I can relate to Terence's time wave theory and also think we are all connected to this at the collective unconscious level at all times where bleed throughs do occur when one consciously alters their own brain-wave frequency to the Delta-Theta range. Deloras Cannon can do this with people she hypnotizes and takes them down into a deep level where she can access past, present and future. In addition, this level of awareness is also accessed through the creative process where ego is set aside. For example, a musician, artist, singer and others who are operating from a deeper level of crativity then one ordinarily experiences at the conscious level. As we have the god particle within us we do have the ability to tap into it and allow it to unfold. Even writers can access this level of knowingness just by writing and allowing words to flow. And I've experinced this myself when asked a question and even seen others do this when they consciously entered into an altered state of awareness.
The difference between Terence and a mystic is that he used drugs to accomplish his goal. A mystic will spend hours and hours in meditation and master various meditation techniques, which can result in the release these mind altering hormones within the brain and have even better experiences then with psychedelic drugs.
I remember reading one scientific study about how the brain can experience a cascade effect where the left side is so overwhelmed then it opens a pathway to the right hemisphere and voila, mystical experiences occur. Since this is what happened with me on one occasion I was happy to read the science behind how it worked.
In addtion, during dreaming and just before falling asleep or waking up on in in the 'time wave' mode where past, present and future coexist. It's when ego takes over that the door shuts and linear time is experienced.
So tell me SiriArc, do you think ego is the keeper of linear time?
