I have noticed now and again that the USA main stream channels when a reporter is
supposedly on the spot of an event the background is a fake one and it looks like a hair
dryer is making for wind.
This is the impression I get once again from this video .
There is some kind of roaring of an engine one can hear in the background .
My two cents.

One would be surprised mudra how much news is fabricated nowadays. i remember reading an article on the Polish internet that there was an invasion of locust in Aquila, Italy (about 2 years ago). However no other media in any other country reported that, including the Italian ones.

I made some research to find if I could find pictures of benches from Ocean City
that match the ones seen in that video.
I found one and must say the benches and wall along it looks exactly the same .

A couple of days ago I was watching CNN, and they covered this reporter/video. When the foam blew in his face, the reporter noted that, "It doesn't taste great".
Per the report, the foam was due to raw sewage spilling into the ocean and the reporter was standing in the middle of it. They added that the reporter remains in good health.
