The Steel Worlds are "generation ships", and may have sailed through space many thousands of years after their own world was destroyed. I assume some planet in the Sirius region. What had happened? Their civil wars coincided with the super-nova explosion of the bigger Vega-Twin Veor, to watch from there much earlier than from earth - or Gor.
At one hand this explosion produced much iron ore that hit their planet and helped to build the steel worlds.
The iron ore thunder bolts hit earth much later, and not so many - they are technologically still more advanced.

The ruler of the district was a huge raven craw, almost of raven size, a huge bird. Sometimes the magpies/kazaries chased her away from my window or balkony; some visitors feared her too.
Her eyes were most interesting, and she liked bigger crusts of bread in a certain mold state, especially in Spring. Obviously a delicacy.

In my response of 04.05.2016 to the order of the district court of 18.04.2016 [Dr. Dittmayer, Az.: 243 M 430706/16], I have forbidden you to address me with an incomplete name and without Dr. title! I have not explained the reasons there for the last time [see my letter to the district court dated 28.04.2018]. Incidentally, my Dr. title is a legal integral part of my name under state law.
In their letter of 08.06.2017 to the district court [case number 220 Js 54210/13 VRs, ref: 243 M 432051/16], the Bremen public prosecutor's office defined me as the Reichsbürgerin Dr. Rabea Alienne Uchtmann. In the context of Bremen state law tradition, I can only interpret this as Civita Romana S.P.Q.R..
So I am a federal citizen and Civita Romana, i.e. Civita Brema. I perceive state law.
