I knew about grounding but never saw this particular documentary before.
I love this as it is so simple.
There is a site I could order some of the devices from which is great.
But whenever I have a chance what I love to do is to walk barefoot if only in my little garden.
No wonder eating raw food gives us so much energy. When you think about it fruits and plants are grounded all the time.

There is a person in our drum circle who swears by grounding everything to earth. Her siblings all have back and arthritis issues and she was starting to but got the grounding system to cover her feet and it makes a very big difference.
