I would think it safe to say that most people who read this post will agree that the USA UFO cover-up has been going for over 50 years. As Jim Mars said, it is the greatest story never told. 50 years means that at least 11 Presidents have done little to correct the years of misinformation that has been presented. The only answer as to why which makes sense is that the cover-up resulted from an agreement or treaty. If this is the case it brings up a bucket load of questions that we need to put our heads together to figure out. I have read that there was supposed to have been a treaty with the Grays but is there any proof that it exists? Something been said about the Grays providing technical support if they could abduct folks. I would like to think that our government works for us and has our best intentions in mind but this cover-up makes it hard to believe that. No matter who wins the elections, I think that there is a reason that things will continue much the way they have for quite some time. Could it be that if the US were to break the treaty, that we would be toast...or eaten or killed or something terrible like that?
I could go on but had rather hear from some of you. If there is a treaty, what were the terms of agreement?
The man it most resembles was perhaps 6 feet 4 inches tall and was equivalent in age to a human man in his mid forties. That particular Tall White man had eyes larger than a human's and his eyes were very expressive. His eyes showed much more emotion than was usually the case. He also had an unusually relaxed or pleasant disposition. Like all Tall White men his age, His eyes were blue with some pink showing where humans have white. His hair was nearly transparent platinum blond and his skin was, as usual, as white as a piece of paper. He appeared to be in excellent health.
Paola Harris is a personal friend of mine and offered me the opportunity to read and edit a number of her interview with various military insiders including Col Corso who spoke to her about our military's involvement with off-worlders since the 40s. Some of the groups the US has treaties with are not so bad and then there is the group that is very negative in that they view humanity much as cattle. Over the years the information forth coming tends to point to the insectoid aliens (some greys, reptilians and even some Nordics (human looking blonds controlled by the Reptilians) as not having the best interest of humanity at the forefront of their various agendas. There are a number of the small greys that are reportedly biological clones (part programmed machine). In varous reports there are listed a variety of off-worlders (many very different looking and some quite human looking). Supposedly there are at least over 47 different types of off-worlders living or visiting this planet.
One group of the greys have been focused on developing a human/gray hybrid program hoping to create bodies that can live on the earths surface. I actually have a photo of some of these hybrids who could easily pass for human which I received from Paola Harris.

A number of Paola's interviews are online which you can read. However, her contactees tend not to have interactions with the insectoid type of off-worlders and instead interface with the human looking ones.
However, Lou Baldwin is another story altogether as his contacts are primarily grays and you might be interested in reading his book.
As for the treaties in exchange for technology - according to a number of military insider reports that I've read they do exist. It has literally taken be 10 years of research and numbers communications with a combination of contactees - abductees - and those who work in various government programs to piece together the little that I've learned over the years and much of that is alreadt posted on the forum.
I must admit some the the negative off-worlders agenda is somewhat scary but so are some of the more power hungry human agendas also scary.
As for our military. I'm of the personal opinion they should get whatever they need to protect humanity from the negative aliens who would enslave humans as a resource. I'm just saddened that so much is kept hidden and understand why it has been this way given the worst possible scary scenario possible with some of these interdimensional negatives. Thankfully, we also have other off-worlders who are helping but a battle over who will control humanity is definitely ongoing in the heavens and on this planet.
In fact, I was just in the process of ordering some special night vision goggles to have a look-see at what's going on overhead as that activity is in the infra-red zone spectrum.
It generally takes folks a long time to integrate this information and get past the 'fear factor' associated with the unknown. As with humans - some off-worlders are to be feared and some not. I personally know people who worked with a varity of off-worlders in government programs. Most of these people have already shared their stories publically in books they have written and are availabe to folks who are interested in reading about them. Them majority of people I personally know who have been contacted had positive experiences. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of those people that are abducted. Some have positive experineces as Lou Baldwin writes about - others very negative experiences. As for the treaties - the US didn't have much choice in the matter as they had no real way to defend themselves from the negatives until more recently. Even so, those who do know what's going on are more worried about upcoming earth changes then some of the ET threats while those dealing with the ET threat are focused on protecting earth from the havoc they can create.

Manuel Kirklin, was an Air Force Medic and high altitude chamber specialist stationed at Holloman AFB in 1955. Kirklin details several eye witness reports of President Eisenhower at Holloman on or about February 11th, 1955 in Ike's third year of his first term.
