"In 1940 the Council on Foreign relations identify that Hitler was going to lose the war and that they should work on establishing a NWO in the US and elsewhere.
The cabal comprises of the banking cartel, the oil cartel, big transaction corporations, many of the intelligence agencies CIA FBI NSA and couple of foreign ones MI6, Mossad and a huge slice of the American military. After WWII Operation Paper Clip brought these Nazi scientists to the US under the condition that they were not to be a part of the Nazi party for the military who brought them over paid no attention. They were working on new weapons system but after the Roswell crash on July 4 1947 they changed their focus to back engineering. However Eisenhower wanted to know what was going on and sent out some of his people to find out what they were doing. No president has been in the loop of what has been going on since. The ET file had fallen into the wrong hands. The cabal's end game is the NWO only accountable to themselves. They used the monetary system to crush other nations that used trade agreements that was a transfer of power to the banking cartel. If any provincial government that affects the potential profits of a foreign company that they can sue the government of Canada for loss profits or potential loss profits....
