The US Senate and Obama claiming the right to murder and imprison Americans without trial was a fatal mistake

December 5, 2011 - The word is that the Pentagon, the agencies and the militias are on the brink of taking violent action against President Obama and the Senators who claimed the right to kill and/or indefinitely imprison Americans without trial. The criminal cabal in Washington D.C. and Wall Street may be able to pretend they are setting up a fascist/totalitarian dictatorship in the US for a while longer but no serious armed group is going to support them. The same is true in Europe were Freemason P2 lodgers and Bilderbergers will make a move towards fascist control this week and will seem to be on the offensive but will ultimately fail. The simple fact of the matter is that these fascists simply do not have any reality to back up the numbers they are putting into their financial computers to bribe people and hire bully boys.
    They are mathematically doomed.

The awareness in the thinking part of the population of Western countries has reached a critical mass. The group that is sitting brainwashed in front of their TVs is irrelevant because the contents of their TV mind-programming will change once police and the military remove the criminals now occupying the corporate media.
Anyone who still believes there is an ounce of truth or decency in the large corporate media establishments has to ask themselves why these organizations do not write 911 truth or about the murder of 2 million Iraqis or about the vast bribes most top Washington D.C. corporate government officials have received. They must ask why people are being railroaded into an agenda of war against Iran as a precursor to World War 3.

More than anything else, they need to ask themselves why the so-called governments of the West do not make any serious future plans for the planet other than fomenting war.

In signs of imminent revolution, the Senators who voted to kill and imprison Americans without trial are being confronted in their offices by angry constituents. The military has told Obama to buzz off, which is exactly what he did by running off to Hawaii.

There are many militia groups, many with over 10,000 members each, that have contacted the White Dragon Society and are just waiting for the word to take up arms against the corporate federal government. White Dragon allies in the Pentagon and the agencies are asking the militias to stand down because they say the Washington and Wall St. criminals will be dealt with by the law. Clearly, when a group of men who have been bribed by foreign powers occupy the seat of government in Washington and claim the right to murder and imprison Americans without trial, then Americans can legally claim self-defense when preventing these scum from carrying out their murderous criminal acts.

The question for the decent people in the Pentagon and the agencies is, “are you going to be like the German army that just let Hitler take over or are you going to uphold your vows to protect the US constitution and the American people?”

In Europe as well, there is going to be a concerted move by the old world order people to enforce central government control. The German chancellor, Angela Merkel, reported to be Hitler’s daughter, has openly called for a political union of Europe that will be dominated by Germany.

Also, the new Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti, Romano Draghi the head of the European Central Bank and EU President Herman van Rompuy are all Jesuit-trained, leaders believed to be linked to the fascist P2 Freemason lodge.

The summit meeting of 27 EU heads of state this week will feature a push towards an unelected centrally controlled technocratic government. This will be disguised as an effort to make sure there is “coordination of fiscal policy.” What it will mean though is that the process of compiling a national budget, main job of a democratically elected government, will go unelected bodies.

However, as mentioned before, the European nations do not have enough money to finance the overall European external deficits. That means electorates in debtor countries like Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Ireland and the Baltic states will have a choice between being forced into having extreme cuts in their standards of living dictated to them by Eurocrats or renouncing their debts and going back to national currencies. The most likely outcome given this scenario is that the Euro will be reduced to a rump of 10 countries.

In Japan, meanwhile, the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds remain cut-off from Japanese financing. This may be connected to an announcement by the Japanese Financial Services Agency that Citibank, Japan will be facing penalties for deceiving its clients. These penalties are expected to include separating the Japanese part of Citibank from the rest of Citigroup and shutting down some of their operations. This is the third time Citibank has been penalized in Japan. The last time was a few years ago when they were caught money-laundering for the Goryo Kai, Yakuza gangster syndicate.

The head of Citibank Japan as well as the top executives of three other major foreign financial institutions in Japan all quit in October. The behind the scenes clean up in Japan will continue over the coming weeks and months.

Finally, it is worth noting that a full moon and a full lunar eclipse will be visible on December 10th. The moon will be visibly red in the sky. A red moon is a sign of war.
The Western criminal elite says the Red and Blue are paper tigers and that the White Dragon Society is just a toothless entity.

They forget that patience and tolerance is not the same as weakness. Time is on the dragon’s side and the Western elite’s system is falling apart without any need for violence. However, we are getting very close to the point where it will be necessary to make some arrests to prevent war.

This reminds me of an article I read yesterday ~ I had to hunt for it just now, but this is the origin. Unconfirmed as of yet, but it seems a National Guard Unit was asked if they would use lethal force against the American public if ordered to do so? and the whole unit stood down. The first soldier was arrested, so the story goes. We can only hope that he military would not arrest and detain US citizens without cause/ access to due process etc...

Oath Keepers Receive Tip of National Guard Unit Stand-Down, Refusing to Answer Questionnaire Asking if They Would Use Lethal Force Against the American People

The below tip was posted on the official Oath Keepers Facebook Page by user “Pat Lowe.” We are in the process of verifying this tip, so it is as of yet unconfirmed, but we wanted you to be aware of it (it certainly would be good news for a change!). We will post and send out updates as we confirm and verify.

I hope you enjoy this great news as I did when I was told.

OUTSTANDING!! I just left my neighbors house. Devon is with the National Guard for this area. He just got home from a EDRE (emergency deployment readiness exercise) at the armory. He said that during the exercise 3 companies of infantry were polled by questionare about the drill and it’s purpose. One of the questions was, will you as a member of the Nat. Guard use lethal force against the American public if ordered to do so? One of the men stepped forward and refused to take the poll and explained that it was a moral judgement on his part and that he could not do so. He then placed his weapon on the ground and fell in behind the formation. Devon said it was like a waterfall, Every member layed their weapons on the deck and fell in beside the one lone specialist. This included ALL NCO’s, STAFF NCO’s and SENIOR NCO’s. The only people left in front of the original formation was 3 Capt’s. 2 Lt’s and the BN Commander who was so upset he started having chest pains from yelling and screaming about court martials and disbandment of the unit into other units. Devon is a Mstr.Sgt and he went with his troops and told them that he could not be prouder of any of them. He was floating while he was telling me this. Maybe we have more than just hope on our side. SEMPER FI. my thanks for the honor of being here Robert.
    Paul Lowe

I just heard from Devon. He was TX’d by his Plt LDR and advised that the Specialist Who first layed down his weapon is being held in county jail by the Bn CMDR, awaiting a hearing under the UCMJ. Devon couldn’t get any more info than that. I don’t want to post the mans name until we have more information. I am so upset by this that I am having chest pains. How can they do this to one soldier and not them all. I will let you know how things go. Think I might go lay down for a bit. SEMPER FI.

That is great, sort of, to hear. That the officers wont stand by THEIR oath is troubling. Where is this?

    NOTE FROM STEWART RHODES:
Again, this is unconfirmed, and we are working on confirming it. Please keep that in mind. But this is certainly the kind of mass, whole-unit stand-down that may well become necessary, especially in light of the treason of the US Senate, which voted 93-7 to authorize military detention and trial of U.S. citizens -- claiming the power to apply the laws of war to the American people in the same way as they are used on a conquered, enemy population, like Iraq or Afghanistan. While National Guard units can, and have been used for riot control without violating their oath, we suspect that this survey was asking them about whether they would do something far worse than just keep the peace during riots. We will do our best to get to the bottom of this, and provide all details once confirmed.
If accurate, this is reminiscent of the stand-down during Katrina by SSGT Joshua May’s Utah National Guard Unit, where the whole unit let their commander know, in a peremptory refusal, that they would not participate in any gun confiscation:

That is soooooo good to hear Lee. Let's hope someone is able to keep track of the fate of the 'specialist' and that he's OK. Hopefully the fact that it's been made public will serve not only him but many, many others.

    G'day Sanicle!

Yes, I would hope the Spirit of the Occupy Wall Streeters merges into the hearts of the police and military as well. I'll keep an eye on this and hope it proves true.

I found the original link through James Gilliland's Yahoo news group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/eceti/ - a fascinating mix of posts in their daily digest ~ mostly about UFO's but so much more I'm seeing there as well. I'm pretty sure I first saw some YouTubes of James posted here at the Mists.

    This is VERY disturbing...

"Guantánamo Forever?" - Congress Passes $662 Billion Defense Bill, Aka The NDAA
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 12/14/2011 19:00 -0500

    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/congress-passes-662-billion-defense-bill-aka-ndaa

Congress just passed the National Defense Authorization Act in a 283-to-136 vote. 190 Republicans and 93 Democrats voted for; 43 Republicans and 93 Democrats voted "against." Prepare to be arrested, without charge, simply because someone "up there" believes you engage in "terroristy" stuff. Good luck proving them wrong.

    From Reuters:

The U.S. House of Representatives approved a defense bill on Wednesday requiring the military to handle suspected militants linked to al Qaeda, acting not long after President Barack Obama removed a veto threat from the controversial legislation.

The bill is expected to pass the Senate this week and then go to Obama's desk for his signature into law.

Shortly before the House vote, the White House announced the president's advisers would not recommend a veto, although they said they still had concerns about the measure.

The measure also imposes new sanctions against Iran's central bank and pre-emptively freezes some aid to Pakistan.

    And CNN:

The White House lifted a veto threat against a giant $662 billion defense authorization bill on Wednesday after legislators made changes in language involving detainees.

In particular, the legislators added language to make clear that nothing in the bill requiring military custody of al Qaeda suspects would interfere with the ability of civilian law enforcement to carry out terrorism investigations and interrogations in the United States.

A statement by White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said the changes mean that President Obama's advisers will not recommend a veto. The measure is expected to come up for votes in the House and Senate this week.

Democrats to offer changes to payroll tax cut proposal

At issue was the president's authority in deciding whether people detained in terrorism investigations would be held in military or civilian custody.

Sen. John McCain of Arizona, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said the legislation includes a "national security waiver" that allows the president to transfer a suspect from military to civilian custody if he chooses.
Swell, in other words it won't be a colonel pulling your nails out... it will be some spook in a grey coat.

    And now, for an opinion:

    Guantánamo Forever? via the NYT

Charles C. Krulak and Joseph P. Hoar are retired four-star Marine generals.

IN his inaugural address, President Obama called on us to “reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals.” We agree. Now, to protect both, he must veto the National Defense Authorization Act that Congress is expected to pass this week.

This budget bill — which can be vetoed without cutting financing for our troops — is both misguided and unnecessary: the president already has the power and flexibility to effectively fight terrorism.

One provision would authorize the military to indefinitely detain without charge people suspected of involvement with terrorism, including United States citizens apprehended on American soil. Due process would be a thing of the past. Some claim that this provision would merely codify existing practice. Current law empowers the military to detain people caught on the battlefield, but this provision would expand the battlefield to include the United States — and hand Osama bin Laden an unearned victory long after his well-earned demise.

A second provision would mandate military custody for most terrorism suspects. It would force on the military responsibilities it hasn’t sought. This would violate not only the spirit of the post-Reconstruction act limiting the use of the armed forces for domestic law enforcement but also our trust with service members, who enlist believing that they will never be asked to turn their weapons on fellow Americans. It would sideline the work of the F.B.I. and local law enforcement agencies in domestic counterterrorism. These agencies have collected invaluable intelligence because the criminal justice system — unlike indefinite military detention — gives suspects incentives to cooperate.

Mandatory military custody would reduce, if not eliminate, the role of federal courts in terrorism cases. Since 9/11, the shaky, untested military commissions have convicted only six people on terror-related charges, compared with more than 400 in the civilian courts.

A third provision would further extend a ban on transfers from Guantánamo, ensuring that this morally and financially expensive symbol of detainee abuse will remain open well into the future. Not only would this bolster Al Qaeda’s recruiting efforts, it also would make it nearly impossible to transfer 88 men (of the 171 held there) who have been cleared for release. We should be moving to shut Guantánamo, not extend it.

Having served various administrations, we know that politicians of both parties love this country and want to keep it safe. But right now some in Congress are all too willing to undermine our ideals in the name of fighting terrorism. They should remember that American ideals are assets, not liabilities.

Actually it is completely overwhelming to where most people who are aware of this are still in a state of shock. My mother-in-law, who did escape Nazi Germany, spoke of how the US was becoming more and more like the conditions there prior to WWII and that was back when Bush was in office. If anyone would know, she would.

I was just listening to the Norman Goldman nationally syndicated progressive radio show on my way home from singing Christmas Carols to Seniors at a retirement community.

Norm is a died- in- the- wool lefty, and he says that there is a paragraph in the bill that clearly EXCLUDES American citizens from this. He knows he is in the minority opinion here, and he hates the bill because it allows military arrests on US territory, extending the battleground for terrorism to the US. And he doesn't think this should apply to non-US citizens either. Detention without due process, etc...

I will look further into this, but from what he read on the air from the bill itself, it seems he might be right.

But it's a slippery slope, and I'm not comfortable with any of it No

    Blessings from beautiful Boulder,

Thanks Lee for doing more research on this. However, as citizens we are still seeing the erosion of our Constitution and Bill of Rights before our eyes. And I will never, ever forget Bush Jr. saying our Constitution was "just a god damn piece of paper." With leaders like this who needs enemies?
