Carol, I keep trying to think in terms of "Changing Everything -- Without Changing Anything -- So We Don't Destroy Our Civilization". Perhaps what you just mentioned about Obama (which I don't doubt) is just the tip of the iceberg -- with 'disclosure' of one thing leading to disclosure of another thing -- and another -- and another -- and another. I keep thinking that when 'Official Disclosure' occurs -- everyone will already know -- and people will just shrug their shoulders -- and go to dinner and the movies. However, I am REALLY bothered by the fact that no one seems to be being brought to justice -- especially when it is SO obvious that SO many are SO guilty of SO many REALLY bad and nasty things...

Oxy, I understand where you are coming from but if anything plays out like Cliff High keeps projecting, with all the resulting chaos just surviving will be a challenge for many. There will never be disclosure until they show up en mass from wherever. Whatever earth changes are in store this is what most will be dealing with these next 12 months. I'm just doing my little bit here and if it works out it does and if it doesn't then it won't. I know others think being on the mainland is safer. Ironically, each area we were in these last 20 years were far enough inland and high up in elevation they would be safe locations. But then who knows what one has to deal with when it comes to the weather and providing ones own food. Heading down into a bunker isn't appealing either. So we'll just take it day by day and their is a much bigger galactic plan in play then either of us ever could imagine.

Today (Aug. 4, 2012) is the President’s birthday and no one is under more fire and pressure from the dark than he is.

Periodically the cabal floats rumors that the President has taken an action that threatens free speech or promotes the possibility of martial law, etc. One such announcement concerned what was billed as an agreement to turn the Internet kill switch over to the Department of Homeland Security. Archangel Michael corrected my interpretation of that announcement.

Steve: Lord, … I’d like to ask you about some late-breaking news stories that seem to deserve comment. One is that there’s a story up on the 2012 Scenario site that President Obama has signed an executive order turning control of communications over to the Department of Homeland Security.

Could you tell us what this move signifies, please? Why would the President hand the internet kill switch to DHS?

AAM: That is an incorrect understanding…. He is handing over the responsibility for [emergency broadcasts] if there is a national emergency, such as a tsunami or an interruption because of war or civil unrest. But it is simply his fail-safe switch, if he was taken out of responsibility. This is not something unusual. This is something that has been in place for many, many presidencies. (1)


On another occasion, we all jumped when it was said that President Obama had declared a “national emergency” and “ordered blocked all property and interests in property of the Government of the Russian Federation directly related to the implementation of the HEU Agreements so that it would be protected from the threat of attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process.” But later it was found that the order was a continuation of an order that originated in 2000. (2)

The cabal and the controlled media use every occasion to blacken the President’s reputation. SaLuSa tells us that there are “continual attempts by the dark Ones or those who do not understand his position, to show him in a bad light.” (3) It’s up to us to see through these attempts or to come from faith in his real character.

SaLuSa tells us that the President needs to play along with the Illuminati for a little while longer.

“Be aware that he is a great Being of Light, who is having to play a role that requires him to ‘play’ along with the dictates of those who advise him. He has achieved a degree of success even although he has faced opposition all along.” (4)

SaLuSa requests that we understand his position and continue to support him: “He needs your continued support and love, and you will see him blossom and take charge once he can fully implement his own policies without interference.” (5)

According to SaLuSa the President, “as we have stressed many times, is a great soul of the Light. He is already taking actions that will aid our allies in bringing the Cabal to answer for their crimes.” (6) He assures us that “the US Government will still have Barack Obama amongst those retained ” (7)

Last October, Hatonn told us that the President knew about Ascension and was working against the cabal.

“Obama now knows we have him covered and he can proceed without fear for his family’s safety and his own. Media report what they are told, of course, but the truth is, now that he knows Earth’s ascension timetable, he’s negotiating with powers that be either personally or via safe communication channels to shut down Illuminati strongholds in his country, Europe and the Orient.” (

Sometimes the President is obliged to sign a bad law into effect to avert tragedy or signs it into effect because he knows that it will soon be rescinded. Remember that the Murrah Building in Oklahoma was bombed to speed the passage of the first Patriot Act and 9/11 was also designed in part to speed the second Patriot Act through. So the dark are known for causing tragedies to get legislation passed.

Matthew has said that “laws, policies, regulations and practices that are unjust or injurious will be overturned” as we head into the Fourth Dimension by the end of the year. (9 SaLuSa, in his Aug. 3, 2012 message, tells us that any legislation which continues to take away civil rights will not last.

“Remember that regardless of what changes to the Law are proposed, very few will ever see the light of day. It is for example like the present arguments over the gun law, as even if the anti-gun lobby get their way they will never achieve their goal. It will not be long before governmental changes take place, and new Laws and amendments to the Constitution will be rescinded.

“That will eventually apply world wide as with each step your freedom will be returned to you. It will not fully happen until after Ascension, but at least any draconian or unjust Laws will have been removed.” (10)

SaLuSa told us this before, as on Feb. 22, 2012.

“You will be freed from the many unjust laws that the dark Ones have brought in, and people unfairly imprisoned will be released. It sounds like a lot of time will be needed to bring it all about, but you shall be astonished at how quickly matters will move. We come nearer to that time when it shall commence in such a way, that you will know for certain what is taking place.” (11)

Matthew Ward also reminded us of this in July of 2008:

“Plans based in darkness will not come to fruition and all cruel and unjust laws, policies and traditions will be struck down and in their stead, love and fairness will reign.” (12)

He made another reference to it in March of this year:

“As Earth continues apace into successively higher planes, nothing with low vibrations in any form—physical bodies, subversive plans, theft, dishonesty, unjust laws and imprisonment, bigotry, cruel customs and deeds—can survive.” (13)

Matthew reminds us of the dangers the Obamas have faced over the years that have necessitated them stepping wisely and cautiously.

“What we didn’t disclose before is that light warriors came from his homeland to protect him and his family from the band of dark reptilians, also from another planet, that the Illuminati hired to kill the Obamas. This shows the extent of the dark ones’ fear that this president would end their long reign, and they are right. Very soon they will have no more means to buy assassins, members of Congress or multitudes of lobbyists—then all will see the light in Obama and herald his wise leadership and actions toward world unity.” (14)

Saying this does not mean that the President hasn’t made mistakes, as Archangel Michael reminds us:

“Particularly this one – it does not mean that he does not ever get sidetracked. It does not mean that he never missteps. But he is your star brother, and we suggest that you trust him. There is a bigger plan afoot.” (15)

And we all know that he went along with the subterfuge that Osama bin Laden had been killed a second time. Matthew explains how that decision was reached.

“On and off-planet members in the vanguard of the light forces … agreed that something dramatic was required to get the peoples’ attention; however, because it is your world, it was up to your leaders to decide what that would be. Announcing that members of other civilizations are among you required resolving myriad details before it could be properly presented, and the suggestion that all truths be told straightforwardly was vetoed because there was no agreement as to which should be revealed first—in essence, which finger should be pulled out of the dike.

“Some felt that would best be achieved by announcing the death of Osama bin Laden, the officially accused mastermind of ’9/11.’ They felt that announcement could be veered into exposing the truth about the horrific events of that day almost ten years ago, and it would eliminate fear in the people who believe what they so often have been told: No one is safe as long as bin Laden is alive.

“Only when that suggestion was raised did some in the group, including US President Obama, know for certain that the man had been dead for almost a decade, and those few vehemently denounced the suggestion. But since no one had any other idea that would get the attention of the world, the majority voted to ‘kill bin Laden’ and later publicly explain why that story was released.” (16)

Matthew asked us to refrain from judging this deception but to support its intention to speed the disclosure of the truth.

“It can be argued that deception to achieve a positive goal is “better” than deception to embark upon a negative goal. It is not our desire or our purpose to judge the decision, much less judge those who made it, but only to relate the information given us by Earth’s monitors in Nirvana. They do not know how the explanation for the decision will come because the responsible parties are still discussing strategies for the next steps.

“Regardless of how this plays out, by the end of next year, the light will have vanquished all darkness on Earth—this has been assured from the beginning of her ascension. You can best serve in your capacity as lightworkers by neither condoning nor condemning the bin Laden story, but rather by adding your light to its intention—to speed disclosure of all truths so reforms also can come swiftly.” (17)

Matthew reminded us that people not penetrated by the light would choose to believe the lies about Obama, but those penetrated by the light would not.

“Repeatedly I have described Obama’s highly-evolved soul status, spiritual and moral integrity, purpose and intention to help create a peaceful world, and both Hatonn and I have spoken about the powerful and relentless forces Obama has been up against all along.

“With the light intensity in this energy plane Earth has reached, people who are light-receptive know which information about him is the truth and which isn’t; people who have not responded to the light will believe the lies and won’t be convinced otherwise by any additional comments from either Hatonn or me.” (18)

The dark uses assassinations like the attempted murder of Gaby Giffords or the mass shootings in Denver to pressure the government into accepting its legislative program. Until the dark are entirely removed from the planet the President must act in ways that avoid inciting the cabal. Granted that the galactics have the authority to head off the large and destructive false flags like a second 9/11. They don’t have permission to curtail the smaller acts of cabal terrorism. As Matthew has said:

“God has authorized ET civilizations to prevent all major terrorist attempts, which they have done successfully several times during the three years since September 2001. I have mentioned this in previous messages along with stating that small events undertaken by zealots dedicated to avenging perceived wrongs against their people cannot be thwarted.” (19)

Thus the President has still not reached the point where he can operate without paying attention to the harm that the cabal can create, even if the scope of that harm decreases month by month. Sometimes he may pass bad laws to avoid tragedy, knowing full well that these laws will have a short life and not be allowed to work their desired effect.

I will reiterate what I have known since before day 1 of Barack Hussein Obama 's Presidency. He is a Light Worker. Capital "L", capital "W".

He has come here to help bring this world to a point where apocalypse (unveiling), disclosure, and Ascension, can occur. He is and always has been, a president, not just for the United States of America, but for the world.

One of the reasons he is here is to bring out and highlight, for all the world to see, all of the veiled darkness and hatred that exists and has existed among many Americans for hundreds of years. And many around the world as well.

He came here to identify, expose, and highlight those working for the dark in the U.S. Congress, for example, whose sole purpose (on the Republican leadership side) has become to "stop Obama from being reelected", rather than to work to improve the lives of the American people (no matter what they might say on camera). Many wear the Republican label, but some wear the Democrat label. As well as to expose the corporations that buy their votes.

And then he's got this "Hussein" middle name. What a perfect name to help bring out all of the hatred points in people, which many have held, for anyone of Arab, Muslim, or any Middle Eastern, descent (some of those bigot-minded folks probably think his his first name is "Saddam").

In spite of what many on the internet like to post, he has accomplished and enormous amount during his first 3.5 years, despite continual blockage from the opposition. Health care reform (the real legislation, not what Fox news often reports about it (and, no, the health care law has nothing in there about the best ways to "eliminate" Grandma and Grandpa)) is only one of those things. Whether you like the exact legislation or not, passage of this was a key moment in support of the principle that ALL humans should be cared for, and have access to that care. That is the seed he helped plant with that.

I see Barack Hussein Obama as perhaps the key figure in this next phase of humanity's evolution... The unveiling of the new financial system, followed by Disclosure (whatever exactly that means) for the world.

Two questions here.
Mitt Romney will only make things worse and conflict with Iran is much more likely under sabre rattling pro Israeli rhetoric of Romney than under Obama isnt it?


The options arent looking good no matter what one thinks of Mr. Obama.

Also what is the difference between the validity of a channeled message and a contactee message. Both are highly dubious in my opinion if not the same thing. How does one decide which is right and which is wrong. Isn't that just a matter of personal choice and faith Carol?

Its not the first time we have seen channeled messages involved with politics in the US though as is detailed on my other thread concerning early channelers and contactees in the USA and there involvement with extreme right wing politics.

I don't like either candidates Foyd but I do have an underlying philosophy of voting the incumbent out at each election. My personal choice for this election is Ron Paul. And to be perfectly truthful I think the US government a lost cause. It is so corrupt and compromised that any hope for it getting on the right track looks pretty grim to me. After listening to Jim Marrs interview I was profoundly depressed when it comes to the state of my country. And knowing what I do about the secret government and Big Business - currently the future looks bleak. What I see is that our freedom is being lost on all fronts.

Both my husband and I were talking about this the other day and he too was deeply depressed about the state of our government. His family lived in Germany during the war and there are many family stories of what happened to them. His mother even said the US is becoming more like Nazi Germany every day and that was back when Bush was in office.

When things are this bad and the balance of power so disrupted - the only hope is for a reset. What currently exists cannot possible hope to correct itself as those involved are too self-serving. Even an internal civil revolution would not fix or correct what has happened because government has become way too top heavy. The only thing that would work is to break things down into smaller bits where areas are controlled by local governments from the people who live there. But that is unlikely to happen either unless some type of significant disaster were to take place - like the grid going down across the nation for months on end.

The bottom line is that the current governmental system can no longer sustain itself and will eventually implode.

England is quite different because it's a much smaller country not much bigger then the state of Louisiana which is closest in square mileage with 51843 square miles compared to England's 50346 square miles. Alabama is close also with 52423 square miles. The fiscal and management problems the US faces are enormous compared to one small country like England. It would be a lot different if each of 50 states were sovereign and managed their own affairs without outside interference from the federal government, which is currently the primary problem. We wouldn't even need a federal government if the US wasn't always involved in wars around the planet.

You see - part of the problem is that the role of congress is to pass laws. So that's what they do each year is pass more and more laws without getting rid of all the outdated/outmoded laws that already exists. And of course with each law passed more money is needed in one way or another to implement and/or enforce it.

In addition, the intent of the founding fathers was to restrict congressional members terms, but now we have career politicians who are bought off by Corporations and the banksters. Only the president has a term limit of 8 years total. Meanwhile, one of the sitting congressmen from my own state has been there since 1959. Over 50 years! This is what is destroying our nation. Power hungry politicians that get into office and make it a life-long career. He's in his mid 80s and this is just one of many who should have left office after the first 8 years max. The US is on the fast track to fascism and communism. And there isn't anyone out there that can save it from this course as the populace has been systematically dumbed down to where they accept the unacceptable as normal.

I used to think Reagan was bad having lived in California and watched the education system sink from one of the top in the nation to one of the lowest and where the mental health institutions were shut down leaving these poor folks wandering the streets homeless. I cannot believe what I have witness with my own eyes these past 50 years, or how awful things have become since JFKs assassination. If there is a hell, this is it.

People in general in the US (especially in cities) have no clue as to how they are being manipulated by the media and damaged in mind/body/spirit. The ongoing mind-control is pervasive.

However, as awful as it is - I know things change because that is what the natural order is about. And as bad as it is.. the worst still to come, this too will eventually turn around. I think that is why some of hope there is something like PX, or a massive earth directed CME, or a pole shift - something that is so big that the entrenched vermin are destroyed. Or even a galactic wave where they have the experience of a NDE and come to the realization that to live for oneself and greed serves no one. So as we are told, it is darkest before the dawn - I sense this is where the global consciousness rests.

Just as in the allegory of the cave where peoples minds are imprisoned to the point that they think shadows on the wall are real - to experience an enlightened reality one must have the courage to step outside of the box (mind-controlled conditioning) and realize that the human spirit is meant to be free.

As for Steve Beckow. Personally, I strongly suspect he is a victim of some type of mind-control and presenting an idealized vision of what he would like things to be but not the truth. His presentation is an illusion that traps people into delusional thinking so that they don't take personal responsibility for their own thoughts and seek out the truth for themselves.

I will add this bit. I used to channel myself back in my 20s. So speaking strictly from personal experience I know how this can work and I also know how easily one can be self-deceived. Even with a very high accuracy rate when doing future predictions I came to realize that each individual must seek the truth for his or her own self and not become dependent upon someone else's view point of how they think the world or future should be. I've always been a truth seeker my entire life and flatly refuse to accept someone's skewed vision of how they perceive reality. Meaning it's better to remain objective and not get caught up in delusional thinking. Even with years of eastern spiritual training - the goal was not to become attached to maya (illusion).

Even being grounded in reality it is also understood that there just as many different personal realities as their are individuals. However, at some point there has to be common ground. I find that common ground in the understanding that we are all spiritual beings in a human body. Some of us more capable then others. Yet in the end, we are family and should be putting our collective attention towards helping one another and this planet we live on.

The reason I don't like Steve Beckow's changelings is he is basically holding Obama up as if he is the personal savior of the planet. I find that totally unacceptable as it is our challenge in life to learn how to save ourselves by helping one another and not depending on just one person to do all of the inner work one needs to do for oneself. From what I've observed over the years is that the more spiritual one becomes - they also become more humble. Obama is not a humble man nor someone I could or would want to follow.

You see, mudra said it best. We work best when we walk along side of each other. I neither wish to lead or follow anyone. All I want is to maintain the freedom to be myself and continue my human spiritual journey without interference from those who wish to turn humankind into tax slaves.

I think spirituality transcends all fiscal, monetary and taxation concerns. Naturally, part of spirituality would be to concern oneself with the planet on which one lives and the relationship with ones fellow citizens and creatures. Looking after number one in that respect would not be particularly sporting.
Perhaps if we take care of each other then everything else would take care of itself. Perhaps there would be no need for currency of any kind.
We should be careful not to lapse into the philosophical ideals of people like Robert Nozick and his right wing Anarchy or Ayn Rand's non egalitarian egocentric ultra capitalist behemoth that crowns the corporate leaders in a fiscal dictatorship. Likewise its probably better to avoid any of the diametrically opposed utopian ideals, that have been in place and have failed.
Without balance everything fails.

Nevertheless, there is a likelihood of increased US military aggression in the Middle East aka Iran if Romney and his pro Israeli ideas for the region get into the White House. I suppose an American voting in the election would have to ask themselves, 'What is more important to me. Stability in the middle east with less of a threat to a full blown war with Iran or lower taxes'. I can guarantee you, partly due to the fact that Americans have poor knowledge of international relations and current affairs thanks to your news coverage over there, it will be lower taxes every time.

The Uk is different yes but we are tied into European Union so its a little less straight forward than you described but sure the US senate is full of corporate whores.

As for Steve Beckow and his ascension/channeling nonsense, it is clear he has been found wanting with his dribble on more than one occasion but then he is not alone because practically every channeler/contactee since William Pelley And Guy Ballard who has mixed messages from other beings with politics has been disastrous for them, although their legacy lives on in lunatic fringe white supremacist groups and other UFO cults and neo ascended master groups.

Generally speaking channeling etc is not reliable. Most of what we hear these days is the same repeated nonsense that includes repeated false prediction.
Even if you have had encouraging results with it in the past we only have your word for it so its not reliable and mixed with politics as in some cases it truly is ridiculous to say the least.

So it is best avoided. Oddly enough, channeling and contacteesim only seem to be tied up with politics and in the USA. It doesn't happen anywhere else. What does that tell us?

To be truly free we have to transcend politics, religion, taxes and national identity.

My own view is that if this does ever get around to happening it wont be anything to do with aliens or any other beings.

You say perhaps some are waiting for PX to wipe everything out so we can start again. How can we tell what will be left if anything? For me that is wishful thinking and an escapist ideal (especially as there is no such thing as Niburu) just as the whole concept of the Ascension religion.

For things to change they have to start on this planet with us and there is no reason why they cant. Who knows maybe our planet might decide to shake a few things up in the future but if anything does give us that 'kick up the backside' it wont come from another dimension or outside this solar system. Maybe but I doubt it.

Stephen: This is just phenomenal – but true. And it’s now in the mainstream news! (Ah, the portals of truth are opening…)

We all know the Cabal has secret underground bases and places they think they can use to escape when the time comes for their arrest – and now billionaire media magnate and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s secret underground cave and escape route is public news, as it hits the world’s media.

I’m not quite sure whether the newspaper publishing this, London’s The Telegraph, quite understands the real significance of these exclusive photos – yet.

However, they are at least heading in the right direction with the line: “It is connected to a short tunnel and a gate which reportedly leads straight to the sea’.

I feel it won’t be long before someone in the mainstream media works out that it also leads to an undersea base and then reports on why this escape ‘hatch’ is there in the first place.

Which begs the question: is this also being anonymously exposed now because Berlusconi and other members of the Cabal are about to be arrested and someone wants to alert those ready to make the arrests to the existence of this underground escape possibility? And make them assume there are others?

We know Berlusconi isn’t the only Illuminati and world leader to have such a secret below-ground base. So I wonder whose next to appear on ‘lifestyles of the Cabal’s rich and famous’ cave list? The Queen? George Bush Snr? I can’t wait for the next episode! A lot is going to change this week – just watch!

Silvio Berlusconi’s summer retreat on Sardinia’s exclusive Costa Smeralda, which gained notoriety for parties with topless models, features an underground cave, complete with an emergency escape exit to the sea.

The existence of the cave at the former Italian prime minister’s Villa Certosa estate had been rumoured for years but the first photographs of it emerged on Friday.

They were obtained by Antonello Zappadu, an Italian photographer who made his name in 2009 by taking long-lens pictures of scantily-clad showgirls at Mr Berlusconi’s residence.

The cave, which could have come straight out of a James Bond film, features a swimming pool, its floor decorated with a mosaic of Poseidon, the god of the sea, holding a trident.

It is connected to a short tunnel and a gate which reportedly leads straight to the sea.

The cave is connected to the rest of the villa by stairs and a passageway, which are illuminated by discreetly placed lights set into the floor.

The underground complex is believed to have been built in 2004 but has never been seen publicly.

“It was the secret services who asked me to carry out the work, after I had received 38 death threats,” Mr Berlusconi explained at the time.

He said he had sought advice on the design and construction from Pietro Lunardi, a cabinet colleague who was then the minister for infrastructure and insisted that no planning regulations had been broken.

Mr Zappadu, who now lives in Colombia, said on his blog that he had obtained the images from an anonymous source.

The semi-submerged cave is not the only flamboyant feature at Villa Certosa, a 150-acre estate where Mr Berlusconi has hosted the likes of Tony Blair and Vladimir Putin.

He once built an artificial volcano in the grounds of the villa to entertain guests at one of his parties.

A week ago he injured his shoulder and wrist after taking a tumble at the villa, although his personal doctor said the damage was not serious.

Mr Berlusconi, who turns 76 this month, stepped down in November when Italy became immersed in the eurozone crisis and after his reputation was damaged by a series of sex scandals, most notably involving allegations that he paid for sex with an under age prostitute at “bunga bunga” parties at his mansion in Milan.

Karima El Mahroug, better known by her stage name Ruby the Heart Stealer, and Mr Berlusconi both deny the charges. The ongoing trial is not expected to finish until the autumn with dozens of witnesses due to testify including George Clooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mr Berlusconi and his allies have dropped heavy hints that he is planning to contest Italy’s next elections, which are expected in April when Mario Monti, the caretaker prime minister, is expected to step down.

It would be his fourth stint as prime minister, although his People of Freedom party currently only has around 20 per cent of the vote.

Keshe Foundation response

The space defense technology developed by the Keshe Foundation using magnetic and gravitational force fields (Magravs) has proved to be the best method for blocking magnetic field communication systems at any frequency.

The system is capable of jamming all communication lines and when used correctly can directly block all communication in a large area even from a distance.

This means that with a minimum effort all satellite communications can be blocked.

We tested this system 4 years ago and saw the results.

HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES BY THE GOVERNMENTS OF IRAN AND SYRIA
VIA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, hereby determine that the commission of serious human rights abuses against the people of Iran and Syria by their governments, facilitated by computer and network disruption, monitoring, and tracking by those governments, and abetted by entities in Iran and Syria that are complicit in their governments’ malign use of technology for those purposes, threaten the national security and foreign policy of the United States. The Governments of Iran and Syria are endeavoring to rapidly upgrade their technological ability to conduct such activities. Cognizant of the vital importance of providing technology that enables the Iranian and Syrian people to freely communicate with each other and the outside world, as well as the preservation, to the extent possible, of global telecommunications supply chains for essential products and services to enable the free flow of information, the measures in this order are designed primarily to address the need to prevent entities located in whole or in part in Iran and Syria from facilitating or committing serious human rights abuses. In order to take additional steps with respect to the national emergencies declared in Executive Order 12957 of March 15, 1995, as relied upon for additional steps in subsequent Executive Orders, and in Executive Order 13338 of May 11, 2004, as modified in scope and relied upon for additional steps in subsequent Executive Orders, and to address the situation described above, I hereby order:
Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person, including any foreign branch, of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order; and
(ii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with or at the recommendation of the Secretary of State:
(A) to have operated, or to have directed the operation of, information and communications technology that facilitates computer or network disruption, monitoring, or tracking that could assist in or enable serious human rights abuses by or on behalf of the Government of Iran or the Government of Syria;
(B) to have sold, leased, or otherwise provided, directly or indirectly, goods, services, or technology to Iran or Syria likely to be used to facilitate computer or network disruption, monitoring, or tracking that could assist in or enable serious human rights abuses by or on behalf of the Government of Iran or the Government of Syria;
(C) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, the activities described in subsections (a)(ii)(A) and (B) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(D) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.
(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the effective date of this order.
Sec. 2. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the type of articles specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the two national emergencies identified in the preamble to this order, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.
Sec. 3. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include but are not limited to:

(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and

(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.
Sec. 4. I hereby find that the unrestricted immigrant and nonimmigrant entry into the United States of aliens who meet one or more of the criteria in section 1 of this order would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and I hereby suspend the entry into the United States, as immigrants or nonimmigrants, of such persons. Such persons shall be treated as persons covered by section 1 of Proclamation 8693 of July 24, 2011 (Suspension of Entry of Aliens Subject to United Nations Security Council Travel Bans and International Emergency Economic Powers Act Sanctions).
Sec. 5. (a) Any transaction by a United States person or within the United States that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, causes a violation of, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.
Sec. 6. Nothing in section 1 of this order shall prohibit transactions for the conduct of the official business of the United States Government by employees, grantees, or contractors thereof.
Sec. 7. For the purposes of this order:
(a) the term “person” means an individual or entity;
(b) the term “information and communications technology” means any hardware, software, or other product or service primarily intended to fulfill or enable the function of information processing and communication by electronic means, including transmission and display, including via the Internet;
(c) the term “entity” means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization;
(d) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States;
(e) the term “Government of Iran” means the Government of Iran, any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality thereof, including the Central Bank of Iran, and any person owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, the Government of Iran; and
(f) the term “Government of Syria” means the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic, its agencies, instrumentalities, and controlled entities.
Sec. 8. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the two national emergencies identified in the preamble to this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1 of this order.
Sec. 9. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order.
Sec. 10. If I Were Asked to Schedule NESARA….

If I were a member of the highest universal councils that Matthew Ward talks about so often, in my toga of light, and if someone asked me to choose the date for the announcement of NESARA, what date would I choose?

Well, I’d choose Sept. 11, 2012, exactly 11 years (11 is the number of the master revealer of truth) after the date on which the NESARA law was due to be signed into law in the first place. (1)

That has a certain ring to it.

NESARA would have been signed into law on Sept. 11, 2001 at 10 a.m. in the morning had someone not arranged at 9 a.m. to have two planes either actually or apparently fly into the World Trade Centers 1 and 2 and have Building 7 self-destruct eight hours later by somehow neatly falling into its own footprint … as the result of a barely-visible fire.

That someone arranged to steal a huge amount of gold being held in the WTC as part of NESARA. They then blew up three WTC buildings with sophisticated military-style thermite bombs and (allegedly) some small nukes as well. They may have used other scalar weapons to boot. The operation saw, not 3,000 die, as the official story would have us believe, but more in the neighborhood of many tens of thousands.

Leonardo could read print backwards, but upside down?

The same conspirators planned a military exercise to take all fighter jets away from nearby areas, on a practice mission centering around a fictional attack on (guess what?) the World Trade Center. And sent the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs off to Europe, and located the President in a small Florida classroom, reading from an upside-down book.

All to thwart NESARA, kickstart wars designed to capture Mid-East Oil, cement elitist control over the world, do away with constitutional rights, and set the stage for a World War III that would reduce the world’s population from 7 billion to 500 million docile slaves.

Is this a prediction? Heavens no. No prediction about any major event has ever come true. And I don’t make predictions. It’s a daydream, a mere musing. Chances are 99% I’ll be wrong.

Of course if I said every day NESARA will be declared tomorrow, there’s a 100 percent chance that on one day I’d prove correct.

That having been said, rumor has it that Basel 3 represents the new financial system, which is at present being engaged. Accounts are being opened in the banks. Arrests are occurring of those who try to fiddle with any of it. Much of the initial funding has come from the dragons or elders in the East, who serve heaven. And … we are close. That I think can safely be said.
