    Jeff Prager is long winded and his pdfs are WAY too big...

    however, they are also crammed with really good information

    Sounds good.However when I try to open your link it. Says " The owner of the file has thrown it to the bin " Therefore the document can't downloaded.

    I dont understand, its still on the web at that address. You have ditched google right? "DuckDuckGo" is the search engine I use, and it works fine. "Brave" is a good Browser option.

    Everything is very individual. Some people reach a state of ketosis and feel extremely uncomfortable. Others find that this is exactly the condition that brought them the long-awaited results and maximum effectiveness.

    Both diets are useful strategies for losing weight and have a lot of research to support their effectiveness (of course, given that you maintain a calorie deficit). As a rule, what works specifically for you is largely determined by personal preferences and lifestyle. However, in fairness it is worth noting that a normal diet with a low carbohydrate content and moderate or high protein intake will probably require less dramatic changes in the current diet and diet than a specific ketogenic diet.

    Most importantly, do not rush to follow a too strict diet low in carbohydrates and at the same time ensuring insufficient intake of fat or excessive protein intake to put you in a state of ketosis. This causes an unpleasant state of the so-called adaptive “keto flu”, when your brain and other body systems are desperate for fuel, but cannot get it. This is the perfect recipe for bad workouts, foggy work days and unbridled cravings for junk food.

    With a strict ketogenic approach, the first few weeks of keto adaptation may not be easy for you, but remember - with the right diet and the optimal ratio of macronutrient intake, this will not last long, and you have every chance of a good result when you follow this nutrition plan!
