False Flag Solar event coming up in November

According to Jim McCanny :

November 13 and 14 there will be a simulated EMP shutdown of the Electrical POWER Grid .
The PTB will pull the switch on the power grid as a simulation for getting the citizens accustomed to a real EMP.
So they will say to the public .
Then the PTB will be using a weak solar flare emission as the cause of the EMP . When in reality the PTB will pull the switch on the power GRID
The idea is to close the Banks and put in power the NEW WORLD ORDER .
This is likely to happen in the USA . IF other countries will not cooperate and tell the Banks to drop dead , this event will only be happening in the USA .
