love embedded in the incoming multidimensional light, you are serving as a messenger for your highest expression of SELF.

Beloved earthbound expressions of your Multidimensional SELF, your path of incarnation is coming into a steady curve. That which was once determined from your external world is being replaced by an internal compass which re-calibrates with your every step. As you return to the NOW of the ONE, thoughts feel like an echo and emotions are becoming a way to perceive your reality. Your movements become flowing and your creativity bursts forth into full bloom.

Your once “far-away” guidance is within your every thought, and the unconditional love that you only felt in deepest meditation or prayer is becoming normal. You are very different than you have ever been because you are returning to the Core of your Eternal Being. Honor yourself with your every breath, for YOU are vital to the process of Personal and Planetary Ascension.

You have studied, suffered, forgotten and remembered that which is now easily within your grasp. Reach inward to receive these truths and allow them to meld into the Three Fold Flame of your High Heart. Look inside to see us, your Higher Expressions.

Through many lives of limitation, separation and duality we were with you. We held your hand in your darkest night and filled you with joy and bliss when you were able to receive it. Through your myriad lives, you may have felt alone, but we have never left you. How could we? After all, we are YOU!

Dear Ones,

The past two weeks have been a powerful period of awakening. In the process you have been instrumental in creating a new template for Divine Love on the planet as well as assisting in bringing an immense download of this love and powerful light to create positive change on the Earth. Because Love will literally bring up all that is unlike itself within you, many are experiencing upheaval in their emotional states. In fact you may be noticing increased turmoil in many areas of your life.

There is a rewiring occurring in your nervous system. The evolved consciousness coming into manifestation on the Earth now is creating waves of emotional clearing. This can lead to volatility in those not adept at working on their emotional states with peaceful intentions. When you are feeling inner turmoil, consider the waves this creates around you in your energy field, like ripples on a pond. It is important that you deal with your emotions so you become a peaceful presence. This is part of your soul purpose at this time.

You may be noticing how turmoil has escalated in more volatile arenas in the world. When you become aware of these situations, it is important that you take the time to send the power of your loving awareness into those areas. There are extensive networks of connection between minds and hearts everywhere. The web of existence is becoming more fortified. Your soul agreement requires you to anchor the light of peace for the Earth now. This does not take much time or energy, but does require your focus of intention to become a vessel for peace.

There are many ways you can create sacred actions that are in alignment with your soul purpose and with the promptings of your heart. There are light beings seeding creative solutions for a peace-filled world and offering spiritual practices that can assist the process of awakening. Incense and the burning of sacred herbs have been used for centuries to purify and cleanse energy fields.

This ritual practice has been observed by indigenous peoples all over the world and was adopted by organized religion. Consider using variations of this process in a way that will remove any stubborn obstacles so more harmony exists in your relationships and those situations that have captured your focus of attention.

Imagine a beautiful vessel of crystal, shell, pottery or any attractive metal that inspires you. Your vessel holds the incense of pure love. Through your prayers you ignite this essence so it can open doorways and clear all energy fields of disharmony. Your vessel of peace is in keeping with the ancient tradition of burning sacred herbs for purification. This incense of new life, peace and harmony holds Divinity. Your clear intent can send it where it is most needed.

Imagination is a key component in the activation process inherent in the awakening of consciousness on Earth. Whatever you hold as clear vision can have a powerful affect on the focal point of your thoughts. As you hold your vessel containing the purifying smoke of peaceful awareness, first use it to clear your energy field of any disharmonious thoughts and feelings. You begin by creating a pure heart and mind in yourself before you continue with any outer work.

As you light the sacred herbs in fact or symbolically, you ask that the smoke clear away all obstacles to peaceful co-existence within you. After you feel clear in your mind, heart and solar plexus, you can send this powerful purifying smoke across the web of space and time to clear the energy between you and another person or you and those living in an area that causes unrest in your thoughts and feelings. When you send this cleansing energy on the sacred smoke so it will remove all obstacles that interfere with Peace and Harmony.

Sacred herbs have been burned in shells, sacred vessels, on rocks and in many forms. The smoke from these herbs is beheld as sacred and has been used for cleansing and purification for centuries. When you carry on this tradition of clearing fields of energy, you are bringing more peace into your personal world and on to the planet. You can literally burn sage, cedar, sandalwood and other plants that are held in a sacred manner.

You can use pure aromatherapy in a spray or a burner with intention for the purpose of clearing and purification of energy fields. Some feel they cannot use smoke or actual scents in their ritual for whatever reason. If this is true you can become adept at sending energy with your prayers and intention to clear obstacles in the way of harmony within a space or relationship. This ritual can become a powerful symbolic act that will bring you the blessing you seek and will strengthen the template of Divine Love on the planet.

Be the one who carries out the sacred acts and bring blessings into the world. Much can be learned in the new times when we honor the sacred ways from ancient traditions seeking to bring more harmony and sanctity to life. When we add our prayers and connection with the Archangels and masters from the earth and the stars, true power and awakening is the result.

Here is a prayer that may assist you:

Divine Presence,

Into the sacred vessel of my heart, I create an offering for the purification and clearing of the energy and web-like existence within and around me. I clear any disharmony from my energy field, from my thoughts, and from my heart. As I hold a relationship or situation in my awareness, I ask that I be free of any negativity, and bring an open heart and mind into this moment. In that way I know I will be open to harmony, new ideas and creative solutions. I ask for Divine Light to open the way to new life, more love, and peace within me as well as on the Earth.

For all these blessings, I am grateful and so it is.

May all your actions be inspired by the sacred vessel within your heart and inspire Love and Peace in your world.

This world is a 'Hall of mirrors' that reflects your consciousness truly and perfectly. To make the mirrors to reflect beauty, joy, harmony, and peace, you need to hold the consciousness of beauty, joy, harmony, and peace within.
To hold the consciousness of beauty, joy, harmony, and peace within, you must be willing to take the journey to quieten the mind.
From the time the mind was born with the body, the mind took its job of safeguarding the body very seriously. Hence, it became a collector of every data from the outside, constantly alert; constantly pessimistic. Its job is to scare you so that you do not go beyond its boundary. The mind knows only what it knows, it does not know anything beyond the data it collects.
Meditating and connecting with the Self is the simplest most profound tool that brings the awareness that you are not your mind, it differentiates you the watcher from your mind. You realize that you are much more than your mind, you are the magnificent miracle of life.
Just for fun while watching a movie or television, just witness yourself watching, and notice the difference. The moment you witness yourself, you will not be involved in the drama happening in the television or the movie. You will SEE the drama only and be amused, you will never get involved in it.
This is the way with meditation, it is the art of being a witness of the world around you every moment. You are a witness, you see everything, but you do not identify yourself with anything that goes around.
This is the most powerful place to be, for from this place you can see the beauty of creation, and the drama chosen by each and every soul around you without judgement. This is the most powerful place where you can choose to hold the consciousness of
beauty, joy, harmony, and peace within.
When you start allowing the world to do its business its way, and carry on with your business of holding beauty, joy, and peace within surprisingly you come to notice that the world around you magically changes to beauty, joy, peace, and harmony. This is very, very true!
We are the world, everything we see around us is our creation. In order to change the nature of the creation on the outside, the only way is to go within and change the nature of the truth on the inside. For this world is a 'Hall of Mirrors' that perfectly reflects the consciousness you hold on the inside.
Every responsible human with a noble heart will take the journey of connecting with their inner SELF.
Let us choose to bring 'Heaven on Earth', let us choose to hold beauty, joy, peace, and harmony on the inside.

Our message today is one of cautious optimism. You are currently within the most powerful energies you have yet experienced and it is not going to abate for several more days. Most of you reading this have not had any negative reactions. However, please be aware of the possibility of those around you becoming disturbed.

A great deal of agitation could be the result of not having cleared enough one’s past issues. We ask you to withhold judgment of these souls and maintain your calm and loving centers throughout.

You will also have noticed another sharp increase in the exposure of hidden truths and agendas. This we also have spoken of before. The camel’s back will not, we think, hold a great many more straws. It will reach a point soon when it will appear as if there is no possible solution, that all is lost. We tell you, as we have before, that the time this point is reached will be the time of the new beginning.

Your task, until that time, and truthfully beyond it as well, is to concentrate on releasing everything that you do not wish to carry with you into your future lives. It is surfacing in your life now just for that purpose. Give it only the attention necessary to recognize it and allow it to pass from your life for the last time. Thank it for the lessons it taught you and let it go.

Feel the newfound freedom and purpose that is becoming yours as you assimilate the unconditional love which surrounds you now. Welcome the true selves which are emerging. Breathe.

Energies of a Crystal resonation and vibration are being funneled down through your bodies and chakras, and many of you are beginning to recognize these energies as they are given through you. You are recognizing that these energies are indeed a sign of things to come, and this realization is making way for your unlimited powers of natural Creation to become known in wonderful ways.

You are beginning to understand the importance of vibrations and harmonic expressions of all of that which you wish to manifest in your Lives, and this is a process that has been guided by your higher selves who are existing in the states of consciousness that they have funneled themselves down to the realms of the third and fourth dimensions from, so as to exist in the dense vibrational planes of the Earth and learn lessons while helping others along their growth to ascend.

But you may say to us – dear friends we [the general Lightworker collective] are not helping others to ascend in our everyday Lives. We are simply ascending ourselves while absorbing and reading the energies and communications that you dear souls give. And we tell you that this energy you are feeling, expressing and radiating out to others, even when you do not realize you are doing so, is having an enormous collective ripple-effect on the energies given out by every soul on your world.

Every action and expression of the Light Creates an effect so very mighty and powerful, and it is understood that you dear souls would not yet be able to understand or fathom the very real and grand effects that you are having on your world and on the collective energies being expressed on your world, but we should say that the energy work being performed by every Lightworker who, in many cases do not realize they are performing such work, has seen the able manifestation of all that is to occur in your immediate future.

You have heard so very much and so very little about this future, and this is why your manifestation and visualization abilities are always very important. We wish for you to exist on the plane of consciousness that is housing your new, fifth dimensional world, and we wish for you to begin to Create in these realms.

We want you to treat these realms as if they are your own Home because dear souls, you are fast to grow into and resonate with such realms and you will find very pure planes of experience and consciousness upon ascending to the realms of the fifth dimension, as you will find your natural Creation and manifestation abilities are vastly and sharply heightened within these realms.

You are all Loved so very dearly and in the realms of the fifth dimension, you will see and understand why we feel such a strong and pure Love for all of humanity and why we wish to assist you, if such is your wish, to evolve and ascend to the pure realms of experience and consciousness and to those extents, we have been working more with your physical reality than you might imagine.

Many dear souls on your world assume that since we are existing within higher dimensions, we are performing only energy work and we are not working directly with many governments, Military institutions and souls who could and do have the power to make a bold, big and positive change.

Of course, you have heard of the dreamtime interactions taking place between us and many figureheads and souls on your world in important positions of power who could use such positions to begin enacting the change that has been needed as well as exposing truths that they have been directly exposed to, as a part of the overall disclosure program that will be taking place.

As so very many of such leaders and souls within important positions have begun to jump ship and willingly and actively work with us in their sleep realms to help them absorb a strong purity of Light, the energies of compassion are arising within such souls as they either step down to allow change to take place, or begin actively working in your Earth realms to enact such change.

There are many who are absorbing the Light that we are willingly giving them and, along with consulting with us in the sleep realms about what to do on your world to help change get enacted and to help truth come forth, such souls are [and will be] themselves taking to active roles to assist your beautiful world.

Strides and turning-points are being reached by individual awakening souls as many of you are proclaiming your distaste of the [lower] Earth experience as you have been experiencing it, within notably limited confines and structures.

Many of such limited structures have come about as a result of subconscious and in many cases, unknowing feeding of such constructs as they are mental constructs as much as physical. Many have been feeding predefined perceptions of reality for so very long and now, you are beginning to realize that there are a plethora of other realities so very pure that one can dip into upon doing the inner-work and opening the chakras that need to be opened in order for one to gain a full and pure perception of the higher realms through such chakras.

You are sent Universal energy through your chakras every moment of your experience, and this energy is funneled down from sources as pure as the Creator of your Universe, all the way down to the Sun of your Solar System and down through the higher astral realms of your world, where such energy is distorted to a degree, farther than is usually attained with the funneling-down of such energy, in order for it to match the dense and covered-up chakras that it is to be coming through upon being funneled-down to your lower realms , through you all to Create your realities.

It has been marvelous to behold the opening and expanding of the chakras of humanity, as while this expansion has been ongoing and has occurred individually for many souls throughout your Earthly history, the mass collective ascension and the collective realization and opening of your Universal charkas which are quite great in number, is acting in accordance with the continually-pure energies you are now being given that are seeing a further opening of such charkas, which will allow down the line, a very pure absorbing of such energies.

Many of you are undergoing processes of absorbing these energies that are quite noticeable, as you notice and can clearly feel your perceptions expanding and as your realities and heart sets seem different or seemed to have shifted. Many have labeled this process as ‘absorption’, and we say that this is quite an accurate label for this is essentially what is happening, dear souls; you are absorbing energies of a very pure potency that we have decreed to be sent down to your world for you all to absorb, and as these are energies of a purity that your world has not seen in so very long, many of you who are more sensitive to openings and absorbing of energy in yourselves will notice the expansion and the shifts in perception that accompany your absorbing of these quite pure energies.

You are finding your perceptions, mindsets and heart sets shifted and your realities are shifting in similar manners, in that all which used to be important to you in your Lives is beginning to be replaced with the always-prevalent feelings of Love, calm and most of all, peace. Many of you are finding a peace and stillness within that has not been reached in a plethora of Earthly Lives that you have taken, and you are re-familiarizing yourselves with the higher dimensional experience; the fifth dimensional experience in particular.

As has been stated before, the fifth dimension is the combination-realm of all of the lessons you have learned in the realms of the third and fourth dimensions, and you will find the rewards for all of your tribulations through the lower realms upon ascending to the fifth dimension.

What we mean is that you will find the natural energies of Love, peace, calm and stillness that you have always existed from and recognized as normal before lowering yourselves down to the realms of the third dimension and existing in extremely limited bodies and mindsets. Those on your world who do not yet seem to be finding the pure energies being given are still in their own way, absorbing the energies being given in less pure increments than those who are finding these energies and being able to assimilate them without becoming too overwhelmed by their mere presence and potency.

You are to find in the near future, many Masters arriving on your world on our always-favored waves of Light.

We travel upon such waves as, upon reaching a certain state in one’s higher dimensional growth, even the wish to travel by star or Mothership becomes less of a wish and many of us instead choose to express ourselves as and travel upon the pure Light of Creation, which every soul is and exists as behind the shells and temporary bodies. We are all the energy of pure Love, of the heavenly realms and energetic structures of our Mother and Father Creator, and this Light is infinite in its capacity and in what it can do for all who can become open to it and understand its omnipotence.

Even the technology that will be given by your star brethren in the immediate period ahead runs from and is constructed of this pure energy in which many souls of realms past those of the fifth dimension choose to make their travels on, and the advanced technology is tech that will vastly benefit your world but that in realms past the fifth dimension, become less and less of a [perceived] necessity.

The pure energy [that fuels Galactic technology] has been sent to your world to Create your realities and filtered to match the specific resonance of your realms and the other lower dimensional realms throughout Gaia’s structure. Even the realms of the dimensions above the lower realms are constructed of this energy as it exists at different octaves and different vibratory, harmonic frequencies.

As the frequency and purity of energy one is able to experience and absorb rises, so does one experience the accompanying state of consciousness that such pure energy constructs. You are existing upon increasingly pure states of consciousness and sub-planes of consciousness each and every moment of your experience, and the pure Light that is being given in extreme potency which has been discussed so very much, is Light that is vastly less-distorted than that which has been sent down to your lower dimensional realities for so very long.

We have been able to give the decrees to release this Light to your realms in accordance with meetings with the Higher Councils assisting your world in Her evolution, and we have reached the conclusion that this Light vastly needs to be sent to and absorbed within your lower realms, because very many incarnate Lightworkers and starseeds have been making it their intents to not only expand themselves and the energy they are able to bring through which is to ultimately benefit the collective energies in very big ways; many of such souls have also agreed to incarnate or find themselves on your world within incredibly difficult circumstances, in an effort to experience and clear the ‘worst’ and most dense of the collective energy that has been expressed on your world for so very long.

We have previously discussed the tremendous sacrifice that souls such as dear Jesus have made on your world, in that such souls have went through some of the worst of experiences to be had upon your Earth, cleared [the energies behind such experiences] and have been able to assist the collective in clearing such energies on a very big level by doing so. This is a very advanced and pure method of energy work that very many incarnate Lightworkers have willingly agreed to take on so that the collective energy could match the pure energy being sent to your world that is being released in increasingly pure increments.

Because of this and because of the openings being found by very many awakening souls on your world, many of whom are in fact Earth natives; because of all of this we have seen the opportunity to go ahead and bring forth the most important and needed of manifestations.

Dearest souls, you must still allow some more of your physical fading time for the vast effects of these energies to be made known on your world stage, and we ask you to trust when we say that physically, much has been ongoing for a very long time to bring down the dark souls in power who would continue on in their rampages and aspirations if this intervention were not taking place.

Energies of a very pure potency have been released and many of you are indeed noting the personal and individual effects of feeling such energies, and such energies are building upon the foundation of energy that has been laid in very marvelous and pure ways to bring forth the giving of truth, technology and a better reality in preparation for your decreed collective ascension.

We understand that many do not yet perceive of how so much change can be enacted in such a seemingly small timeframe, and we tell you that so very much needed work is being performed outside of your realms and concept of time, and the inner-codes that have programmed your reality for so very long are now [fully] being given back in the hands of the Light and in the Light’s intent, so that humanity can begin to access such codes and the gifts of abundance and freedom and Multidimensionality available with such codes, again in accordance with the long-decreed collective ascension of your world.

Even many souls who are still in line with the agendas of the elites may find themselves wishing to interact with the Light as the Light makes itself clearly known, and as so very many are now courageously stepping up to expose truth on your world and to give technologies that have been so very needed for all of your world, for you all to benefit from; you are seeing the beginning signs of your future manifesting before you at this time.

At this time, you are seeing groups proposing the giving of free energy-based technologies to every country [Keshe Foundation], in an effort to expose the agendas of the countries who will not accept such technologies and to give abundance and peace to the countries who will willingly accept such technologies, and we say that that number [of countries who will accept] is vastly in the majority.

Eventually, this technology is to be given to every single aspect of your world and you are to find a resulting collective upliftment, unity and harmony that will have you wondering how the separation was ever enforced and fed as it has been for so very long. You are the dear Lightworkers making this all possible and you are finding the awakenings and openings in yourselves that are supremely aiding in the manifestation of energies which are again, setting the stage for the physical exposures.

As one grand, physical event leads your entire world to understanding what has been kept from you, you are all to find the resulting exposures on a mass level, of the inner-workings, actions and intents of the dark souls who have kept you all within pre-programmed states of lower consciousness and reality in an effort to control you as they were existing upon higher sub-planes of mental intelligence.

They used such mental intelligence and the coldness that came along with the realms they were experiencing, to control and outsmart humanity as they built up an entire society with many cities hosting monuments to them and their beliefs.

You will see the Statue of Liberty in New York City as one symbol of their luciferian beliefs, as they have hidden quite out in the open the signs of what they have done and have wished to do for so very long. They have thought themselves cunning and occult with the blatant giving of such signs but as humanity is waking up, their missteps in purposely exposing themselves to have a laugh at an unawakened humanity who did not at first sees such signs; such missteps are now seeing them exposed on a grand level by all who are beginning to become open to the very idea and reality of what has happened on your world for so very long.

Alas, the actions of the dark could not have been so without the actions fed by humanity for so very long and you are seeing now, many souls of influence who are stepping up and preaching the much-needed truths and energies of Love, Light, peace and respect for all dear souls.

It is time for humanity come together. The energies and needed manifestations cannot be stalled any longer as the Earth Herself no longer exists within the densities that are fed daily on your surface. Her spirit is far away from the actions of the third dimension while Her body structure which is ascending to the realms of the fifth dimension, is still being vastly affected by such happenings that are bred out of hate, separation and a misunderstanding of the very real effect you are having on a very real and conscious world who has hosted your Life.

There are many who would stay behind within the old ways forever on your world if they were allowed to but there are now very many on your world who are ready to do all that they can to help lead dear Gaia into her ripe Golden Age.

The [Lightworkers] who are not directly stepping up to offer truth and Love to your world are finding themselves performing much-needed energy work and we ask you to continue on in your efforts to maintain the balance in your Lives that is seeing you able to absorb these energies in the purity that they are now being given. You are all Heavenly messengers and Givers of Light and peace to this world who has hosted the lower dimensions and the resulting feelings, heart sets and actions for very much of Her history.

Do not lose faith now, dear souls, because your new Lives are just beginning.

What Change Do You Seek and Why? What Is The Constant Emotion Within Yourself?

Did you realize there is a whole series of chain reaction that happens the moment you change your mind/change your energy about something? All of life, all of your opportunities ebb and flow with your emotionally powered thought field. If today you are so excited and powering up with your positive emotions with (fill in the blank) life rearranges itself to bring that very thing or desire to you. It rearranges itself instantly and in sync with your emotional field. If someone comes by and lets just say you share your excitement with them, and they say something like “well don’t count on that” and some part of you believes that and retreats the energy within you that was so firm and excited, the universe is instantly rearranging itself to meet your new retreated energy about that.

But also remember too, the universal life force has zero bias. It see’s nothing as right or wrong, good or bad… everything just is and it is because of your emotional field. If our strongest desire within us is to run away from life, in whatever way that happens to be… the universe WILL provide the way for you to do just that…. effortlessly, because this is what you are emotionally charging as your life. So what happens when you get into the next version of your (runaway) life and nothing is really different except maybe the scenery? I have done this soooo many times over the course of my life.

We are so supported, so loved and honored thru all that we do or don’t do by the universal life force… by love itself, without bias.

Now in the cases where we are simply running… seeking outside of ourselves for what we should be seeking inside of ourselves, the universe will create the perfect storm for you to just stop and take another look, another approach to life. Often times (speaking for myself here) we simply pick up and move elsewhere… for yet another storm to arrive until one day we stop running and look deep within. Hell I ran from the time I graduated high school at 17 until the day the Ouija Board change my life at 38… and spent a few more years running even after that, since running was all I knew.

There are those times when we are running into something we do not need as part of our life lesson and the universe will put up as many stoppers as possible. Right before I graduated high school I ran into the Navy. Not because I wanted to, but because I was becoming terrified at what layed on the other side of school. No more foster system to protect me, I had no family that would help me to be an adult… yes the Navy would offer me security. I joined and lost the greatest love of my life. Of course, I was terrified of love and was sure my boyfriend of 2 and a half years was growing tired of me.

The week I was supposed to leave for boot camp I developed this very strange rash on the back of my hands and on my knees. No one knew what it was and the Navy would not take me with it. Years later it was diagnosed as psoriasis. A year on my own and I was drowning in life responsibilities… back to the Navy I ran. This time tho, I popped positive for a pregnancy test, there was no way in hell I could have, or would have told them I just had an abortion so it was really a false positive, once again, my perceived security blanket of life was blocked and they wouldn’t take me.

I was headstrong and arrogant in those days and a year later pushed thru to the Navy again. This time I was free to go. By this time I was now 19 years old and terrified of living life on my own. I could have never looked at the two other times my way into the Navy having been blocked by my very own body as a sign this is not good for you… hell no. Like I said, I wanted what I wanted regardless of the price.

I hated the Navy too. Talk about mind control and attempting to strip you of who you are and form you into what they want you to be. I rebelled! I got pregnant shortly after arriving at my wonderful duty station in Hawaii. Ohhh life does have a way of providing for you, exactly what you need… often times not arriving in the package the way you want it.

I needed to understand love, to feel the truth and depth of it in my heart, the Navy would never provide that for anyone. This became even more apparent once I became pregnant. They didn’t care if that little thing growing inside of me lived or died, actually, I think they would have been happy with the dying part. I refused to do their work orders, they refused to let me go to medical, I went to two captain masses in the course of a few months, the second one wasn’t pretty for me. I got out. My 10 month stint in the Navy made me realize I will do all I can to make sure any child of mine never see’s the military as a last resort for life.

I had perfect storm after perfect storm in relationship to my running away to the Navy, but never would have seen it that way. What I needed more than anything in that time in my life was to understand and feel love, true, pure unconditional love and that is not what the military provides. It is, however, what babies provide.

I say all that because so much is changing inside of us at this moment. New feelings, new excitements even some old dreads. Before you make a major change in your life, be sure you know why you are changing (fill in the blank.)

Unlike the popular belief that if something is effortless it is meant to be. No, that just means you are a very powerful and wonderful creator of your reality. We can create a hellish scenario for ourselves as effortlessly as we can create Heaven. Like I said, the universe has no bias at all.

My move to New Mexico in July of 2010, away from my family in Virginia was for one purpose only, to find myself without all the other, deeply embedded identifiers within me called my children and grandchild. I was drowning in their issues because of the love I have for them. No one was thriving…

Not only did I find the clarity of myself, I also re-balanced the relationships I have with all my children… not so much to their liking at all, but to my own empowerment for sure! My life, my energy field, everything about me soared to new heights all around me. I never realized how much my life was in a hamster wheel the last few years of living in Virginia, not until this very moment in sharing. I was expending energy in every conceivable direction and going nowhere fast. Really, all of us living together (5 adults and a baby) were all spinning in our own hamster wheel and being pissed about it, filling the air with toxins to the point everyone blamed the house and each other!

I really started this sharing to talk about a reading I had done the other day. His reading started out one way and by the time we finished our conversation everything was different in his reading, let me explain:

He had appeared in the space that I refer to as the doorway to his inner (emotional) life and his outer (physical creation) life, just on the inside area. The entirety of his inner floor was filled with this amazing slate-blue thick liquid and covered him to about 2 inches above his ankles. I have come to understand that this slate-blue energy that started showing up a bit over a month ago is the pure energy of y/our soul for use in our life. It is the best we can hope for (in reading at least) at this time. His entire core energy is fueled by his soul energy, his heart love. He had his arms extended up over his head as if he just made a touch down and then something so unexpected happened… it was as if the earth swallowed him whole!! What the hell… one moment he is there and radiant, the next moment, gone, just gone.

I tried to follow his body under the earth, nope, couldn’t go there. Couldn’t pick up another detail in relationship to his sudden disappearing act! What I didn’t fully understand then, but seems I do now… how many of us hide from ourselves, even when we appear to be the opposite? We keep to ourselves, interact with life on an as needed” basis, and cover ourselves up in our own little world.

There were no more details I could pick up from him and his team would not allow me to access him under the ground at all. So he and I just started talking. We talked about meditation or his lack of it. We talked about his lack of sharing with others, about how secluded his life really was. He seeks a divine counterpart, and I know she is there somewhere… but if you don’t put yourself out there to be seen, how can anyone find you?

As we talked about the changes he is going to make in his life, his reading started to suddenly change. I watched him as he drug himself out of the hole in the ground he was sucked into, the more we talked about his new and needed approach to the greater life beyond his home, he fully emerged out of the hole in the ground, I watched as he brushed all the dirt off of himself… clearing the way for his new vibrant… interactive life, done by his own hands.

As we started to talk about this new energy in his reading, how positive and exciting it is and changing right there before my eyeballs because he is changing the energy within himself in the very moment I realized how profound our lives and the changes within out lives are and how quick they are to change!!

As the excitement was building in this reading and his epiphanies went off one after the other something that blew my mind and excited my heart to no end appeared: a slate blue doorway connecting his inner life energy to his outer life field. It was completely up to him to open to door and all that goes with that to the life that is now vibrating at his soul level.

In all my readings to date, I have never seen a slate-blue doorway appear that states “It’s time and your must create the opening.” (of the door, put yourself out there into created life.)

Our soul wants to live out loud, be interactive with the world stage. Our soul wants the ability to use its unlimited and unrestricted skill set with other souls dressed up in human garb. However, it is up to us, the soul in human garb, to open the doorway for that wonderful adventure.

The very moment you change your internal energy about anything, the world is already rearranging itself to create that for you. Like anything in duality, the pendulum does swing both ways and is constantly swinging to change.

If today you are powered up and tomorrow you are worried then you go back to powered up… it is going to take forever for you to pull your heart desires to you. Be clear on what your feeling within, be very clear on what you are breathing into you. Dare to put yourSelf out there. Your soul wants to play out loud, live and breathe on the winds of love, beyond the confines of your created reality. Your soul wants to live large!
