I often dislike the music involved with meditation circles.... I can be very picky when it comes to what I would consider relaxing music... I often become distracted by how awful i think the sound of an ocean is in the middle of a room.... but thats just me....
A fast of the senses would be ideal for some....
But what about those who are on the other side of the coin.... For a Christian life say, how often is it that an image of the sacred feminine could become so clear in ones mind, and yet so forbidden.... Is it not a sin to feel bad about ones thoughts simply because were not supposed to...???
