On July 21st of this year, when Space Shuttle Atlantis landed at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida and headed to a museum, we were told that the U.S. no longer had any space-capable vehicles, and that we would have to rely on Russia and other countries to get into orbit and visit the Space Station.
That was a lie.

In actuality, since the late 1980s, the U.S. has contributed to a secret Space Fleet, its program code-named "Solar Warden", and which has now grown to eight cigar-shaped motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small "scout ships".

The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the US Naval Network and Space Operations Command (NNSOC) [formerly Naval Space Command], headquartered in Dahlgren, Virginia. There are approximately 300 personnel at NNSOC's Dahlgren facility.

The Solar Warden Space Fleet's vessels are staffed by Naval Space Cadre officers, whose training has earned them the prestigious 6206-P Space Operations specialty designation, after they have graduated from advanced education at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and earned a Master of Science degree in Space Systems Operations.

Both the Navy and the Marine Corps furnish men and women officers to this program. Jarheads in space? You betcha!

Because of its advanced technological position, the U.S. has been designated by Star Nations to a lead position in providing space security for Earth.
This space-security mission is two-fold.

One part of the Space Fleet's mission is to prevent rogue countries or terrorist groups from using space from which to conduct warfare against other countries or within-country targets. Star Nations has made it quite clear that space is to be used for peaceful purposes only.

The second part of the Space Fleet's mission is to prevent the global-elite control group, the Cabal, from using its orbital weapons systems, including directed-energy beam weapons, to intimidate or attack anyone or any group it wished to bend to its will.

Because the Space Fleet has the job of being Space Policeman within our solar system, its program has been named Solar Warden.

The Space Fleet operates not only with classified U.S. Government authority but also with the secret authority of the United Nations, because the Space Fleet's mission is to protect the entire Earth and all countries.

And the Solar Warden program operates under authorization by Star Nations, the organization of advanced intelligent civilizations in space.

When British civilian Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of "non-terrestrial officers" and "fleet-to-fleet transfers" and a secret program called "Solar Warden", he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed "the biggest military computer hack of all time", and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK.

But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy's Space Fleet. To date the extradition of McKinnon to the U.S. has gone nowhere.

Lest anyone think that the above is an errant flight of fancy, important corroboration of this information is found in the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2012, which just passed the Senate Dec. 15 and awaits the President's signature. Section 912 of that Defense Bill refers to the Secretary of Defense purchasing and taking delivery of "space vehicles".

"Based on classified antigravity research conducted in the 1950s, a fleet of antigravity vehicles were eventually built. Whistleblowers have come forward to describe various classified programs where antigravity principles were used in part or in whole. Part one of this series of articles described various antigravity vehicles such as the TR-3B, the Aurora, and B-2 bomber. Credible researchers and aviation experts were also cited who have confirmed the reality of antigravity technologies and their successful development. "I have been instructed to pass the following information on to you per my dear friend's last request. You must bear with me as the information was relayed to me in his final days while on various medications and a morphine drip. Many words were slurred and his memory was failing, so he referred to a journal at times, which I now have in my possession. He kept dozing and I would have to remind him where he left off. May God rest his soul.

You may come to find the information somewhat shocking and unable to understand as ****** has. I pray the Almighty will look out for the inhabitants of this planet as the coming years will bring much misery. I pass on this information in the hope that you, as an unbiased observer, will make sure the public learns the truth.

All space programs are a cover that exists to deceive the people of this world. We have a space fleet, which is codenamed” Solar Warden.” There were, as of 2005, eight ships, an equivalent to aircraft carriers and forty-three “protectors,” which are space planes. One was lost recently to an accident in Mars' orbit while it was attempting to re-supply the multinational colony within Mars. This base was established in 1964 by American and Soviet teamwork. Not everything is, as it seems.

We have visited all the planets in our solar system, at a distance of course, except Mercury. We have landed on Pluto and a few moons. These ships contain personnel from many countries and have sworn an oath to the World Government, also, known as the Bilderbergers. The technology came from back engineering alien-disc wreckage and at times with alien assistance.

The oil supply on Earth is and always has been renewable. We have known this since 1948 (he may have said 1958). The wars, diseases and oil crisis are just to keep the public from focusing on the real issues of government control and a presence not of this planet. We have the technology to rid the world of oil dependency and hunger, but it would destroy the world’s economies and the profits and control of some of our wealthiest families. I find this horrifying that 20+ families can control our world.

A few world government leaders learned of ALF's, but with the approaching war, it became a low priority. ALF has since been renamed ABE and now EBE. (checks journal) Detlev Bronk came up with the EBE name and it has been used henceforth. These EBE's were first seen around 1937 in Sweden and later Axis and Allied pilots reported seeing balls of light. These were the EBE probes, later called “Foo Fighters” during World War II. The Nazi’s were the first to retrieve a crashed disc in 1939.

These EBE's set up numerous underground bases on our planet to monitor our progress. We have been in contact with four different EBE civilizations. Three are benevolent and unfortunately, one is not. The malevolent EBE's have abducted many of us to help their dying race. We the human population are their experiment. They have made human clones that lack consciences and hybrids. For some reason, we have yet to identify, they are unable to clone themselves. Their intent is to take over this planet and use us as a food source to prolong their lives and as slaves. Factions within our government are even attempting to aide these creatures.

We have been in communication with these, now known, hostile EBE’s since 1953. This was after seventeen more alien-disc crashes and retrievals by our military, along with sixty-eight dead EBEs and body parts from Earthly animals and humans. The outskirts of Laredo, Texas was the location of the last crashed alien-disc. This disc was enormous and could not be transported, so it was buried were it lay and still is to this day. Another survivor was taken prisoner in 1951, and we nicknamed her Lucy, also, known as EBE-2. She confirmed the same information as our first prisoner, Charlie.

I forgot to explain how our prisoner, Charlie, came to be in our control. He was the only survivor from two crash sites. (checks journal) One was south of Roswell, New Mexico on Pine Lodge Farm, and the other near Azteca, New Mexico that our military retrieved in 1947. A civilian found the EBEs. His name was (checks journal) Gerald Anderson and he gave the EBEs water, which they rubbed on their bodies, but they refused food that was offered to them. The military, later, discovered the Pine Lodge Farm crash site and took Mr. Anderson and two of his family members to Roswell’s base for interrogation. They were threatened with death due to the national security issues at that time.

The living EBEs were being taken to Roswell and then transferred to facility YY-ll (I think that’s what he said) at Los Alamos. One of them began having a seizure and died. The three EBE remains were carefully packaged and frozen. Los Alamos was the only facility around that had a freezer that could hold the three bodies. Two Army Air Force personnel stationed at Roswell Army Air Base died within days from exposure when trying to crate the craft's wreckage. We later confirmed it to be from radiation poisoning. Precautions were taken and the EBE bodies and discs were flown to Wright-Patterson.

We learned that the EBE-1, later called Charlie, was an engineer. He had a device attached to his diadem that allowed him to communicate with us. Charlie was deceptive at first. We learned he did not like the temperature below 77 degrees Fahrenheit, so we used that to our advantage and manipulated the heating system to get him to talk. He began to divulge an incredible tale. To this day, we are still not sure if all is true, as it could destroy man's faith in religion and our understanding of this universe.

Their race is from a planet called Seinu and is in the Zeta Reticuli system (this is now their adopted home-?). (I’m trying to get him to tell me, again, where they originally came from) Their birth planet is in the Betelgeuse System, but is now uninhabitable. They were peaceful and traded with another race in a nearby star system. War broke out between them 3900 years ago Earth time (could not understand the name of the race, will ask later). They destroyed their enemy and in the process lost their home due to the use of genetic weapons. All plant and animal life began to die as well as their people. They found that over a few hundred years, the genetic weapons had begun to alter their offspring (? I believe that is what he said) and no longer could they reproduce or eat as they once had. Their physical features changed as well.

They are grayish-white in color with a scaly body and about 3-4½ feet tall. The scales were very tiny similar to a white snake. Teardrop shaped head with large, slanted cat eyes, a large protruding nose and a slit for a mouth. Lips were not seen on the mouth, but they had tiny sharp teeth. The Seinuvians seemed fragile with a thin neck supporting such a large head. They also had two arms with four fingers on each hand that had a suction cup on the end of the fingers. There bodies tapered down their legs to two feet with four toes that had claw nails similar to dog’s nails. When they turned, the entire body turned in unison. I don’t believe they could swivel their heads. (fell asleep)

They began to explore planets in other star systems until they found Seinu, with what remained of their species. As time passed, they discovered Earth and wanted to construct an outpost, but their leaders decided against it for unknown reasons. Charlie did state that they returned many times for the natural resources and to watch the advances of our people. We call them Seinuvians, at least this is what we have learned to call them as we are unable to pronounce their name.

(He jumps back to Lucy) Charlie and Lucy were allowed to see each other, although no words were spoken. We found it rather odd they enjoyed touching each other’s heads. It may be a hug or affection in their terms. (checks journal) We allowed them two hours a day to visit. Some of our scientists and military personnel believed they were able to communicate telepathically, even though they were housed in different buildings within the facility. Our scientists set up experiments to block their telepathic waves and were successful by February of ‘52, using radar. This information was used later to bring down more discs, until they figured out what we were up to and were able to defend against it.

Charlie and Lucy tried to explain that they needed a liquid food source to sustain them. We started out by grinding chicken parts and then blending it with the chicken blood. This made them both ill. We later tried pigs and I believe horses, but eventually found cows suited them the best. Both Lucy and Charlie would rub the blended liquid on their bodies and we could see the liquid being absorbed into their scaly skin. Charlie mentioned the genitals and eyes were a favorite of theirs. (fell asleep)

(After he woke, I reminded him where we left off) Somehow, (I think he said a rouge group within the government allowed) the Seinuvians to know we had Lucy and Charlie, and they wanted them back, but in our arrogance, we refused. The UFO reports in the New Mexico area, at that time, were actually scout ships looking for their survivors. As a warning to show their superiority over us, they began to interfere with our missile and (rocket-?) tests. We nearly had a nuclear explosion in NY, where we housed two nuclear weapons in a well-known university. The Seinuvians triggered the timing mechanism on one of the devices for a few seconds as a warning to us.

(checks journal) After numerous, unsuccessful attempts to intercept the UFO’s with Scorpions and Starfires, we realized that we were in a pickle. We had some recovered technology and weapons systems from the alien-disc wreckage, but we were still in the experimental stages and we didn’t want to tip our hat to them. We did not have the mechanical or scientific understanding to duplicate their technology at that time.

In April of ’52, Charlie began having health problems and died. Lucy was allowed to see his body and began to make high-pitched wailing sounds. She may have been grieving or conducting a ritual. Her health became a concern as well.

Our decision was finally made after a fleet of UFO’s flew over the (checks journal) White House, Capitol Building and the Department of Defense on July 19th, 1952 and, again, on July 25th, 1952. President Truman, finally, ordered the military to make contact to arrange the release of Lucy. Truman, in ’52, asked the CIA and later the NSA to broadcast a message to the Seinuvians that we wanted to discuss a treaty. This became known as Project Sigma and it was successful. In ’53, the military formed “Alpha Teams” to find and retrieve crashed discs and any aliens found at the crash site. This was called Project ------- Project Pounce.

President Eisenhower comes aboard in ’53 as I did. When he realized the threat was real, he contacted the Soviets, British and a few other trustworthy heads of state. Later this became the Bilderberger group. They met to discuss the threat and decided to work on weapons to bring down these creatures. In 1954, Eisenhower met the delegation of Seinuvians at Murdoc in California. Lucy was returned to her people and a treaty was signed to allow the abduction of a few thousand humans for an exchange of technology. A list was to be kept, so we could track these people following their abductions.

By ’55 we realized the Seinuvians had broken the treaty. Tens of thousands of people had been taken, some, multiple times. Others were not returned or found mutilated along with an increase in cattle mutilations. This is when I first learned that cow’s blood is very similar to human blood and can, in emergencies, be used as a substitute. They continued to interfere with our military installations and missile tests.

The Soviet Union and the U.S. had recovered 10 more discs and 27 more bodies. One disc blew up in the air at the Proving Grounds. Some of the alien bodies had autopsies performed on them. We found they did not have a digestive system, just a sac that allowed the storage of the food they absorbed through their scaly skin. Their blood was green in color and gave off an offensive odor. They also did not have kidneys or bladders.

Eisenhower believed the only way to defeat the alien technology was to play along with them until we could defend ourselves against them. By ’56 we had a surprise visit by a second alien group. They were called the Etherians, we called them the handsome people. They were humanoid and tall, probably 6’-3” to 6’- 6” and had athletic bodies. Many of the military men had to be dismissed, as they could not stop staring at the Etherian women. They warned us that the Seinuvians were hostile and were attempting to genetically engineer our race to fit their needs. They would help us if we would destroy all nuclear weapons and attempt to become a peaceful race. We refused and thanked them. They did leave a communication device with us if we changed our minds.

When Kennedy came into office, he was anything but shocked. He knew about the alien presence and the discs we had in our possession. He forced our military to release pieces of the alien technology to companies around the U.S. to back-engineer. The companies were told the technology was from the Soviets or Chinese. He later threatened to disband the CIA if they did not stop the drug trafficking and warned he was going to announce to the American people that aliens were real and felt they were ready for the information to be released. As you know he was murdered. Oswald was not the shooter, nor did he fire a single shot. It was members of the Secret Service and CIA, under orders from the Bilderbergers. Kennedy became the second martyr to date following the murder of James Forrestal. I want it to be known that I did not agree with either murder and was not involved in any way, shape or form and only learned about them after the murders. I truly liked Kennedy; he was an honest man except for his many affairs, which I cannot fault him.

There is much more to disclose to you, but I will leave that to ****** to take care of after my death. I did want to discuss this load of manure called Project Serpo. The true name is Project Serponia. I guess someone shortened it to make it sound more interesting. We did train personnel as astronauts during that time frame, but I do stress that under no circumstance did we exchange our men for theirs. We already knew what they were capable of and would not put our men in harms way. The project was to fool anyone from discovering the truth and lead them on a wild goose chase. You may find it interesting that the group disclosing this false information is only seeking monetary gains and fame. This aviary group and disinformation group are the ringleaders in this charade. I am astonished that no one to date has checked the military background of Victor Martinez.

It’s quite hilarious to see so many gullible people jump at straws. This Ryan fellow is just a patsy that got in the way and has now twisted the events to fit his cult project. Most of the information he has released from the so-called Anon #2 is not even in the Serponia files. I believe he has made them up or has had help from others. This was filmed on location at Conspiracy Con in June 2012 when I ran into Jo Ann Richards who was working behind a booth in the vendor area of the conference. I had been meaning to interview her for a while but never had the chance. I also wanted of course to interview her husband, Mark Richards, as I knew his story from before I got involved in Project Camelot.

Mark Richards was an officer involved in the Dulce Battle as well as very active in the Secret Space Program and U.Space Command for many years prior to his being arrested and convicted of a murder he did not commit. This is a classic case of the government framing someone who they feel may be turning against them from within the military. Some might see parallels in the recent Brockbrader case as well as the case against Michael Riconosuitto who is to this day also in prison in California. You could say all three are guilty of one thing "knowing too much". This the powers that be cannot have and especially if they sense the individual may decide to go rogue.

This is hopefully just the beginning of an investigation into the story of Mark Richards. If things go as planned I will secure an interview with him at the very least via audio sometime very soon.

Government scientists (the secret government) purportedly labored alongside an alien force to work out the sundry ways the general population could be brought under an ultimate totalitarian control that would leave humanity as little more than farm animals to be used for breeding. All of which began with a 1947 treaty signed by President Harry Truman, that set in motion a plan where the ELITE obtained alien technological secrets in exchange for permitting the aliens to abduct human subjects for their diabolical research. In time, the elite would be allowed to survive to become the overlords of the human sheep, under ultimate control of the aliens - like the dogs that watch the sheep on a human farm.
Located almost two miles beneath Archuleta Mesa on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation near Dulce, New Mexico was an installation classified so secret its existence would be one of the most protected realities in the world! There was the Earth's first main joint United States Government/Alien biogenetics laboratory. Others existed in Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona, not to mention in a number of other locations like Afghanistan and Russia - but Dulce (is)/was the largest.

In an era when the officers in charge of the major military units were still part of the generation that looked on young women - potential mothers - as a treasure to be protected, to learn that thousands of young females were being abducted, and even created (cloned, etc.) for use as sex slaves by aliens was simply too much for such men to allow to continue.

The turning point came when National Security Adviser Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski met with President Jimmy Carter in the White House on June 14, 1977 with a number of other intelligence operatives and leaders to bring the President up to speed on a number of top secret programs including ‘Project Aquarius‘ and the work being done at Dulce, Area 51, and other secret bases. Brzezinski, a member of the power elite that backed the 'Grey' cause, never guessed that the President would be so shocked that he would soon turn to trusted military advisors in the military intelligence community for options of how to stop what had been going on.

The National Security Agency (NSA) had been secretly fighting the alien cause and the humans that worked for or with the aliens since it was established in the mid 1950s. Project Aquarius was originally established in 1953 by order of President Eisenhower and under control of NSC and MJ 12. In 1966, the Project's name had been changed from Project Gleem to Project Aquarius, and portions of it went into DEEP COVER, hidden even from the CIA and the NSC. At that point, the NSA had opened Department X (to identify and study all alien or enemy operations that could be a threat to the United States or the Human Race in general), and Department Z (to 'react' and 'neutralize' any sort of threat to the United States or the Human Race).

Under secret Presidential Order, signed by President Jimmy Carter, the NSA's Department Z, the newly established DELTA FORCE, and a specially hand-picked group of Air Force SOC, Navy SEAL, and Army Rangers were organized for a mission so secret that not even command officers were told what it was about until the night of the attack. The only 'Attack Team' leaders who knew what this would be about were the men involved in the NSA Department Z, who had been involved with fighting aliens for years. The commanding officer of the attack was none other than Captain Mark Richards, the son of the infamous "Dutchman", Major Ellis Lloyd Richards, who had been the Commander of International Security (IS) since Admiral Chester W. Nimitz died in 1966.

By 1978, the NSA Department X was warning the human commanders of new programs starting at Dulce that were so frightening that even seasoned men of war were shocked. Thousands of young human females were being ‘created’ in test tubes to be sex slaves for the aliens. But these clones were proving to be less than satisfying for the aliens, because they didn't suffer the same way that once free victims did. They could be engineered to provide better sexual tools for some of the stranger life forms, but they were proving to be nearly mindless, and thus couldn't react with the fear that normal young women could. For that reason, while the clone program would continue, it had been decided that the abduction program would be stepped up - with the forced ‘short-term’ attacks to increase by 1980 to over 100,000 a year, and the facility to be enlarged for long-term victims (who would stay there for as long as they lived) with numbers over 75,000.

The labs at Dulce started cloning human females by a process perfected in the world's largest and most advanced bio-genetic facility - Los Alamos. The elite humans who manipulated the world's governments from the shadows would soon have a disposable slave-race for medical culling of body parts and their own perverted pleasures. Like the alien Greys, the U.S. (secret) Government secretly kidnapped and impregnated young females, then removed the hybrid fetus after a three-month time period, before accelerating their growth in laboratories. Biogenetic (DNA Manipulation) programming was then instilled - many being implanted with all sorts of devices, some that allowed them to be controlled at a distance through RF (Radio Frequency) transmissions.

Human females were brought there for 'experiments', but you can't convince me that most of it wasn't just sadistic pleasure for the Greys. They wouldn’t just impregnate the girls. When the truth was evident that sub-humans and other creatures were being produced from abducted human females, impregnated against their will, a secret resistance group formed within the military and intelligence agencies of the U.S. Government that did not approve of the deals that had been made with the 'Off-Worlders'. Many of these brave humans would be assassinated or died under mysterious circumstance - or would be silenced in other ways. But in 1979, they would manage a victory that would cost the Greys and the humans that backed the Greys, dearly.

The Air Force Intelligence Officer that reportedly was the man who met with the Aliens at Holloman (Air Force Base) in 1964, was the legendary 'Dutchman' Ellis Lloyd Richards, Jr. - the same man who would reportedly order the attack on Dulce in 1979, and whose son, Captain Mark Richards, would lead the human attack on the facility.

The Richards’ names come up time and time again when one looks into any of the mentioned Top Secret Projects that Military Intelligence or the Eyes-Only - Top Secret Agency known as International Security were involved in from World War II through the Cold War years.

The in-house political argument that developed within MAJESTIC TWELVE in the late 1970s, when the military/intelligence men objected to the deals with some of the Aliens on the side for the selfish gain of such groups as the Illuminati or the ‘Club of Rome’ at the expense of thousands of innocents, if not all of mankind, helped to cause the rift that would lead to the military action taken against the Dulce Facility in 1979.

Later on in the DULCE BATTLE report, it is written:

"It would be one of the Reptoids who taught several of the men involved in the attack on Dulce a number of the informative points that would first cause them to look more deeply into what was being done at the Facility, and then helped them better understand the enemy, and how to defeat them. Indeed, it would be this Reptoid who communicated the factual basis for a number of the plots being organized against humanity by a number of off-world sources, and (some of them) had proven their willingness to aid the human cause in the Battle for Central Asia in 1976, and in the August 1979 space defense of Earth against alien invaders. It was also (they) who warned of the danger of bacteria it represented to both aliens and humans.

In 1979, there were 37 alien species represented at the Dulce facility. Only 6 of those had their own space or dimensional traveling ability, while the others were guests of the Greys. All of those species that had come as guests of the Greys were there for genetic and reproductive experiments with humans - and 8 of those were also interested in humans as a SOURCE OF FOOD. Of those interested in reproductive experiments, 25 could enjoy direct intercourse with human females (although several needed the female to be placed on special hormone treatments ahead of time), and the facility apparently got the reputation for being a sexual pleasure spot for the quadrant.

Of course, not all the Reptoid-type creatures are friendly towards humans. According to Lear and others, the U.S. government may have made a 'pact' with a non-human race as early as 1933. According to some, this 'race' is not human yet claims to have had it's origin on Earth. Some sources allege that this predatory race is of a neo-saurian nature. This has led others to suggest that the dinosaurs, which ruled the surface of the Earth in prehistoric times, may not have become entirely extinct as is commonly believed, but that certain of the more intelligent and biped-hominoid mutations of that race developed a form of intellectual thought equal to or surpassing in some respects that of the human race - especially with their 'collective mind' matrix. - Branton

Rumors of a secret international space program called "Solar Warden" have been floating around for years. One alleged whistle-blower described described Solar Warden as such: "There were, as of 2005, eight ships, an equivalent to aircraft carriers and forty-three “protectors,” which are space planes. One was lost recently to an accident in Mars' orbit while it was attempting to re-supply the multinational colony within Mars. This base was established in 1964 by American and Soviet teamwork."

UFO obsessed hacker Gary McKinnon from the UK claimed to have found allusions to "Solar Warden" while snooping through NASA files. These files mention "non-terrestrial officers", amongst other things.

Now a reader of this publication and a respected UFO researcher from the UK, Mr Darren Perks, claims to have received the following email from the DoD (under the freedom of information act) on the matter:

"About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager. I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates and I'm waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other division.

Did NASA refer you to us?"

With the reality of "Solar Warden" allegedly confirmed further credibility will be given to the accounts of individuals such as Laura Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of Ike and writer for this publications, who speak of knowledge of a colony on Mars and other secret NASA projects.

FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (NNS) -- The chief of naval operations (CNO) officially established U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) and recommissioned U.S. 10th Fleet during a ceremony at Fort George G. Meade, Md., Jan. 29.

At the ceremony, Adm. Gary Roughead, CNO, also named Vice Adm. Bernard J. McCullough III the commander of both FCC and 10th Fleet.

The new FCC and 10th Fleet are headquartered at Fort George G. Meade, taking advantage of existing Naval Network Warfare Command infrastructure, communications support and personnel already in place.

FCC and 10th Fleet have been created as part of the CNO's vision to achieve the integration and innovation necessary for warfighting superiority across the full spectrum of military operations in the maritime, cyberspace and information domains. This initiative will help raise information to the forefront of the Navy's 21st century arsenal.

U.S. 10th Fleet was first established in 1941 as the lead for anti-submarine warfare. During World War II, the United States needed a command in charge of protecting Allied merchant vessels and military convoys and against German U-Boats in the Atlantic, and 10th Fleet successfully fulfilled that mission until it was disestablished in 1945.

Roughead compared the global responsibility of today's 10th Fleet to that of its predecessor, which protected American forces through the use of intelligence and information.

"[Tenth Fleet] had a global responsibility to protect American forces and American trade. It was a command who success depended less on manned and massed fire power than on intelligence and information," he said. "Today, we recommission this fleet to confront a new challenge to our nation's security in cyberspace. It is a mission for which, even more so than before, victory will be predicated on intelligence and information rather than fire power."

Roughead emphasized that the information we use and must protect is markedly different from what we have protected in our past.

"The cyber domain is a domain all its own - one of great opportunity, new discoveries and vexing challenges. It is one into which Fleet Cyber Command must forge boldly ahead," Roughead said.

FCC is responsible for global Navy cyberspace operations designed to deter and defeat aggression and to ensure freedom of action to achieve military objectives in and through cyberspace. McCullough is also tasked with organizing and directing Navy cryptologic operations worldwide, supporting information operations and space planning and operations.

As 10th Fleet commander, McCullough maintains operational control of Navy cyber forces to execute the full spectrum of computer network operations, cyber warfare, electronic warfare, information operations and signal intelligence capabilities and missions across the cyber, electromagnetic and space domains. U.S. 10th Fleet will partner with and support other fleet commanders to provide guidance and direction to ensure coordinated, synchronized and effective preventative and response capability in cyberspace.

"To execute our defined mission we must be able to exercise command and control over our networks with dynamic, real time defense and information assurance enabled by intelligence collection. When called upon, we must be able to provide non kinetic effects in support of regional combatant commanders' assigned missions," McCullough said. "To do this, and do it well, we must work with our sister services, academia, agencies, industry, allies and partners, for the challenge is so large, to go it alone is not possible."

The Tenth Fleet (XFLT) of WWII was established by ADM E.J. King in June 1943 and decomissioned in June 1945. The dates cited in the article are incorrect. Also, XFLT had a single purpose with a carefully framed mission. King arranged a temporary wartime appointment for F.S. Low to the rank of CDRE (a contemporary RDML). Low ran the daily operations as ACOS of XFLT. Upon accomplishing the mission, King dissolved XFLT for the specific purpose of avoiding bureaucratic atrophy in the postwar era.

(NNS) -- The Navy transferred operation of the former Naval Space Surveillance System, the nation�s oldest sensor built to track satellites and debris in orbit around the Earth, to the Air Force during formal ceremonies here Oct. 1. The Secretary of Defense had directed the Navy to transfer program management of the system to the Air Force beginning in October 2003. The Air Force requested that the Navy continue to operate the space surveillance sensor, also known as the �Fence,� through fiscal year 2004. In addition to assuming operation of the Navy�s space surveillance system, the 20th SPCS Det. 1 is also taking on the Alternate Space Control Center (ASCC) mission, which was first assigned to NAVSPASUR in 1987. In its ASCC role, NAVSPASUR � followed by Naval Space Command and finally NNSOC � served as the backup computational and command and control node for the Space Control Center at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Base, Colo.

The Naval Space Surveillance System field stations comprise a bi-static radar that points straight up into space and produces a �fence� of electromagnetic energy. The system can detect basketball-sized objects in orbit around the Earth out to an effective range of 15,000 nautical miles. Over 5 million satellite detections, or observations, are collected by the surveillance sensor each month.

Data collected by the Fence is transmitted to a computer center at Dahlgren, where it is used to constantly update a database of spacecraft orbital elements. This information is reported to the fleet and Fleet Marine Forces to alert them when particular satellites of interest are overhead.

Classified antigravity technologies have been kept from the public realm for over six decades while secretly developed by military-corporate entities. It was revealed in 1992, for example, that the B-2 Bomber used electrostatic charges on its leading wings and exhaust. According to aerospace experts, this was confirmation that the B-2 used electrogravitic principles based on the Biefeld-Brown Effect. The Biefeld-Brown Effect is based on the research of Thomas Townsend Brown who in 1928 gained a patent for his practical application of how high voltage electrostatic charges can reduce the weight of objects. The B-2 bomber employs sufficiently high voltages to significantly reduce its weight. This enables the B-2 and other classified antigravity vehicles to display flight characteristics that appear to defy conventional laws of physics. In 1953, the Air Defense Command created the 4602d Air Intelligence Service Squadron (AISS) and assigned it to the official investigations of UFOs. The squadron was headquartered at Ent Air Force Base, CO and soon moved to Fort Belvoir, VA with field units throughout the country. All UFO reports were to go through the 4602d AISS prior to any transmission to Project Blue Book, a public relations project with no access to reports above the Secret level. The 4602d AISS dealt with more sensitive cases of national security concern requiring a higher classification. Thus, many UFO reports bypassed Blue Book altogether.

According to an Air Force Intelligence Letter (“Betz Memo”) of 13 Nov 1961, the 4602d had three peacetime functions:

UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS (UFO) - A program for investigation of reliablyreported unidentified flying objects within the United States.

PROJECT MOONDUST - A specialized aspect of the U.S. Air Force’s over-all material of the exploitation program to locate, recover, and deliver descended foreign space vehicles.

OPERATION BLUE FLY – [A unit] to facilitate expeditious delivery to the Foreign Technological Division (FTD) of Moon Dust and other items of great technical intelligenceinterest.

The memo stated that all three functions involve,“employment of qualified field intelligence personnel on a quick reaction basis to recover or perform field exploitation of unidentified flying objects, or known Soviet/Bloc aerospace vehicles, weapons systems, and/or residual components of such equipment.”

A classified 1969 Air Force document terminating Project Blue Book (“Bolender Memo”) made it clear that existing operations would continue to investigate UFOs even though the Air Force was closing Blue Book. The memo established that UFO reports affecting national security,“are made in accordance with JANAP 146 or Air Force Manual 55-11, and are not part of the Blue Book system” and that “the defense function could be performed within the framework established for intelligence and surveillance operations.” It stated that “reports of UFOs which could affect national security would continue to be handled through the standard Air Force procedures designed for this purpose.”

As far as the public was concerned, the termination of Project Blue Book meant the end of the Air Force investigation into UFOs. The Air Force stated publicly two months after the issuance of the classified Bolender Memo that the continuation of Project Blue Book could not be justified on the grounds of national security, since no UFO has ever presented a threat to national security. The Air Force misinformed the public by not acknowledging its continuing, secret investigation of UFOs independent of Blue Book, and its very real national security concerns.

Ongoing efforts to retrieve fallen objects are described in a 1970 State Department telegram to its embassies and consulates around the world requesting that they post any “reports or sightings of entry into atmosphere or landing of ‘space debris.’” (Quotes around “space debris” are throughout.) The offices are instructed to follow leads “as expeditiously as possible” without informing the local government or making public comment.

“Recovery ofany material from such space debris would [be of] great scientific interest to USG,” the telegram states.

A 1973 Secret State Department Airgram confirms that “the designator ‘MOONDUST’ is used in cases involving the examination of non-US space objects and objects of unknown origin.” Beginning in 1989, Sergeant Clifford E. Stone, US Army ret., of New Mexico wrote to fourteen intelligence agencies for records on Project Moon Dust and Operation Blue Fly

under the Freedom of Information Act. Many of the documents cited here were obtained through his efforts.

The responses from numerous agencies were inconsistent and evasive. In 1990, the U.S. Air Force told Stone,

“we do not have any records responsive to your request.” The U.S. Air Force Intelligence Service stated, “we have made a thorough search of our records and found none responsive to your request.” Four months later, the Air Force reversed their initial position stating, “we have two records responsive to your request. However, they are exempt from disclosure because the information is properly classified.”

The Defense Intelligence Agency stated that information pertaining to Project Moondust is classified and that the agency located no records on “Project Bluefly.” Fifteen months later, the DIA acknowledged that the State Department had eight DIA documents, but that two were not releasable. First initiated by the US Air Force in 1957 as a Secret-level program for the recovery and analysis of foreign (particularly German) aircraft and anomalous objects, MOONDUST is still in operation today and is managed by the USAF's Foreign Technology Division. While most of its duties still pertain to the study of weapons and air/space platforms of terrestrial powers, the project's mystique stems from the far rarer, but sexier investigation of suspected extraterrestrial objects. To the disbelief of many on the outside, both missions are handled by the same personnel: there is no "above secret" detachment within MOONDUST to handle Objects of Unknown Origin, nor is there much distinction made between the investigation of the two. Most analysis is done through the collection of disparate intelligence and reports (including sometimes videos and radar tracking) received from the field. Actual recoveries, whether from crashes, shoot-downs, or (even more rarely) capture raids are infrequent.

Recovery operations are carried out under high secrecy and usually involve a prodigious amount of firepower in case of resistance or in the event that recovery cannot be effected because of dangerous or unsuitable conditions, in which case the object is destroyed. These missions are referred to as 'BLUE FLY' missions and involve a variety of equipment, most commonly heavy lift helicopters or VTOL transport aircraft like the Skyranger, but sometimes also including transport over ground and sea. The original 'Blue Fly' aircraft developed for use within the program has been in operation for about 28 years now, an aging and temperamental transport helicopter, stealthy and nimble for its day but approaching senility. These helicopters are still used in about 30% of all recovery missions, however, even if they are not the primary aircraft.

The Secret Space Program

Time has come to finally release some intel about the secret space program. The hidden purpose of the secret space program was to set a stage for the Draconian/Reptilian takeover of the planet. The takeover attempt has failed and soon the Light forces will clear the last vestiges of the Draconian control of this planet - the Cabal.

In 1934, many races of the Draco empire contacted the world leaders and made secret treaties with them, offering them advanced military technology in exchange for enslavement of the mass human population. This was the main reason for the great progress of technology in the 30s. All those projects needed financing and financing came through confiscation of privately owned gold through Gold Reserve Act of 1934.

During World War II, Draconian forces attempted an open takeover of the planet through Nazi Germany. That attempt failed with the victory of the Allied forces and Draconians settled for a more covert approach.

They imported about 2000 leading Nazis to the United States through Operation Paperclip and many of those Nazis still form the backbone of the shadow government that runs the affairs on this planet.

After the war, hundreds of thousands tonnes of Yamashita gold were put into trading programs which provided financing for the construction of the massive system of underground military bases worldwide. Those bases were build to set the stage for the Draconian invasion which was planned for the year 2000. In the 50s, the secret space program extended and also involved bases on Moon and Mars. Construction of the bases under the surface of the Earth was ongoing and in mid 90s there were about 120 bases in the United States and about 400 bases worldwide.


Additional funding was needed for those projects and actually every human on the planet contributed about 25% of his salary to these secret projects through siphoning off taxpayer money:

The secret space program and construction of the underground bases was operated by Rockefeller / Kissinger / Bush / Rumsfeld / Halpern / Cheney military-industrial complex through corporations such as Halliburton, Bechtel, Rand, Sandia, Wackenhut, Morton Thiokol, Raytheon, Blackwater…

The man behind the curtain of the secret space program was John Dale Halpern. His front company Halpern, Denny& Co. still controls Halliburton, Monsanto, Raytheon and Academi (former Blackwater).
