Congress set a record for legislative futility by accomplishing less in 2011 than any other year in history.

Personal note: OWS should also move into Congress demanding they get to work! Just starting with getting rid of laws that are no longer relative along with the piggy back riders that bring money into their own jurisdictions and eliminating any benefits for themselves of any kind.
