All this has but nothing to do with the Russians, and this finally must become an internalized interpretant.
Probably it is at least so 3000 years this way, when no Russians existed at all, and maybe originally even forces from Egypt and India and/or their allies were involved.
Germany is something like a language border in this game, rather impacted by Sanskrit than the Egyptian/Phoenician based English and other Saxon languages.
First European swastikas are dated so 1.200BC and were found in Silesia, today Poland. It is to assume that they first spread along the Elbia line up to East-Denmark.

My Jewish great-grandma was Hedwig Lloyd (sometimes I said I am Alyena Lloyd)
Variations most often encountered illustrate the degree to which Anglo-Norman and later English scribes sought to render the sounds unfamiliar to their own diction. The voiceless "unilateral hiss" was often rendered as thl or ffl, or left with a single l. Another challenge was with the Welsh diphthong wy ([ʊi] or [ʊɨ] approximately as in the word "gooey" pronounced as one syllable) which was rendered by the closest English approximation oy.
Most modern variations of Lloyd/Llwyd originate in the Tudor period, and are largely "corruptions" of llwyd. IPM - Inversely Proportional Management
In Project Management and Controlling you learn to reduce the costs concerning the own project. But confronted with an enemy exactly the opposite could be appropriate: to rise the costs - and this is IPM.

I think that shock situations are essential to trigger memories (the wild runway is needed, self-abduction). Today the collective slumber dominates, a people under direct current from the womb to the grave.
Autochthon ethnicities often staged shock situations based on originally individual experiences, so-called initiation rituals. Already there the question arises if such "simulations" stay effective at all, even more if groups are initiated, especially in "developed" religions...
Can the "EL" that for example Moses met be simulated? Democratically?
