Partly this is because at certain passages the Quran translations have hardly anything to do with the original. The situation does not improve at all and newer translations aim at imposing certain LORDist world views even more!
This inter alia is why I deny Islamic Theology and its inherent Adamism!
The only resaon why Muhammad "channeled" the Quran in "an Arabic" for a "people who know" (41:3) is that he did not speak any other language than "an Arabic" with hundreds of foreign terms that most Arabs do not even understand!

In our local gazette was an article today "Cathedral Clock Goes Nuts".
Yesterday this clock showed the same time for hours... 7 o'clock... am, pm? No one knows...
Later the day this clock started to run... No one knows why...
