So, what we have to do is flatten the curve to avoid the peak demands,” EU president Ursula von der Leyen said. “We will propose a mandatory target for reducing electricity use at peak hours, and we will work very closely with the member states to achieve this.”
Von der Leyen used the infamous COVID expression “flatten the curve” when describing how to tackle energy challenges created by Russian manipulation, climate change and insufficient nuclear energy.
“Smart-saving of electricity” will be implemented right away to limit the amount of electricity people can use during peak hours. It’s anyone’s guess how long these measures will be in place, but Shell predicted that gas shortages for Europeans will continue for years to come.
“These are tough times, and they’re not over soon, but I am convinced that Europeans have the economic strength, the political will and unity to keep the upper hand.”

The initial tranche of discovery, released on Aug. 31, revealed that more than 50 government officials across a dozen agencies were involved in applying pressure to social media companies to censor users.
But some of the officials refused to provide any answers or answer all questions posed by the plaintiffs. Among them: Fauci, who serves as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden.

“The risk of that is de-industrialization and severe risk of fundamental social unrest.”
Like a number of other EU leaders, who are rapidly diverging from Brussels bureaucrats on the path forward, the Belgium leader warns against unilateral action against Russia, urging
“I honestly do not see any other choice than doing market interventions,” De Croo said.
“We don’t get a second chance to prove as 450 million Europeans that we take things in our hands. What you are seeing today is a massive drainage of prosperity out of the European Union.”

Norway’s BankID system, which has become a form of digital ID, has launched a new app that is biometrically capable.
BankID works with all banks in Norway and is currently used by 4.3 million people, out of a population of 5.5 million.
The partnership with OneSpan will provide BankID with additional features like additional security, help Norwegian banks meet compliance standards, and prepare BankID for international use.

From the world-wide news I read it seems there is global market crash in process. Currently the bank are switching over to the new Quantum Financial System (QFS) via StarLink. Should be in place by October. Lots of fiscal changes coming.

"The Nord Stream pipelines (1 and 2) which supply Russian gas throughout Europe have suffered ‘unprecedented’ damage and are now leaking into the Baltic Sea in waters off Denmark amid suspicions of sabotage.
In February 2022, Victoria Nuland, Under Secretary of State said: "If Russia invades Ukraine, one way or another, Nord Stream 2 will not move forward." I have come to the realization that the leadership class of this country has been hijacked by evil characters beyond our imagination. That shouldn't surprise anyone based on what we have witnessed in the past three years. Death (by plague), famine (destruction of food processing plants), and war (incoming). Russia has the means but not the motivation to sabotage their own pipelines. They can simply close the valve. Who else has the means (submarines) and the motivation? This is not a declaration of war against Russia; it is a declaration of war against Europe. It could take months or even years to fix the extensive damage caused. This was done to prevent any possibility of Europe (Germany in particular) making deals with Russia. Who gains most from Nord Stream sabotage?
Baltics, Finland, Ukraine and US all have logical incentive to damage the pipelines, albeit with huge political, strategic and security risks
The US has long opposed NATO’s (especially Germany’s) dependence on Russian, formerly Soviet, natural gas. The United States, in fact, used export controls to block the original Yamal pipeline in the 1980s, believing the threat of a Russian cutoff would alter Europe’s political decisions.
As recently as 2018, then-president Donald Trump warned the Europeans at the UN General Assembly of the potential for a Russian energy cutoff. There is video of the German delegation to UNGA appearing to mock Mr. Trump. Then came Ukraine and severe cutbacks in the delivery of Russian natural gas to Europe.
