The fact that the Park Service does NOT keep records of people who go missing is unbelievable, unacceptable, and has to stop. Just because they have never kept these kinds of records or willingly divulged what secret records they do have have, has got to be changed. We are talking gross mismanagement.... that borders on criminal behavior.
