This is an anonymous message from the Spanish revolution to politicians, dictators and plutocrats all over the planet:

Surprised by the global disobedience?

Let us explain to you your delicate situation: Thousands of years ago, human beings started to evolve. Since then, our specie has walked a dark bloody road, which isolated people condemned to live in fear caused by ignorance.

Knowledge, ethic and technological development have always been conditioned by elites and their wars, which as in the Orwellian metaphor, haven't done anything but perpetuate vertical and obscurantist social schemes. We have arrived to the 21st Century of our era, after two World Wars, endorsing the possibility of nuclear conflicts with assured mutual destruction.

Their so-called economists and intellectuals, having announced that it was "the end of the story",it seemed, more than ever, that looking for a fairer order was meaningless. Thinking that they had slowed our rational development enough, they let us carry on with a progress model whose sole objective was never more than to make them even richer and more powerful.

However, they didn't consider that the real human spirit refuses to bow, always.

While they believed they were overcoming us definitely by using economic shocks, our species has evolved in a new manner. Using only the powers of culture and freedom, we have reused those technological resources that were born of our genius and that they only provided us with consumerist intentions.

So we have updated, improved and immunized our force, operations and effectiveness. We absorb their own tactics, techniques and power of persuasion to form our own means, dreams and challenges.

Today, the pacific revolution is spreading around the planet as a challenge to their oppression and they shamelessly try to shut our freedom of expression.
Finally, information has reached critical mass, exploding in a melting-pot of voices whose new wishes and needs can't be covered by their old paradigm. Now, physically and digitally interconnected, we form a huge collective conscience.

Maybe their corporative media silence what's happening, but they can't fool us anymore.

They can temporally stop some points but the process will continue unstoppable and ever-changing. Now It doesn't matter which measures they take for trying to counteract: the more violence, censorship and obstacles they put in our way, the more they expose their weakness.

From every place on the Earth, with different ideas and from different conditions, women and men existed, exist and will exist who oppose the pretends of not really democratic and fair governments. After millenniums of suffering, our species has stood up and nothing will ever be the same.
Their totalitarian game is ending.

But the story, friends, hasn't ended yet: it now begins.

Here, in Spain, we'll take the streets and we'll march wherever. Remember, the change is happening, with or without you. The people shouldn't fear the government. The government should fear the people.

We are the people. We are the only system.

We are anonymous. We are legion. We do not forget. We do not forgive.

Over the next few days we shall feed information to the public with regard to the way in which governments and companies around the world have used Iran as their pawn: from the false division between Shira, Sunni, Jews and Christians (all of whom are Iranian) to hand picking leaders forever and a day. Citizens of the United States,
We are Anonymous.

This message is an immediate call for a day of action. On January 15th, the collective is calling upon the citizens of the united states to protest against the new sections in the national defense authorization act that were passed a short while ago. While we cannot force the american people to protest, we must tell them that this law will strip away any rights they thought they had including, but not limited to, Free speech, Free press, Free access to information, and the right to protest, assemble, and bear arms. This law cannot be changed according to the Feinstein Act.

Sections Ten thirty one and ten thirty two of the national defense authorization act have been passed and ratified. It grants unlimited powers to the executive branch of the government to indefinitly detain suspects, even American citizens, without trial. All a person has to do is to commit a belligerent act.

What is a belligerent act? Is protesting a belligerent act? Is being Anonymous a belligerent act?

This is where we draw the line. This is when we leave our computers. This is when we take out our masks and defy the corrupt rule of law.

This is when we revolt.
The time has come for you to accept the truth and join us in overthrowing yet another corrupt military regime.

Anonymous states: "we are legion", meaning many within one. However, I am not sure "Legion" is the best word to use to win over christians who are waking up....

Legion is a group of demons referred to in the Christian Bible. The New Testament outlines an encounter where Jesus healed a man from Gadarenes possessed by demons while traveling, known as Exorcising the Gerasenes demonic.

"Hacktivists with the collective Anonymous are waging an attack on the website for the White House after successfully breaking the sites for the FBI, Department of Justice, Universal Music Group, RIAA and Motion Picture Association of America.
In response to today’s federal raid on the file sharing service Megaupload, hackers with the online collective Anonymous have broken the websites for the FBI, Department of Justice, Universal Music Group, RIAA, Motion Picture Association of America and Warner Music Group.

“It was in retaliation for Megaupload, as was the concurrent attack on Justice.org,” Anonymous operative Barrett Brown tells RT on Thursday afternoon.
Only hours before the DoJ and Universal sites went down, news broke that Megaupload, a massive file sharing site with a reported 50 million daily users, was taken down by federal agents. Four people linked to Megaupload were arrested in New Zealand and an international crackdown led agents to serving at least 20 search warrants across the globe.
The latest of sites to fall is FBI.gov, which finally broke at around 7:40 pm EST Thursday evening."

Yesterday they shut down the Polish government site as it is going to sign ACTA on January 26, 2012.

There is not doubt in my mind that Hacktivists are on a roll and won't stop. This is like the underground in WWII. Only the enemy are those who cheat, rob and suppress the people. This type of activism will also continue because of police showing up with rubber bullets, tear gas in riot gear at peaceful demonstrations.

The elite think their safe because of their wealth. They're not. Any major financial institution, business, even law enforcement that is connected to the net is pretty much vulnerable to Hacktivists.
