Popping your amygdala forward is pretty much just that - it's about
visualising clicking that small part of your brain forward and
stimulating/accessing the frontal lobes of your brain of which we
currently only use a very very very small amount. This is the part of
the brain that allows us access to those 'otherworldy' experiences and
our creativity.
Anyway, it's a very interesting place that shows you exactly how to do it - it's sooo easy - takes 2 seconds.
