Pentagon Warns To Expect “Radical” Change In US Government Soon

A highly troubling “urgent bulletin” issued earlier today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) states that it has received information from the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) warning to expect a “radical change” in the government of the United States, possibly within the next fortnight, based on information they have received from “highly placed” sources within the Pentagon. According to this MoFA bulletin, GRU intelligence assests were notified by their Pentagon counterparts this past week that President Barack Obama is preparing to invoke the powers given to him under 50 USC Chapter 13 to hold that various American States are now in a “state of insurrection” thus allowing him to invoke the National Emergencies Act under 50 USC § 1621 and invoke the highly controversial “continuity of government” plan for the United States allowing him, in essence, to rule with supreme powers.

Specifically, this bulletin says, Obama will invoke 50 USC § 212 that states: “ the President shall have declared by proclamation that the laws of the United States are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings.”

The specific laws being opposed by these “combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings,” that Obama will outline in his reasoning’s for declaring a state of emergency, this bulletin continues, are the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), otherwise known as Obamacare.

The NDAA is opposed by many US States, this bulletin says, with California joining Alaska and Virginia this past week in passing a law making it illegal to be enforced in their territory, and with many other States, also, preparing to do the same.

The specific portions of the NDAA law being opposed by these US States allows for the indefinite detention without charges or trial of all American citizens and allows for their assassination should Obama order it.

The PPACA (Obamacare) law is, likewise, opposed by over half of the US States and has led to an American “shutdown” this past week that has closed 15% of their government, but has left fully 85% of it still open.

To the specific “combinations too powerful” Obama will cite in his declaration of National Emergency as being needed to be defeated by extraordinary measures, the MoFA says, is a faction of the US House of Representatives popularly known as the Republican Tea Party whom the President and his allies have likened to “hostage takers” and “political terrorists.”

Obama’s greatest fear, and reason(s) for declaring a National State of Emergency, this bulletin continues, was outlined yesterday by his US Treasury Department who released a report yesterday warning of potentially “catastrophic” damage should Congress fail to raise the debt ceiling and prevent the government from defaulting on its debt.

With most state legislatures wrapping up their budget discussions, about half of U.S. states have agreed to go along with an expansion of their Medicaid health insurance programs for the poor under the Affordable Care Act, according to a new analysis.

About 27 states “definitely will not expand (their Medicaid programs) in 2014,” Jenna Stento, senior manager in the health reform practice of Avalere Health, a research and advisory services firm on health policy issues tracking the Affordable Care Act, said in an interview. Six of the 27, including Ohio and Virginia, are still weighing the possibility to expand Medicaid, but Avalere has the half dozen leaning against expansion in its latest tally linked here.

Yesterday was the deadline for states to opt to create health insurance exchanges under Obamacare, and 26 states have declined, meaning the federal government will have to do it. According to Investors Business Daily, this will be an “administrative nightmare” for the Department of Health and Human Services. (Kind of serves Kathleen Sebelius right, eh?)

The federal government will likely be involved in running the ObamaCare exchange in at least 30 states, 26 of which expressly declined to establish state exchanges. One health-policy expert refers to it as an “administrative nightmare” for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Friday was the deadline for a state to let HHS know if it planned to establish a state exchange. Thus far only 18 states and the District of Columbia are planning on doing so.

As of right now only Utah and Florida remain undecided. Utah may still decide to set up a state exchange, but few expect that Florida will. When asked, a spokesman for Florida Gov. Rick Scott directed IBD to a letter Scott sent last month to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius requesting more information on the exchanges and a meeting with Sebelius. Sebelius has not responded to his letter.

Assuming Florida decides not to set up a state exchange, nearly 200 million people, or 64% of the U.S. population, will reside in a state with either a federal exchange or a partnership exchange. Although many of the people in those states such as those on Medicare or who have employer-based coverage will not be getting insurance through an exchange, millions of others will be.

Enrolling them will likely prove a daunting challenge for the federal government.

The Democrats who rammed through this dreadful law assumed every state would roll over and comply. They assumed wrong.

Do they not wish to instill "Obama" into our heads coupling it to "Healthcare"? What an absolute obamanation.. Yeh you read it right. Obamanation. Is this what they are turning us into? This abomination has to stop! I say "No" to anything that is against my wishes.
