I believe we are seeing CIVILIAN land based stations, already authorized to transmit basically unlimited frequency.. ie from airports and normal RADAR stations--- which are being used in the weather modification arsenal.

These "dual use" facilities have obviously (to me) been outfitted with "other gear"... exactly what gear has been installed, I have no idea yet.. but will be attempting to find out in the near future.

NORTHERN MINNESOTA -- Tornados within 24-48 hours .. based upon the appearing of the "rings" in conjunction with the "squares" or actually rectangles.

Rest of the areas listed below .. severe weather UP TO tornados. Based upon the smaller concentric "spiral rings." Austin, Dallas, Fort Smith Arkansas, Springfield and Kansas City Missouri, North Platte Nebraska, Hastings and Red Cloud Nebraska, Omaha Nebraska, Des Moines Iowa, Junction City and Topeka Kansas.

Powerful tornadoes tear off roofs in US, 5 killed

Several tornadoes hit the southeastern states of Oklahoma and Arkansas on Thursday and Friday. A twister on Thursday devastated the small town of Tushka, killing at least two people, tearing off roofs, shattering windows and destroying a school. Strong winds from the same storm system killed at least three people in western and central Arkansas early Friday. After raking Oklahoma and Arkansas, the storm system moved into Tennessee, Louisiana and Mississippi. There have been no reports so far about damage there.

Today, a municipal airport southeast of denver is part of a drill to bring in victims needing medical treatment.
the scenario is based on an earthquake at new madrid fault, specifically to bring victims from Arkansas.
Local hospitals will be involved too using volunteers acting as evaquated victims. The airport is running the drill to make sure it is capable of handling increased number of incoming flights.

Thanks. Looks like it has been busy lately. Coincidence that there are a record number of tornadoes in the US in April? I don't think so.

Under pressure from the International community the HAARP website is up again. No data is available from April 7 to April 12, 2011. Data before and after shows the signature frequency of an earthquake (2.5Hz) being transmitted. Also shows energy spikes which indicates active weather modification. Now that the website is up again you can view the data for the Japan earthquake at http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?20110311. From the magnetometer induction data you can see 2.5Hz (earthquake inducing frequency) being broadcasted and recorded for several days before the 9.0 magnitude earthquake. To see what a normal (no HAARP broadcasting) day looks like view the magnetometer charts for the days of March 15, 16 and 17 – March 16, 2011 http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?date=20110316&Bx=on. No earthquake inducing broadcast was detected from March 15 to March 27, 2011. On March 28, 2011 a low powered broadcast was detected from approximately 12:00 am to 3:00 am. I was looking at the National Weather Service radar and saw a scalar ring appear over western Montana.
A few hours later 2 more flashed, one in the same spot as the previous and another in the Central part of the state.
I looked at the Induction Magenetometer data and it appears that they sent a pulse out of haarp at the same time those rings appear.
Dutchsinse has done much research into this, so we should be seeing severe weather in Montana in the next day or two.

This loop is the 2nd scalar ring, about 3 hours after the first one. In this one you will see one scalar ring in western Montana and another following it pops up in the south central part of the state.

The scalar rings appear to be generating out of Great Falls & Billings.
Looking at the weather map today, it looks like TPTB would likely move the storms towards areas that are already having issues with flooding.
They have already blown up a levee, rivers are cresting. This will just make an already bad situation worse!
I guess we'll just have to wait and watch to see!
This isn't the first ring to appear over Great Falls, Dutchsinse catched one on the radar in mid-April.

I also want to comment that scalar activity has been constant each day for the last month along the front range of Colorado.
I believe that these have played a part in the severe weather that has devastated the midwest & southeastern parts of the country in the last few weeks. I've seen the chemtrailing and I've watched the visual satellite images, which have been full of scalar clouds. I've also been taking pictures of the chemtrails/scalar clouds and they are putting something in those clouds. Over 90% of my pictures show objects in the clouds, bright, glowing objects show up. I am thinking that these have been put into the clouds to enhance the devastion of the storms they create.

I am curious if these objects are in the scalar clouds as they move east of the plains? If so then they are definately part of haarp/scalar clouds/weather modification.

Well here's a version of what they're doing with HAARP that's new to me.......damming up the Atmospheric Rivers to create the deluges. HAARP’s magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake. A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere. HAARP was broadcasting a 2.5 Hz frequency (the signature frequency of an earthquake) from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. H.A.A.R.P a weapon to end all wars?

The military says the HAARP system could:

* give the military a tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of atmospheric thermonuclear devices (still considered a viable option through at least 1986);

* replace the huge Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) submarine communication system operating in Michigan and Wisconsin with a new and more compact technology;

* be used to replace the over-the-horizon radar system that was once planned for the current location of HAARP with a more flexible and accurate system;

* provide a way to wipe out communications over an extremely large area, while keeping the military’s own communications systems working;

* provide a wide-area Earth-penetrating tomography which, if combined with the computing abilities of EMASS and Cray computers, would make it possible to verify many parts of nuclear nonproliferation and peace agreements;

* be a tool for geophysical probing to find oil, gas and mineral deposits over a large area;

* be used to detect incoming low-level planes and cruise missiles, making other technologies obsolete

Buttered up to seem harmless HAARP (HIGH FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM) is strongly suspected to be a scalar inferometer, which is able to use the earth and atmosphere as a conveyor of scalar waves to excite the energy in the atmosphere at any point on the planet. Subsequently these waves are able to effect weather patterns by changing the energy levels (density) of the atmospeheric layers, also making it possible to create endothermic implosions, or exothermic explosions using something known as the woodpecker signal to target specific points on the globe. High frequency scalar waves can also be adjusted to the frequency of 8hz. Transmitted, this frequency interacts with the natural vibrational frequency of the brain, and could in fact be used to tip emotional balance or calm a human down.. or even put them to sleep, by resonating at the brains sleeping frequency, or perhaps even making you more or less prone to violence. First off, there’s the basic nature of the project. It’s scores of radio antenna pumping massive high-frequency directional broadcasts into the air for the purpose of heating the ionosphere. Yes, that’s right — it’s blasting electromagnetic radiation into the sky to “microwav e” the outer layer atmosphere. Starting to sound less innocuous? Some people, purporting to be government employees with privileged information, have claimed that HAARP is actually some sort of massive destructor beam for a nefarious purpose. HAARP claims that the supposed 3,600 kilowatts of energy originating from the project are completely harmless (detractors claim it’s more like a gigawatt) and far less than the normal variation in ionospheric radiation. Which raises the question of why they don’t just study those normal variations. The claims about HAARP made by these ubiquitous people-in-the-know boil down to the following bullet points:


* HAARP is a giant death ray, based on a design contained in the notes of inventor Nikola Tesla, seized by the FBI after his death. This is a very popular theory, probably because so much of it is actually true. Tesla claimed to have developed a death ray with a very similar configuration to HAARP’s actual configuration, and the seizure of his scientific papers is a matter of public record.

* HAARP is a weather-control machine. There’s a certain logic to this one as well. If a butterfly’s wings beating in Tibet can cause el Nino, then a gigawatt of electromagnetic radiation ought to be good for something.
