Not sure if there are any cricket fans around, but just in case there are, great links for watching highlights of worldwide test- ODI- & 20/20 matches.

    The Internet Archive

The Internet Archive, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is building a digital library of Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form. Like a paper library, we provide free access to researchers, historians, scholars, and the general public.

Why the Archive is Building an 'Internet Library'
Libraries exist to preserve society's cultural artifacts and to provide access to them. If libraries are to continue to foster education and scholarship in this era of digital technology, it's essential for them to extend those functions into the digital world.

Many early movies were recycled to recover the silver in the film. The Library of Alexandria - an ancient center of learning containing a copy of every book in the world - was eventually burned to the ground. Even now, at the turn of the 21st century, no comprehensive archives of television or radio programs exist.

But without cultural artifacts, civilization has no memory and no mechanism to learn from its successes and failures. And paradoxically, with the explosion of the Internet, we live in what Danny Hillis has referred to as our "digital dark age."

The Internet Archive is working to prevent the Internet - a new medium with major historical significance - and other "born-digital" materials from disappearing into the past. Collaborating with institutions including the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian, we are working to preserve a record for generations to come. Open and free access to literature and other writings has long been considered essential to education and to the maintenance of an open society. Public and philanthropic enterprises have supported it through the ages.

Government site with LOT's of shocking scientific reports

    www.osti.gov

This website is a fountain of knowledge. Want to know what TPTB are interested in? Well get it all here, straight from the horse's mouth.

All you need to do is type your desired field of research into the search box on the right and wade through the relevant papers. There are some real gems here, my last thread 'HAARP - The truth' is based on a cracking find - The scientists involved call it the 'HAARP heater'. Silly sausages.

Obviously the more of us visit the site and download papers on our topics of interest, the more information we will have. So let's get cracking before all the juicy papers vanish, you just know they will.

    IMPORTANT:
As this is a government site I advice you to copy/paste the web address (www.osti.gov) & access the site using Scroogle Scraper (http://www.scroogle.org/cgi-bin/scraper.htm)
This way your IP will remain hidden as you're using Scroogle's IP

The Institute for the Study of Globalization and Covert Politics

    Purpose
The Institute for the Study of Globalization and Covert Politics is a project that ran from 2004 to 2010. It was a surprisingly successful attempt to analyze the various elites of the western world, and to see how they interact with both each other and national governments.

ISGP has been a unique project for some of the following reasons:

    - It put together a list of about 200 important privately-funded non-government institutes. Together these foundations and think tanks run the globalization process and have a huge influence on national governments. In the past not even six of these organizations were mentioned on one site or in one book, let alone studied to any significant degree.

    - It published the first detailed articles on the Pilgrims Society and the 1001 Club, based on never before seen membership lists of both groups. As a result of publishing the 1001 Club membership lists, this group appeared on the evening news for probably the first time in almost 40 years. The information also made its way into a new biography of Prince Bernhard.

    - It wrote the first two extensive articles on Le Cercle, a private transnational security group that has existed since the early 1950s.

    - It published and translated many Belgian judicial documents: the X-Dossiers, various documents related to the X-Dossiers, and the ATLAS Dossier.

    - It wrote unique articles about the Sun Valley Meetings, the Bohemian Grove, the Multinational Chairman's Group, peak oil and a variety of other topics.

    - It makes it quite clear that almost the complete alternative media is unreliable, as it is only spreading superficial information and even that is mixed in with large amounts of political bias and disinformation.
