I have been listening to an October 7, 2015 Jeff Rense interview of Clark McClelland and doing google searches related to what I heard.
One of the things I heard that was fascinating is, "Space is an ocean." Clark had said that besides NASA he had worked for the Office of Naval Intelligence, and that the Navy is in charge of the secret space program because space is an ocean. He said it with strong emotion, but unfortunately, Jeff Rense did not pursue that line of thought.
Anyway, I've just stumbled upon the fact that on Clark's website, The Stargate Chronicles, he links to his own YouTube channel, which has three videos uploaded to it in 2012, of just himself speaking to us. Here's the first one:
