Portal Enabled

I've Enabled a Portal here at the Mists of Avalon.

This may or may not be permanent and depends on the Feedback We get from the Membership. This is only to be intended as a Test but I must admit that I do like some of the functionalities that I see with the Stock Portal as I've set it up ATM.

I have to go to Bed now but I'll leave it up for the Evening / Early Morning and check on It when I get into Work in the Morning.

The Link to Jump from the Portal to the Forums are on the Right Side - Second Widget - Or - Members can just Click on the Home Link at the Top left of the Forum Page(s) under the Forum Banner.

When you have time you can add more widgets etc.

We likely will as We go along. That said - You like It I gather ?

Looks cool.

You can also change what category/forum you want displayed in the portal.
Eg. News and Views or Universal Lounge.

So a portal has been opened here...one of many on this planet...

Funny thing I been dreaming about portals in stages like in info about one. Info on what i got if it actually means anything.Posted it some other place but new portal info. They meaning my dreams been persistent until I get it to as it almost seams or post it.

Portal as i dream about them.

  portal to punch threw.
  
  punch threw with a code.
  
  portal has to be anchored.
  
  4 post placed with energy creating it like a square with a staff and made with a clock wise mini circle position to make the post or anchor.
  
  portal made in center of the same motion with like a staff connecting making a portal attaching the 4 corners to make a circle portal having it anchored it down. Clockwise
  
  portal takes lots of power to open like chi as i take it.
  
  I have no clue if its random non meaning dreams but in case it does I am posting it.
  

Hi any way that when the thread shows up on the page that the new post could show up with the original or just show the new post...just to show fresh content rather then the same original post.

Just an idea to help keep the front page fresh!

How about a Like button?

Sounds great Mercuriel. It's good to see you're back.

I'd also like to see a like button.  
At other forums, I've seen concerns that a 'like' system would turn the place into a popularity contest.  I really don't think that's a concern here though, and it would allow us to easily express our gratitude for the content being shared by our fellow members.

The good thing about this is that it would show that people's post had at least been read.And would allow us to see a small contribution as well from people who have joined the Mists for reading only and no posting which would be great
