Oh wow!  This is my first time seeing this thread.  I love the architecture.  I actually had some of the images you've posted saved already.

Though I'm not sure if they're technically Tartarian, here are some other images I have saved that have a similar style:

Some of the images you posted maybe drawings but the people who drew
them certainly remember of that other time, that other place where things were so much closer to harmony.

In Grigori Gabrovoï's book " Resurrection and Eternal Life are now our reality " which I happen to read these days he says something worth mentioning here
chapter 2 level IV
