Not exactly a fearless report but he makes some points.
I believe we are witness to a major change in the world this year.

As for guns I never liked the idea of having some .
This won't change for me .

    Let states declare bankruptcy

Financial reorganization allowing the breaking of union contracts may be the best way out for someJanuary 31, 2011|By Jeb Bush and Newt Gingrich

    http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2011-01-31/news/bs-ed-state-bankruptcy-20110131_1_municipal-bankruptcy-bankruptcy-option-new-bankruptcy-law

During the 2008 financial crisis, the federal government reacted in a frantic, ad hoc fashion, tapping taxpayers for bailouts galore, running roughshod over the rights of bondholders and catching the American people unaware and unprepared. In contrast, we still have time to prepare for the looming crisis threatening to engulf California, Illinois, New York and other state governments.

The new Congress has the opportunity to prepare a fair, orderly, predictable and lawful approach to help struggling state governments address their financial challenges without resorting to wasteful bailouts. This approach begins with a new chapter in the federal Bankruptcy Code that provides for voluntary bankruptcy by states, a proven option already available to all cities and towns across America.

The figures for next year's budgets are staggering. California, which faces a $25.4 billion budget shortfall, will pay $100,000-plus pensions to more than 12,000 state and municipal retirees this year. A Stanford study puts the state's unfunded pension obligations at more than half a trillion dollars. Illinois has a $15 billion budget deficit, prompting its governor and lame-duck legislature to hike its personal income tax rate by 66 percent. New York, where 73 percent of the government work force is unionized, is staring at a $10 billion deficit.

Authoritarian governments start stockpiling food to fight public anger

Authoritarian governments across the world are aggressively stockpiling food as a buffer against soaring food costs which they fear may stoke popular discontent.

By Ben Farmer in Islamabad 28 Jan 2011

Commodities traders have warned they are seeing the first signs of panic buying from states concerned about the political implications of rising prices for staple crops.
However, the tactic risks simply further pushing up prices, analysts have warned, pushing a spiral of food inflation.
Governments in Asia, the Middle East and North Africa have recently made large food purchases on the open market in the wake of unrest in Tunisia which deposed president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali.
Resentment at food shortages and high prices, as well as repression and corruption, drove the popular uprising which swept away his government.
Youths reportedly chanted "bring us sugar!" in the demonstrations which toppled his regime.

A “Global Political Awakening”? …Guess again.
    By Alex Kochkin

    ....

Somewhere outside of this tangled and tattered web, there are those who are
quietly working toward their own spiritual awakening into their own greater
beingness, whatever descriptors they may use for this. This is what is of greatest
importance now. It will have its greatest effects only if those who are most
attentive to these energetic changes keep their focus. In time it can influence and
catalyze spiritual awakening of many more humans.
The spiritual light grows even as the darkness seems so present in this physical
realm. It is only from this light that new creation is shaped and so is our existence
    as spiritual beings.
In the end it is you, your higher self, and the oneness of true Creation. That is all
    there has ever been.

Well as one of the Californians with a very small pension of around $400 per month losing that is the difference of the electricity bill being paid or not. Our gas for my husbands work is between $300-400 every month and the electricty here is $320 just for last months and we don't have heating or air conditioning, just fans. Since oil has to be imported electricity is very expensive in Hawaii as is gas which is at $3.85 a gallon and still going up. When we first moved here it cost about $27 to fill up the tank and not it is over $50 for the same vehicle. Electricity has also increase quite a bit and the cost for our daughter to ride the school bus has doubled.

One can just imagine what will happen if pensions fail. A revolution in the making. Personally, I think Congress and past presidents should all be required to give up their pensions first!

As we have all come to understand our whole financial global economy is layers upon layers so that those who steal from the people can do so without being seen or held accountable. And although the global economy is tied to Japan there are also other issues at hand here as what happened in Japan is no accident. Remember all of the HAARP signatures over the area that were occurring prior the quake. So WHO and WHY would someone do that? What is the purpose of such a dastardly deed that affects millions - especially in the Northern Hemisphere? Because in truth.. IMPO and others, what happened is a nuclear war event perpetrated by a very small, very evil minority who are attempting to take control of the planet and its economy to force it into a one world government. All of that radiation is going to make many ill and leave them too weak to fight this global take-over.

Now I also recall reading somewhere that some globalists wanted to move south of the equator to avoid radioactive fallout from a future nuclear war. What nuclear war? Even the ETs monitor nuclear missels so where's the nuclear fallout from what nuclear war? Yet, we now have a global nuclear event. Could this be the nuclear war event that some of them planned years in advance?

Does anyone recall how the Bushes and others of their group bought thousands of acres of land in Paraguay?
Bush Family Purchases 100,000 Acre Ranch in Paraguay? http://fromtheleft.wordpress.com/2006/11/29/bush-family-purchases-100000-acres-in-paraguay/

Now this particular location is also important for other reasons (98,842-acre farm in northern Paraguay, between Brazil and Bolivia) as it is this location that has had the least impact from pole shifts for thousands of years. Interesting.

Okay, back to the global economy and how the US is currently in the toilet and what I see as a potential happening from my limited perspective as I am NOT in the loop or in bed with the globalists.

Many recall how when the US invated Kuwait their currency the Kuwait Dinar (KD) was valued at around $3.22 per one KD. The Kuwait Dinar, was reduced to a value of $0.10 on the dollar after the first Gulf War ... The US went in, took their oil and other artifacts.. and after a period of years revalued the KD at $3.40 per one Kuwait Dinar. As oil is the real currency, not paper, this is how they were able to do this. Meanwhile, when the KD was down at 10 cents the US and others tooks advantage of the situation and bought up millions, trillions of KD so that when the KD revalued at the higher rate they ended up with a profit in the tillions of USD. http://www.edinarfinancial.net/history.php

Well, the same thing is going on with Iraq. Prior to United Nations sanctions, the Iraqi dinar traded at $3.35 per one U.S. dollar. Today one can purchase 10,000 Iraqi Dinar for $10. The US is currently holding 3.5 trillion Iraqi Dinar in their basket of currencies. Well we now know that the ID has revalued to a higher rate just like Kuwait did. In fact the rate that is floating around among investors is over $5 + per one Iraqi Dinar. Now logic tells us what happened before with Kuwait is just waiting to happen again with Iraq. In fact, in a very short period of time the US stands to make at a minimum $17.5 trillion dollars which would of course pull it out of the financial hole that it is in and then some...

Jumping onto another train of thought, okay, let's look at all of the oil in the US that has not been used for years, meanwhile the US has been buying oil from the mid-east. Some may recall how Kissinger went to all of the mid-east countries and got the mid-east oil companies to buy US debt in exchange for the US purchasing their oil. Only the US never needed oil from anyone as they have enough of their own oil to last for hundreds of years on their own soil, so why do this?

Seriously, there is no need for the US to have ever gone in debt with all of the oil it has. In fact, there is no reason why oil should not be declared a National resource belonging to the US (and not to any oil companies or producers) where Congress just declares imminent domain and confiscates what oil there is to pay for US expenses and keep the price of oil low for the consumer.. and I mean back a 27 cents a gallon where it was years ago until the oil companies took over the governments of the world. AND THE BIG REALITY IS THAT THERE IS ENOUGH OIL TO FINANCIALLY RUN THIS NATION WITHOUT COLLECTING TAXES! So why screw the little guy?

Logically, there is no reason why the cost of oil should be PRICED HIGHER IN THE US other then for the purpose of sheer manipulation of world population and greed.

As I see it the biggest problem that the US has is that the Congress is the best that corporate money can buy for the benefit of corporate business and screw Main Street, the taxpayer who supports all of this. Well, IMPO, a government shut down would be a good thing if that meant that all of the Senate, Congress and the President didn’t get their paychecks either.

The other problem is how new Congress members get co-opted very quickly and brought into the game plan where they lose sight of why they are there to begin with (TO REPRESENT THEIR CONSTITUANTS! NOT BIG CORPRA GLOBALISTS). It seems that they are too inexperience to know what to do or even have a grasp of the Big Picture.

What I see needs to happen – and won’t due to the mammoth dysfunctional fiscal dinosaur is this.

There are too many laws, too many taxes, too many politicians, too may lawyers and too many insurance companies. Along with that too many people looking for illegal ways to make or take money from others where only a very small part of the population in the world has the majority of money to control.

So I’ve been thinking about his for a very long time and these are some thoughts I’d like to share regarding how to fix the unfixable… get rid of it and start from scratch. The government can’t continue the way that it is because it is the problem.

To start from scratch is to have a Jubilee year where all debt is abolished for all citizens in the US.. and all businesses. Everyone starts off at zero debt.

Next, if there is to be a tax to pay for the infrastructure (roads, schools, public services, health care, etc) have a flat tax for everyone of around 4 percent that goes to the local region. All business pays a flat tax as well as those earning an income above the poverty level. Although I strongly suspect that the oil the US could sell, should sell could very likely eliminate the collection of taxes - PERIOD.

Get rid of insurance companies. There is no need in this new financial model to have ANY insurance companies of any kind as that insurance is based on gambling risks. If the populace is to be taxed there should be enough money from a flat tax along with the money the nation gets from selling its own oil to pay for everything including health care.

The only real laws as a basic foundation that a nation needs can be found in the ten commandments revised versions.

    1. Honor, implement and follow the Constitution of the U.S.

    2. Elimination of Federal government and Federal Reserve to be replaced by local government and Federal bank owned by the government which could also give a loan for homes with only a flat rate of around 5k for purchase instead of the stupid usuory bank interest rates that is drving people into bankruptcy.

    3. Elimination of the election process and move to a lottery where ALL qualified citizens (those who have NO history or evidence of alcohol, drug, sexual abuse, IQ intellectual ability, emotional ability based on psychological testing names are placed in a pool for a national lottery for positions needing to be filled at the government level. Skills are to be assessed prior to name being submitted for selection process for specific offices.

    4. 4 year term limits where selected predecessors at each 2-year marker are training newly selected members. For example, co-presidents. Or president, vice president to take over president position, where it is rotating from VP to P at the two-year interval.

5 “Honor your father and your mother (One is responsible for taking care of their family (the off-spring) along with their elderly parents.)

6 “You shall not murder.” (No war. I mean really, why? Just one little EMP over another nations financial center and voila – business comes to a standstill. What better way to control someone else, including another nation then to control that nations communication abilities, along with their purse strings?)

7 “You shall not commit adultery.” (No screwing around and messing up someone else’s intact family. Actually where I would really go with this is to eliminate porn from Internet, TV, magazines and all of the sexualized advertising as no one can really stop someone else from screwing around but there can be severe consequences for rape and pedophilia. I’m really against the sexualization and exploitation of children and women.)

8 “You shall not steal.” (Anything in business does not go. One must maintain a high level of integrity or the business is dissolved. It’s not about the bottom line but rather about quality of products and services. We all know people buy stock to make money - to pay taxes and live a good life.. or not pay taxes and live a good life. One can live a good life without exploiting others. It is this concept that needs to be deeply embedded within the general psyche because the way it is now is reversed.)

9 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.” (If only business and politicians would engrave this upon their foreheads.)

10 “You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.” (to desire (what belongs to another) inordinately or culpably – meaning just because one wants what someone else has don’t mess up ones own life or someone else’s life because of this desire - get therapy, learn skills and create the a reality that is of benefit to self and others.)

I realize this is an over-simplification of the task at hand but really…

    • No centralized government and localized governing is good
    • Lottery for selection of QUALIFIED candidate instead of very expensive political campaigns is good
    • No taxation of citizens (but flat tax of around 4% for all business net profits) is good
    • Paying off all debt with selling our own oil and providing basic services to US citizens is good
    • No war where innocent people are murdered (and utilizing an EMP) is good
    • Free healthcare is good
    • A strong infrastructure is good
    • No debt is good
    • Elimination of mega business (Pharmaceuticals, Monsanto, Oil) controlling government is good
    • Claiming oil under US eminent domain and using it to pay off the US debt and for the benefit of US citizens is good - Exploitation of others for profit is BAD
    • Elimination of insurance companies is good as services are to be provided by National oil resource revenues
    • Maintaining a balance budget in the black is good

Please feel free to add your own thoughts as we are the ones who need to help create a world that is healthy for those who inhabit this planet.
