Thank you girlfriends for your insights on this most insightful name.  I was thinking it had rather a Japanese aspect to it which fits in quite well on the karmic road I've been following this lifetime.

Inari is a Shintoïst divinity as well as the name of a lake in Finland.
It's also a type of sushi as well as a Japanese or Finnish first name.

And Maki is  a form of sushi that is rolled.
It is also , a surname of Finnish origin  ( Mäki) as well as a Japanese given name and surname.

Interesting don't you think . These two cultures must have been related one way or another but when ?
