The reference (to Kolob) is inserted by the religions founder Joseph Smith's (freemason) scripture the Book of Abraham which is not accepted as genuine. ( as Billy boys Talmud of Jmmanuel is equally unverifiable)
Just to add there is no scientific reference to the place Kolab.

The nearest we have name wise in english is Kocab (Kochab) which is a rather beautiful star in Ursa Minor.
