I like that statement that it's a chemical weapon not a bioweapon because it takes the emphasis away from microbes and puts it on poisons.

ok.. I am not even going to go into why a poison would NOT be introduced into the drinking water system, you can figure this out for yourself. Only a tiny amount of rational thinking shows it to be an absurd delivery mechanism.
