Yes.... you are right Swanny. This is the same person who was predicting an economic disaster a few months back. If China were to use an EMT on us, we would bomb them into the stone age. Of course, that would most likely mean that the entire world falls into that same stone age. I need to be more positive. After posting this I started watching the Moses Code. Yes sir: Just go and do for others without expectations of anything in return.

Bob, I want to thank you for starting this thread. Swanny and burgundia for adding to it. When Bob first started it little did we know all of the undercurrents and the direction this was headed toward. It's scary to see how quickly their societal structure has broken down without power and water. And scary at how little the government is able to assist. This could easily be the US in some high density areas should power and water become an issue. EMP, global earth changes (earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, sink holes, tornados, excessive cold - snow and ice, an invasion) .. sometimes it seems it doesn't take much to change everything in an instant. Lived through a volcanic eruption and two 7.0 quakes. Keeping supplies on hand is essential these days. And I've come to value purified water (our Berkey), canned chili over rice with cheese on top and Egg Flower soup. Did you know that you can freeze eggs for later use in cooking?
Keeping a pantry stocked and rotated is essential in these time and also seeds for growing food. One of those vertical tower grow garden systems can be kept indoors and used to grow lettuce, spinach, strawberries, etc.

We also have a couple of different types of generators. One is powered with solar panels.
I feel so sorry for the people, families and children going through this and pray that the situation will recover sooner then later.
