I came across to this research when studiying the vagus nerve as both are conected. If anyone is doing these techniques I will be very interested in knowing how they feel, effects, results.

It is my theory (and others too) that there is a direct conection between the vagus nerve and brain control. That brain control is produced by the amigdala I think and the frequencies of HAARP
