18 Bufoons required

Henceforth withforth etc etc. It has been requested by the great beings that run the galaxy that 18 high quality Bufoons be recruited and spill their silly nonsense unto the earth. You will be certain to be very special indeed but you must fill the requirements below.

A Bufoon is somewhat of a clown - somebody who does something stupid or foolish at which other people laugh. Sometimes the act could be put on to get attention or make people laugh, or sometimes it is a natural ... ah-hm... "Ability"... Whatever it is, we love bufoons, whether it is to take the "micky" out of them, or to feel sorry for and smile at.

Sorry. My leader is 10,000 years old and can change colour at will. He can also change his underpants without using his hands. He democratically elected himself as chief buffoon of the 18 9,000 years age and has all the dirt on everyone including your good self. Sorry. Its futile.

You might wanna check back with your leader because there was some awkward skin shedding episode on his behalf he might wanna keep out of public scrutiny.
Also there was an issue of purple nail polish that does wonders to green skin

He doesnt shed skin, rather changes colour. He doesnt mind public scrutiny as he is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The only time, as I understand it, he was uncomforatble in public scrutiny was when he passed wind on a London Underground tube train on a hot summers day. I understand he demanifested fairly rapidly after emitting his gaseous expression.
