It is not Heligo Land (like Legoland) but Helig Oland, and this means Holy Island
It was ready a while before Heligoland and I sent it from Westerland, Sylt, to Colin Bennett in London before the Heligoland expedition... I refered to Heisenberg in this essay...

I guess, technically, this was quote from Aiwass.
This is the most confusing part of Crowley's work, I think. It preceded his change of the Emperor and the Star, on the tree of life. Frankly,it makes no sense, (to me anyway).
And what is the double wand?
perhaps a reference to advaita? (in his other hand, was nothing).
