From the moment of birth, every life is never very far from RISK. Society and government would have us believe that STABILTY actually rules the civilized universe; but as we have seen for the last eleven years: That is a lie!

"The Creation of the Department of Homeland Security quietly incorporated FEMA, under its wing. FEMA was responsible for the 911 cleanup. Oddly they were positioned in New York on September 10th the night before the attack.

During Reagan's term: Oliver North and George HW Bush together with another appointee began to turn FEMA into an instrument of domestic anti-terrorism. These people equated political dissent with treason and they couldn't differentiate between emergency procedures which I think everyone agrees are necessary and suppressing political dissent (which is not). And with North and Poindexter and Casey we had a group of people who saw Americans who disagree with them as the enemy.

FEMA also worked with others on the Oklahoma City Bombing coverup. In effect "managing emergencies meant controlling the crime scenes." Their powers would grow ignoring Habeas Corpus and the Constitution. They seemed more interested in building prisons than aiding victims of disaster. Apparently aiding disasters is a security issue. They (FEMA) had all the steel from the buildings (911) shipped off to China.

Future head of HOMELAND SECURITY, Michael Chertoff, who at the time ran the Department of Justices Criminal Investigations Division had dozens of the Israeli's arrested on 911: Including dozens of those filming and celebrating the attacks; and dozens of those driving around in vehicles that came from a front for Mossad that were deported back to Israel for simple VISA violations. FEMA itself had no explanation for World Trade Center 7, a forty-seven story building that CNN and the BBC both reported 'had collapsed' BEFORE it fell. The 911 commissions way of dealing with Building 7 was to not deal with it. They simply did not address this in their report. A skyscraper housing offices for the CIA and more importantly the Security and Exchange Commission investigating tens of billions of dollars in corporate fraud going up in smoke isn't something you just ignore and 'skip.' It looked rather stupid without Flight 93 reaching its final destination for Building 7, but they had to do it anyway.

The immediate effect of 911 aside from hiding trillions in missing funds and allowing a couple of NY billionaires to collect billions on insurance; and helping the sale of 'feel-good-nationalistic symbols' to slap on the back of SUV's was to create A MASSIVE SECURITY STATE and usher in the age of preemptive overt war. The death toll and price tag of 911 would pale in comparison to what was coming. The imperialist Neo-Cons had their Pearl Harbor to use as psychological clout in their emotional blackmail. They would evoke and associate 911 to their enemies to create perpetual war and rush through draconian legislation. It is a general historical truth that lies lead to other lies. After the question of who benefits from the lies it is always good to ask 'who is compounding the lies' and who is continuing the narrative. When they are one and the same with 'those who benefit' then you have some suspects. And in the case of government deception the next question to ask is "Who is and who has the power to cover-it-up'

Phase one was complete: Phases two, three and four would be the Patriot Act, Anthrax and War. So when you find people lying about all the above, 911, Anthrax and targets for War, then that needs to be exposed loud and clear." (1)

The "lemming effect" used so successfully during 911 and after, is being used again today in the disinformation 'War by Deception' that currently surrounds everything to do with earthquakes and nuclear reactors both in Japan and to an ever greater extent here in the US. There are FIFTEEN nuclear reactors sitting on fault lines inside the Madrid fault today, (in
Six different states) in addition to several others in California. Placing Nuclear Reactors on known earthquake faults was never accidental; and all of it speaks directly to the depth of the preparation for the absolute destruction of the United States, begun in the Reagan administration with FEMA and the stealth version of HOMELAND security WHICH HAD TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 911 BEFORE BECOMING VISIBLE.

"Bob Nations, Jr., the Director of Shelby County Office of Preparedness, says that since the lack of preparation exposed by Hurricane Katrina, he is "preparing for the catastrophic event" in his six-county jurisdiction. Nations admitted that after a major quake, Tennessee's infrastructure and response capabilities "would get overwhelmed fairly quickly."

The USGS report predicts that a major quake would create horrific scenes like something out of a science fiction movie, potentially cutting the Eastern part of the country off from the West in terms of vehicular traffic and road commerce.

"The older highways and railroad bridges that cross the Mississippi River, as well as older overpasses, would likely be damaged or collapse in the event of a major New Madrid earthquake," according to USGS.

In September, FEMA's associate administrator for Response and Recovery, William Carwile, told a Senate panel that FEMA has five regional groups planning for possible earthquake responses, but a major quake along the New Madrid fault line could displace 7.2 million people and knock out 15 bridges. The response would require 42,000 first responders from local firefighters to the Pentagon.

Another study by the Mid-America Earthquake Center last year estimates that nearly 750,000 buildings would be damaged, 3,000 bridges would potentially collapse, 400,000 breaks and leaks to local pipelines and $300 billion in direct damage and $600 billion in indirect losses would occur." (what is NOT MENTIONED HERE is the amount of radiation that could well "leak") (2)

The entirely criminal charade that was born on 911 is still being pushed forward by HOMELAND SECURITY through TSA and VIPER; and thru the direct connection to these criminal-institutions that goes directly to the Zionist-Amerrikan Michael Chertoff, who used his time as the Director of FEMA, to design his backscatter technology; while hundreds of Katrina victims died.

Dick Cheney's Shadow-Government (still active) uniquely connects the criminal-SECRET no-bid private contracts, to our invisible government, to promote the Wars on Afghanistan and Iraq and to continue that practice which has now added Libya to our list of evil-empires (with massive oil reserves) that will contribute to our Unending Wars. If we are serious about smashing this government-by-invasion and occupation; then we must arrest and prosecute both Cheney and Chertoff because any real prosecution of these two traitors will bring down everyone in both the government and the privatized world of criminal-seizures of countries and people, both here and overseas. In that process everyone associated in all of this will be dragged down.

However the public has again been caught napping with the release of the information concerning the long term placement of nuclear reactors across this country: as far back as thirty years ago. Any attempt to find that what is happening to all Americans by way of these lethal weapons, positioned on Earthquake faults just waiting to be triggered, should dispel any doubt that this country was targeted as far back as Ronald Reagan's "Armageddon Plan" that was superseded by the combination of FEMA and HOMELAND SECURITY. What happens next will be up to the universe and to the degree of RISK that people here are willing to assume.

In this world dying has become all too easy-continued Living is the hard part! In this environment there would seem to be no point in NOT DOING what you and I need to do to take back our lives.

That's weird as in that other article I posted above it said the following :

Officials are continuing efforts to restore plant systems at Daiichi Units 1-3.

Unit 4 had been shut down for maintenance, with all its fuel removed from the reactor core, before the 11 March earthquake

What I think is happening is this . The Japanese authorities want to re-establish control of those facilities to shut the down permanently .
In an Italian newspapers they were speculating on entombment .
Obviously the radiation on site is so intense that an accurate assessment is impossible
All of those reactors are now damaged by radiation and even if one of them is operational , the radiation would make it impossible to operate .
The plants that have suffered explosions might still have very hot fuel rods that have to be kept cool for a long long time .
One or two reactors have suffered partial meltdown .
The proof of the pudding is that food stuff is radioactive in the Tokyo region . That region around Tokyo might have to be evacuated . Experts that have appeared on Infowars have admitted that this catastrophic event is comparable or worse than Chernobyl .

Then there is the possible future , nobody can guarantee that Japan is going to be free of other Earthquakes .

It is interesting speculation that strange events like the STUXNET virus and the security could be connected ......

There is a rumor going around out of Kona Hawaii that another major tsunami is expected from Japan within the next 2 or 3 days. I have no idea to the validity of this however, Japan is sinking and there is always the possibility of another major tsunami in the Kailua Kona area of Big Island if something significant happens.

Work resumes at Japan nuclear plant after smoke scare

OSAKA, Japan — Smoke and steam again rose from damaged reactors on Tuesday at Japan's quake-hit Fukushima nuclear power plant, where workers have battled to avert a large-scale disaster, Kyodo News reported.

White steam-like vapour was seen rising from the number two reactor and what looked like white hazy smoke from the number three reactor, Kyodo said, adding that efforts to spray water and restore electricity had temporarily stalled.

However, work later resumed at the site, said the nuclear safety agency.

High radiation outside Japan's evacuation zone, says IAEA

Vienna: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Monday that high radiation levels were measured recently not only inside, but also outside the 20-km evacuation zone around Japan's stricken Fukushima nuclear plant.

Asked whether Japan's authorities should consider widening the exclusion zone, a senior IAEA official said: 'There should be a consideration about this.' The official requested anonymity.

NRC to review safety of all US nuclear plants


At the same time, IAEA officials said radiation rates are declining and levels are not unhealthy in dozens of Japanese cities including Tokyo, for which the Vienna-based agency is receiving official Japanese data.


On Sunday, one measurement 58 km from Fukushima registered 5.7 microsieverts per hour, the IAEA said in data provided to reporters.


At that rate, people would be exposed to the IAEA's annual recommended maximum radiation of one millisievert within about seven days.


The IAEA assumes that receiving more than one millisieverts per year, in addition to the dose from naturally occurring radiation, raises long-term cancer risk.


IAEA radiation expert Gerhard Proehl also mentioned one site more than 30 km from the nuclear plant where 100 microsieverts per hour are being measured.


Authorities have evacuated people living within 20 km of Fukushima's six reactors, and have told people within 30 km to stay indoors. "
